Nelson Griffin is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Red Lobster Seafood Company based in Orlando, Florida. In his current role, Nelson is responsible for leading all the supply chain related activities for the world’s largest casual dining seafood restaurant company which operates restaurants throughout North America. Nelson manages a team of 30 that is responsible for over $900 million of food, beverages, and all supplies including kitchen equipment, product distribution and travel services for over 700 units. In addition, Nelson oversees the Total Quality department that is responsible for food safety, product quality and restaurant inspections. Nelson is originally from Kansas City, Kansas and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. After his military service, he attended Eastern Oklahoma State College and completed his B.S. in Business Management through the University of Phoenix. Nelson and his wife, Teresa, currently reside in Orlando, FL and are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter and even “prouder” grandparents of an 8-year-old grandson. Two keys to Nelson’s success have been his constant striving to be the leader of choice and his continued desire to help others be the best they aspire to be. Sheldon graduated from California Maritime Academy with a B.S. in Nautical Industrial Technology and worked in the field for many years. Ultimately, his love for client service led him to a career in financial services as a Protection Specialist with a major fraternal insurer; however, he found he wasn't able to service his clients fully with their limited insurance options. In 2012, he found the perfect match in Pacific Capital Research Group, Inc. (PCRG).  Sheldon has faced betrayal, near death of loved ones, and challenges that come with  raising children with disabilities. Jeremy Tank graduated from the prestigious New School for the Arts (NSA) high school in 1997. Rockstar Achiever, Carlos Bayne, is a ‘A jack of a ton of trades’ and a freelancer like “nobody’s business”. He has a great sense of humor, is very energetic and exhibits a fun and charismatic personality. His goal is to seek out the most out of life and shows that in the many interests he pursues, including but not limited to photography, music, dancing, sports, entertaining, and writing. As a current Supervisor at Costco and an events DJ by trade, he says he is usually found doing about 14 different jobs at any given time, and when asked, “If you had a warning label what would it be?” his reply is, “There is no off label.”  Carlos decided at the age of 21, upon the passing of his 49 year-old mother, that he will never pay for regret. He says, “Regret is the most expensive thing on the planet” and that is what drives him to wake up and start again every day. One of his favorite quotes is “You can only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough” so he lives his life with the intent to live it the best he can, positively impact the lives of others, and enjoy the journey along the way.

After having nearly faced death as a young girl, Tiffany Gough has gained a deep appreciation for life and for making a great impact in the lives of others.  Tiffany attended Shoreline Community College, just outside of Seattle, WA, and graduated with an associate degree in arts and sciences in 1989. She started her financial career in banking in 1990 and has worked for several banks and other financial companies for the last 25 years.   She found her home with Edward Jones in 2014 and loves  working with everyone in whatever life stage they are in. 

Rae Ann Hall is an Author, Speaker, Local Business Owner, and Founder of NOW Networking which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. She started NOW Networking for two reasons. They enjoy sailing (and in a previous life, spent much time on the water racing sailboats). They also enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, wine tasting, friends and family. Chris and Diana are big proponents of community involvement and encourage their brokers to be leaders in their communities. They believe their brokers have the ability to create positive social change and are in a unique position to make a difference. Bringing community together is a natural part of ther business. 

Although David Mulqueen hasn't yet found his path or purpose, he keeps pressing forward, blindly, with an "I don't know what I'm looking for but I know it's out there and nothing's going to stop me from finding it" attitude. THIS is what makes David a 'Rockstar Achiever'. David comes from a small town in Pennsylvania. If you've ever watched 'The Office', that's the area he calls home. From wresting pigs, shearing sheep, playing sports, and traveling with his family, he eventually made his way to West Chester University to study Accounting. Needless to say, the accounting industry was not for him, so he quit, sold everything he owned and traveled to New Zealand to become an internationally certified snowboard instructor. After a year on the road chasing powder, living out of a suitcase, staying in mold-ridden rooms and visiting countries where he barely spoke the language, he decided to head stateside where Seattle was calling his name. He made the transition into marketing and eventually found his way into the digital marketing arena, finding his passion for helping local businesses. He’s always been inspired by entrepreneurs and find it exciting not only to work for one but also to work with other business owners throughout the greater Seattle area.

