Knowing that our bodies are mostly water, I believe the water we consume to significantly effect the underlying matrix that determines our ability to achieve optimal health on all levels. I believe the human body inherently possesses a vastly greater potential of health and vitality than what is commonly believed by most people and our health care institutions. People and health professionals everywhere are starting to recognize how important cellular hydration is to ones personal health and longevity. Could the next breakthrough in significantly reducing disease and enhancing ones quality of longevity be the discovery of maintaining proper cellular hydration?Effective hydration and eliminating toxic exposure are essential issues when considering the quality of water we drink on a daily basis. It is becoming common knowledge how toxic most tap water has become, and awareness is growing about the fact that many bottled waters are potentially just as toxic as some tap waters and cannot be trusted. Not to mention the use of plastic bottles with their harmful effect on our environment. A common issue for many is drinking water that does not quench ones thirst, ancient knowledge and modern science are now merging to make known what quality of water facilitates deep cellular hydration. Consider thinking about the quality of water one drinks in the same terms of the food we eat, it needs to be clean and nutrient dense, the same principle applies to the water we drink. Being responsible for our environment and taking control of ones daily drinking water needs at home is the sustainable and most healthy option, providing us what we really need – a self-sufficient source of safe healthy water. My philosophy and approach to water is based on the understanding that:when water is in its purest form, and at its highest quality, it is a living substance endowed with the physical and energetic qualities inherently necessary to nourish a living organism on all levels. From my study of a school of Natural Science in Austria, I know the very best water for our health is Spring Water, and yet all springs are not of an equal quality. Among Earth's many naturally occurring water sources are ‘truesprings' and ‘seepage springs', with truespring water being the very best water for drinking. Seepage springs simply seep downward until hitting impenetrable rock strata, at which point they seep back to the surface, never coming close to the deep layers of the Earth. Truespring water, however, travels the complete hydrological cycle from high in the atmosphere, down to the deep molten layers where it is purified and reborn, and back up through the mineral and stone layers feeding and maturing the water before it emerges at the surface of the Earth. It is purified and fortified within its journey of the full hydrological cycle, ready to nourish and support LIFE to the highest levels. For an in depth explanation on newest scientific discoveries of how our bodies cells function and cellular hydration please read my article, The Quality of Water We Drink, How it Effects Optimal Health.

In the early 1900s Los Angeles, California was rapidly growing.  To supply the city with needed water, a massive, concrete dam was built in the mountains above the city.  The St. Francis Dam was finished in 1926.  Once the reservoir filled, the seemingly indestructible dam held back more than twelve billion gallons of water.    Almost immediately upon completion, cracks began to appear in the massive wall.  Fissures widened.  Seepage grew.  The engineers and architects were aware of these issues, but they felt that these faults were in keeping with a dam of this size.  They further believed that there was time to correct the problems.    But two and a half minutes before midnight on March 12, 1928, the St. Francis Dam catastrophically failed.  Hundreds of lives were lost as a wall of water and debris swept down the St. Francisquito Canyon.  It remains the second greatest loss-of-life disaster in California history behind only the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire.   Small fissures and cracks should not be ignored.  Left unattended, they widen.  They threaten the integrity of the very structure they populate.   What’s true for concrete structures is equally true for our lives.  Small cracks in our character cannot be ignored.  They inevitably widen.  They put our families, our friends, our careers, and our testimonies at risk.  A catastrophic failure is the likely future of unattended fissures in our character.   Samson, the seemingly invincible strongman of Israel, started well.  But soon enough, cracks in his character started to appear.  He ignored them to his own peril.  Only God’s grace kept him from being a total loss.   This Sunday we will revisit the account of his life and learn how to avoid, detect, and correct the cracks that threaten our lives.  God’s grace is our hope as well!    Carousel: The Broken Heroes of Judges “Samson: A Good Start Doesn’t Guarantee a Good Finish” Part 2 Judges 14-16   He dishonored his parents By his rebellion By his reasoning He disregarded his pledge Through carelessness Through callousness He discarded his purity By his sensuality By his stupidity He distorted his purpose From a saving purpose To a selfish purpose

"Long gone are the days of widespread internet attacks. What's more popular now are more directed or targeted attacks using a variety of different methods. Since most of these attacks will be a single shot styled attack attackers will often look for anyway tincrease the likelihood of success. This is where data seepage comes in. Unbeknownst ta lot of mobile professional's laptops, pdas, even cell phones can be literally bleeding information about a company's internal network. This can be due tapplications like email clients that are set tstart up and automatically search for its mail server, windows may be attempting tremap network drives, an application could be checking for updates. All this information can be used by an attacker tmake attacks more accurate with a higher likelihood of success. Don't laugh and dismiss this as a trivial problem with nimpact. Through demonstrations and packet caps we will show how this problem can be the weak link in your security chain. "
