JEN NA HTTPS://HEROHERO.CO/CESTMIR A HTTPS://FORENDORS.CZ/CESTMIR „Radši budu lidem lézt na nervy než do prdele.“ Tímhle heslem se řídí stylista Filip Vaněk – a kdo ho sleduje, ví, že si na servítky opravdu nehraje. Muž, který řadu let obléká slavné osobnosti i soukromé klienty, připravuje outfity na červené koberce, televizní show i do běžného života, mluví v rozhovoru o tom, proč podle něj většina Čechů stále neumí dobře vypadat a proč kultivovanost a vkus nejsou zdaleka jen povrchní záležitosti. „Aby se člověk cítil dobře, je psychologicky dokázané, že musí být pěkně zabalený. A ti hezky oblečení a hezky vypadající lidé mají lepší práci, lepší vztahy i víc peněz,“ říká Vaněk k tomu, že podle něj, když se člověk sám sobě líbí a je spokojený, tak z něj vyzařuje lepší energie a všechno se mu daří líp. Zároveň ale zdůrazňuje, že i práce stylisty je hlavně o psychologii, empatii a umění říct pravdu tak, aby posunula, a ne zranila. „Klient si mě nenajímá proto, abych ho utvrzoval, že je krásný. Najímá si mě, aby se dozvěděl pravdu, a já mu to musím diplomaticky předat. Je to velmi intimní vztah – jako s gynekologem nebo urologem,“ vysvětluje s tím, že ne každý upřímnost unese. „Český muž je dacan, buran, prostě muž bez vychování, a je to také škrt bez jakékoliv úrovně,“ řekl kdysi a stojí si za tím i dnes. Sám se styl naučil milovat už jako malý kluk, kdy místo Lega chtěl v Tuzexu značkové džíny, a i dnes si potrpí na kvalitní obleky z pařížských ateliérů. Přitom ale netvrdí, že móda musí být drahá – spíš že má být přiměřená, čistá a odpovídat situaci. „Do divadla se má jít jako do divadla a do práce jako do práce, ne v goretexu jako na hory,“ říká. Vaněk v rozhovoru popisuje i vlastní profesní cestu – od učitele fyziky, tělocviku a výpočetní techniky přes práci v reklamní agentuře až po jednoho z nejvyhledávanějších stylistů v Česku. Mluví o tom, proč už ho nebaví oblékat influencery na filmovém festivalu v Karlových Varech, proč si myslí, že televize diváky spíš zplošťuje, než inspiruje, ale i proč mu vadí kritika za to, že přiznal, jak před módními přehlídkami drží půst. „Vaňka budeme odsuzovat za to, že řekl, že dva dny nejí, a budeme veřejně říkat: Pojďme se mít rádi takoví, jací jsme. Ale je to ve své podstatě morbidní obezita,“ brání se s tím, že mu vadí i opačný extrém a dodává, že sice současná doba oslavuje diverzitu, ale když má někdo jiný názor, je to často problém. Vaněk se dotýká i fenoménu fast fashion, ekologických paradoxů módního průmyslu i generační proměny přístupu k oblékání. Myslí si, že změnu může odstartovat i jediný kluk, který se na jeho rozhovor podívá a rozhodne se, že bude chtít vypadat jinak. Proč je pro něj důležité obklopovat se lidmi, kteří mu říkají i nekompromisní pravdy? Jak vnímá české celebrity a proč se nerovnají těm světovým? JEN NA HTTPS://HEROHERO.CO/CESTMIR A HTTPS://FORENDORS.CZ/CESTMIR „Mám se jako prase v žitě,“ říká psychiatr Radkin Honzák, který i ve svých 86 letech stále ordinuje, vyučuje na univerzitě třetího věku a především se snaží žít s určitým nadhledem. Pokud chce člověk bojovat s trudomyslností, může mu podle něj pomoci jednoduchý rituál: v pět odpoledne si zapsat tři věci, které člověku ten den udělaly radost, a tři, které udělal sám pro sebe. „To druhé je často hrozně obtížné. Ale říkám lidem, ať si představí, co by udělali pro někoho, koho mají rádi, a ať to udělají pro sebe,“ nabádá Honzák. Psychiatr mluví také o tom, proč se nenechává semlít negativními zprávami, proč sociální sítě považuje za „příšerný vynález“ a proč je podle něj důležité naučit se filtrovat realitu podobně jako „vybírat hrozinky z vánočky“. Vzpomíná na dětství během války, bombardování Prahy i odbojovou činnost svých rodičů. Otevřeně mluví o zkušenostech s represí komunistického režimu, o výsleších StB i vlastním boji s alkoholem. Nevyhýbá se ani reflexi stáří: místo bilancování se snaží zůstat aktivní a ukazovat mladším, „co všechno se dá vydržet“. Popisuje také svou kariéru – třeba když pracoval s pacienty s ledvinovým selháním nebo pomáhal prosadit psychosomatiku. „Já jsem zvědavý. A dokud je člověk zvědavý, tak se brání úpadku,“ říká k tomu, proč je pro něj stále důležitá duševní práce. Honzák také reaguje na kritiku, kterou vyvolaly jeho výroky o menšinách a společenských normách. Říká, že „odlišnost“ neodsuzuje, ale vadí mu některé způsoby, jakými ji lidé veřejně prezentují. „Mám empatii, klidně si s těmi lidmi budu povídat u stolu o jejich problémech a akceptovat je, jen nechci, aby mi říkali, jak mám co dělat,“ brání se psychiatr a zároveň připouští, že jeho slova mohou některé lidi zraňovat. V rozhovoru mluví také o politicích, psychopatii ve vedení státu, o Donaldu Trumpovi a Andreji Babišovi, o Rusku, ale i o tom, proč důvěru v lidstvo nahradila spíš naděje. Co se podle něj děje s průměrnou inteligencí společnosti? Proč považuje mobily u dětí za „vražedné“? A co ho naučila zkušenost, kdy nechtěl, ale nakonec musel? Poslechněte si celý rozhovor.
