The truth isn't out there — it's already here. That's the claim Michael Anderson brings to 1 Timothy 3:14–16 in this Sunday school message, setting up a sharp contrast between the world's fruitless search for external meaning and the life-transforming revelation of the gospel.Working through what he calls the constitution, commission, and confession of the church, Anderson shows why Paul found these three things urgent enough to put in writing. The church's constitution — the household and governing body of the living God — matters because God alone determines how it is built, ordered, and inhabited. Its commission, drawn from the striking image of a pillar and buttress, calls the church both to hold the truth high and to actively resist the side loads of distortion and false teaching. And its great confession, likely a well-known hymn of the early church, makes clear that the mystery of godliness is not a doctrine but a person — Jesus Christ, manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, taken up in glory.Anderson closes with a practical challenge: does our individual conduct in the church reflect the transformative truth we confess? The good news is that faithful obedience to these commands doesn't rest on our own strength — it rests on the same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead. ★ Support this podcast ★

Betting on everything is common these days, yet somehow Around The World In Eighty Days isn't on everyone's lips in 2026. And...it shouldn't be. You really feel that 3 hours. Michael Anderson's adventure comedy has posh David Niven circumnavigating the globe with his man-of-action valet, Cantinflas, and they have to do it in the title deadline...while being pursued by an man from Scotland Yard, who thinks he robbed a bank to fund this trip. Producer Mike Todd seemed to will this film into being finished...and then turned it into an award-winning blockbuster, helped immensely by a staggering amount of star cameos. Well, "famous" at the time. And there's young Shirley MacLaine too! So plop this 722nd edition of Have You Ever Seen right onto your device as I analyze Around The World In Eighty Days. Associates on Fire: A Financial Podcast for the Associate Dentist
In this episode of The Dental Boardroom Podcast, host Wes Read is joined by Megan Shelton (Shelton Solutions) and Michael Anderson (co-founder of Wondrous) for an in-depth executive session focused on one of the most challenging stages of practice ownership: scaling without creating chaos. The conversation explores the concept of “No Man's Land” the phase where a dental practice is too big to operate informally, yet not structured enough to run like a true organization. The panel breaks down what typically breaks first as practices grow, why culture and clarity often erode before financial performance does, and how intentional systems, leadership layers, and data-driven decision-making can help owners scale sustainably. This episode is especially relevant for dentists approaching $1.5–$2.5M in revenue, adding providers, or feeling increasingly busy, stressed, and constrained despite apparent growth.Key Topics CoveredThe “No Man's Land” phase of practice growthFounder vs. CEO identity shiftsCulture, values, and psychological safety as scaling foundationsMeasuring quality beyond production and revenueMarketing ROI, lead quality, and tracking systemsOperational dashboards, KPIs, and accountabilityDelegation, leadership development, and team structureCommon myths and misconceptions about growthKey Takeaways1. Growth Without Systems Leads to ChaosWhen revenue outpaces infrastructure, practices experience rising stress, declining consistency, and fractured operations even if production looks strong on paper.2. Culture Breaks Before the Numbers DoTeams feel instability before leaders can name it. Communication breakdowns, confusion, and burnout are often the earliest warning signs of unhealthy growth.3. Identity Must Be Defined Before ScaleClear mission, values, and standards create alignment and serve as a filter for decisions around hiring, marketing, scheduling, and patient care.4. Quality Requires Measurement, Not AssumptionsTrue quality indicators include:Case acceptance consistencyPatient retention and re-treatment ratesTeam turnover and engagementDiagnostic alignment across providersCash flow clarity5. Marketing Success Depends on End-to-End VisibilityMore leads don't equal better outcomes. Practices must track where patients come from, how they convert, and which channels actually drive ROI.6. Delegation Is Essential for Sustainable GrowthScaling requires owners to let go of certain roles and build leadership layers while maintaining accountability through systems and metrics.7. Many Owners Want Relief, Not More VolumeWithout structure, adding providers, patients, or locations...

