Join Itai Gafni, Co-Founder and CEO of Huskeys, for an unvarnished evaluation of why web application firewalls (WAF) have remained functionally stuck in the 1990s. While modern application traffic has evolved from human browsers to a complex matrix of APIs, automated microservices, and autonomous AI agents, legacy WAF solutions still rely on brittle, static rule sets. An alumnus of Israel's elite Unit 8200 where he engineered advanced intelligence and cyber platforms, Itai is leading a massive paradigm shift. In this episode, we discover why security teams are terrified of updating their firewall rules—and how introducing an agentic control plane allows enterprises to optimize threat detection without breaking production or driving away legitimate customer revenue.

Marketing agencies are one of those things founders know they need, but often end up navigating with little visibility into what's actually working, where money is leaking, or who's truly accountable for growth. In this episode of Uncomplicate It, I sit down with Ivan Janku, CEO of Digital Rocket, to talk about what really happens behind high-performing marketing systems and why so many businesses still struggle with wasted ad spend, weak funnels, poor attribution, and disconnected customer journeys.Ivan shares how he built Digital Rocket after seeing agencies avoid accountability, hide behind vanity metrics, and prioritize retainers over real business outcomes. His philosophy is refreshingly direct: cut the BS, show the math, and focus on what actually drives profitable growth. From Meta ads and email marketing to mobile-first websites, conversion strategy, and AI, this conversation breaks down what modern marketing really requires in 2026 and why most businesses are still skipping the fundamentals. His perspective is clear: scaling isn't about spending more money, it's about fixing the leaks before you pour more traffic into the system. We talk about why most founders misunderstand ROAS, how attribution has become one of the biggest blind spots in marketing, and why agencies that only focus on one channel are often missing the bigger picture entirely. We also get into:Why most businesses scale ads before fixing their foundationsThe biggest mistakes founders make when hiring agenciesWhy transparency and accountability matter more than flashy reportingHow poor websites quietly destroy conversionsWhy mobile-first design is now essentialThe truth about attribution, ROAS, and cross-channel marketingWhy email marketing is still massively underratedThe hidden psychology behind trust and buying behaviorHow AI is improving marketing and where it's making things worseWhy “UGC” is quickly losing authenticityThe importance of customer journey thinking instead of channel obsessionHow businesses can increase profitability without increasing ad spendWhy data matters, but strategy still matters moreTakeaways:Great marketing starts with trust and clarityMost businesses have profit leaks they don't seeScaling traffic into broken systems wastes moneyData is only valuable if you know how to interpret itAI can improve execution, but not replace human strategyThe best agencies act like partners, not vendorsMulti-channel marketing matters more than everCustomer experience drives long-term growthIf you've ever questioned whether your marketing is actually working, felt burned by agencies, or struggled to understand where your growth is breaking down, this conversation will completely change how you think about scaling a business.Connect with Ivan;Linkedin: https:www.linkedin.com/in/ivanjankuWebsite: https://digitalrocketads.com/Follow Us:

This last week of being back from Florence has given me a chance to reflect a bit on he experience of not just being in a foreign country, but being in a completely different kind of physical environment. By that I mean, the city of Florence, or more specifically a city where I was walking everywhere. The origins of Florence date back to around 59 BCE. From that time, the city has continuously grown and evolved to what it is today.  When you look at a map of Florence, you see a lot of twisty and windy streets that are built with cobblestones and buildings that run almost right up against them. From an accessibility standpoint, it presents a lot of challenges as I saw people being pushed in wheelchairs with great effort (or pulling suitcases for that matter). But beyond that, there is a quaintness and opportunity to be in a place where there are more people moving around than cars. Moving freely in a way that was unencumbered by traffic, being able to explore and discover, feeling a certain kind of vibrancy rooted in antiquity but lived in modernity. And now I am back in the exurbs, which has its own kind of design, whether it be intentional or just organic. Like Florence, homes and streets get built at different times. Some structures are destroyed and then rebuilt, green spaces created, land getting preserved, other land getting constructed.  