Timing seems to be everything when you need a reminder that things are going to be ok, even when I get down on myself and I wonder if I will get through the troubles I'm dealing with.  Well then a couple of things - first I saw this post from Positively Present (@positivepresent) “Some of the best moments are coming… The film of your life is still playing. Some of the best moments of your life are still to come.” A wonderful reminder for me that “my movie” is still being played out and better things are coming. The second thing - it always seems to happen where I get a text, a call, an email or a message on social media from someone reaching out and lifting my spirits. I did the same to a colleague last week and then in a conversation with that colleague this past weekend, I found out the perfect timing of my message was when him and his family were dealing with something that recently had happened. Then the morning of this recording, a former student of mine reached out thanking me for our time together in my classes before she graduated 7 years ago.  That was a big uplift for me on this challenging day.
