All presidents are owned by Israel. That much is blatantly clear. As Biden gave billions to Israel and Ukraine in his last week in office, within just 2 weeks, Trump has done the exact same for both countries and is calling for Palestine, especially Gaza to be taken over entirely by the United States and handed over to Israel eventually once resorts are built on the pummeled land. As Ron Paul and Rand Paul call this latest agenda out publicly, most are blindly sitting on their hands and ignoring this in so-called "alternative media." Israel wants their "Greater Israel Project." The establishment wants war with Iran. This is about to snowball massively in favor of the GLOBAL agenda towards the technocratic "Great Reset." Israel is calling on Europe to take in millions of refuges which Spain and Ireland have thus far denied. Trump, like all presidents is "Israel First." Not "America First." This was always a lie. He claimed to be anti-war. We already knew from his first administration that he wasn't. He dropped thousands of bombs and assassinated Iranian General Soleimani for Israel. Now, Syria has been handed over to Israel as the Greater Israel Project moves forward at rocket speeds. Israel has expanded their "West Bank Open Fire" orders which allows them to indiscriminately kill civilians. Hamas which is a proxy of Israel masquerading as an anti-Israel body is calling off the release of hostages following Trump's moves. Again, Trump isn't actually making any of these decisions for himself. The deep state is alive and well. As President Biden's term winds down, a whirlwind of controversial decisions has left the nation buzzing with debate. From high-profile pardons to international tensions, Biden's final days in office seem destined for the history books, though not without raising eyebrows across the political spectrum. One of the most polarizing moves has been the pardon of his son, Hunter Biden. Critics argue this pardon undermines the judicial process, while supporters claim it's an act of compassion. The decision has reignited partisan debates, with many questioning whether personal loyalty has trumped public accountability. Regardless of perspective, this unprecedented act has fueled heated discussions about ethics and legacy. In a sweeping gesture, Biden also granted clemency to over 1,500 individuals. Including on Chinese national that had 40,000 child porn images. Advocates for criminal justice reform have praised the move, hailing it as a step toward a more equitable system. However, detractors worry about the potential implications for public safety and accuse the administration of political posturing. The scale and timing of this clemency spree have added to the drama of his final days. Perhaps most alarming to some is Biden's aggressive stance on international conflicts. In his waning days, heightened rhetoric and escalated military actions have left many fearing the brink of a global conflict. It's a dangerous gamble that risks plunging the world into chaos. As Biden's presidency comes to a close, these dramatic moves will surely cause lasting trouble for years to come. With moves that display reckless decision-making, his last days in office are cementing a legacy that refuses to fade quietly. President-elect Donald Trump has long spoken about his plan to put America first instead of acting as the world's policeman. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol declared martial law this week, but the nation's parliament quickly overturned it. Syrian rebel forces entered the city of Aleppo for the first time in nearly a decade. President Biden is funneling additional resources into Ukraine. All the while, the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hezbollah hangs delicately in the balance. What kind of shift is the global community preparing for when it comes to U.S. foreign policy?Meanwhile on U.S. soil, current President Joe Biden is in hot water after issuing a blanket pardon on his son Hunter Biden. The younger Biden son was facing sentencing for two criminal cases involving gun ownership and tax charges. President Biden repeatedly claimed that he would not pardon his son if found guilty in order to restore faith in the justice system. Democrats and Republicans alike are fuming at the walking back of the decision. What are the implications of this pardon as America transitions presidents? As Biden bends the meaning of “justice,” KCRW continues to analyze what justice will mean in the next White House administration. President-elect Donald Trump wants to make big changes to American justice, national security, and intelligence proceedings — including with his pick for FBI director, Kash Patel. Patel has been outspoken with his desires to “go after” critical members of the media. Will fealty to the president take second place to national security?