It is not just a dance of history, but also the presence or absence of intentional design. To talk about designing cities, I welcome Itai Palti to the Experience by Design studios. Itai has a background in architecture and working as an architect. He also is the founder of the Centre for Conscious Design, “an international collective promoting the emergence of healthy built environments using Conscious Design principles.” Together they promote the Conscious Cities Movement, “a global movement that reimagines the built environment as an extension of ourselves and our communities.” We talk about how architecture can be about community empowerment, creating environments and structures that bring people together rather than drive them apart. Itai talks about the decline of serendipitous connections, especially in cultures that de-emphasize community and prioritize solitude. Between those poles is the need to find compromise in how we build lived environments. Itai also discussed the importance of using scientific insights into architectural design. We explore how architects need to balance client demands with their desire to create socially impactful design. Accomplishing this goal requires that more than architects be involved, leveraging the expertise from all disciplines to come together in constructive dialogue to combine knowledge to create better cities and communities. Thus, we talk about systems design as well, and how the built environment is a key element in experience design. After being in Florence for only a few days, which was enough time to enjoy a walkable environment, that is something I can attest to. What happens when innovation shifts from a strategic advantage to a matter of survival? In this episode of the Innovation Storytellers Show, I sat down with Itai Green, Co-Founder and CEO of Global Innovation & Strategy and author of Innovation or Elimination. With more than two decades of experience connecting global corporations with startups, Itai brings a direct and unfiltered perspective on why so many organizations struggle to stay relevant and what it actually takes to change that trajectory. Our conversation moves beyond theory and into the real mechanics of innovation. Itai challenges the long-standing belief that companies can rely solely on internal R&D, arguing that speed, collaboration, and openness now define success. He explains why open innovation is no longer optional, how corporate mindset often becomes the biggest barrier, and why leaders must rethink everything from decision-making speed to how they measure return on investment.  Along the way, he shares candid insights on the cultural tension between startups and enterprises, the risks of ego-driven leadership, and why many innovation efforts fail before they even begin. We also explore the practical side of making innovation work at scale. From running effective pilots and selecting the right startup partners to understanding when to build internally versus collaborate externally, Itai offers a clear view into what separates companies that evolve from those that quietly fade away. His perspective on timing, trust, and execution highlights a deeper truth: that innovation is less about ideas and more about how organizations choose to act on them. So where does this leave today's leaders, especially in a world shaped by rapid advances in AI and constant disruption? And as Itai suggests, if innovation is now the price of survival, how prepared are most organizations to pay it?

Send me a message Everyone knows AI is writing your content. Why? Because your AI-generated content sounds like everyone else's. Your audience knows you're just copy/pasting what ChatGPT spits out. Most agents post generic, robotic captions and video scripts that sound exactly like corporate newsletters. (Who the hell says "delve" anyways? LOL) If your content sounds like every other agent using the same ChatGPT prompts, you have a problem. But a fixable one.The fix isn't to stop using AI. But you need to stop being lazy.In this episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, I break down my exact 6-step process to train your AI (specifically Claude) to write and speak in your actual voice. This episode will move you from "Robotic Agent" to "AI Powered Bad Ass Agent" by showing you the feedback hacks that turns bot-written drafts into high-converting content.Inside this episode:The Voice Manual: How to use your podcast, social media scripts and video transcripts to train your AIThe AI Tell Audit: Why you must delete words like "Furthermore" and "Moreover" immediatelyThe Frankenstein Method: My strategy for stealing the best parts of 3-5 different AI drafts to create one perfect post. The Refinement Loop: How to grade, and ultimately teach, your AI so it gets smarter every time you use itAI can get you 85% of the way there. But if you skip that last 15%, you're just another agent blending into the noise.