Naeem is a musician. I met Naeem over a decade ago in Philly where we used to party like nobody's business but it was everybody's business. If you weren't partying like we were partying 10 years ago. Dude you're late. Formerly known as Spank Rock, Naeem has performed with so many of the greats but one that I found out was with Bjork and that friend and guest of the show Christian Schwartz has been to at the Apollo. Where was I? I was being a little virgin probably learning how to drive. Naeem did a banger EP with Benny Blanco called Bangers & Cash and has also collaborated with best friend Amanda Blank, Santigold, Diplo, Bon Iver, and Boys Noize. Hailing from the dirty south mecca of New Orleans, Bryan Normand, known by his 808 bass-slanging alter-ego Kid Kamillion, began his career in high school as he put down his skateboard and turned to spinnin' records. By college he was curating an underground music movement throughout the south and began taking over the New Orleans nightlife scene. Kid Kamillion took his knowledge of true southern hip-hop, and over 10 years of “rave culture” tweaked with his personal innovation and creativity, and pioneered a sound that quickly gained the attention and recognition of dance music ambassador A-Trak for the Kid Kamillion edit of “Heads Will Roll”. Kid Kamillion rapidly built a stout reputation amongst heavy hitters throughout the producer, DJ, and festival scenes. The year 2013 was beyond groundbreaking for Kid Kamillion as it kicked off with him playing the Jay-Z Super Bowl party. Shortly thereafter he was playing shows all over the country, and even ventured out to playing shows in Europe. As a producer, Kid Kamillion has numerous collaborations with global hit maker Diplo and Berlin based techno giant Boys Noize, in addition to producing tracks for club legends Spank Rock and Kid Sister. Currently, Kid Kamillion spends most of his time jetting between Miami and Los Angeles and also in Houston producing with long-time friend and fellow New Orleans native Mannie Fresh. Le producteur XXXchange y entame un massage vivifiant des oreilles à l'aide de basses efficaces, d'un beat composé de percussions poubelles et d'une mélodie légère, sinueuse mais éloquente qui semble tout droit sortie d'une calculette. Naeem Juwan aka MC Spank Rock s'y installe et aligne l'histoire rigolote de Betty et de ses nombreux soupirants d'une voix nasale séduisante et traînante qui tient la comparaison avec Q-Tip (avec rimes plus coquines).