Joe Biden's pardon of his son Hunter has done more than just shock the nation—it's sent the Democrats into a tailspin that could rival a reality TV meltdown. For a group that prides itself on moral superiority, this moment is like catching your vegan neighbor eating a Big Mac in the driveway. The sheer hypocrisy is enough to make even the most cynical observer raise an eyebrow. Let's not forget the self-righteous proclamations from Democrats when Biden previously promised not to pardon Hunter. They lauded him as a beacon of morality, a paragon of principled leadership. “The bright line between being a president and being a dad,” they said. Others declared Biden's restraint a testament to his decency, contrasting him with that evil orange man. One particularly enthusiastic leftist called it a “good day for the system.” Well, it was a good day for a system—but definitely not the justice system. That's now buried under a pile of pardon papers thicker than Hunter's laptop evidence file. Hunter's "Get Out of Jail Free" Card The charges Hunter faced—from drug crimes to tax evasion and enough corruption to make a mob boss blush—are now wiped clean. The message is clear: if you're in Joe Biden's orbit, the rules don't apply to you. But don't be fooled—Hunter is just the beginning. This pardon isn't an isolated incident; it's the first act in Joe's grand finale of covering tracks. Expect future pardons to read like the Who's Who of Democratic scandals. John Brennan, James Clapper, Adam Schiff, and perhaps even Fauci and Birx are likely prepping their thank-you notes. These aren't just names; they're co-conspirators in a web of deceit that stretches back to the Obama administration. When Biden pardons these individuals, he's not just admitting their guilt—he's acknowledging his own. After all, these scandals didn't spring up overnight. They've been brewing for years, like a toxic stew of corruption and arrogance. The Uniparty Problem This brings us to the Republicans—or, as many call them, the Uniparty. Will they rise to the occasion, or will they keep playing their usual role of controlled opposition? Trump's team knows the stakes and is ready for a PR war, but it's unclear if the rest of the GOP has the backbone to fight. And let's be honest: Trump has learned the hard way that draining the swamp requires more than a catchy slogan. It requires bold action. The appointment of Kash Patel and Pam Bondi to key positions could shine a spotlight on the FBI's corruption and the DOJ's role in covering up Democratic misdeeds. Imagine a future where sunlight disinfects the rot in Washington, where the people finally see how the 2020 election was manipulated and how January 6th was weaponized. Democrats' Narrative Collapses The irony is delicious: Democrats have long accused Trump of weaponizing the justice system for political retribution. But now, with Biden's blatant use of presidential pardons to shield his allies, that narrative crumbles faster than a sandcastle at high tide. How do they reconcile their previous outrage over Trump with their current defense of Biden? Spoiler alert: they can't. Democrats' strategy of painting Trump as a vengeful tyrant was always a house of cards. Biden's actions have exposed their hypocrisy, leaving them scrambling for a new playbook. Meanwhile, Trump's team, armed with data, AI, and a commitment to transparency, is poised to dismantle the Deep State piece by piece. Democrats had a new strategy where everything Trump did was going to be retaliation. If Trump wanted to reduce the cost of energy, Democrats would yell in unison: RETALIATION! No matter what Trump did, that would be the battle cry for Dems. He's only doing it to retaliate. Close the border…retaliation. Against Mexicans, and people seeking asylum. They would continue to label Trump. Xenophobe, especially against brown people, etc. Democrats have come to a stark realization. Their world crumbled. And Joe Biden didn't help. His pardon of Hunter and future pardon of others ruined their strategy where everything Trump did would be retribution. They can no longer accuse Trump of retribution, when they are using the same tactics they accused Trump of using. I pointed out a few of these ironies yesterday on the show. Wrap your head around this. President Trump was impeached over wanting to look into the crimes Joe Biden just pardoned Hunter for. [X] SB – Megyn Kelly on lawfare Trump is not guilty if he wanted to just get even. But he doesn't. Still…JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED. If Trump wants to win this war, he must go beyond rhetoric. He must show the American people the raw, unfiltered truth. Follow the money trails of climate change “scientists” and COVID profiteers. Expose the payments to politicians and bureaucrats who sold out the country for personal gain. Musk and Ramaswamy, with their focus on efficiency and accountability, could be instrumental in this effort. Imagine a government where waste and fraud aren't just reported but acted upon—a government that serves the people rather than enriching itself. The Civil War They Wanted It's worth noting that Democrats thrive on division. They've tried to pit black against white, rich against poor, men against women, and more recently, the trans movement against biological reality. Chaos is their currency, and they've been betting on a cultural civil war to keep the spotlight off their corruption. But Biden's pardons may have backfired, uniting Americans in their disgust at the blatant double standards. The Final Irony Let's not overlook the ultimate twist of this saga: Trump was impeached for wanting to investigate the crimes Joe Biden just pardoned his son for. Wrap