*Want the Google Doc with the whole 6 step process and prompts? Cliff explains why pressure from boards, CEOs, and private equity firms is pushing companies to adopt AI faster than their systems can support it.They dig into the real blockers to AI readiness, including poor CRM hygiene, undocumented business processes, disconnected data, and weak visibility into the customer lifecycle. Cliff also shares how leading teams are measuring AI impact through time saved, operational leverage, and even revenue contribution from RevOps.The conversation also explores agentic AI in SaaS go-to-market, from lead routing and TAM analysis to signal detection and workflow automation. Along the way, Cliff highlights the security risks, vendor dependencies, and build-versus-buy decisions SaaS leaders need to think through before moving too fast.Key takeaways:Most SaaS GTM teams are being told to use AI before they have the operational foundation to support itAI readiness starts with clean data, documented workflows, and clear success metricsRevOps teams can become revenue contributors when AI is applied strategicallyAgentic AI can improve routing, targeting, and automation, but only with human oversightSaaS leaders need to weigh speed, security, and long-term ownership before deploying AI tools---Stalled pipeline? Send us Fan MailYou went into 2025 excited about AI. You ended it exhausted. You weren't alone. And this conversation knows exactly what that cost you. There's a moment in this episode where everything clicks. It happens when Brittany and Adal land on the question most executives are quietly carrying: if everyone now has access to the same AI tools, who am I going to be? That question is the heartbeat of this entire conversation. And it might be the most important leadership question of 2026.The Future Signals 2026 report isn't a list of predictions. It's a map built on patents, VC reports, financial data, and a two-layer signal system that separates what is happening now from where things are cooking. Last year's signals? 85% became reality. So when the signals show up in your industry, you'll already know what they mean.THE FIVE SIGNALSSignal 01 — The agent that handles itAI isn't a new hire. It's infrastructure, like electricity. The question isn't who to replace. It's how to wield it.Signal 02 — A fragmented worldBorders, regulations, and restrictions are multiplying. The companies that prepared for flexibility won't just survive. They'll sprint.Signal 03 — Programmable biologyAI isn't just accelerating research. It's redesigning from the atomic level up. Every industry that touches living things is affected.Signal 04 — AI beyond the screenAI is developing a physical language. It's not smarter robots. It's AI that can understand and navigate the world around you.Signal 05 — The human premiumWhen everything can be built, what you choose to build and why becomes the ultimate differentiator. Human intent is the scarce resource.THE NUMBER THAT WILL STAY WITH YOU88% of companies are just accelerating old workflows with AI.6% are fundamentally redesigning how they work and who they are.The conversation gets honest about something you've probably seen on LinkedIn. Influencers claiming their 37 agents made them millionaires overnight while you were just having breakfast. It's almost funny. Until you realize how much that noise is quietly eroding your confidence. The point was never the number of agents. It's the right technology, in the right hands, pointed at something that actually matters."When execution becomes abundant, intent becomes scarce."This episode ends with a question worth sitting with: where are you on the maturity map? Just starting? Building? Scaling? The signals meet you there, designed for the stage you're actually in. Not the stage someone's performing on LinkedIn.GO DEEPER→ Download the Future Signals 2026 report: https://designthinkingjapan.com/thinking→ Explore the open methodology on GitHub : https://github.com/DesignThinkingJapan/future-signals-2026-report→ AI Leadership Academy, executive fluency for real decisions: https://designthinkingjapan.com/academyAI is a marathon but it can feel like a sprint. Why You Must Adapt and Evolve to Survive the AI Revolution feat. Itai Sadan

Beyond 7 Figures: Build, Scale, Profit

Learn how to adapt and evolve your business to thrive through market disruptions and scale beyond seven figures. I sit down with Itai Sadan to explore why the ability to adapt and evolve separates good entrepreneurs from exceptional ones. Itai shares the raw story of building Duda from a garage startup to a company hosting over one million websites, including the pivotal moment when declining revenues forced a complete product pivot. From escaping the founder's trap to navigating the mobile revolution and now AI disruption, this conversation delivers hard-won lessons on staying ahead of market shifts, persuading your team through change, and why you don't have to be first to win. Itai Sadan is the co-founder and CEO of Duda, a white-label website builder serving digital marketing agencies and SaaS platforms worldwide. He launched the company in 2008 from his garage in Mountain View with his high school friend Amir Glatt after recognizing the shift toward mobile internet. Prior to Duda, Itai held positions at SAP and Amdocs and founded InterSight, a data storage startup, at age 21. His insights on SMBs, digital agencies, and online marketing have been featured in USA Today, TechCrunch, The