PEACEFUL MIND PODCAST — EPISODE 329 The Price of Peace A 90-year-old monk said it simply: if it costs you your peace, it's too expensive. In this episode, Danielle unpacks what that means for the way you're actually living your life right now. We're good at calculating costs in dollars and time. We know what groceries cost, how long school pickup takes, what a family vacation will run us. But most of us have never once stopped to calculate the cost of our choices in terms of peace — and Danielle believes that's one of the most important things we're missing. If there are areas of your life that feel tight, heavy, or quietly draining, this episode will give you a new lens for looking at them. Not to overhaul everything, but to start asking a better question before you say yes to the next thing. In This Episode You'll Learn: Why peace might be the most expensive currency you have — and why we forget to calculate its cost How to recognize the physical and emotional signals your body sends when your peace is being compromised The difference between guilt and conviction — and why knowing the difference protects your peace Practical phrases to use when you need time to evaluate before saying yes Why protecting your peace isn't selfish — it's the foundation from which you love your family and live your purpose Get full show notes, transcript, and more information here Related Episodes If this topic resonated with you, these episodes may also help: #323 — Missing Ingredient to Your Peace #304 — Mastering The Art of Saying No Without Guilt #289 — How to Have a Softer Way of Life

Greatest Example of Unhurried Life What if the rushing you feel every day is not actually necessary? That might be hard to believe when you're navigating school drop-offs, deadlines, dinner, and the endless mental load of motherhood. But what if the constant sense of urgency you carry isn't a requirement of your life — it's a belief you've accepted without questioning it? In this episode, Danielle turns to the greatest example of an unhurried life: Jesus. He had the weight of salvation on his shoulders, crowds constantly seeking him out, and endless demands for healing and teaching — and he was never in a hurry. He moved with calm, presence, and what Matthew Kelly beautifully calls "a holy sense of haste." This episode will shift how you see the rush inside you — and invite you toward a different way of moving through your days, one grounded in God's rhythm rather than the world's urgency. IN THIS EPISODE YOU'LL LEARN: What Jesus' life actually demonstrates about pace, presence, and peace — and how it applies to yours How interruptions can become something beautiful rather than frustrating The one question Danielle asks herself when she feels rushed that immediately shifts her state Why slowing down makes you more effective as a mom, not less What it looks like practically to move through your day as Christ would Get full show notes, transcript, and more information here BOOK REFERENCED IN THIS EPISODE Slowing Down to the Speed of Joy by Matthew Kelly Many of the insights in this episode are drawn from this book alongside the principles Danielle teaches in the Cyclone Mom Method. Send us your feedback — we're listeningPsalm 4:8 — Jesus, As This New Day Begins, Let Me Rest in Your Peace and Protection Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making Daily Prayer part of your life and part of your day. As we pray together across the globe throughout the day, stay connected, return often, and let us continue this journey of prayer together. Psalm 4:8 (NIV) says: “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” Psalm 91 reminds us that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Even in the quiet hours of the night, God's presence surrounds us and His protection remains over our lives. Lord Jesus, as this new day quietly begins, we pause in this midnight hour and place ourselves into Your care. While much of the world sleeps, we remember that You are watching over us and guiding every moment of our lives. Bring peace to our hearts tonight. Where there are worries about tomorrow, calm our thoughts. Where there are burdens that still weigh on our minds, help us release them into Your hands. Let Your peace fill our homes and cover our families. Protect those we love and let Your presence rest gently over every place where Your people are sleeping tonight. Jesús, trae Tu paz a nuestros corazones esta noche y danos descanso en Tu presencia. Jesus, traz a Tua paz aos nossos corações nesta noite e guarda-nos enquanto descansamos. Morning Mantra: "Abundance isn't a destination to reach. It's a state you allow."Your most abundant life isn't waiting for you in the future. It's available now. That idea can feel confusing because it cuts across everything we're taught about time, effort, learning and earning. We've been trying to think literally. Work first. Live later. But the universe doesn't move in straight lines. Abundance is state you allow- not something you chase. The acceleration doesn't come from forcing or grinding. It comes from following what lights you up. Find your Joy. Your Curiosity. Your Authenticity. Your Peace. Learn what you actually enjoy. Follow those signals. Not casually. But with commitment. When you move towards what makes you feel alive, momentum takes over. That's how things open up. Not because you tried harder, but because you finally moved in the right direction.