Hollywood writer and producer, Brent Friedman, hadn't set out to become a big-time writer and producer. His dream was to be an actor until he stepped into acting class on his first day of college and was told to leave and NEVER come back! In that moment, he thought his life was over! He chose to quickly pull himself up and decided to use this experience as a soul-searching opportunity and realized his true passion was in writing. He has spent over 20 years working in Hollywood as a writer and producer and has been involved in many titles such as Afterworld, Woke Up Dead, Startrek: Enterprise, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Rebel, Enterprise, Lost City Raiders, the NBC Series - Dark Skies, and many more to include several video game projects such as Command and Conquer 3, Tiberium Wars, Empires and Allies, Adventure World, Halo 4…just to name a few. After several years of working in Hollywood, he decided it was time for a change and chose to move his family to a slower-paced lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest. Upon making this decision he was told if he moved his life would be "effectively over". Brent REFUSED to accept this as a possibility. Since his move, he has worked more and turned down more offers. Brent says, "Do not accept someone else's fears as your own." Because he refused to take on the fears of others and follow his own desires his career has flourished as a writer and he has also taken on an entreprenuership role as the founding partner in Electric Farm Entertainment, a leading transmedia company. Sherry Zin Calvert  is a U.S. Army veteran, a married mother of four and the co-founder and president of Keiretsu Forum Northwest. Keiretsu is based in Seattle, WA and is part of the largest global private equity investment network. Keiretsu Forum Northwest respresents seven of the thirty-nine international chapters, with over three hundred fifty out of fifteen hundred members. As an accomplished engineer and sales person, Sherry's professional experience began at the age of seventeen when she enlisted int he U.S. Army and served as a communication specialist in the Army where she held a top secret clearance position. She continued her career in engineering after her military service with positions at SpaceLabs Medical, Zetron, Honeywell, Boeing, Solectron, and Qualitel. She is currently involved in several charitable organizations where she serves in various community membership positions.  Sherry likes helping enrepreneurs succeed and helping investors make good investment decisions. Sherry speaks on the importance of being prepared, having a mission, and being coachable. She says, "We know what will be successful, not necessarily what's going to make it, but we know the roadblocks that will stop them from making it."

Jake Haines is the owner of Action Tax Services, LLC, a CPA firm in Aurburn, WA. Jake leads a successful team of professionals to successfully operate his practice year round. Have you ever wondered what a CPA does after that busy tax season? Well, for Jake, the offseason is spent in the outdoors with his family, conducting public speaking engagements, providing leadership and resources to local boards, and offering ongoing business coaching to his firm's clientele.  Jake has succeeded and failed in business, and he shares those experiences, concepts, and tools so his audiences can use them to take a five-year leap into achieving business success. Molly is the co-founder of the Harper Haines Group which uses an integrated approach to organizational and revenue development built through a lifetime dedicated to innovation and movement building. She has a very diverse background from fundraising for political campaigns in rural communities to United States Senate campaigns, legislation, and speech writing on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. Excelling in dispelling fears around fundraising and helping groups develop the skills for quality relationship-based engagement practices, Molly's passion for this work is contagious.  One of the things Molly does most is to "figure out how to create a dynamic between people that leaves a possibility open for something different to happen". Molly believes that if more people cultivated this skill, we would have a lot more innovation and creativity in our businesses.

Gina Guddat is a licensed mental health therapist in Seattle, WA. She works with individuals, couples, teenagers and families locally as well as via Skype and telephone and she loves the diversity of her clients. She spent 15 years traveling the counrty to work with teenage girls in the area of nutrition, exercise, dating, healthy friendships, and future goals. She also enjoys working with couples on relationship issues and helping them look at their communication style, conflict resolution, and how they can join together as a team. Her goal is to get her clients to their goal as quickly as possible.  Gina plays a big role in helping her clients break their fear cycle. She says, "What we are getting down to is breaking the familiar and doing something outside our comfort zone...." She helps her clients imagine the worst thing that could happen, embrace it, and then walk through it.

Diane Haugen, with the North Seattle Chamber of Commerce wants to live in a world where people are inclusive, innovative, and successful in reaching their goals. Diane engineered a partnership between the Lake City Chamber of Commerce and Northgate Chambers to create the North Seattle Chamber of Commerce (NSCC) in 2012 which then resulted in a larger, stronger network of businesses in the Northeast Seattle area. She has orchestrated several community events and has filled the local gap in activities for seniors with meals, education, and social programming.  Diane, herself, has a strong innovative streak and has spent 13 years in marketing and managing senior care communities, four years as an entrepreneur food manufacturer, and loves creating recipes which she shares over social media.  Through her many endeavors, Diane has experienced many failures, but she never lets failure stop her. She says failure is an "opportunity to take a look, assess, and move forward again...pick yourself up, brush yourself off, let go, and move forward, becasue really, it doesn't matter where you've been, what matters is where you're going."

Gene Melius is the owner of Car Guys Northwest, and auto wholesale business. He has been in auto wholesales for over thirty years but took a break from his business for about eight years and moved to China, where he taught English to the students of Guangxi University. Durting that time he also acted as an agent for Central Washington University where he recruited Chineese students to come to America and study at CWU. He attributes his success in teaching at the university in China to the skills he gained through over 30 years of being involved in Toastmasters because he stuttered badly as a young child.  After arriving in China, things didn't go as expected, so he opened his own school after spending a lot of money on remodeling it. Six months later, the police shutdown his school. This didn't stop Gene. He began teaching at the university and later had four of his own schools. He said his eight years in China were some of the best experiences he's ever had in his life because of the team effort of those around him.