your head around that one. The same Democrats who cried foul over Trump's phone call to Ukraine now cheer as Biden uses the Oval Office as a shield for his family's misdeeds. The hypocrisy isn't just staggering—it's a neon sign flashing, “We don't care about justice, only power.” Conclusion Joe Biden's pardon of Hunter and his inevitable pardon spree represent a turning point. They expose the depth of corruption within the Democratic Party and challenge Republicans to rise to the occasion. The hypocrisy is clear, the stakes are high, and the American people are watching. As Biden signs more pardons, he's not just protecting his cronies—he's admitting guilt on a scale that defies imagination. But with Trump's team poised to expose the truth, there's hope that the swamp can finally be drained. Democrats are understandably jittery about the incoming Trump administration, version 2.0. They should be, considering the relentless efforts they poured into stopping him from getting here. The legal onslaught against Trump and nearly anyone who stood near him has not just failed—it has imploded spectacularly. As of now, every case against President-elect Trump is unraveling faster than a dollar-store sweater. Oh, the irony! If Trump had walked away from politics, these lawsuits likely would have quietly evaporated. But Trump persevered leaving Democrats scrambling to minimize the radioactive fallout from this failure of nuclear proportions. Their damage control strategy? Let Trump off on technicalities, in hopes of being able to claim a moral victory. A bit of red meat for the Democrat faithful who never want to believe that Trump was innocent in the first place.' Now we get out the popcorn Today we are watching Democrats twist themselves into knots trying to justify the unjustifiable. Because if there's one thing they've proven, it's that hypocrisy isn't just a bug in their system—it's the operating principle. Joe Biden set a low bar for the next administration, not that Trump needed it. He was prepared to set a high-jump record, if needed. We have the good Lord to thank for allowing the next 4 years to be piloted by Trump and his team. Trump left Biden with the best possible situation. And instead of thanking Trump, Joe Biden continued the previous strategy set by Barack Obama whose idea of a peaceful transition of power was to go Genghis Khan on Donald Trump. But it's all failing. They think we wouldn't have figured it out, and it so easy to figure out. Something so easy, even a caveman could do it. And their strategy hinged on their BAD OPTICS involving Trump being a felon. Remember that strategy. It was to garner them 10% or more of the vote. Trump as a felon who continually tries to thwart the justice system is what they wanted to convey. And then Biden BLEW IT!! Understand that some Democrats will still try to claim the moral high-ground. But Democrats claim moral high-ground even if they are caught butt-naked with their neighbor's 13-year old daughter, and greasing the cat's behind. They are built that way. I know, I know…I'm not hard enough of those Leftist scumbag, but I'm trying!! Leftists are as disgusting oozing sores, and equally vile on the inside. I guess the two assassination attempts weren't music enough to soothe the savage Leftist beasts. Regardless, the nuclear bomb detonated, and the fallout is upon the Democrats. DOJ's Panic Mode In preparing for the shock wave coming in January, Jack Smith, the special counsel who spearheaded Trump's legal harassment, has closed up shop and quietly slipped into the shadows. Rumor has it Smith's already filing his retirement papers, knowing he's first on the chopping block when Trump takes office. Other DOJ officials? They're https://www.nbcnews.com/investigations/trump-vows-prosecute-political-foes-others-corrupt-cheaters-rcna169292 like it's Black Friday at a legal clinic. As Biden's lame duck administration winds down, he—or whoever's in charge—is leaving a few fun parting gifts for the incoming Trump Administration. From escalation in Ukraine, to a re-opened border surprise, to the intractable financial situation, Trump's team will have their work cut out for them. Democrat strategists, however, seem determined not to learn anything from their electoral failure, which bodes well for the future. So the editors remain optimistic—and thankful. [SEGMENT 2-1] October surprises 1 We are more than halfway through the month of October and only a few weeks away from the 2024 Presidential Election. What "October Surprises" await the candidates? The term "October Surprise" refers to a political event or scandal strategically revealed just before an election to sway voters. The term originated in the 1970s and became widely used during the 1980 presidential campaign, when allegations were made that the Reagan campaign had negotiated with Iran to delay the release of American hostages until after the election, damaging Jimmy Carter's chances of reelection. Since then, October surprises have included dramatic revelations aimed at influencing the outcome of presidential or midterm elections. When it comes to Trump, I can report that there will be no October surprises. As Trump said the other night when interviewed by Harris Faulkner, I've been investigated more than