#BeInTheStateOfAbundance #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #WordsToInspire #InspirationalQuotes #SmallBusinessOwner #WomenOwned #HorseHippieBoutique #MorningMotivation #Equestrian #HorseLover #QuotesToInspire #HorseHippieBoutique

In a divided and contentious world, pastors and ministry leaders are called to lead as peacemakers. Mark DeYmaz joins Jason Daye to explore how Jesus-shaped faithfulness builds trust and witness over time. What does it look like for pastors and ministry leaders to lead as peacemakers in a divided world while remaining faithful to who God has called them to be?In this episode of FrontStage BackStage, host Jason Daye sits down with Mark DeYmaz, pastor, author, and longtime leader in the multiethnic church movement. Drawing from his latest book, Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace, Mark reflects on how ministry leaders can lean into peacemaking with clarity, courage, and compassion in contentious times.Mark challenges pastors to resist the temptation to become politicians or pundits and instead remain faithful shepherds who care deeply for their people and communities. He shares why chasing likes, views, or applause can undermine trust, and why consistent and faithful obedience over time ultimately strengthens a ministry leader's witness. Together, they explore how the Church's credibility today is shaped less by what people say and more by what others see through faithful presence and loving action. They discuss:What it means to lead as a peacemaker rather than a cultural combatantWhy faithfulness over time builds trust in polarized contextsThe danger of chasing visibility instead of pastoral integrityHow Matthew 5:16 shapes Christian witness in the 21st centuryPractical and often overlooked ways pastors can lead in peacemakingThis conversation invites pastors and ministry leaders to embrace a Jesus-shaped vision of leadership marked by humility, trustworthiness, and quiet faithfulness, offering hope for how the Church can reflect the beauty and love of Christ in a divided world.leading as peacemakers, peacemaking in ministry, pastoral leadership, Christian leadership in divided times, faithful ministry leadership, trust in leadership, Matthew 5:16, FrontStage BackStage, Mark DeYmaz, peacemaking and faithfulness, St. Francis, Peace PrayerLooking to dig more deeply into this topic and conversation? Fred Talley here from Faith Pest Control, right here in our beautiful corner of North Georgia. I’ve been in the pest control business for a good while now, and if there’s one thing I know, it’s that those sneaky rodents—the mice, rats, and all their cousins—are a serious, year-round menace. If you're hearing that telltale scratch, scratch, scratch in your walls or attic, or finding unwelcome droppings in your pantry, you don’t just have a nuisance; you have a potential health and fire hazard on your hands. That’s why I want to talk to you, my neighbors in Jasper, about why Faith Pest Control is the best solution you can call to get those critters out and keep them out for good. And I’ll keep on treating it for FREE until you tell me you ARE happy. If that still doesn’t make you happy, I’ll promp2tly and politely give YOU back every penny of your money, plus an additional $25.00 for your time and trouble…. period.”3 We don4‘t just want you satisfied; we want you happy. Drawing from my own experiences as a divorced mom and child of abandonment, I explore the transformative power of forgiveness - not just for others, but for ourselves. This isn't about letting someone off the hook; it's about freeing ourselves from the burden of pain and resentment so we can heal our hearts. Why Forgiveness MattersI share my personal journey of forgiving my mother, a decision that quite literally saved my life. Through this story, I illustrate how holding onto anger can be physically and emotionally destructive, while forgiveness can bring profound relief and peace. The Three Facets of Forgiveness1. Forgiving others: Understanding why it's essential and what happens when we don't.2. Forgiving ourselves: Addressing the guilt and self-blame that often plagues single moms.3. Forgiving those in our faith communities: Navigating the unique pain of being hurt by