La Semana Santa de Ferrol 2026 cerró con cifras históricas, consolidándose como una de las ediciones más multitudinarias y emocionantes de los últimos años. Entre el Domingo de Ramos y el lunes de Chamorro, la ciudad recibió más de 400.000 visitantes y generó un impacto económico cercano a los 50 millones de euros. Las oficinas de turismo atendieron a 2.400 personas, con presencia nacional e internacional, mientras que el servicio gratuito de buses lanzadera desde FIMO rozó los 4.000 usuarios. Las visitas guiadas sumaron 516 reservas y un 97% de ocupación, con gran interés por el Arsenal, San Felipe y Ferrol Secreto. La ocupación hotelera fue total en los días centrales, reforzando a Ferrol como destino de referencia en tradición, cultura, patrimonio y emoción.

Han comenzado los trabajos previos al inicio de las obras del proyecto básico y de ejecución de la Cidade do Deporte en Fimo, que se transformará en un centro multideportivo para entrenamiento, competición y actividades para clubes, deportistas federados y la población general. El proyecto busca conectar el antiguo recinto ferial con el pabellón de la Malata y el estadio, generando un gran parque urbano con nuevas sendas peatonales. Se demolirán edificios antiguos y se renovarán los pabellones 1, 2 y 3 con nuevas fachadas, cubiertas y pavimentos adaptados a distintas disciplinas deportivas. El pabellón 5 contará con 1.312 plazas y nuevas instalaciones, mientras que los pabellones 6, 7 y 8 se adaptarán a esgrima, boxeo, gimnasia y Protección Civil. La inversión supera los 5,7 millones de euros, cofinanciados por el Concello, la Xunta y la Unión Europea.

Pour sa 12e édition, le Festival international de la mode au Togo a choisi un thème a priori peu glamour, mais pertinent compte-tenu de l'augmentation alarmantes des taux de cancer. Pour Jacques Logoh, styliste et fondateur du festival, la mode doit être un canal pour sensibiliser les populations à la lutte contre la maladie. Maître-mot : la prévention. Alors, pendant trois jours, 40 designers de 25 nationalités différentes présentent leurs collections, empreintes de savoir-faire indéniables.

Togo's International Fashion Festival (FIMO), which recently celebrated its tenth anniversary in Lomé, has organised a catwalk show in Paris to promote African fashion. Jacques Logoh, FIMO's founder, is an outspoken advocate of fashion that's designed and produced on the African continent. A recent UNESCO report says that Africa is on course to be the world's next major fashion hub – on the condition that the industry receives sufficient state support. But that's by no means guaranteed. We take a closer look.

Hace ya 30 años desde que en Ferrolterra se comenzó a practicar esgrima. Pero la afición por este deporte ha crecido. En la actualidad el club Tres Armas, que habitualmente entrena en las instalaciones de FIMO cedidas por el Concello, aglutina toda la actividad en torno a este deporte en Ferrolterra. Salvo durante la pandemia, cuando el recinto se convirtió en el vacunódromo de la comarca, el hall de acceso a lo que fue la Feria de Muestras es el lugar en el que desde 2017 entrenan los integrantes del club Tres Armas. Lo hacen a las órdenes de Emilio Rilo, que al mismo tiempo es el secretario del club, del que forman parte niños, jóvenes y adultos, que acuden a la escuela de esgrima, agrupados por diferentes categorías. Dentro de este deporte hay tres especialidades. Florete, es el más habitual, aunque también hay competiciones con espada y sable. Emilio fue en su momento campeón gallego en florete y espada y ahora se encarga de la preparación de los más jóvenes todos los días, de seis de la tarde a nueve de la noche, en unas instalaciones que comparten con Protección Civil. Emilio preparaba esta semana a los participantes que acuden al Torneo de Ránking Cadete que se desarrolla en Madrid durante este fin de semana. Además, el próximo domingo día 29 pondrán en marcha en Ferrol, y en colaboración con la ONCE, una actividad denominada Esgrima a ciegas, que hace accesible la esgrima a las personas invidentes. Se compite por medio del arma y el oído para tratar de encontrar al oponente y tocarlo con la espada para hacer un punto. El club tiene sus puertas abiertas a todos los interesados.