Alfonse Capone, in reference to the infamous crime boss. And all the historical nonsense has been played; and no, https://theblacksphere.net/2024/10/exposed-the-so-called-racist-acts-of-donald-trump/. And what of JD Vance? As it turns out, he's not "weird" as he proved in his debate destruction of Tim Walz. In fact, Vance is cleaner than a preacher's sheets. So this pretty much leaves only the https://theblacksphere.net/2024/10/the-october-surprise-republicans-plan-for-harris/. And as I've opined, that party has lots of potential scandals. Based on historical precedent and current vulnerabilities within the Democratic Party, below is my analysis of potential October surprises that could still occur: 1. Walz History of Lies and Sexual Misconduct [X] SB – Trump on Tim Walz at the Al Smith Dinner Governor Tim Walz has the charm of a cardboard cutout, but he really wants to be liked. Democrats present him as Mr. Midwest Joe, but it's fallen short as Walz appears more like big brother to Chris Farley. But sadly for the Democrats, Walz doesn't have that Farley feel when it comes to help his ticket. The man who tried to paint JD Vance as "weird" appears to be covering for his own weirdness. Will https://theblacksphere.net/2024/10/did-tim-walz-get-caught-in-another-lie/ that could damage Walz public persona. Short answer: likely. If rumors of sexual misconduct persist, you can bet the Democrats will be scrambling big city fire department going to a five-alarm. Credible https://countylocalnews.com/2024/10/12/shocking-allegations-tim-walz-accused-of-assaulting-high-school-football-player/ have emerged against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz regarding "sexual misconduct during his time as a high school football coach. According to these claims, Walz is accused of sexually assaulting a student and taking the victim to a gay bar during his coaching career. These serious accusations, which first gained traction on social media, have prompted calls for an investigation, although they remain allegations without substantiated proof at this time." The https://countylocalnews.com/2024/10/12/explosive-walz-accused-of-sxual-assault-and-gy-bar-scandal-during-coaching-career/ has stirred up considerable public outrage and discussion, with some questioning the trust placed in individuals in positions of authority, like Walz, and calling for accountability if the allegations are proven true. Walz, who has previously worked as a teacher and coach before transitioning to politics, has not yet publicly addressed these specific claims, but investigations are reportedly ongoing [SEGMENT 2-2] October surprises 2 2. Kamala Harris' Crooked Brother-in-Law Tony West, Kamala Harris' brother-in-law and currently Uber's Chief Legal Officer, has been a controversial figure recently due to his past work with the U.S. Department of Justice. In the spirit of Leftists helping Leftists and hurting the country, West was involved in facilitating significant settlements with large corporations, particularly banks. He committed his skullduggery during the Obama era. Instead of ensuring the settlement funds went to impacted individuals or the U.S. Treasury, West fhttps://www.allsides.com/news/2024-08-27-1353/politics-kamala-s-brother-law-fleeced-taxpayers-billions-give-left-wing-groups to left-leaning NGOs and activist groups. While his actions may have been framed as legal, they don't appear to be ethical. Moreover, West is accused of enriching political allies and advancing progressive agendas using taxpayer money. In effect, West provided "legalized money laundering" for leftist causes. And in his role he diverted billions of dollars were diverted away from public coffers to non-governmental organizations supporting left-wing political activities. 3. Doug Emhoff's Rage and Other Dalliances Ah, Doug Emhoff—the First Gentleman of Things That Don't Matter But Might. While he's generally managed to stay in the background, stories arose of Emhoff hitting a former girlfriend due to jealousy. If a story grows about him raging like a toddler denied a Happy Meal, it could turn Harris' already-awkward PR game into a nightmare. Emhoff appeared in various media recently calling the incident a "distraction" from his wife's campaign. Frankly, given Harris' campaign trajectory, she could use a distraction. The lesson for Democrats is don't try to make a wife-beater and nanny-f*cker a paragon of virtue and poster child for honorable manhood. 4. Kamala Harris Plagiarism If you thought Joe Biden had the monopoly on plagiarism, think again. Kamala Harris has a history of, shall we say, "borrowing" phrases like a broke college student borrows quarters on laundry day. Although Harris' plagiarism surprises no one, it doesn't help her tarnished image of being a one-trick phrase pony. By this time even Harris seems to have sickened of her "I was born into a middle-class family" schtick. Further, consider the plagiarism of her ascension. Harris wants people to believe she rose to prominence due to hard work. However, she plagiarized the life of millions of skanks before her, then presents herself as a middle-class Horatio Alger. And if you are of the ilk that Harris has an original thought, I suggest you remove her teleprompter then time hos quickly her