Low Self Confidence From Unsatisfactory Sex Life?

Are you in a marriage where your unsatisfactory sex life is causing you to lose your sense of wellbeing, sense of happiness and overall make you feel unloved, unconfident and miserable? In this episode I talk about the way that men usually measure their sense of MOJO and self confidence and how it's the wrong way round - plus what to do to change it and start feeling that confident swagger and sense of mojo returning again. In our coaching, we help men get a powerful new mindset that empowers you to give, love and connect more deeply because you're finally doing that within yourself first. This mindset allows empathy, trust and connection to happen because you're confident in who you're being. We teach skills and knowledge that nobody ever teaches men when we're younger. Skills and knowledge that make you feel confident and in control even when chaos is going on around you. It's amazing what you can achieve when you make yourself a priority. Most men don't.   They are too busy taking care of everyone else.  Too busy minding the store and making the money.   They are focused on the "outside game" of winning life. But their "inside game" of confidence and clarity is suffering badly. You can only improve your inside game with other men. We would love to help you become more calm, more strong emotionally and more confident and happy in who you are as a man. Come and join us, either through 1-on-1 coaching with my colleague Dan Dore or me, or in our group coaching program with other amazing men who are travelling the same path as you right now in our Men's Live Coaching Roundtable. There's an amazing tribe of guys in this group with us, supporting and helping each other through this process of growth and self realization. https://goodguys2greatmen.com/goodguys2greatmen-live-coaching-roundtable/ If you're facing possible divorce, we have an online course which is specifically for you - Defuse the Divorce Bomb: https://mojopolis.thinkific.com/courses/HDDB-preview?ref=a53950 What if this next year everything changed for you? That's what we want for you brother, We love teaching men these tools - how to be better, how to know who you are, what you stand for, what you want and how to CREATE it in your life through our Masculine Confidence coaching programs. There is something strange that all humans are programmed to do. And if we don't keep it in check, it will lead to a lot of problems in our lives. Do you find yourself emotionally influenced by people or events that you have no real connection to? (Politics, sports, social media influencers.)Do you have a hard time saying what you really think?Do people seem to find you boring? Or are you often arguing against others? It could be that you haven't developed your inner voice. We humans are programmed to seek answers from authority. We don't mind being told what to think, what to do, or how to act if we believe it will benefit us. Why figure all that out yourself if someone trustworthy will just point you in the right direction? We all want to know what our purpose on this earth is. Where did we come from, and where will we go when we die? And day-to-day we want to know that what we are doing is right.Modern media and culture hijacks this desire, and today thousands of people make a lot of money off of your attention and your emotional connection to them and their brands by telling you how to think and how to act.The consequence to you is losing yourself. Your self confidence is tied to your favourite sports team, your critical thinking is secondary to what your favorite social media guru tells you, and if you find someone who disagrees it often ends in confrontation. But what do you think? What really matters to you?If you struggle to be alone with your thoughts, if you need constant distraction by social media, TV and music, if you argue with others about things over which neither of you have any control...that is an invitation to self-development and building a better life. It's time you started consuming less content that makes you angry or desperate and stopped arguing with your family members. You simply have to develop your inner voice. There is a thoughtful person inside you, but they won't get their chance to be heard and recognized if all you're doing is consuming the words of others. If you're ready to become confident and certain of who you are, stop the childish emotional attachment to things on TV, and form meaningful relationships with others, this episode will inspire you to start thinking for yourself. Do you ever feel like you're not good at anything? Like nothing will work out for you and that whatever you try, it'll end up going wrong? Well, there are a few reasons why that may be. Here are 3 reasons why your confidence might be low or fleeting and what you can do to improve your self. It's really important to learn how to build motivation and esteem so that you can teach yourself to overcome obstacles. This takes experience to build traits like this - but it's the key to help you become confident.Make sure to take notes on the signs of things working - and not working. When you feel anxiety increase, that means that your perception of what will happen in the future is something that you can't handle. So learning to teach your self how to go on this journey of getting into new situations where you can focus on improvement and growth is really important.Learning to deal with your internal dialog and reshape it to help you take control over your thoughts, emotions, and actions is another major part to going from low self confidence to high self confidence. And it can be done! Why? Because it's all within your head and the meanings you've attached to your self perception.I help geeks, gamers, and creatives to have more confidence and motivation.#confidence #motivation #geekpsychology*****What are you working on right now?*****Support here: www.patreon.com/geekpsychologyhttps://bio.geekpsychology.comwww.geekpsychology.com (Discord: https://discord.gg/xqmdgEw)www.inowfeelpositive.com (INFP ONLY community with Discord)*****WANT TO BE COACHED BY ME?*****Ready to take your life or personal development to the next level? Need help with confidence or motivation? Ready to defeat anxiety and regain control over your life?Book your free strategy call with Matt Sherman today.https://calendly.com/geekpsychology/strategy-call-with-matt-sherman*****FOR THE INFP "I Now Feel Positive" Masterclass*****Hey INFPs! On this episode Coach Jenny shares insight and guidance on what she calls “The Comparison Game”. Whether it’s coveting a body type, wardrobe trends, home decor or career successes, we’re reminded that the pressure of comparing ourselves to others can steal our joy and deplete our true sense of self worth. In today’s world of social media making everyone else’s lives look seemingly and effortlessly perfect, Jenny takes us through 8 practical ways to break the cycle and to once and for all stop comparing yourself to others. It’s no easy feat, but if we can commit to daily practices of being grateful and present, we can take a stand against the notion that life is like Instagram; while recognizing we all have our own timelines, goals, struggles and strengths. If you enjoyed this episode, make sure and give us a five star rating  and leave us a review on iTunes, Podcast Addict, Podchaser and Castbox. STRONG Fitness Magazine Subscription Use discount code STRONGGIRLResourcesSTRONG Fitness MagazineSTRONG Fitness Magazine on IGTeam Strong GirlsCoach JVBFollow Jenny on social mediaInstagramFacebookYouTube