Comme Alex et Kim, mannequins androgynes qui défilent, entre autres, pour Fauvette Nacto. Dans sa dernière collection, la styliste célèbre les mariages à travers le monde. Sans même se concerter, de nombreux designers ont également choisi de développer ce thème. C'est inédit dans l'histoire du festival. Nouvelle tendance, nouveau business.

For the tenth edition of FIMO, Togo's international fashion festival, founder Jacques Logoh wanted to raise awareness of environmental issues by paying homage to a group of women on the frontlines of that fight: the street sweepers of the capital Lomé. Designers, meanwhile, were keen to show off their recycling prowess. Label Riche ou Rien used metal sponges, while Victoria Grace reinvented Indian saris and Desmo Design highlighted the threat posed by toxic plastics. To top it all off, a series of eye-opening masterclasses rounded out the festival. FRANCE 24 went to check it out.

And how to make the most of the rich pool of African design talent? We get some insightful answers from designers, fashion students and academics.

Fimo es una app de cámara, muy simple pero a su vez muy linda de usar. Y ofrece algo que si bien parece muy trillado, lo hace tan bien que realmente da gusto. El Club Costa Ártabra organiza este fin de semana una jornada solidaria para recoger productos de primera necesidad durante el desarrollo de los partidos que el club disputa en Ferrol, en las instalaciones de FIMO el sabado por la mañana y en el Pabellón Javier Gómez Noya de Caranza el sabado por la tarde y tambien el domingo por la mañana y por la tarde Podrán donarse mantas, sacos de dormir, material de aseo (gel de baño, Champú, pasta de dientes, peines y cepillos de cabello y de dientes, desodorante, esponjas, jabones, toallitas y crema hidratante) además de material de higiene femenina ( compresas y tampones). También se necesita material de aseo infantil, como pañales, toallitas de bebé y jabonosas, y crema o polvos hidratantes. Además se recoge comida, pero siempre enlatada y de larga duración. No se admitirán botes de cristal. Con esta jornada –en la que también colabora la Asociación Vecinal de Canido– el Club Baloncesto Costa Ártabra quiere unirse a la campaña iniciada desde el Ayuntamiento de Ferrol el pasado día 4.