fellow believers.A Biblical PerspectiveWe'll examine forgiveness through a spiritual lens, reflecting on Christ's ultimate act of forgiveness and how it relates to our own struggles. I reference Ephesians 4:32, reminding us of our call to forgive as we have been forgiven.Key TakeawaysForgiveness is about your healing, not about the other personUnforgiveness is like a wound that never healsForgiving yourself is just as important as forgiving othersEven people in our faith communities can hurt us - they're human tooForgiveness doesn't excuse the behavior, but it frees you from its gripThis episode is part of a larger series on emotions that single moms often face. I encourage you to listen to the related episodes on anger, fear, and worry for a more comprehensive understanding of these challenges. As we conclude, I extend an invitation for connection and further discussion. Whether you're seeking mentorship or simply want to share your thoughts on this topic, I'm here to listen and support you on your journey towards healing and forgiveness.Related Episodes: Why Are You Angry [Season 7| Episode 40]What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid? These are indeed good days for book lovers because we are so blessed to have yet another Christian spiritual classic broken open for us Dr. Peter Kreeft! In "I Burned for Your Peace: Augustine's Confessions Unpacked", Dr. Kreeft gives us a guided tour through one of the finest works in all Western literature. In our conversation we discuss how St. Augustine, in many ways, is the everyman and why is life is so important for us today. Written in a personal dialogue with God, the saint's "Confessions" is more than an autobiography or a book of theology, it is, in the end, a living prayer. It is one man's compelling witness that is, as Dr. Kreeft will say, astonishingly contemporary. St. Augustine looks at himself so honestly, we can't help but see ourselves in the reflection. "I Burned for Your Peace" is the must have book to accompany you on this spiritual journey, especially if your heart is a restless one. So plan your pilgrimage now! Meet Neil Hamovitch, the owner of a rising small business, Soundproof San Diego, a company dedicated to the art and science of soundproofing.Neil's journey into the world of soundproofing began with his passion for music at the age of 14, when he discovered the challenge of securing a practice space that wouldn't disrupt others. His college years introduced him to hourly rehearsal studios with soundproofed rooms, sparking his curiosity about sound isolation.  In 2003 when he returned home from college, he was ignited to master sound reduction techniques when he became frustrated with trying to locate a suitable rehearsal studio for his new band. Over the next six years, he transformed a couple of rooms in a warehouse, conducting extensive research and experimentation, progressively improving the sound reduction capabilities of his rehearsal spaces. This expertise led to a turning point when a client asked him to build a drum studio in a garage. Collaborating with his father-in-law, a licensed contractor, they successfully created the home studio, realizing Neil's untapped skillset.Inspired by this experience, Neil obtained his contractor license, and in 2015, Soundproof San Diego was born. The company has undergone substantial growth since its inception, diversifying into various sound control areas. Their expertise now encompasses mitigating footstep noise between floors, treating shared walls, reducing traffic and airplane noise, enhancing windows and doors, and implementing reverberation acoustic solutions in a wide range of spaces. Soundproof San Diego has controlled sounds in various spaces including multi and single-family residences, offices, home studios, restaurants, gyms, and houses of worship. They have undertaken custom projects involving equipment enclosures and have assisted branches of the military and local government agencies in ensuring the privacy of confidential discussions.

Your Peace is with me, Father. I am safe. Your Peace surrounds me, Father. Where I go, Your Peace goes there with me. It sheds its light on everyone I meet. I bring it to the desolate and lonely and afraid. I give Your Peace to those who suffer pain, or grieve for loss, or think they are bereft of hope and happiness. Send them to me, my Father. Let me bring Your Peace with me. For I would save Your Son, as is Your Will, that I may come to recognize my Self. And so we go in peace. To all the world we give the message that we have received. And thus we come to hear the Voice for God, Who speaks to us as we relate His Word; Whose Love we recognize because we share the Word that He has given unto us.- Jesus Christ in A Course in Miracles, Lesson 245

PUPDATES #3: Is Pet Insurance Worth it? Dog Trainer Weighs In!