Huffington Post, and more. Itai holds a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben Gurion University in Israel. KEY TAKEAWAYS: The founder's trap happens when everything depends on you, and escaping it requires hiring for your weaknesses first. Building a business is an ultra-marathon, not a sprint, so find a sustainable pace that allows for continuous learning. Market dynamics will thrust challenges upon you regardless of revenue milestones, so stay attuned to shifts beyond your control. When pivoting, use data and customer feedback to persuade your team rather than pulling rank as the boss. AI won't take your job, but a competitor using AI better than you will. You don't have to be first to market because Google, Facebook, and others all came after early movers and still won. Niching down and being crystal clear on who you serve positions you perfectly for the AI-forward buyer's journey. Surround yourself with mentors and smart people to play intellectual ping pong and spot blind spots you'd miss alone. Connect with Itai Sadan: Website: https://www.duda.co LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/itaisadan Growing your business is hard, but it doesn't have to be. Michael Walsh spent 30 years helping businesses scale to $50M+ and discovered something that contradicts everything you've been taught: treating your team like a "well-oiled machine" destroys the exact expertise your clients pay for. After burning out in 1996 with zero vacation days, he redesigned his entire approach. Now, he takes 18 weeks off annually while his consultancy thrives. In this conversation, Michael breaks down why 20th-century industrial thinking fails in expertise-based businesses, the ecosystem approach that unlocks sustainable growth, and how AI is accelerating the shift from information work to creative work.Key Insights:The hidden cost of the machine mindset: why systemizing people like interchangeable parts kills creativity and innovation in marketing, consulting, and service businessesThe 3 Freedoms framework: Freedom IN your business (doing work you love), Freedom FROM your business (it runs without you), and Freedom BECAUSE OF your business (funds the life you want)—and why getting the sequence wrong keeps you trappedMichael's transformation story: from working 52 weeks straight to taking the last week of every month off, and how his income skyrocketed as a resultThe Phil Jackson approach: how championship coaches built winning teams by customizing systems around individual strengths instead of forcing uniformityFour elements of human behaviour that make employee motivation obvious: survive, thrive, connect, adapt and how understanding these removes the mystery from team performanceThe social contract that creates loyalty: why traditional command-and-control management fails with knowledge workers, and what replaces itAI's role in the creativity age: why the information age is ending, and how AI forces us back to authentic human storytelling and strategic thinkingThe hiring system that reveals complementary strengths: using tools like MBTI, Kolbe, and behavioural assessments to build teams where people's weaknesses become irrelevantResources mentioned:Get Michael's complete hiring system free at freedombydesignbook.comConnect with Jay Hunt:Join Amplify Your Brand on Skool for AI tools, business strategies, and live audits: https://www.skool.com/aybWebsite: https://jayhunt.socialLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/socialmediaspeakerEpisode Timestamps:0:00 - Machine mindset vs ecosystem approach introduction1:00 - Freedom by Design book & strategic LinkedIn outreach1:50 - 30-year transformation: from zero vacation to 18 weeks off2:21 - The 1996 turning point: forced Mexico vacation4:01 - 16-hour exhaustion crash4:44 - Post-vacation revenue spike: $10K in one month6:09 - Scaling to 18 weeks off annually7:29 - The 3-week work, 1-week off rhythm8:05 - How clients adapted to compressed schedule10:19 - Managing guilt & forced disconnection13:19 - Freedom by Design framework deep dive13:55 - Machine mindset origins: assembly lines & industrial revolution15:03 - How unions formed in response to cog-in-machine treatment16:23 - Why information services require different management17:28 - Machine built for owners vs ecosystem for everyone18:19 - The illusion of control through systems19:14 - Supporting people's strengths vs forcing compliance21:06 - Sales team ecosystem: customizing for different personalities22:37 - Building support structures around individual strengths24:32 - Hiring assessment tools: MBTI, StrengthsFinder, Kolbe, Wonderlic28:16 - The human element vs cheap offshore labor trap29:24 - Four aspects of human behavior: survive, thrive, connect, adapt33:28 - AI completing the information age, entering creativity age36:21 - Why AI forces authentic human storytelling38:26 - The 10%-80%-10% AI collaboration model41:28 - AI efficiency example: presentations from 3-4 days to 1.5 hoursSubscribe to Drop The Mic for conversations with entrepreneurs, authors, and leaders who've built businesses that serve their lives and not consume them.

