Joined by regulars Guy Serle, Chuck Joiner, Jeff Gamet, and Marty Jencius, we interchange thoughts and opinions on the significant advancements and features introduced in Apple's latest hardware. We kick off by discussing iOS 18 and the release candidates for both iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, noting the upcoming launch despite having installed the beta versions. Marty shares insights from his early experience with the beta, describing some subtle changes he's noticed, while others like Jeff voice their skepticism about the beta program, encouraging users to approach beta software cautiously, particularly on primary devices. The conversation transitions into the newly announced iPhone 16 models, with both Guy and Chuck contemplating their upgrade options. Interesting features discussed include the new action button and advanced camera controls that come with the new models, as well as the impressive performance boost from the new A18 chip. As we dive deeper into the iPhone 16 specifications, we explore the pros and cons of the Pro and Pro Max versions, particularly around the stunning new camera technology including improved sensor sizes and capabilities. Our group debates the practicalities and whether enhanced features justify the upgrades, especially contemplating if it's worth moving from existing models like the iPhone 12 or 13. Moving on to other product updates, we discuss the refreshed AirPods 4, talking about the introduction of USB-C and the potential of the new hearing aid functions in the AirPods Pro 2. James 5:14-15 (NIV): Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. In yesterday's Bible Podcast, we explored how an individual is to call out to God in prayer when they are afflicted or facing times of trouble. But, just as important as prayer, praise is also important. When you have something good happen to you, turn to God, and give Him the praise. Now, today's Bible verse takes a different direction. James 5:14 gives us specific instructions on what to do when we are bedridden and in need of prayer. “Always listen to your heart, because even though it’s on your left side, it’s always right.” — Nicholas Sparks On this episode, I reveal the surprising true story behind the creation of Sex Ed The Musical. I don’t want to give too much away right here. Let’s just say it required a fuckton of failure, a lie to some big-time studio executives and staring at someone a lot smarter than me. Not necessarily in that order. QUESTIONS THAT WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE NEXT 9 MINUTES What really sparked the idea for this podcast? Why is your past not at all relevant to your future? Exactly how many Shamans do I know? And in case an episode of just me talking about me isn’t enough me, below is a link to me talking about me with someone else who’s not me. Here I am on the MILF Podcast also explaining the story behind this podcast, except much longer and to someone a lot taller than me. Did you ever tell a lie about yourself that actually turned out to be true? Share your story in the comments. I’d love to hear from you.

In this world’s universal communications is each and every one of us, humans of a mind, some of whom grasps at straws, those indiscernible needles in haystacks that delude our deepest concerns especially in respect to understanding what is going on everywhere all around us. This is especially concerning the part we must play given the hand we have been dealt from the outset of this life on Earth. The quest to know is so unnerving that most of us have not the slightest idea that relevant knowledge is what we are searching for pertaining to something vaguely known as God but overall seems so contradictory that we have not the slightest idea the quagmire disturbing our equanimity is also going on. Equanimity is more than the composure we also have very little awareness of anyway even when calmly quietly peacefully observing the beauty of nature, not correlating the moment to moment consciousness evolution and tuning into the TLBSWE. Once we are informed of Universe’s Truth Love Beauty Symmetry Wisdom Economy, (Maximum Economy) at least with respect to this easily rememberable acronym, questions arise. Questions ought to not misinform us about equanimity. We do have an equanimity model in Synergetics. It is the vector equilibrium that shares the same design in both the metaphysical and the physical Universe. Intellect wonders about its own origin correlating to equanimity and from where such a context as the TLBSWE derived when in the world of politics, religion, justice, military, the PRJWBSC education in general and what we are taught to think aught to validate the reason for our existence primarily shows nothing lasting in its authority that resembles these qualities. Then what can be assumed of greatest value if shared amongst us, understood as the underlying integrity by which we are inspired accordingly throughout the days ahead, a lifetime of our humanity’s coexistence must be especially relevant, not relegated to the fields of irrelevant conjugation. You cannot hope to experience the state of being united without conjugation, the set containing all the members of two or more given sets, much less by omission of the conceptuality of the minimum thinkable set, the empty set, the topology and geometry for measuring and ultimately coordinating all our experiences. (Synergetics 200.06) You hear renown scientists on YouTube, the psychological experts like Jordan Peterson who is so knowledgeable about the discoveries in their fields who are challenged to impart what they find to be relevant to all that others ought to recognize so that they too can share the information with others. Jordan Peterson - 12 Rules for Life in 20 Minutes What is missing though is the generalized conceptioning that in principle reveals the syntropic content of information that induces the metaphysical generalized conceptioning fields of thought. Otherwise, the highly prized speaker, the lecturer is speaking to impressionable audiences who likewise love the idea of a man of religion who unwaveringly emulates the belief system’s every referential deeply rooted illustrative semblances of disturbing disorder from which the historically malevantly persuasive superstitions emanate to misguide the inquisitive mind all the more. Once again the inquisitive mind is made to listen when trusting the belief system even when the articulations derive from the referential histories that omit by default slave mentality conditioning the metaphysical generalized conceptioning and mistakenly define the metaphysical as a physical distortion of what they claim to be the truth of God. As if God must go through the switchboard of religion in order to convey Dante’s inferno, and to put the Devil, a religious iconic image that m

Podcast (11 Minutes) - What is the ONE THING to be focusing on when coaching sprinting/acceleration mechanics? While track athletes place a heavy emphasis on the skill of running and focus plenty of their training time on the technical components of good sprinting and running mechanics it is athletes on either end of the spectrum (team sport athletes and recreational runners) who are often desperately in need of putting more attention and focus on the biomechanics and technical details of running more efficiently. Not only does better running technique increase acceleration power and top speed, it also reduces injury risk by reducing braking forces and joint stress.