What if your legal stack worked like a true operating system—one place for documents, deadlines, tasks, client messages, and billing—and then used that context to power AI that actually helps? We sit down with Michael Anderson, Chief Product Officer at Filevine (https://www.filevine.com), to explore how “owning” matter operations unlocks real gains in speed, accuracy, and collaboration without sacrificing control.Michael pulls back the curtain on Filevine's “operating intelligence” approach: capture the full lifecycle of a matter inside a single pane of glass, then use context engineering to ground AI in the right facts, timelines, and permissions. We dig into the practical wins of “chat with your matter,” where lawyers ask questions in plain language and get reliable answers drawn from the file itself—everything from quick retrievals to strategy brainstorming, all without bouncing between apps. We also dive deep into a game-changing feature for litigators: live deposition intelligence that streams the transcript to an LLM, flags inconsistencies in real time, tracks stated goals, and suggests follow-up questions. Because it sees the entire case file, it can cross-check testimony against exhibits and prior statements, then deliver a certified transcript and artifacts back into the matter record.Beyond the courtroom, we talk collaboration: client portals, guest access for outside counsel, and matter-centric messaging that reduces email and keeps context intact. The bigger vision is clear. Lawyers want a GPT-like experience across their own work product, not just the open web. The keys are permissioning that respects ethical walls and human-centered design that elevates expert judgment. When the legal OS becomes the intelligence layer, teams can move faster, make better decisions, and spend more time at the top of their license. If you're ready to see how context-rich, permissioned AI can transform your practice—from depositions to daily workflows—hit play. And if you enjoy the show, subscribe, share it with a colleague, and leave a quick review to help others find us.

This one is for the diehards. On Friday, August 29th, 2025 we held a Launch Party for Episode 500 in the NoPro Discord. We had no idea who would show up.To our delight Jacob Patterson, who you had a chance to hear in the last part of the marathon, ARGN's Michael Anderson — who gives us a spoiler-free expectation set on Masquerade, the immersive Phantom currently in previews in New York City, NoPro correspondent Briana Roecks who shares some Spooky Season anticipation for both LA and Las Vegas, and drop-ins from Laura Hall and Cameo Wood as well. It's a hangout episode and fair warning: the audio quality is sub-par in the extreme! I'm even on my Airpods because I was so exhausted from editing and being on the Yeti for hours on end that I just jammed the Pods in my ears and forgot how bad they would sound. So if you skip this because it sounds mid, I won't take offense. This one, as they say, is for the sickos. But if you do stick around, well: you're a real one, and all the copious links in the show notes below are going to make sense.SHOW NOTESTammany Hall is a Petco: Zohran's Summer Scavenger HuntMasqueradeMajestic Rep Las VegasPeople In the Dark: An Immersive Ghost StoryThe WillowsThe Haunted SoireeThe Wild, Citywide Scavenger Hunt That Ate San Francisco (Wired)Santa's Village Where Dark Things DwellJunior's at Resorts WorldThe Beast @ Area 15DASH – Different Area, Same Hunt‘The Long Walk' Turns Screening Into Endurance Test With 3 MPH Treadmill Rule (The Wrap)'What the f--- is this?': What Darren Aronofsky has to do with new payphones in NYC (Gothamist)Why Did the Indie Film Studio A24 Buy an Off Broadway Theater? In Episode 430 of Hidden Forces, Demetri Kofinas speaks with Vance Spencer and Michael Anderson. Mike and Vance are the founders of Framework Ventures, one of the largest venture capital firms in crypto and one of the earliest and biggest investors in Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Kofinas, Spencer, and Anderson spend the first hour surveying the current state of crypto—how the space has evolved since Michael and Vance were last on the podcast and how institutional participation in Bitcoin and Ethereum has expanded through ETFs and corporate treasury strategies. They also unpack the latest legislative developments, including the Genius and Clarity Acts, and their implications for stablecoin adoption and the broader digital asset ecosystem. In the second hour they zoom out to examine the far-reaching implications of dollar-backed stablecoin adoption outside the United States. The three of them explore how diverging regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions are shaping the future of decentralized finance and consider the rise of digital asset treasury companies as a powerful new force in the crypto economy. They also examine the practical intersections between blockchain technologies and artificial intelligence, including how AI might leverage decentralized finance applications and cryptocurrencies for the purposes of capital formation and data monetization.