It is black history month and the way I have decided to celebrate this year is by getting comfortable with uncomfortable conversations because I believe that through these uncomfortable conversations and our ability to truly listen, we are able to understand each other's perspectives and take steps towards healing. Today, I sat down yet again with an old friend, Fimo Mitchell. Fimo is a writer, a world traveler and a meditation guide. He's the founder of When The Village Meditates, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free meditation programs to members of racialized and marginalized communities. He founded this nonprofit with the hope of offering a safe and inclusive space where individuals may embark or continue along their journey inward. Fimo came across the contemplative practice of meditation during his first trip to India in 2009 and since then, he has spent thousands of hours in meditation and has completed two mindfulness courses along with a ten-day silent retreat to fortify his practice. These types of conversations require a certain level of understanding and compassion And his commitment to building an empathetic and compassionate community make him the ideal guest to have for these uncomfortable conversations. 你好我是叶梓，今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第1690天。今天的早自习又迟到了，主要是因为前两天自驾从北京开回了株洲 ，然后一回到家里就有点生病了，可能是冷热交替导致的感冒，做了两趟核酸去了趟医院开了点药，昨天一天整个人就瘫软在床，今天稍微好点了，但是这个脑子好像还不太好使，有点慢，所以我就简单的跟大家分享一下我这两天的一些手机随拍的照片好了。虽然不算是啥作品，但是基本上可以展示一下我即便在生病的情况下，我也是要记录自己的生活的。首先第一张照片是刚回到株洲的第二天出门回家的时候，真是酷热难耐，湖南的夏天我真的是好久没有体验了，实在是热的受不了。李杜宇已经从前面进了家门，我就在后面停了下来，就为了拍这个火红的小椅子。这个光影在上面挺好看，我又是学薇薇安的，把自己的影子拍进去，跟这个场景来了个合影。© 叶梓然后第二张照片是已经在核酸检测点了，在坚栗村党群服务中心这里，离家里挺远的，但是因为这里人少，所以我们开车来这做了检测。这个外边看上去是非常漂亮的一个楼，但是做完核酸，从左边的小门拐弯出来的过程中你就会见到。© 叶梓第三张照片，是特别荒芜的一个工地，感觉这事都没办完，装修没弄完，一个老板椅放在这中央，背对着我这边。我觉得这个场景特别有那种黑社会电影的那种片子的感觉，那里应该坐个光头老大，然后一转过来叼着个雪茄，有那么个气质，所以我把它拍了下来。