Is pet insurance worth it?Hey fellow dog owner, I understand it's easy to be at a crossroads regarding pet insurance. Thousands of caring and protective pet owners have asked me that very question. I'm finally sharing what I tell dog owners who ask for pet insurance advice in this blog. With pet insurance marketed as a need and a must, should every pet owner get it? Read on for the answer.   Key Takeaways Pet insurance is optional, but there are big factors that make it a must. Your budget plays a great role in making the decision whether or not you get pet insurance for your dogs. Large and pedigree dogs need pet insurance because they are more prone to emergencies and expensive general care costs. RAISE CALMER PUPPIES WITH DOGGY DAN'S PUPPY COACH™️ Table of Contents Pet Insurance Worth It or Not? Here's My Story Three Factors That Make Pet Insurance Worth It Two Factors That Make Pet Insurance Optional Should I Really Get Pet Insurance for Large and Pedigree Dogs? Is Pet Insurance Worth It? Ten Things to REALLY Consider Before Getting One Is Pet Insurance Worth It? The Answer Depends On What You Need Pet Insurance – Worth It or Not? Here's My Story I love my dogs and every dog that comes to us is family. Because I'm also a protective pet owner, I opted for pet insurance for $500 a year for two dogs. The insurance spanned ten years and cost roughly $5,000. Yet, after paying for the hefty dog insurance cost, I don't think I have been able to make a claim that made me feel like I have made the most out of the insurance.   If anyone comes to me asking, “Should I get pet insurance for my dog?” I give this general answer: it really depends on so many factors. I won't immediately say, “Yes, get it!” because not all pet owners can shell out $250 a year for pet insurance. I won't also say, “No, don't bother!” because pet insurance benefits are also good. So many factors and considerations come into play in deciding if pet insurance is worth it, and I'm sharing them all with you in this blog. TRAIN DOGS THE BETTER WAY WITH DOGGY DAN'S DOG CALMING CODE™️ Three Factors That Make Pet Insurance Worth It How do you know if your pet needs pet insurance? Should you get one just because your vet tells you to do so? Other pet owners telling you it's a must? Because popular influencers are all about pet insurance? Getting pet insurance is a major decision that should be based on WHAT YOU REALLY NEED. To help you make the decision whether or not to get dog insurance, consider these three important factors. Factor #1: Your Financial Capacity for Emergencies You can never tell when your dog might need a $5,000 treatment or operation. If you can't afford to spend $5,000 just for a single emergency, consider getting pet insurance. Having pet insurance for emergencies allows you to give proper care for your pet whenever they need it. Factor #2: Your Peace of Mind Makes Pet Insurance Worth It You can purchase insurance policies that cover various types of medical treatments and procedures, including emergency care, surgery, and medication. If having a ready resource for emergencies give you assurance and peace of mind, pet insurance is worth it. By having pet insurance, you can feel secure knowing that they will not have to make difficult decisions about your pet's needs based on financial constraints. Pet insurance is worth it because it eliminates stress and worry of unexpected veterinary bills, which can be expensive and difficult to manage. Factor #3: The Breed and Size of Your Dogs It's hard not to feel the weight of the expenses when caring for a big or pedigreed dog. The costs can add up quickly leaving you feeling anxious and uncertain. But don't worry, you're not alone. Studies have shown that these dogs are more prone to health issues, making it even more important to prioritize their care. CALMER PUPPIES TURN INTO CALMER DOGS. START NOW WITH PUPPY COACH™️ I know it's tough to hear, but if you have a larger or pedigreed dog, chances are you'll be spending more than the average pet owner. That's why pet insurance is a no-brainer because for bigger dogs, pet insurance is worth it. It's like a safety net, protecting you and your furry companion from any unexpected health issues that may arise. Investing in pet insurance can bring a sense of comfort and relief because it gives you a cushion to fall back on in case of any tragic events. It's all about providing the best possible care for your beloved pet while reducing the financial burden and stress that comes with it. Two Factors That Make Pet Insurance Optional While pet insurance can provide financial protection and peace of mind for pet owners, it is ultimately a personal decision based on individual circumstances and preferences. It is not mandatory and pet owners can choose to self-insure or pay for veterinary expenses out of pocket. Here are three factors that can help you cross—without guilt!