Kriss is joined by Karen from the Black Guy Who Tips. A good portion of the show we end up talking about the beginning of the discussion between Ezra Klein and Ta-Nehisi Coates on Ezra's podcast. It's a good (if not sometimes frustrating) discussion between the two in which it becomes clear that Klein, is so focused on not losing that it's a set up to not win. Coates challenges (with no real good explanations from Klein) on how to rationalize wanting the left to "learn from" the right in such a short term viewpoint. He brings up the fact that the claim of the "increase in political violence" downplays the political violence experienced by so many marginalized groups for decades. And while Coates doesn't directly say it, we talk about how insulting it is to claim that the Right constantly engages with those that disagree with them while ignoring all the work and engagement that black and brown writers/activists and others do on the left. The whole conversation is both enlightening as well as frustrating because it illustrates just how cowardly so many on the left are and how easily they are willing to throw the less fortunate out if it means scoring political points. Kriss is back with another episode of the Insanity Check after some time off. This week he's joined by Brandon (PhenomBlak) to talk about all the craziness that's unfolded the last few weeks. One thing that's becoming more clear is that this country is being led by people who don't know what they're doing. And we're not just talking about the Government and the Trump administration. Corporate America is showing not only their cowardice but also that they really have no idea what they're actually doing. No Mark, I will not buy your stupid smart glasses. Following the success of their debut album just a year earlier, Kriss Kross released the 2nd album Da Bomb in 1993. Rappers Mac Daddy and Daddy Mac attempted to shed their child-like rap image by going towards a harder, West coast type of sound, with edgier lyrics and production. Though it did not sell as well as their first, it remains underrated and the perfect album to cruise to.https://www.tiktok.com/@brandonhetzel996?_t=ZT-8zjJ1m1MAqk&_r=1 https://www.instagram.com/str8_the_clippa?igsh=cTBzNnFhenRkN3Nl&utm_source=qr https://www.facebook.com/share/1D6yagv469/?mibextid=wwXIfr

We've seen Red Bull athletes do some crazy things over the years. And Kriss Kyle? Well, he's done a fair chunk of them. The BMX star from Scotland has just jumped over a moving F1 car - yes, you are reading that correctly - and joined Rob and Eliot to tell them all about it. He's also ridden around a skatepark in the sky and a whole host of other challenges that leave us mere mortals weak at the knees. Rob and Eliot dived into the specifics around the jump, his life and career to date - and what he has planned next. This is one of the wildest chats we've ever had on the show. In the majority of other sports, S&C is an equally valued component of athletic performance. The associated benefits it has on performance and the biggest risks if not. So why in the broad spectrum of endurance sport is S&C still so diluted and undervalued? Following a recent ultra-running “masterclas"s, where the experienced presenter downplayed the need for S&C into one 20 minute session a week - is this really what it's come to? In a community of people who are pushing their bodies to extremes on trails, road or in the mounatains - expecting your body to keep giving, without a great S&C program is ludicrous. Two episodes in the same month. Maybe we really are back. Kriss is joined by Justin and as promised, we bring good news in a sea of dumb shit: The Clipse are back with a great motivational coke raps album. With everything going on it's good to see some legends come back with an album that not only feels like they never left but is clearly a passion for them. If only everything else was that simple. We dive into the idiocy that is our politics and how conspiracy theory and bad faith argument seem to mean more to people than common sense. The MAGA "Civil War" over the Epstein cases is stupid for so many reasons, mainly that these idiots would rather focus on conspiracies over the very obvious and real things that are happening. It's just a reminder of how chaotic our world is. We also preview a topic for a future show: A.I. and our use is getting dumber and dumber. To create bizarre and entertaining nuggets of candid camera ear candy segments to be presented here. The various “Gold Fragments” in this episode begins with the captured audio from a location at a restaurant, where Mike Recine and I had lunch. The second audio “nugget” for this episode is a hyper-abbreviated phone call and meeting that will be repackaged.Featuring Let Us Be Idiots' very own recurring character, Big Chief, aka John LoCicero, who was the former assistant and campaign manager for New York City's former Mayor Ed Koch, on the line with Arnold N. Kriss, a lawyer who has written many articles published in The Daily News newspaper over the years. This clip really puts the spotlight on the pure comedy in OG New York banter. The final “nugget” for this episode starts with aphone call between TheTruePooka, a formerly well-known YouTube commentator. What was discussed can be paraphrased as “Six degrees of separation with Kevin Bacon.” Around a prominent and infamous YouTube personality and Philosopher, who has used the moniker inmendham forages. What better thing to bring Kriss out of his cave than Trump and the GOP passing a bill that lies to people about the tax cuts they were promised, gives wealthy Americans way more in deductions, cuts Medicaid and makes ICE the most well funded federal law enforcement agency all while adding $3-4 Trillion to the deficit. Fantastic. While everyone is talking about Democrat vs Republicans, Capitalism vs Socialism vs Communism, no one is talking about the reality that: People just fucking suck and take no responsibility or care not about anything beyond their own desires. And terrible people know this. Take the "Big Beautiful Bill" and the insidious way that key provisions are phased in or out around key election dates. Future-Proofing Your Business Through AI Integration Shep Hyken interviews Simon Kriss, Chief AI Officer at simonkriss.ai and author of The AI Empowered Customer Experience . He talks about how companies can maximize AI's impact on customer experience, service delivery, and productivity. This episode of Amazing Business Radio with Shep Hyken answers the following questions and more: How can AI simplify the process of delivering a seamless customer experience? How can AI enhance customer service while balancing technology and human interaction? What is the impact of AI on customer service jobs? How can customer support roles evolve with AI? How can companies ensure their data is ready and accessible for AI to enhance customer experience? Top Takeaways: AI is revolutionizing the customer experience by automating processes to make them faster, cheaper, and more efficient. By integrating AI into customer support, companies can meet their customers' needs while simultaneously reducing operational costs. The key is to use AI without losing the human touch. Customers still appreciate human interactions, but they also want convenience. AI can support this by handling routine tasks, allowing human agents to focus on more complex and meaningful interactions. When starting with AI, building a tolerance for failure is important. Think of AI as an employee working on your business and realize that if you don't train them properly (making sure AI can access your knowledge base, practicing writing clear and correct prompts, etc.), they will not deliver what you want. As AI continues to evolve, it will change how customers interact with brands. In the future, individuals might rely more on AI to make decisions for them, like choosing which brands to do business with. Companies need to ensure their data is accessible and optimized for AI to keep up with customer expectations. Will AI cause people to lose their jobs? Every new technology causes job loss. But, it is less about job elimination and more about job transformation. Many roles currently held by human employees that deal with simple, repetitive tasks can now be automated with AI. These changes can open new roles and opportunities, such as employees shifting to monitoring AI systems or developing AI-driven solutions. AI can offer deeper insights into customer preferences and behaviors. By analyzing past interactions, it can predict what kind of service or products a customer might need next. This can enhance customer experience by helping companies anticipate customer needs. Plus, Shep and Simon explore how AI continues to shape customers' daily lives and how companies can leverage it to their advantage. Tune in! Quote: "When it comes to customer service and experience, leaders need to think about how they can explore AI. What new things can they do? What new services can they offer?
