Biden denies cognitive decline & accuses Trump voters of sexism; Trump fully defunds pro-abortion UN Population Fund, Chinese Communists order Christian media to publish propaganda

It's Monday, May 12th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Chinese Communists order Christian media to publish propaganda China's only legal church, the Communist Party-controlled Three Self Patriotic Movement, has been ordered to publish more communist propaganda including President Xi Jinping's thoughts and teachings in its so-called “Christian” media, reports Bitter Winter. But Exodus 20:16 warns, “You shall not bear false witness.” Biden denied cognitive decline, claimed voters are sexist for electing Trump Last Thursday, former President Joe Biden, and former First Lady Jill Biden, appeared on ABC's “The View.” Whoopi Goldberg asked about the now famous debate debacle. GOLDBERG: “You know, what freaked everybody out? was that debate. BIDEN: “Yep.” GOLDBERG: “It wasn't a great night. It was a bad night.” BIDEN: “Terrible night.” GOLDBERG: “and everybody lost their mind.” BIDEN: “Yep.” GOLDBERG: “This is what started … BIDEN: “Yep.” GOLDBERG: “… both sides with this, ‘Oh, he can't do this. This needs to stop.' Why do you think that caught fire? Why do you think people bought into it, especially the Democrats?” JOE BIDEN: “The Democratic Party at large didn't buy into it, but the Democratic leadership and some of the very significant contributors did. I'm going to say something outrageous. I've not lost many debates in my life. I've been pretty good at doing that. I was sick. No excuse. I had a bad, bad night.” Alyssa Griffin asked about his mental competence. GRIFFIN:  “Mr. President, since you left office, there have been a number of books that have come out, deeply sourced from Democratic sources, that claim in your final year there was a dramatic decline in your cognitive abilities. What is your response to these allegations? Or are these sources wrong?” JOE BIDEN: “There are wrong. There's nothing to sustain that.” Jill Biden weighed in as well. JILL BIDEN: “The people who wrote those books were not in the White House with us, and they didn't see how hard Joe worked every single day. I mean he'd get up, he'd put in a full day, and then at night, I'd be in bed reading my book, and he was still on the phone, reading his briefings, working with staff. I mean, it was nonstop. Joe worked really hard. I think he was a great president. If you look at things today, give me Joe Biden any time.” GRIFFIN: “Mr. President, just to follow up on this, some of the reporting is that people like your former president, you served under Barack Obama, George Clooney, a long-time supporter of yours -- a major Democratic donor, Chuck Schumer, your dear friend Nancy Pelosi, also had expressed concerns about your ability to do the job for four more years. Can I ask what your relationship is with President Obama and how you address those concerns that they raised?” JOE BIDEN: “The only reason I got out of the race was because I didn't want to have a divided Democratic Party. It's a simple proposition. So that's why I got out of the race. I thought it was better to put the country ahead of my interest, my personal interest.” Sara Haines asked about Kamala's election loss. HAINES: “Why do you think the Vice President lost? And were you surprised?” JOE BIDEN: “I wasn't surprised, not because I didn't think the Vice President's not the most qualified person to be president. She is. She's qualified to be president of the United States of America. I wasn't surprised because they went the route of, the sexist route, all the whole route. I mean, this is a woman. She's this, she's that. Really, I've never seen quite as successful and a consistent campaign undercutting the notion that a woman couldn't lead the country and a woman of mixed race.” And Alyssa Griffin asked about Trump's landslide election to a second term. GRIFFIN: “Well, Mr. President, you had previously said that you thought that you would have won. Since then, Donald Trump won all the battleground states and made inroads with almost every major demographic, from working class voters to Hispanic men to black men. Knowing what you know now, do you think you would have beat him?” JOE BIDEN: “Yeah, he still got 7 million fewer votes. A lot of people didn't show up, number one, Number two: They're very close in those, those toss up states. It wasn't a slam dunk.” Charlotte viewer objects to Biden's Preserve-My-Legacy Tour Jack Acuff of Charlotte, North Carolina, sounded off in a fascinating  Facebook video post. ACUFF: “Somebody tell me:  'Why Jill Biden keeps dragging Joe out for these TV appearances and making a bad situation worse?' “Did you see him on ‘The View' this week? It was sad. It's the Preserve-My-Legacy Tour and the ‘Stick-it-to-Obama-and-George-Clooney-and-Nancy-Pelosi Tour, where he repeats again that he could have won, that Americans only chose not to vote for her because she's a minority and a woman, and we're racist and misogynist, and that he is ready to go at any minute.” Trump fully defunds pro-abortion UN Population Fund The Trump administration has fully implemented the defunding of the United Nations Population Fund, an agency which promotes abortions worldwide, reports LifeNews.com.   Specifically, Trump pulled $335 million in taxpayer funds from the pro-abortion United Nations agency. It's the result of the pro-life executive order Trump signed in January that prohibits American tax dollars from going to groups that promote or provide coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization. Connecticut calls for tough new laws on homeschooling And finally, the state of Connecticut is getting tough with homeschoolers, reports WFSB. Using a couple of cases of egregious child abuse, the Connecticut Office of Child Advocate commissioned a report which advocates new legislation.  