Seeds, Weeds, and Little Birdies, baby! I'll start with a TikTok about parenting - Jim Gaffigan is the best, man! Parenting really is hard. And here's the reason: we want to be in control. If we could force our teenagers to make the right decisions we would do it. Because we love the ideal of control. And it's not just a parent thing - it's a human thing. But God's ideal for us isn't control. Jesus tells three parables to show us what the KoG (the Kingdom of God) is like. And these stories are absurd. They don't make sense. They're jokes. The gardener. He scatters seed willy nilly and goes inside and takes a nap. The seeds sprout all on their own. That's not how gardening works. Good gardeners do all sorts of things to make the thing grow. But not Jesus' gardener. What does this have to teach us? The mustard seeds. Yeah, they're weeds. That's the joke. No one plants mustard seeds. They're weeds and they spread like weeds and look like weeds. What does it mean that Jesus equates the KoG with a little seed? Who and what counts in God's kingdom? What is beautiful? Where do we see, perceive the divine? Little birdies. The plant grows and the birds perch on its branches and enjoy the shade. They get grace! Isn't that so sweet? Yeah, on the surface. But let's go deeper. Do we want birds in the garden? Nope, they eat the seeds and fruit. Birds are bad for gardens. Crows screw up cornfields. That's why we have scarecrows - to keep those little bastards out. But Jesus is like, "nope, I like birds in my garden." Why does Jesus say this? What might it mean? Nova epizoda podcasta Snaga uma donosi razgovor sa psihijatrom dr Igorom Radosavljevićem, koji je u javnost izašao sa informacijama o mobingu koji već duže vreme trpe zaposleni Klinike za psihijatrijske bolesti "Dr Laza Lazarević". Dr Radosavljević je u medije izašao kao jedan od štrajkača zaposlenih u Klinici, koji su se pobunili protiv v.d.direktorke te klinike dr Ivane Stašević Karličić. Čak i u Srbiji, u kojoj smo navikli na svašta, ovo je izazvalo brigu u javnosti, jer je reč o jednoj od najvažnijih ustanova za mentalno zdravlje u državi, a i ustanovi sa najdužom tradicijom u lečenju najozbiljnijih pacijenata u ovom delu Evrope. U detaljnom razgovoru, dr Radosavljević je objasnio fenomen mobinga, kao specifičnog oblika nasilja, na koji očito nisu imuni ni stručnjaci za mentalno zdravlje. Kao jedan od glavnih simptoma trpljenja zlostavljanja u radnom okruženju izdvojio je osećaj bespomoćnosti, potrebu za stalnim pravdanjem i osećaj nesposobnosti. Kako mobing izgleda? Kako se manifestuje kod ljudi koji ga trpe? Do kojih granica to sve ide u Klinici "Dr Laza Lazarević? Koje posledice snose pacijenti i koliko je mobing u jednoj takvoj ustanovi opasan? Kako ljudi koji vrše mobing uspostavljaju kontrolu nad zaposlenima? Kog psihološkog profila su nasilnici, kog poltroni koji im pomažu, a kog oni koji ne odustaju uprkos pritiscima? Fisk kombuen op og kaser den Rør eddike og limesaft i. Sesam-olivenolie Varm 3 spsk. ristet sesamolie op sammen med 3 spsk. olivenolie til rygepunktet Anret tynde skiver af edderkoppen på et fad, overhæld med den varme olie, 4-5 spsk. ponzu og ikke mindst den brunede koriandersmør. Spis med pinde. Presa med hasselbachkartoffel Brun og tilbered presaen som anvist på Dyrbar. Smid meget gerne rosmarinkviste ved stegen i panden. Læg mellemstore faste kartofler mellem to flade skærebrætter og skær med skarp kniv tynde lameller helt ned til skærebrættets højde, så kartoflen stadig hænger sammen. Pensl kartoflerne med rigeligt smeltet smør, drys med timian, salt og peber og stil dem i ildfast, smørsmurt fad og bag dem ved 210 grader varmluft ca. 45 minutter, så lamellerne bliver sprøde og brune. Lav brun sovs. Brug en rigtig god kalvefond eller bedre, rist griseben i ovnen og kog en grisefond med rodfrugter, lidt hvidvin og masser af urter. Kog panden med presa-rester af med ca. 3 dl. fond, kog den lidt ned. Tilsæt et skvæt rødvin, lad alkoholen fordampe lidt. Tilsæt 1 dl. fløde og lad koge lidt ind igen. Tilsæt kulør og jævn evt. med mørk jævner (ja det må man godt her!). Smag til med salt og peber. Anret skiver af presa med kartofler og rigelig sovs. Porchetta Bind porchettaen op og krydr under slaget med masser af groft kværnet peber, rosmarin, hvidløg, salvie... du bestemmer selv. Bind den sammen igen. Tilbered som anvist på Dyrbar. In order to understand how the Holy Spirit moves, we need to first understand the big picture of God's kingdom. Jesus wasn't a sort of magician who did amazing things to awe people. He came to fulfill all of the Kingdom expectation, which is summarized in the passage from Isaiah 61 and which Jesus says he came to fulfill here in Luke. What we're going to see is that Jesus relied on the Holy Spirit to do the things he did. In this week, we'll also review our foundational KOG theology.