mouth stops moving. Don't be surprised to learn that Harris has never had an original thought. By the way, is that her teleprompter or did she lift it from Joe Biden? [SEGMENT 2-3] October surprises 3 5. J6 Committee Corruption and Liz Cheney Liz Cheney's obsession with January 6th was like watching someone lose themselves in a soap opera. In this particular soap, in a sea of bad guys, Liz Cheney played the role of the righteous villain. And October has already revealed much about her. As it turns out, Cheney (and the committee) hid evidence, manipulated testimony, or ran a partisan hit-job. And the Republicans have the receipts. In what was already a political career in shambles, Cheney may have provided Republicans the final nail for her coffin. And what about Harris trotting the crooked old girl out for campaign points? Talk about dropping a political turd grenade. Cheney has gone from self-proclaimed savior of democracy to just another Uniparty politician who sold out for the limelight and a couple of New York Times headlines. 6. Election Cheating Verified Hardly an October surprise, election cheating in almost all significant states have been verified. Still, Americans learn almost daily of the shenanigans Democrats pulled to fraudulently appoint Biden as president. But what if suddenly we get even more undeniable proof of election fraud that "hits 'em where the good Lord split them"? Even now, Democrats plot to keep Republicans from removing dead people and even self-proclaimed non-citizens from the voter roles. For a group of people who claim to want election integrity, Democrats fight very hard not to see it achieved. The public is well-aware of what happened in 2020 and the willful election tampering happening with Democrats. This will be their downfall, as Trump is now seen as far less of a boogeyman, particularly when compared to King Kamala. Expect even more revelations, which will help the people who show up to vote pull the Right lever. 7. Biden Family Corruption While Republicans are certainly taking their sweet time, the specter of a Biden family corruption reveal lingers. Let's not forget that Hunter Biden copped a plea, and we await his sentencing. Ironically, Hunter Biden's laptop started this mess for the Biden family, the Biden DOJ, and the Democrats and other minions who helped in the "Russian conspiracy" coverup. If Republicans choose to make the Biden an October surprise, it would certainly reflect on the entirety of the Left. They shoved all in long ago, as the FBI withheld Hunter's laptop, then the media and social media started the "misinformation" spin. Change Trump for Biden and we'd know all about the crimes of the century and how a president sold out his country. Worse, he used his drug-addicted son to manage the enterprise. As Biden would quip, "Not a joke". Will Republicans allow one "FJB!" leading into the final days? [SEGMENT 2-4] October surprises 4 8. Democrat Fundraising Scandal with ActBlue If ActBlue ends up exposed as the shady ATM everyone suspects it is, Democrats are going to have a fundraising crisis on their hands. James O'Keefe exposed the illegal tactics of this Democrat money-laundering machine posing as a fundraising arm. And the evidence is as clear as the cheating in the 2020 election and the farce of J6. But in what Americans have learned over the past 8 years, the truth doesn't necessarily matter. In the weeks since the announcement that Joe Biden would no longer be the Democratic candidate in the 2024 Presidential election, the narrative has shifted from one of senile intransigence to graceful benevolence. As Biden reemerges, questions turn to his ability to carry on his presidency amid rapidly declining health. We look at who has, and who is still providing cover for his mental acuity. As the nomination is promised to Kamala Harris by delegates without a vote of the people, does she have the popularity to win a general election?

Of course the very notion that anyone ANYWHERE could still fall for the Covid narrative is absolute insanity and a testament to how powerful even the dumbest propaganda is. Nonetheless, they're trying to dig it back up at the same time as pushing the "bird flu" hoax which is sure to absolutely devastate the supply chain, lead to mRNA or modRNA injected meat on the market and force people onto poisonous food rations. They've already got mRNA vaccine contracts as Moderna gets $176 million to produce the latest death shot. Pfizer and Moderna are both currently working to make mRNA and modRNA injections for "all causes." A European court has recently ruled that Pfizer is liable for damage if the injections were defective and killed people as a result. This is major news, but will it actually go that far? Studies are coming out everywhere on the daily that show children dying in massive numbers from heart related and cancer related illnesses following the injections. Even the former CDC Director Robert Redfield is jumping on the "Covid vaccines are bad" bandwagon, but he cannot be trusted. He's already promoting the latest bird flu hoax to capture easily manipulated people who fall for mainstream alternative media and get misdirected from the truth. As Biden "tests positive" for "Covid" which doesn't actually exist and drops out