It's entitled “A Review of Children Withdrawn from School for Equivalent Instruction Elsewhere.” They write, “Currently, parents who wish to withdraw their children from school need do nothing more than assert that they are homeschooling or sending their children to private school. Once a parent does that, there is no further interaction with the public school system required. There is no verification of enrollment in private schools. There is no verification that a child is, in fact, being homeschooled.” The Connecticut Office of Child Advocate says every other New England state requires some form of annual evaluation or assessment.  The report says, “Homeschooling, when done properly, can be a positive experience for children and families. … Nothing in this report is a general criticism of homeschooling nor a suggestion that children should not be homeschooled. Nonetheless, not every parent who withdraws their child for the stated purpose of homeschooling is, in fact, providing their children with an education. Worse, some take advantage of Connecticut's complete lack of oversight to isolate children and abuse them.” Deuteronomy 6:5-7 says, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.  These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, May 12th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com. "I hope that people will give of their time and make a difference in a life. When you commit until a child gets back to a safe, permanent home, you can't beat that feeling." The episode serves as both a call to action and an informative look into how volunteers can support the best interests of children experiencing abuse, neglect, or abandonment. To learn more about becoming a Guardian ad Litem volunteer or intern, visit volunteerforgal.org.

The Office of Child Advocate (OCA) was established by the Missouri Legislature in 2002 as an agent of accountability with Missouri's Children's Division (CD). The OCA operates under the Office of Administration (OA) and is independent of the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children's Division, the Department of Mental Health, and the juvenile court. Former State Rep. Becky Ruth (R-Festus) is the director of the Office of Child Advocate. She joined us live on 939 the Eagle's "Wake Up Missouri" to discuss child abuse awareness month, which is in April. Then-President Ronald Reagan first observed child abuse awareness month in 1983. Director Ruth spoke about the trauma and the external and internal scars that victims of child abuse face. She's helping to organize Saturday's parade in downtown Jefferson City to observe child abuse awareness month. Director Ruth tells listeners that at least 60 entries will be in the parade, adding that you'll also see Batman, Superman and the Chick-fil-A cow. The parade, which begins Saturday morning at 10, will start on High street and go to Capitol Avenue. Director Ruth hopes for a good turnout and invites you to attend. She also says the rural southeast Missouri town of Potosi helped give her and others the idea of Saturday's parade. Potosi has had a parade to observe child abuse awareness month for years:

You're listening to Voices of Your Village and today I got to hang out with two pediatricians to chat about why time in nature matters for kids and how do you overcome those barriers to outdoor time. I hung out with Pooja Tandon and Danette Glassy, both doctors who work with children and have done research in this space. Dr. Tandon is a general pediatrician and researcher at the Seattle Children's Hospital, an Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and the Director of Health at the Trust for Public Land. She has published widely on the importance of physical activity, outdoor time, and nature contact for health. And she lives in the Seattle area with her husband and two kids. And Dr. Glassy is a Primary Care Pediatrician and Child Advocate. She's the Co -Founder and Board President of the nonprofit Best Start Washington and leads its Project Nature initiative, a program to support pediatric medical professionals as they encourage children to spend time in nature. She is the co -editor of Caring for Our Children. Dr. Glassy lives in the Seattle area and enjoys exploring nature in the Pacific Northwest with her two grandchildren. And what was so relieving about this episode is that, you know, I am not, I would not call myself one with nature. I like to be outside, like that's fun, but I'm like more outsidey than outdoorsy. And I feel like they make this so accessible, whether you're living in a city or you're living in a rural space, whether you love to hike a mountain or you want to like chill in your backyard with your kids. It just felt so much more accessible for me than a lot of the messaging around like getting outside or the 1000 hours outside or whatever can feel so overwhelming. So thank you to Dr. Tandon and Dr. Glassy for this and let's dive in.  Connect with Dr. Tandon and Dr. Glassy: Dr. Tandon LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pooja-s-tandon-md-mph-672040299/ Dr. Glassy LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danette-glassy-12b00067/ Website: https://www.projectnaturewa.com/naturebooks/ Order the book: Digging Into Nature: Outdoor Adventures for Happier and Healthier Kids Connect with us: Instagram: @seed.and.sew  Podcast page: Voices of Your Village Seed and Sew's Regulation Quiz: Take the Quiz Order Tiny Humans, Big Emotions now!  