Dr. Noel Lloyd is the owner of Five Star Management. He was previously a practicing chiropractor for over 40 years and has been a chiropractic coach and consultant for nearly 30 through Five Star Management, The New Patient Academy and Sound Chiropractic Centers serve the chiropractic throughout North America, the United Kingdom and Europe. After a serious accident as a child, Dr. Lloyd experienced a miraculous recovery through the use of chiropractic care and decided at the age of 11 he was going to be a chiropractor. At the age of 22 he became the youngest practicing chiropractor in the state of Washington. He went on to open 10 chiropractic centers which he sold to successful associates he mentored. He believes buildingWin-Win relationships.

Ruth Nicholson is the manager of Nicholson Facilitation and Associates, LLC. She is an internationally Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), visual and graphics facilitator, certified assessor, and trained mediator in private practice in Snohomish County, Washington. She is also a member of the US Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution (USIECR) roster of mediators and holds a master’s degree in public administration. Ruth offers over 20 years experience in organizational development, facilitation, conflict resolution, public policy, and non-profit organization management. Ruth says, "I think one of the biggest roadblocks people have, regardless of what field they're in, is they will stay in uncomfortaable, painful situations for incredibly long periods of time because they're more afraid of change than they are of the pain that they're currently living in." She helps people see by acknowledging their pain and finding small steps and simple tools for making the situation better.

Lindsay is the founder and CEO of Brilliance Enterprises, working with high school kids for their success through coaching and leadership. Lindsay has served as the Executive Director for Washington Future Business Leaders of America bringing with her many years of experience working with businesses around the world. Lindsay has assisted in the start, growth and development of over 200 companies, small and large, in both public and private sectors as well as for non-profit arenas. With a passion for coaching conscious leaders who want to “play to win” rather than “playing not to lose”, Lindsay has focused her attention and the systems and psyche of the human side of business to create significant results. Some of the companies she has mentored include Tommy Bahama, Coinstar, Microsoft, and hundreds of small to midsized businesses, earning from 50 thousand dollars up to 5 million dollars per year. She taught entrepreneurs at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business and at Albers School of Business at Seattle University. She was co-director for Startup Washington from 2011 to 2013, and gave multiple speeches around Washington State on the subject of leadership and entrepreneurship to make Washington great. 

Lacey Lybecker and her husband, Charlie, have created a true family affair.  As they've built Cairdes Winery they have incorporated the help of their two young children by allowing them to contribute artwork for their "Select Artist Series" wine labels. Her, her husband, and her children have become known around the tasting room as the winemaker and assistant winemamkers. Lacey stated, "Most people think it's a million dollar minimum to get started in the wine industry, but we were able to get our garage converted into a licensed production facility...and we scraped up money to buy some used equipment...." One step at a time, they've developed an exponentially gowing business and have doubled their production with each year.

As a business owner, broker and Certified M&A Intermediary, Judy Elrod has over 30 years of experience helping businesses. Janel is the co-owener of Emerald City Smoothie in Burien, WA, a full-time broker with Windermere Real Estate, and an active memeber of several community organizations. Having grown up in a low-income area, no college education, or a clear vision of her future, Janel found success through hard work. When an opportunity would present itself, she quickly jumped on it. This is just what she did when she met her fiance and together they opened a smoothie shop. Not knowing what to do, she didn't let the unknown stop her. Instead, she went out and researched and asked for help. Janel believes the biggest enemy of being self-employed is that "we don't like to be told what to do….because we need the help."

Wally and Melody Fosmore founded Fosmore Construction in 2004, a high-quality construction and remodeling company.  Wally is a journey level electrician and a certified HVAC technician and welder. He has worked on mulitmillion dollar projects as a facility manager for the local community colleges and has worked for numerouse architects and engineers. He loves to build, and more importantly, loves knowing their company is improving the lives of their clients.  Melody has always been creative, and for over 20 years worked as a graphic designer for several companies. She has an eye for detail and color and loves to collaborate with clients who need a little help discovering the best fit of fixtures, tile, wall color and other elements that contribute to an overall living space. Melody is an accomplished textile quilt artist. She takes great satisfaction in working with Wally to bring quality design, construction resources and experience to their clients’ lives. When Wally had back probelms that prevented him from being able to work, Molly jumped in and took the reigns to run the business. By the time Wally was back on his feet, Melody had grown to love the work and didn't want to let go. There grew to be a struggle between them and who was doing what so they worked together with a coach and learned how to be better players together and separate their work from their relationship and their business doubled.  Melody and Wally say, "We've made tons of mistakes; we're still making them every day...we try to make it so that anytime there's a mistake or an error made...there's a learning opportunity."
