Hiiii! I’m Montana Doran, but I really love it when people call me Tana. In a world filled with filters, photoshop, and swipe ups, it’s easy to get caught in the comparison trap. The Tana Talks podcast is an absolute gem in the world of podcasts. It is hosted by Montana Duran, a Christian woman who brings humor, authenticity, and relatability to every episode. Regardless of what you believe in, you will find something to relate to in this podcast. Montana's openness and realness make it easy to connect with her on a personal level. I have never missed an episode and I eagerly look forward to each new one.
One of the best aspects of The Tana Talks podcast is that Montana is able to make every topic relatable and relevant. Whether she is discussing isolation, acceptance, vulnerability, or any other issue we all face, she has a way of bringing humor and positivity into the conversation. Her perspective is always fresh and she presents a no judgment approach to every topic. Additionally, the guests she brings onto the show add depth and variety to the discussions.
As for any potential drawbacks of this podcast, it's hard to find many. Some listeners might prefer a more structured format with set themes or segments in each episode. However, I believe that part of the charm of Tana Talks lies in its organic nature. The conversations flow naturally and there is an element of surprise in each episode as you never know exactly where the discussion will go. This might not appeal to everyone, but for me personally, it adds to the authenticity and uniqueness of the podcast.
In conclusion, The Tana Talks podcast is truly inspirational and refreshing. Montana Duran's ability to combine humor with depth makes this podcast stand out from others in its genre. Every episode provides a new and fresh perspective on various topics that we all deal with in life. The inclusion of different guests adds even more value to this already amazing podcast. If you're looking for something uplifting, relatable, and real that will leave you feeling inspired after each listen, then I highly recommend giving The Tana Talks podcast a try. You won't be disappointed!

"Storms are meant to show you things you never knew you had inside of you." Hiiiii besties! Welcome back! Welcome back this week we are joined by KD Hill.a former football player for Ole Miss who has an incredible story to share. K. D. started for three years in a row and even wore the prestigious number 38 and the Chucky Mullins award. His journey in athletics has been nothing short of remarkable, with achievements in high school, over 30 college offers, and opportunities with professional teams like the XFL's Orlando Guardians, New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills. Unfortunately, K. D.'s life took a tragic turn with a car accident that led to the amputation of his leg. But instead of letting it defeat him, he found a new path in motivational speaking and writing. Currently, he's working on a book that dives into his life-changing experience and the incredible power of perseverance and faith. In this episode, I was blown away by K. D.'s resilience and positivity. Despite the challenges he's faced, K. D.'s unwavering faith in God was his guiding light through recovery. We talked about the mental strength it takes to overcome such obstacles and how challenges can transform us for the better. Our conversation really highlighted the theme of using adversity as a catalyst for growth and finding our true purpose in life. It was such an inspiring discussion, and I'm so grateful to K. D. for sharing his story with us. Enjoy :) Follow KD here Get the first chapter of KD's book here Follow Tana Talks on Instagram

Hi besties! Welcome back! This week I share my personal journey of learning to trust the process and surrender to the things I cannot control. [0:00] IntroductionWelcome back to the Tana Talks Podcast! [1:00]In this episode, we're discussing how to actually manifest and do a vision board and get tips and tricks for making your dreams come true. We'll also be answering some questions about my move and other topics. [2:12] Vision boards are fun My first tip for making a vision board is don't stress yourself out about it – it's supposed to be fun. It's an intentional practice and it's meant to be fun and creative. You can start with a Pinterest board and add things that inspire you, such as dream cars, dream office spaces, and any words or money goals. Look at this board at least a couple of times a week to stay focused on the vision. [6:15] My other tip for making a vision board is to be in a good Headspace when you go to do it. Set the atmosphere – light a candle, take a bath, have a relaxing night – and have a good attitude about it. Then, you can grab some magazines, scroll through them with intention, and cut out the photos and words that resonate with you. Paste these photos and words onto a board [13:05] Culture shock Living in LA vs GA. [16:38] How to make friends in a new city [18:43] WHY LA? Hi besties! Welcome back to the FINAL episode of Tana Talks for 2022! A little bit of a catch up from the last few months, 10 lessons in 2022, and what's to come in 2023. #1: Hug your loved ones like it might be the last time you see them. This year has been a lot of wins but a lot of deep losses. It's so cliche but tmr isn't promised. Love on people a little harder. Also if you think something nice about someone, always tell them, text them, call them. When you think it, do it. #2: Your entire life can change with one year of focused daily effort. Your daily habits will make or break you. #3: Most of your friends aren't really your friends. Check your circle. The people who say they are for you aren't always for you. Make room for those who are. #4 No is a powerful word. If it's not a heck yes. It's a no. There is power in your yes and no. Stop doing things just because you think you're “supposed” to be doing them. #5 Never think twice about investments in yourself. It's not a loss. You're worth it and it will always come back to you. #6 Regret is way more painful than failure. It's scarier to not try than it is to try and fail. I'd rather live a life knowing I tried and did things that made me #7 Never let the wanting of MORE distract from the beauty of ENOUGH. It's all about the journey and being grateful for everything you have exactly where you are. #8 Your habits put you in a position where luck is more likely to strike. Daily habits set you up for success. #9 Focusing on process over prize leads to more and better prizes. Be grateful for the journey and the process. #10 Adopt an abundance mindset. It's just as easy to adopt an abundance mindset as it is a lack mindset. Surround yourself with the right people. Change your mindset. Change your life. Lots of exciting things planned for 2023. [0:0] We're in Vegas BB'S Welcome back Besties! Took some time off to record a new season of Tana Talks. Im super excited for what is to come. Here are 5 lessons ive learned while being on this cross country road trip to vegas. :) [4:00] Growth is uncomfortable It requires you to do things you wouldn't normally do. You have to put yourself in situations you don't usually do, and its terrifying, but worth it You don't know what is on the other side of saying yes to your life. Start saying yes to life more. You deserve the life that you desire. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It becomes easier. [7:15] Trust yourself again You are not the same person you were. When you listen to the voice inside it becomes longer. Put the intention out, and start taking action steps towards the goal. Stop breaking promises to yourself. If you don't trust yourself you can't trust others. If you say you want to do something. Do it. Do not break promises with yourself. [10:27] Surrender Surrender to the process. Let go with full detachment knowing that what I want wants me too. [12:00] Forgivness Your triggers are your teachers. When you are triggered by something its showing you an area where you are unhealed You can allow forgiveness in your life. There are some things you can forgive once and there are some things that require forgiveness over and over again… and thats okay! Extending forgiveness to others offers a whole other level of forgiveness to yourself. You have to sit with yourself and ask yourself the hard questions. There is power in forgiveness. The more you practice it the easier your life becomes. You are worthy of forgiveness. [17:21] Purpose in your Pain Pain blinds you and you can't see anything getting better. It gets better. A sense of knowing that whatever life throws at you… you are more than equipped to handle it Connect with the Community on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tanatalkspodcast/ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/montanadoran/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/montanadoran/support