Website: seedandsew.org Music by: Ruby Adams and Bensound Learn more about your ad choices. Finding long-term resources and programs for young people with autism can be challenging, and in some cases, incredibly disheartening. The needs of autistic youth can vary. As a spectrum disorder, some diagnosed with high functioning autism can live relatively normal lives pursuing college, careers and relationships. But others require more support. Those with intellectual disabilities and communication challenges often require lifelong support to assist with tasks of daily living. One school that claimed to fulfill that need was Shrub Oak International School in New York. This school takes students from across the country, including Connecticut. But a recent investigation by ProPublica showed that this institution that costs nearly $600,000 a year is failing its students. This investigation uncovered several accusations of neglect and abuse. “The main reason for studying the black presence in the Bible is because if we can't accept that our Bible is a multicultural book, how can we accept multicultural churches? It is difficult to see the black presence in the Bible because you won't read the terms black or African but you will read the terms Ethiopians, Cushites, Egyptians, Hebrews, or other tribal terms. Ethiopia is mentioned 45 times in the Bible; add this to the number of times Egypt is mentioned, and Africa is mentioned more than any other landmass in the Bible. It should also be noted that the "Middle East," including the Holy Land was connected to Africa until 1859 when the Suez Canal was completed and had been referred to North East Africa for the majority of modern history. From Genesis to Revelation there is a great deal of proof that blacks are present throughout the Bible: In the Hebrew, Adam (or Ahdahm) is defined as swarthy, dusky, reddish-brown soil, dark-skinned like a shadow. Aphar: The soil from which Adham was made, meaning: dust, clay, always very black or very dark brown in color. (The Biblical History of Black Mankind by C. McGhee Livers) The Garden of Eden was described in Genesis as having been near a four-river system in the region of the lands of Cush, Havilah, and Asshur, which today would be near the borders of Eastern Sudan, Ethiopia, and Eritrea. The birthplace of humanity was confirmed when the oldest human remains were found in Ethiopia in 1974. Science and the Bible are often at odds, but one thing both confirm is that the birthplace of humanity was in East Africa. (Eden: The Biblical Garden Discovered in East Africa by Gert Muller) Many of the Hebrew patriarchs married or had children with women from African tribes. Abraham had children with Hagar and Keturah both from African (Hamitic) tribes. Moses married Zippora, who was Ethiopian. Jacob had children with two handmaidens from African tribes, and these children became the patriarchs of two tribes of Israel. Studying the black presence in the Bible can open the door to discussions about racial justice and dispel the myth that the Bible is the "white man's book." It is this myth that has kept many people of color from the gospel. By whitewashing the Bible, we prevent future generations from experiencing the beauty of the biblical text. Black people should know that they have always played a central role in God's plan for humanity and were not an afterthought of the creator.” -https://sojo.net/articles/faith-action/black-presence-bible-uncovering-hidden-ones. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/antonio-myers4/support

This week Steve and Yvonne interview Jordan Strokovsky of Strokovsky LLC (https://actionafterinjury.com/).   Remember to rate and review GTP in iTunes: Click Here to Rate and Review   View/Download Trial Documents   Case Details: Jordan won his client a $30 million recovery against Temple University Hospital in one of the largest medical malpractice cases in Pennsylvania's history. Despite the hospital's denial of wrongdoing, Jordan refused their offer of $3 million and prepared tirelessly for court to ensure a just outcome for his client. The hospital admitted fault and the jury awarded $25.9M to Jordan's Mr. Parks ($6M for future medical costs and $20M for pain and suffering) after a comprehensive investigation and a hard-fought trial. The hospital hired three law firms in an attempt to overturn the verdict and offered a settlement less than the awarded amount. Jordan's client refused to settle, and Jordan won every argument against the big firms. The court refused the hospital's request to reduce the verdict, and $3.7 million in delay damages were added. The total recovery now exceeds $30 million, including over $600,000 in interest. No appeal was filed.   Guest Bio: Jordan Strokovsky Jordan Strokovsky is a trial lawyer serving the catastrophically injured in a diverse range of cases, including medical malpractice, birth injury, truck accidents, fires, explosions, plane crashes, premises liability, product liability, workplace injuries, toxic torts, civil rights, car accidents, and sexual assault.  