- Pierwszy pomysł powstał wśród trzech matek, które wspólnie założyły fundację Uniwersytet Dzieci, inspirując się dziecięcymi pytaniami - mówiła w audycji "Wybieram Dwójkę" Jagoda Szmytkowska, przedstawicielka organizacji.

"Ale kosmos!" - pod tym hasłem w tym roku przebiegać będzie 28. Piknik Naukowy Polskiego Radia i Centrum Nauki Kopernik. Wśród wielu zaplanowanych atrakcji goście Pikniku będą mogli napisać własny rozdział opowieści fantastycznej. To inicjatywa Polskiej Fundacji Fantastyki Naukowej.

Jest autorem między innymi pomnika Józefa Brandta w Orońsku, rzeźby Ulissesa w Villany, pomnika Henryka Wieniawskiego w Lublinie, kwadrygi Apollina na frontonie Opery Narodowej w Warszawie. Inspiruje go poezja i muzyka, choćby Witolda Lutosławskiego...  Antoni Janusz Pastwa był gościem Dwójki.

Czy czytanie ma moc terapeutyczną? Akcja "Książka na receptę" to projekt, który włącza wspieranie nawyku czytania wśród dzieci w profilaktykę medyczną. Za tym przedsięwzięciem stoi Fundacja Powszechnego Czytania. Jej prezes - Maria Deskur była gościem Jakuba Kukli.