这里我用了个小技法：我是平拍的，不仰不俯，所以所有的竖线条现在都是竖直的，这可以帮助我在繁乱的画面里找到一点这种精细化构图的痕迹，不仰不俯的平拍。© 叶梓然后第四张照片我已经在医院了，你看这是我面前有一张病床，我是刚刚被抽完血，然后坐在这里等着。这张照片让我发现一个特点，我用的拍照软件叫做FIMO，我用这个胶卷的滤镜型号是叫做chrome64，其实就是柯达克罗姆64。这个胶卷型号在这个软件里有一个特点，就是它会凸显光影关系，就是床上的光它会比我肉眼看到的还要再明显。© 叶梓有了这个经验以后，接下来我在拍第六张（误，应为第五张）照片的时候，我就刻意的把手机往上仰了仰。我本来想拍一个好像被留在那观察的人，百无聊赖看着窗外的自由的感觉，但是我发现天花板顶上有很微弱的窗户上射来的光，所以我把这个手机往上扬了点，多拍了一点天花板，少拍了一点窗户，原因就是我发现这个软件会强调光影关系。果然，天花板上那一团白光的效果比我肉眼看的要明显得多。所以这也告诉我们，当你喜欢用一个软件来拍照的时候，用某种滤镜效果来拍照的时候，除了对它的色彩要有一些规律上的掌握以外，你也要对它的光影等等其它方面的特色有一些掌握，你才知道让它拍什么会更好看一些。© 叶梓那么接下来我就用它拍了一张医疗废物垃圾桶。这玩意在疫情期间看起来是挺恐怖的一个东西，黄色的，很扎眼。也正是因为黄色是警告色，自然界中黄黑相间的蜜蜂它也是看上去非常有毒的一个玩意儿，所以这里的黄是非常扎眼，看上去是有点恐怖的，相信大家看到这张照片的时候不自觉的就离自己的手机又远了一点。这里左下角的黑色的杆子和右下角的黑色的电源线是我刻意放进来的，是构图的一部分，也是因为它们的存在，这个画面的场景感才会更加强烈一些。因为是医院它也是很生动的一个地方，也不会是说真的整洁到一尘不染，一点乱的东西都没有，也不会的，总有一些小东西会让你觉得这还是真实的生活。© 叶梓那么再往后这张照片就是李杜宇正在聊手机，在我门外的发热门诊，穿着防护服的工作人员正在给其他的黄码的人做核酸检测，当然我是绿码，大家不用太担心。© 叶梓接下来就是刚才那张床上。我突然发现它有一个医院的名字，再加上有点光影关系，我就把它拍了下来，形成了一个弧形构图和一个斜线的构图和光影关系的三重的关系，当时已经非常无聊了，所以就到处找东西拍。© 叶梓刚才在黄色垃圾桶的左边其实还摆着一些蓝色无纺布的一次性床单，如果你要躺床上的话，它会先给你铺这个。这个一次性床单卷曲在这里显得非常的有意思，像一个无穷的符号，然后我就把它给拍了下来。这里左上角的黑和右下角的黑——两个黑色三角形也是我故意留的。中间的无穷符号里面，其实它存在着很丰富的立体关系。举个例子，右上角的你可以看到光和影的交界，靠上方是在阴影中的，靠右方是在阳光下的，中间有一条非常曲折的明暗交界线，让这些东西凸显了整个事物的立体感，让这个画面显得更加的丰富，而不是平面化。© 叶梓后来我又拍了一个这个玩意儿，我也不知道是啥，是针头的保护套还是个什么别的东西，不知道，反正就把屋里面能拍的东西都拍了一个遍。© 叶梓最后这一张就是一个纯的空镜，拍的其实就是一个墙角，这个没什么好说的，重点是在于这个光是怎么来的？其实这就是我把手机放在阳光下，让阳光直射我的手机，但是我把手机侧过来，让阳光从一个非常斜的角度射入我的镜头，并在镜头里面产生多次不应该有的反射。看这个样子应该是阳光射在了镜片的边缘部分，然后再经过多次反弹之后形成的一个影像。我有时候挺喜欢这种虚头巴脑的东西，它是自然界中不应该存在的，但是它又是在我的手机里面真实发生的，是由镜片的多次折射和反射最后形成的一些在光学工程师们看来不应该存在的谬误，但是我喜欢，蛮玄幻的。© 叶梓好吧，总之今天早自习其实等于啥都没说，不过至少有一点大家可以看出来，就是一个狂热的摄影爱好者，他在生病的时候，甚至是核酸结果还没出来，还不知道自己是否要被隔离的时候，其实我们都在不停的去拍摄自己的生活，用手机也好，用相机也好。这些片子不见得是给别人看的，但是至少对于自己而言也是一个消遣的方式，顺便也记录一下自己的生活。我们咔图摄影教育中心的另一位老师——李明老师之前也是因为在火车上变成次密接，所以也被隔离了两天，也拍了自己的生活，拍的也非常好，期待他下次在早自习的时候能跟大家来分享一下。今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第1690天，我是叶梓，每天早上6:30，微信公众号“摄影早自习”，不见不散。