—pet insurance off your list of pet care must-haves. Factor #1: You Have the Budget If you have access to a substantial amount of money, such as $5,000, $10,000, or even $20,000 — and you don't mind spending it on pet care alone — you can choose to opt out of pet insurance. If you feel confident that you can cover the cost of unexpected veterinary bills by using savings or borrowing against their mortgage, pet insurance can be optional. RAISE DOGS THAT TRUST YOU WITH THE DOG CALMING CODE™️ Factor #2: Your Dog is Low-maintenance Low maintenance dogs, such as those who require minimal grooming or have few breed-specific health issues, may not require pet insurance. These dogs are generally less likely to develop chronic health problems, require frequent visits to the veterinarian, or need costly medical procedures. Now here's a little caveat from Doggy Dan: while pet insurance may not be necessary for low-maintenance dogs, having a financial plan in place for unexpected veterinary expenses is still essential to ensure that you are prepared for any eventuality. Should I Really Get Pet Insurance for Large and Pedigree Dogs? Large and pedigree dogs may be more prone to certain health conditions than other dogs, so getting pet insurance is an advantage. These breeds may be more likely to develop conditions such as hip dysplasia, cancer, and heart disease, which can require expensive medical treatment. In addition, larger dogs are also more susceptible to injuries, such as ligament tears, that may require surgical intervention. Given the potential costs associated with these health issues, pet insurance can provide valuable financial protection for large and pedigree dog owners. With the right coverage, pet insurance can help cover the cost of expensive medical treatments, surgeries, and medications. By investing in pet insurance, you can have peace of mind knowing that your dogs are prepared for any unexpected veterinary expenses that may arise. Is Pet Insurance Worth It? Ten Things to REALLY Consider Before Getting One #1: Coverage of Your Pet Insurance Consider what types of incidents and procedures are covered by the insurance policy, such as accidents, illnesses, and routine care. #2: Exclusions Be aware of any exclusions or limitations in the policy, such as pre-existing conditions or certain breeds that may not be covered. #3: Deductibles Determine the amount of deductible you are comfortable with, which is the amount you pay before the insurance kicks in. #4: Premiums Compare premiums from different insurance providers to find a policy that fits your budget. Luckily, you can find pet insurance policies with flexible premiums. CALMER DOGS FROM PUP TO POP WITH DOGGY DAN'S DOG TRAINING PROGRAMS #5: Reimbursement Rates Understand how reimbursement rates work and the percentage of the vet bill that will be covered by the policy so you'll know what to expect. #6: Waiting Periods Find out if there are any waiting periods before coverage begins, and how long they last. Knowing this allows you to plan ahead and make sure that you have coverage in place when you need it. #7: Maximum Payouts Be aware of any maximum payouts or caps on coverage that may be included in the policy. You'll want to make sure that the policy provides sufficient coverage for your pet's potential medical needs, as well as any conditions that your pet may be prone to based on their breed or age. It's also important to note that some pet insurance policies have a maximum payout per year, while others have a maximum payout per condition. Understanding the details of the policy and the maximum payout limits can help you make an informed decision about which policy is right for you and your pet. #8: Customer Service Research the quality of customer service provided by the insurance provide before getting pet insurance. Don't forget to read reviews from other pet owners. CLICK HERE: THE DOG TRAINING PROGRAMS TRUSTED BY THOUSANDS OF DOG OWNERS #9 Provider Network You can say that pet insurance is worth it is when you can use it for the services of the vet of your choice. Consider whether the insurance provider has a large network of veterinarians and specialists in your area. #10 Pet's Age and Health Take into account the age and health of your pet, as well as their breed and any previous health issues, to determine if pet insurance is worth it or necessary. This factor can also help you choose the best insurance coverage. Is Pet Insurance Worth It? The Answer Depends On What You Need “Should I buy pet insurance?” The answer to this question depends entirely on you. Pet insurance is optional, and not getting one doesn't mean you are a bad dog owner and you don't care enough for your pets. In the end, it all boils down to what you feel about these questions: Are pet insurance costs too much for you? Is getting pet insurance worth it for your peace of mind? Do you want to be able to give your dog the care that they need, when they need it? Is your budget enough to pay for emergency expenses out of your pocket? Is your dog prone to illnesses? Do they require more pet care expenses? Having pet insurance is good; there's no doubt about that. However, when it's currently out of your budget, or if you feel like the $250/year insurance cost is quite a reach, getting it for another time doesn't make you any less of a loving pet owner. I always believe pet owners have a strong gut instinct when it comes to raising dogs, so trust it. Is pet insurance worth it? The answer depends on you because you know what's best for you and your pet. May the best choice win! ~ Doggy Dan