of the Presidential race (not that it matters), new narratives are being built from every angle to enslave the populace and force people into a Logan's Run type scenario where technocrats control everyone's every move under the guise of "safety" and "convenience." This November, voters may have the rare opportunity to choose between two administrations that have already each had four years in office. Regardless of who ends up at the top of the ticket, when it comes to climate in particular, a lot is at stake. As Biden's first term is winding down, the administration has been enacting numerous climate initiatives on top of his already robust climate wins, like new guidance on permitting and a new solar program. Meanwhile, former President Trump has promised to “drill, baby, drill” on day one, and roll back as much of Biden's landmark climate legislation as possible. This week, we take a look back at how both administrations handled climate issues, the effects of those choices and what they promise to do if given another term in the White House. As Biden dead-enders battle with Democrats trying to push the President off of the Democratic ticket, investigative journalist Peter Schweizer says he's seen enough: “Joe Biden will not be the Democratic nominee,” Schweizer says on the most recent episode of the Drill Down podcast. “He will be forced to step down by the big money.” Schweizer and co-host Eric Eggers, fresh from guest-hosting Sean Hannity's radio show, note the pledges of loyalty to Biden from left-wing Democrats such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York contrast sharply with rising voices of ten party moderates in Congress, many of them senior members, calling for Biden to step aside. Sen. John Tester (D-MT), who is in a tough re-election fight this Fall, is among those calling for Biden to pack it in. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Today's show opens with my reminder that the Democrats are setting a trap for Trump if he ends up winning the election. I've said this before, but we all need to repeat this as often as we can, they are fudging the numbers both for inflation and employment. They need it to look good to help Biden. If Biden loses, they will open the floodgates and try to convince us it's Trump's fault. We need to do our own pre-bunking before that happens. The next major topic of discussion was Joe Biden's staged interview with George Stephanopoulos. It was supposed to put an end to his bad debate performance. While he had more energy and had more talking points, it was only 22 minutes and he had some gaffes, stammers and long pauses that have not reassured Democrats. Following the interview, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) said it was too little too late. In his words, “...politically, he is as dead as fried chicken.” Politico released a story entitled, “'In denial': Democrats livid that Biden is digging in.” Mollie Hemingway, Editor-in-Chief at The Federalist, commented first that the voter base isn't calling for Joe's removal as much as it's the elected Democrats and strategists. She also said the White House press corps should all resign for having been mislead or lying this whole time. As Biden continued his rehab tour, he went a couple of urban radio stations. CNN decided to interview the two different on-air hosts and one woman admitted the White House sent her the questions and she got to pick the four she would ask. The whole thing was pre-scripted. So, in true Democrat fashion, the radio host was fired for revealing the truth, while Joe Biden continues to lie about his cognitive capabilities. Then, today, Joe Biden decided to call into The Morning Joe on NBC. It was yet another train wreck, this time with Biden getting verbally angry and yelling about hoaxes and having been “with Trump” when he heard his say the ‘suckers and losers' line. It's getting worse everyday for Biden. At a small gathering in Philadelphia, he told the audience that, “Even when I was running for Senate, each time I ran, quite frankly, not a joke, Philadelphia, in particular, got me across the line.” He was never a representative from Pennsylvania. Never. It's been revealed that a Parkinson's specialist was on the White House visitor logs. This led citizen journalist Wendy Patterson to note that Parkinson's can sometimes lead to dementia, which is called Parkinson's Disease Dementia. PDD issues can include difficulty concentrating, remembering things or making sound judgments. People with PDD may also develop depression, anxiety or irritability and may hallucinate. Finally, we have to call balls and strikes and today we have to correct Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). She put out a tweet talking about the ages of some of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. She got most of the names wrong. Had she said they were our Founding Fathers, it would have been no problem. The worst problem for Republicans is to make those unforced errors. As Biden's Public Appearances Worsen and Health Declines, Top Democrats Plan to Remove Him Before Election