His hard work ethic, integrity, and compassion earn him the trust of his clients and the respect of his opponents. These attributes have also helped him obtain significant verdicts and settlements. For good reason, many lawyers refer or seek to co-counsel their serious injury and wrongful death cases with Jordan. Jordan handles countless catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases and routinely handles cases pro bono to help his community. His volunteer work includes taking a civil rights case to verdict with the Volunteer Attorney Panel of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, representing victims of sexual abuse with the Support Center for Child Advocates, and successfully handling various cases from Philadelphia VIP. He has been recognized by the court for his service and was a featured volunteer by Philadelphia VIP. As an animal lover and dog owner, Jordan has also championed animal rights causes, helping establish that pets should not be viewed as property under the law. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Board of Directors and has previously served on boards for non-profits that help animals, homeless people, and refugees. Jordan is the former co-chair of the State Civil Litigation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and was proud to help implement town halls at the start of the pandemic, which allowed the court and legal community to communicate during those uncertain times. He now co-chairs both the Civil Rules and Wellness Committees at the bar association. Jordan has served as an adjunct law school professor and occasionally speaks at seminars to other personal injury lawyers.  He is also regularly asked by news outlets to provide legal commentary. Jordan graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School as Valedictorian of his class, where several of his professors would comment that his academic performance and mind for the law were among the most impressive they had ever seen. While in school, he interned with three Philadelphia judges: the Honorable M. Faith Angell (E.D. Pa), the Honorable Arnold L. New (Common Pleas), and the Honorable Paul P. Panepinto (Common Pleas) and used these internships as opportunities to get in the courtroom and watch many trials. He was also a member of the Law Review. After his commencement speech at graduation, the Governor of Delaware declared that he would never want to follow Jordan in speaking again. While practicing law full-time, Jordan obtained a Master of Law in Trial Advocacy at the nationally renowned Temple University Beasley School of Law LL.M. Program in the Spring of 2018, where he received special recognition from the faculty for his trial performances and was a jury favorite—earning the highest scores from the jury at his showcase trial. Jayne Amelia speaks with guardian ad litem and child advocate/attorney, Rachel Aliza Elovitz. Rachel  has worked as a family law attorney for more than 27 years.  In that capacity, she has represented fathers seeking to legitimate children (who were born out of wedlock), grandparents seeking visitation rights with grandchildren, third party relatives seeking custody of children who are being abused or neglected by their parents, parents hoping to protect their children from another parent's abuse - and parents who have been falsely accused of abuse in an effort to alienate them from the children who love them. Rachel also serves as a guardian ad litem and child advocate, roles she initially took on in 2001 and 2007, respectively.  As a GAL, her role is to be the eyes and ears of the Court and to make recommendations about what is in the child's best interest (in both custody and dependency cases).  As a child advocate, she represents children in abuse and neglect cases (children in the child welfare system). Rachel is also a trained mediator, arbitrator, and collaborative lawyer.  Over the course of her career, Rachel has mediated domestic relations cases (family law), domestic violence cases, dependency cases, and legal guardianship cases.  Rachel was a founding partner of Elovitz and O'Nan, LLC, and Elovitz, Edwards, O'Nan, & Buerlein, LLC, firms focused on family law in Atlanta, Georgia.  During the Covid Pandemic, Rachel decided to return to solo practice.   Rachel is at her heart an educator.  Prior to practicing law, she taught children part time at various Jewish schools - one in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and four in Georgia.  Now 57, Rachel is still practicing law, but she enjoys spending time writing in the hope of sharing her knowledge and insights with others.  Her articles have been published in Family Lawyer Magazine, The Georgia Bar Journal, Jewish Women of Words, Divorce Magazine, The Atlanta Jewish Times, and The Jerusalem Post.Rachel is also active in her community, serving on the Boards of the Atlanta Israel Coalition, the Atlanta Jewish Community Relations Counsel, and is part of Ahavath Achim Synagogue's chevra kadisha (“holy society”), a group of Jewish women who help care for and prepare the bodies of those who have died for burial. Rachel is active on social media, mostly Twitter, as "AmIsraelChai_", which is Hebrew for "Israel lives." She appreciates that her voice - by itself - has limited power, but she is part of a collective of people who are committed to doing whatever they can to dispel the lies that permeate the Web, to bust the myths to which people injudiciously cling, to call out those who engage in disinformation and propaganda, to report those who incite hate and violence, and to amplify voices of truth.  