In episode 194 of America Adapts, World Wildlife Fund (WWF) returns to continue the  'Flood Green Guide' series focused on nature based approaches to flood risk management. This is a follow up to the episodes from 2018 published shortly after the release of their “Natural and Nature Based Flood Management: A Green Guide, better known now around the world as the Flood Green Guide. In the intervening years, despite setbacks by the pandemic, WWF has been busy doing trainings on the flood green guide and in this episode, we're exploring how WWF engages youth in flood risk and management.  We'll hear from young individuals worldwide, sharing their experiences with flooding and their thoughts on nature-based approaches to flood risk management and the importance of art, science, and engaging communities. Dr. Ludwig Kroiß Direktor des Amtsgerichts Traunstein Große Reformen im Familien- und Erbrecht: FGG-Reform Der Bundestag hat am 27.06.2008 das Gesetz über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit (FamFG) beschlossen. Die Reform soll bereits zum 01.09.2008 in Kraft treten: Das FamFG regelt das familiengerichtliche Verfahren in 270 Paragrafen umfassend neu. Die bisher im FGG, in der ZPO und in der HausrVO verstreuten Vorschriften werden aufgehoben. Mit dem Gesetz über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit (FamFG) geht zudem eine umfassende Reform des nachlassgerichtlichen Verfahrens einher. Neben der Neuregelung des Erbscheinverfahrens finden sich Änderungen bei der besonderen amtlichen Verwahrung und Eröffnung von letztwilligen Verfügungen sowie bei Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit einer Testamentsvollstreckung. Vor allem die Rechtsmittel und der Instanzenzug wurden grundlegend geändert.