¡Hola, Foseros! Así nació Path of the Lightsaber. Kenny no vino a adaptar nada. Vino a crear. Y Path of the Lightsaber es el resultado de ese salto al vacío, ese sueño convertido en tinta. In this episode of the podcast, I speak with Itai Kafri on the topic of signal engineering. Itai is the Head of Product Growth at Voyantis and previously held senior roles at TikTok and ironSource. I've defined signal engineering as "the process of designing and capturing high-quality outcome proxies (eg., pLTV) so they can be reported back to ad platforms in real time such that those platforms optimize campaign targeting for them." Given the rise of platform-integrated automation, signal engineering is an emerging and increasingly critical tactic in digital marketing. In my conversation with Itai, we consider:The purpose and goal of signal engineering. How platform automation (eg., ASC, PMax) has intensified the value of signal engineering.Whether signal engineering is best accomplished using existing events or by experimenting with new, purpose-built events.Who within the organization is best positioned to manage the signal engineering experimentation process. What a team should aim to proxy with signal engineering. The different approaches that various types of advertisers take with signal engineering, eg., mobile games vs. ecomm vs. subscription apps. The commonalities that exist amongst the companies that have seen the most commercial success with signal engineering. Thanks to the sponsors of this week's episode of the Mobile Dev Memo podcast:INCRMNTAL. In that role, Itai served as the United States' lead negotiator for the global corporate minimum tax initiative. Doug and Itai discuss the behind-the-scenes history of Pillar Two from the US perspective, exploring its policy rationale, global negotiations, and shifting political dynamics. The conversation begins with how Itai's got his role at Treasury and builds a detailed timeline tracing the Biden administration's early support for global minimum tax rules through the 2021 G7 agreement and the development of the Under-Taxed Profits Rule (UTPR). They also delve into the impact of the Build Back Better legislation which was not enacted, the rationale behind the US safe harbor under UTPR, international political tensions including Brexit and US-China relations, and the implications of the April 2025 Trump executive order. The episode closes with reflections on the OECD Inclusive Framework's future and whether multinational enterprises can expect a workable consensus moving forward.

Ever thought about flipping the script on online courses? What if, instead of selling your course, you gave it away for free - and still built a wildly profitable business? In this episode, I sit down with Itai Nusbaum, who has done exactly that. Itai has created 16 online courses, all available for free, and has used them as a powerful marketing engine to establish himself as the go-to expert in his field. We dive deep into his unique approach, exploring how he monetizes his business without directly selling courses, why giving away high-quality content can be a strategic move, and the long-term benefits of prioritizing trust and authority over immediate sales. If you've ever considered alternative ways to scale your online course business or struggled with traditional marketing funnels, this episode will challenge your thinking in the best way possible.