See bonusbabies.org to learn more about what we are doing and please donate to support us by making a 100% tax-deductible contribution. Misplaced Childhood chronicles one woman's powerful journey to overcome a tragic past and use her “lived experiences” to inspire others. This transformational journey of survival and triumph ultimately leads Joan to become a fierce volunteer advocate for children in foster care, despite not having a dedicated advocate as a child herself. Misplaced Childhood introduces readers to the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) model, where Joan continues exploring childhood memories while highlighting her exceptional advocacy journey shaped by the children whose lives are impacted along the way. With its candid look at child welfare and advocacy alongside a personal narrative of healing, Misplaced Childhood opens up new levels of compassion for children suffering from abuse and neglect. His journey through reclaiming his voice, healing his inner child, and forging a new path toward justice for survivors like him provides a unique message that is compassionately delivered.  Rabbi Avremi Zippel was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Salt Lake City with his parents, in July of 1992. He attended a Jewish High School in Chicago, and attended Rabbinical College in London, England. Rabbi Zippel participated in Jewish outreach and humanitarian missions, in Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Wales, and numerous cities throughout the U.S. He was ordained at the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, NJ by the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi I.M. Lau, in December of 2013. He married Sheina in January of 2014, and together they moved to Utah later that year, when they created Young Jewish Professionals Utah. They are the proud parents of two adorable little boys.  In February of 2019, Rabbi Zippel publicly came forward about the decade of sexual abuse he had endured at the hands of a childhood caretaker. He is believed to be the first Orthodox Rabbi to publicly speak out about sexual abuse in his past. Since then, Rabbi Zippel has taken a leadership role in combating sexual abuse in religious communities around the world and advocating for survivors. Rabbi Zippel serves his community as the Crime Victim Representative on the Utah Council for Victims of Crime, and was recognized as the Child Advocate of the Year in 2021 by Prevent Child Abuse Utah. Tammy shares her personal and professional experiences related to divorce in this episode.  She grew up as a child of divorce with an absentee father, living in poverty and experiencing physical and emotional neglect as a result.  Having no contact or support from her father, Tammy's mother worked 3 jobs to make ends meet, making her unavailable physically, mentally and emotionally while struggling financially to care for two children on her own. Tammy shares her story of the day her heart for service was born and some of the struggles she overcame growing up in relation to divorce and the impact it had on her life. Tammy took her experiences and her heart for service and spent nearly three decades in the child welfare system as a social worker and child advocate before branching out into life and wellness coaching, and eventually, divorce and relationship coaching.  Being a child of divorce, being Catholic and seeing marriage as a sacrament, and being a social worker who worked to help families every day, she talks of that being a trifecta for her staying in a marriage that she would never have left.  It took serious and painful experiences that could not be undone, along with a high conflict divorce process to get her to face her fears and take a look in the mirror and see who she really was.  That was the day she set out to make some changes, in her life and in herself. Tammy shares that everything she has learned to be an expert in are areas she has experienced personally, which fueled her desire to learn, grow and heal and use what she learned professionally to help others.  Her passion is for helping others to empower themselves during crisis or conflict and to take a journey of self-discovery and self-love to reach their true and authentic self and get to a place of thriving! The last confirmed sighting of missing child Harmony Montgomery was in October 2019 when the Manchester Police Department in New Hampshire responded to a call at her home. She was only 5 years old at the time. After bouncing between living with a foster family and her mother, Crystal Sorey, for most of her life, a judge awarded her father, Adam Montgomery, full custody of her despite never fully verifying his employment or the safety of his home among other things. Just months after he was awarded custody, Harmony went missing. Unfortunately, an investigation into her disappearance wouldn't begin until nearly two years later. In part one of my coverage about Harmony's disappearance, I will discuss the extensive timeline of Harmony's life in the care of DCF in Massachusetts as outlined by a brand new 101 page report released by the Office of the Child Advocate, or OCA, and discuss what led to Adam Montgomery gaining custody of her. In part two of my coverage I discuss what we know about the time leading up to Harmony's disappearance, Crystal Sorey's efforts to search for her and how it took 2 years for Harmony's disappearance to be investigated. I'm also going to discuss the 101-page report published by the Office of the Child Advocate in Massachusetts exploring how this happened and their recommendations to prevent this from ever happening again. Authorities believe Harmony Montgomery went missing from the Manchester, New Hampshire area sometime between November 28th and December 10th, 2019. She would turn 8 next month, in June 2022. She is a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She does require eyeglasses to see as she is blind in one eye. When she went missing, she was about 4 feet tall and weighed approximately 50 pounds. The reward fund for information about Harmony is ever-growing, but as of recording this episode it is up to $150,000.