Donald Trump's former advisor, Steve Bannon has been ordered to report to prison by July 1 to serve a four-month sentence for contempt of Congress. Bannon was convicted for failing to comply with a subpoena from the January 6 committee. As Shalev notes, Bannon briefed his associates in China just days before January 6 about Trump's plans to declare victory. Bannon also faces separate charges related to the “We Build the Wall" campaign in New York. The Department of Justice is currently probing into a significant issue of potential illegal price fixing by corporate landlords. These landlords are allegedly using RealPage software to coordinate higher rental prices. The practice, particularly prevalent in key 2024 swing states like Arizona, Florida, and Georgia, is a major concern. Rising rents, driven by such practices, contribute to many voters' inflation and cost of living concerns. The episode featured a significant event-President Biden's stirring speech commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy. In his speech, Biden paid tribute to the immense bravery and sacrifice of the Allied troops who turned the tide of World War 2. He also underscored the importance of alliances and issued a warning that democracy is under threat today from autocrats and dictators. Importantly, Biden pledged continued U.S. and NATO support for Ukraine in its fight against Russia's invasion. Overall, the stories covered underscore the high stakes and critical threats to democracy as the 2024 election approaches. From exposing the January 6 insurrection to combating authoritarian aggression abroad, defending freedom requires constant vigilance. As Biden eloquently stated in Normandy, it is now our generation's duty to meet this moment and preserve democracy for the future. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Rich Lowry, Editor of National Review & Author of The Case for Nationalism, joined the Guy Benson Show today to discuss the latest on bad polling for Biden in 2024. As Biden's favorability drops, Trump's support seems unwavering despite his ongoing trials. The pair also discuss the fair left factions in the country that continue to support increasingly radical ideology, and Rich and Benson discuss Trump's most likely paths to victory in the face of said ideology. It's TAX DAY in America, and the sticker shock is OFF THE CHARTS. As Biden's FBI demands more access to spy on you and your private information, we see more clearly the corruption in Washington DC. It's official, Sean has made his VP pick for President Trump. Stay tuned for when President Trump releases his actual VP pick as we will release it on air. Sean has a lively panel discussion with Rep. Doug Collins, Luke Ball and Hilton Beckham. The panel weighs in on a host of names being thrown around for Trump's VP, such as JD Vance, Tim Scott, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Byron Donalds and Marco Rubio. A record number of migrants have crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in recent years, and Democrats and Republicans can't agree on a solution to address the crisis. But data shows that this surge has strengthened the U.S. economy. Read more:On Thursday, President Biden and former president Donald Trump traveled to the U.S.-Mexico border, underscoring how central immigration is in this year's presidential campaign. As Biden and Trump clash over how to address immigration at the southern border — and as Congress stalls on a border deal — data shows that this immigration has actually propelled the U.S. job market further than expected, helping cement the country's economic rebound as the most robust in the world.“Immigration, it turns out, has played an absolutely crucial role in that growth,” says economics reporter Rachel Siegel. “There is absolutely no way — economists told me — that we could have seen the kind of booming labor market — especially over the past year — without a really strong surge in immigration in 2023.”Today's show was produced by Sabby Robinson, with help from Rennie Svirnovskiy. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (12/12/2023): 3:05pm- In her most recent article, India McKinney of the Electronic Frontier Foundation condemns the House Intelligence Committee's proposed surveillance reform bill. She writes: “the House Committee on the Judiciary (HJC) and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) marked up two very different bills (H.R. 6570—Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act in HJC, and HR 6611, the FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act of 2023 in HPSCI), both of which would reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)—but in very different ways.” Alarmingly, HR611 “would renew the mass surveillance authority Section 702 for another eight years. It would create new authorities that the intelligence community has sought for years, but that have been denied by the courts. It would continue the indiscriminate collection of U.S. persons' communications when they talk with people abroad for use by domestic law enforcement. This was not the intention of this national security program, and people on U.S. soil should not have their communications collected without a warrant because of a loophole.” You can read McKinney's full article here: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2023/12/section-702-needs-reform-and-oversight-not-expansion-congress-should-oppose-hpsci 