Coffee and cigars, the main topics of this episode. Nick and Jess learned that they were both Foldger's babies! ie. Both of their parents drank that stuff. Which leads into a deeper conversation about what the coffeehouse experience was like for them as they were growing up. Not that Nick is resentful or anything, but he just wished that Jessica gave him a better idea of what this week's episode was going to be about. However, he did hope that she would conveniently forget about his promise sharing his "quarterlife crisis" story. She did not. New episodes every Friday. Interested in becoming a Patron? *FAIR WARNING* Audio quality is not great. Sorry, Nickels. We're working on it, and Jessica's audio is primary culprit. We did enough editing so that it isn't too hard to listen to, but when you hear what we're talking about, you can't say we didn't warn you. This week's episode of "You Don't Know, Nick" really needed rails, but from what we can remember, we talked s'more about Simone Biles, criticized the MOVIE "Can't Hardly Wait," and broached the divisive issue on whether they separate their light and dark clothing in the wash. Asking the hard questions, people, and just for you. Oh, yeah, and Nick can't stop talking about Crypto. But we're pleased to report that the sex=crypto analogy is standing the test of time. Rails? Where we're going, we don't need rails. Both Jess & Nick didn't do their homework, which was to listen to ONE Olivia Rodrigo, so before the episode, they listen to TWO Olivia Rodrigo songs and boy are their opinions. Nick thinks he's Billy Joel. Jess recounts some of her old drug stories. Nick and Jess both learn that there's another niche generation called Generation Jones? WHO CREATES THESE GENERATIONS AND CAN WE TALK TO THEM? Sorry for yelling, it's either really loud in here, or we're just getting old. OH, and the man on this episodes cover art is Dan Nigro.