The theme for today's meditation is Living Our Identity: Lord, Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace, based on a prayer from St. Francis of Assisi. Today be challenged to listen and meditate on the prayer from St. Francis of Assisi as we read through it more than once. With the first reading, listen with your heart's ear for a phrase or word that stands out for you. With the second reading, reflecting on what touches you, saying it to yourself or writing in a journal. We invite you to listen again to this entire reading so that with the third time listening, consider responding with a prayer or expression of what you have experienced and ask God what this passage calls you to do or be. As the prayer is read a final time, rest in silence before God. Greetings, Beloved. Let us pray together, agree together, and watch God, in the name of Jesus Christ, move."...Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, 'With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."- Matthew 19:26."And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken...that those things which cannot be shaken may remain."- Hebrews 12:11-28.Merciful Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we thank you that the Kingdom of God is unshakable: its foundation, Jesus Christ...His sacrifice...His victory, cannot be undone nor moved. We see that change is apart of this world, however we are encouraged by your words found in Hebrews 13 that reminds us that YOU are the same all powerful, merciful, loving God yesterday, today, and for ever: slow to anger, abounding in mercy, love itself, perfect character, the ultimate gift giver, promise keeper: our provider. We thank you for equipping us with the spiritual weapons that defeat strongholds, brings about deliverance, and garners YOUR PEACE that the world cannot take away.Through transitions, life changes, growth, and time may we keep your patience;May we forgive...truly letting go of hurt and pain and misunderstandings.Help us to be still and remain still until you tell us to move; we are reminded of the children of Israel had to wait and move when God said while in the wilderness-Exodus 13:21-22.We receive your complete healing: there isn't anything broken that you cannot fix then use- 1 Corinthians 1:27.May we stay on the strait and narrow path that leads to life, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way- Matthew , Hebrews 12:12-13.We repent of our sin. We forgive our debtors, and we receive forgiveness. We receive all of the blessings that you have for us.Jesus is the Lord. Amen.

Learn how peace is a weapon that we use against the enemy.  In this podcast we are going to talk about the four principles to build your life, faith, prayer, God's Word, Fruit of the Spirit. The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, PEACE, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and self-control.  First of all I want to say that God is faithful! He wants to build you up and not tear you down. When you really get this in your heart it will change your life.  This is the week of Thanksgiving and I want to share with you a word of encouragement over anxiety by showing you how peace and gratitude will conquer anxiety, fear, worry and depression.  When you get a chance, read all of Galatians 5 in The Message Bible. It's so powerful!  Jesus has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you. Don't let fear, worry and anxiety rule in your hearts!  Instead, let peace rule in your hearts.  Don't be misled or confused by the way the world is acting right now and the spirit of chaos that you feel all around you, instead FOCUS ON JESUS, YOUR PEACE. Let HIM rule in your heart.   Philippians 4:5-9 says clearly to:  5 Let your gentle spirit be known to all people. The Lord is near.  6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. 9 As for the things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.   Facts about  anxiety:  When you are anxious, it creates stress in your body.  If you lead a life of anxiety, it will create an over-arousal of the adrenal system that will release a prolonged excess of the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol.  Cortisol fights inflammation, increases blood sugar, increases muscle tension.  The adrenaline activates heart muscles, raises blood pressure and increases heart rate. The fight, flight, or fright response causes increased wear and tear on the body when it is prolonged. So, then in effect, stress is at work, anxiety is at work and the Bible says so then death is at work in us. (2 Cor. 4:12) This will speed up the dying the process of relationships, dreams, hopes, expectations, positivity, love, peace, joy, kindness, and eventually, it will effect the body and it accelerates dying.    Remember the words of JESUS: John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid.   Panic anxiety is the number one mental health problem for women in the United States.  There is a CURE for anxiety……It is GOD'S PEACE. So, now we are going to practice the scripture and implement these 10 things that will conquer, fear, worry, and anxiety.   Taking thoughts captive Relax Training Get adequate sleep Physical exercise Digital discipline Be strategic by choosing your battles Plan for periods of high demand and prepare your body accordingly.  Plan times of recovery for your adrenaline system  following high demand. This may include increased rest, hobbies, recreation, times with friends etc.  Pray instead of worry, trust instead of fear, choose God's peace over the world's anxiety.  Be thankful and grateful…..make a habit of thinking of all the things you are grateful for and speaking it out loud.   Colossians 3:15 New American Standard Bible Let the peace of Christ, to which you were indeed called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be thankful.   Finally, let your faith, your belief system be rooted in peace, the fruit of the Spirit!