3:20pm- The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board condemned the House Judiciary Committee's proposed alterations to Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) claiming it would “end Section 702's usefulness as a national-security tool” and could result in a general threat to national security. But many Republican officials—including Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Rep. Chip Roy (R-FL)—are concerned that any reauthorization of Section 702 without newly imposed restrictions will result in the continued unconstitutional, warrantless collection of American communications. Congress should not reauthorize FISA in the NDAA.” 4:05pm- On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with President Joe Biden—he also spent time speaking with Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) and several Senate Republicans. President Biden stated that if the U.S. did not immediately provide tens of billions of dollars in additional aid to Ukraine, America would be providing Russian President Vladimir Putin with “the greatest Christmas gift” possible. 4:15pm- After meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) said Republicans will not support additional money to Ukraine without first resolving the ongoing domestic crisis at the U.S. Southern border—as thousands of migrants enter the country illegally each day. 4:20pm- Speaking from the floor of the U.S. Senate, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) explained, “borrowing money from China to send it to Ukraine makes no sense. It makes us weaker, not stronger.” 4:35pm- While fielding questions from reporters on Capitol Hill, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) discussed the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden's alleged connections to his family's foreign business deals, explaining: “We're not making a political decision…it's a legal decision.” 4:40pm- While appearing on MSNBC's Morning Joe, NBC Correspondent Steve Kornacki explained that according to the latest polling available on the upcoming Iowa Republican caucus, Donald Trump now leads the field with a massive 51% support. 4:50pm- George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley accused DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith of being “obsessed” with prosecuting former President Donald Trump before the 2024 presidential election. 4:55pm- Interested in seeing The Rich Zeoli Show LIVE? During his address, President Biden said, “[Russian President Vladimir] Putin is banking on the United States failing to deliver for Ukraine. We must prove him wrong.” Catie Edmondson of The New York Time writes: “As Biden speaks, a bipartisan group of senators, congressional aides, and administration officials are meeting in the Capitol to try to broker an impasse on immigration talks, in an effort to unlock new funding for Ukraine. But time is rapidly running out: Congress is set to leave Washington at the end of this week.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/12/12/us/zelensky-biden-visit/9569688b-07da-59f1-b5a5-e4cbf1cf302e?smid=url-share 5:20pm- President Joe Biden briefly took questions from the press following his Tuesday address on Ukraine. Zolan Kanno-Youngs of The New York Times notes, “As Biden answers a question about Ukraine's struggling counteroffensive, he looks down frequently at what appears to be a prepared answer. The White House was anticipating this question.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/12/12/us/zelensky-biden-visit/5af66903-f6ce-5e12-9fb7-23b6815670e9?smid=url-share 5:40pm- Is an agreement between Republicans and Democrats to fund Ukraine, Israel, and the U.S. Southern Border right around the corner? Karoun Demirjian of The New York Times reports, “As Zelensky and Biden addressed the public, Senate negotiators claimed to have made progress toward a deal on funding Ukraine's war while stepping up domestic border security. ‘We made substantive progress,' Senator Kyrsten Sinema, independent of Arizona, told reporters, after exiting a closed-door meeting with Senate negotiators and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as staffers for Senate leaders and the White House. Senator Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, also told reporters that ‘we made progress' toward a deal.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/12/12/us/zelensky-biden-visit/601d38d0-782a-5ecf-86a3-62692c831c44?smid=url-share 6:05pm- After meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) said Republicans will not support additional money to Ukraine without first resolving the ongoing domestic crisis at the U.S. Southern border—as thousands of migrants enter the country illegally each day. Edsall of The New York Times—breaking down polling from a Democrat advisory group—notes that this line of attack hasn't been effective. He writes: “Particularly worrisome for Democrats, who plan to demonize Trump as a threat to democracy, are the advantages Trump and Republicans have on opposing extremism (three points), getting beyond the chaos (six points) and protecting the Constitution (eight points).” You can read the editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/12/06/opinion/biden-campaign-polls.html
