We break down why some expensive inner city and middle market properties can underperform, and why regional markets, lower price points, job growth, internal migration, vacancy rates and rental demand can sometimes create stronger opportunities for regular Australian investors. We also look at the difference between true blue chip property and what most people think blue chip means, plus why buying one expensive property may not always beat a more diversified portfolio strategy. This episode is for anyone researching where to buy an investment property in Australia and wanting to make smarter, data backed decisions instead of following the usual “location, location, location” advice.

Have you ever felt like you're doing all the right things with your messaging… yet it still isn't landing the way you know it could? You're showing up consistently. You're sharing value. You're following the strategies. But something about your message still feels off, or worse, invisible. In episode 469 of Amplify Your Success podcast, I'm joined by Samantha Riley, Human Design expert and business strategist, to explore why traditional messaging frameworks often fail for entrepreneurs, and how integrating your Human Design can help you express your brilliance with clarity, confidence, and resonance. Samantha and I dive into the five key Human Design elements that influence how your message is received, how you communicate most effectively, and how your natural energetic signature shapes client attraction. You'll even hear a bit about my own Human Design chart and how it's influencing my offers, brand and messaging. When you align your message with your Human Design, everything feels easier, and you stop trying to "sound like an expert" and start sounding like you. If you're ready for messaging that feels authentic, aligned, and powerfully compelling, this conversation will help you tap into a deeper level of expression and visibility. Key Takeaways: [03:12] Why so many entrepreneurs feel their message is falling flat online — and how Human Design bridges that gap. [07:45] The five Human Design elements Samantha uses to help clients refine and align their messaging. [11:10] How your Type determines the energetic tone of your messaging (and why some people are not meant to initiate). [16:30] What your Authority reveals about how you communicate decisions and guide your audience. [20:58] Why your Profile shapes the role you're designed to play in your client's transformation. [24:20] How undefined and defined Centers affect the way you communicate trust, leadership, and expertise. Episode 437: The Secret to Creating Powerful Strategic Partnerships With Marie Mack

Strategic partnerships can be a valuable strategy to open doors to new lead sources. When a peer refers an ideal client to you, it often speeds up the time from lead to purchase. So imagine how powerful it would be to have those referrals come in bulk with hundreds if not thousands of leads arriving in your inbox on a regular basis? Even though you recognize how valuable it can be, chances are this goldmine is untapped in your business. Maybe you don't have clarity on how to initiate these relationships. Sometimes you've been burned and don't know who you can trust. You're definitely not the only one! When it comes to actually finding the right partners, setting healthy boundaries, and figuring out what really works (and what doesn't) in things like joint ventures… that's where having expert advice can be helpful. On episode 437 of Amplify Your Success, Melanie Benson and business strategist and partnership expert, Marie Mack go deep on this very struggle. Marie discusses how important it is to be intentional—not just jumping into deals hoping for magic, but actually getting clear on what you want, who your ideal partners are, and trusting your gut when something feels off. They both agree: not every peer is supposed to be a great partner, and—let's be honest—a lot of folks make the mistake of chasing “shiny” big names or big email lists, when what really matters is having values that match up and creating authentic, win-win relationships that last. Marie shares super relatable stories (awkward Zoom calls, weird vibes, and all), and real strategies for “dating” potential partners before committing. Think having open, real conversations; protecting your audience; and being okay walking away if it's not a fit. So if you've been spinning your wheels, feeling behind or confused about where to even begin, this episode is the perfect, real-world guide to not just finding partnerships, but finding the right ones—and making them work for everyone involved. Tune in to learn how to craft powerful, profitable partnerships that amplify your reach, deepen your impact, and create a ripple effect of growth for years to come.   Key Takeaways: 05:15 Why some partnerships feel transactional and fail instead of flourish.  07:05  How to build a ‘partner profile' to avoid disappointment and frustration in partnerships that aren't lucrative.  07:34 The secret art of vetting potential business collaboration partners that will create a win-win. 11:23 An important red flag: ‘a big name' doesn't always mean aligned partner.  14:59 What to do when the ‘numbers' aren't coming in from a partner.  16:21 The two parts of a partnership that matter and how a transactional vs strategic approach impacts your results.  19:07  Using your business ‘why' and purpose to help drive partnership choices  21:40  How you can benefit each other even when a ‘deal' isn't doable.  24:43 How to overcome partnership barriers like ‘I don't have a big audience or list'.  27:25 How to prepare for a successful partnership and what to do before you hop on that first call.  30:19 How friendships can blossom because of fruitful collaborations and partnerships.    Resources Mentioned in This Episode:   Unlock The Power Of Joint Ventures & Grab Marie's outreach templates here  FREE DOWNLOAD: Get my proven 7 Step Framework and learn how to tap into Million-Dollar visibility streams Authority Accelerator 6 month Cohort: Discover your Lighthouse Message, and your hottest selling offer, then amplify the reach of your message by borrowing other people's audiences.