早安，我是叶梓，今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第1583天。今天是周一，应该来讲器材，所以我先简单给大家推荐一款软件，手机的拍摄软件叫做“FIMO”。我跟这个软件没有关系，只是简单的喜欢用，就推荐给大家。我之前给大家推荐过类似的软件，比如说“NOMO”对吧？这两款软件都是所谓的胶片色的拍摄软件，拍出来就跟胶片相机拍的一样。我之前还给大家推荐过一款叫做“VSCO”的软件，是用来调色的，可以把普通的手机拍的照片调得非常像胶片的颜色。那为什么我们这么喜欢胶片色呢？其实是因为第一是柯达、富士这样的胶片巨头，它在这么长的时间里面累积了非常深厚的有关色彩的一些调色方法，所以我们可以向它们学习。第二是因为胶片它是个光化反应，它是个真实存在的化学反应，所以在这个过程中，它产生的色彩比较不能说是接地气吧，应该说是比较站得住脚，它不会像是数码照片，拿起来在后期软件里随便瞎调调出来的那么怪异。所以如果你不知道怎么调色的时候，去向胶片的颜色去靠拢或者说是去参考，是一个非常好的方法。基于这个原因，给我推荐大家使用这款软件来体验一下胶片色。这款软件是免费的，下载以后有几个胶片也是免费的，可以任意使用，但是它还有更多的胶片可能是收费的。我也不记得哪个收费哪个不收费了，反正我就是买了一些、用了一些，喜欢的我就给大家推荐一下，好不好？首先我最喜欢的一个胶片色，也是我自己在生活中最喜欢使用的胶卷就是“柯达炮塔”那个卷。这里提供的Kodak PORTRA 160NC，是120型号胶卷。这个胶卷颜色上比较寡淡，但是非常温柔，很有诗意，而且因为这个软件里提供的是120的型号，所以它就是一个正方形的画幅，大家可以尝试一下。© 叶梓另外有很多人喜欢使用的是富士的“业务卷”——“Business 400”。“业务卷”的意思就是说它是过去给那些摄影师在影楼里使用的，它是又便宜又好的一种胶卷，这种胶卷对肤色的还原比较符合亚洲人的那种期待，而且它颜色上和对比度上都会比PORTRA要强一些，颜色会更漂亮一些。© 叶梓再接下来给大家推荐是“Nature1600”1600感光度的胶卷。这个是富士的很著名的一个叫做“月光女神卷”，国内的人给它取了个外号，意思是在月光下它都能拍照。这个胶卷说实话我用的不是特别多，但是我的学生馨瑶用得比较多，她比较土豪。这个胶卷在去年好像停产了，所以它的售价——现在在网上都买到的过期卷的售价，好像要300多一卷。你在这里可以用非常低的价格去体验它，我觉得是非常划算的一种方式，在这个软件里去体验它。© 叶梓那么再往后给大家推荐一个比较特殊的卷，叫做“柯达克罗姆”就是这个黄色的“KDchrome”。这个卷怎么说呢，它那个颜色很特别很特别，它不是那种简单的怀旧，它是有它自己的一种偏黄的一种质感在里头。这个胶卷我没有用过，因为它老早老早就已经全部停产，而且你即便是买到，你也找不到那个冲印的药水、冲印的店，那套工艺都没有了。但是“柯达克罗姆”太著名，太多好照片都是由它来拍摄的，在摄影史上占有很重要的一席之地，甚至有一个电影我可以推荐给大家，就叫做“柯达克罗姆（Kodak Chrom）”——这个胶卷的名字，大家可以去看一看，可能对这个胶卷会有更深的了解。在这里你使用它的话，你得到的是个长方形的照片，但是它外面会套一个白色的方框。这个方框不是随便搞的，不是为了好看，它其实是过去我们所谓的幻灯片夹——就是把底片夹在这个夹子里面以后，把它整个投放在幻灯片机里面，在后边放一灯泡，前面放一镜头，就能把底片上的影像直接投映到墙面或者是荧幕上去观看它，这么个幻灯片夹，按一个按钮就切换到下一张，一个机械的结构。这个我们通常会在幻灯片夹上去写比如说拍摄日期啊或者是主题啊，这照片是什么啊或者签个艺术家的名字啊……都可以，所以在这里的幻灯片夹上也是有一点字的。© 叶梓接下来再给大家推荐两个片幅特别宽的胶卷，这个片幅特别特别宽，宽到什么程度呢，它就是哈苏“Xpan”的相机的画幅尺寸，它是两张135胶片叠在一起的尺寸，比两个2:3的尺寸加在一起还要再宽一点，像是一个全景的照片。这个也很像是我们在电影院看电影的宽度，所以这里有一个胶卷是叫做“V3 500T”，这款胶卷它应该是仿的一款电影卷，具体仿得像不像其实我不知道，因为我用电影卷用的不多。但是它拍出来的确实很有电影感，颜色偏的比较严重，但是在偏色的同时，它又看上去是自然而舒服的。© 叶梓另外柯达的“Tri-X400”，这个卷是我平时比较用得多的。它是个黑白卷，但是因为它是厚乳剂型胶卷，所以它的宽容度很大，在使用时曝光也不用特别小心，后期反正可以拯救的余地也比较大，所以我还挺喜欢的，也有很多人会比较喜欢这个卷，它也同样是一个超宽幅的画幅的胶卷。© 叶梓好吧，今天我就简单的给大家推荐这么多，今天的早自习听完以后你最好去下载一下这个软件，这是免费软件，下载以后你可以使用一些免费的胶卷，也可以去购买自己心仪的胶卷。但不管怎么样，希望各位不只是拿手机玩这个软件，而是要从中慢慢的去体会一下所谓的胶片色到底是什么感觉，这个对你今后的调色到底有什么样的一些启发。相比真正的去玩胶片相机和胶卷而言，用软件来体会算是非常廉价、非常经济划算的一种做法了，虽然它模仿的可能不能说是百分百的像胶片，但是现在这些软件也确实是越做越好了，这一点真的是让人非常开心。最后再补充一句，在4月3-5号，也就是清明假期期间，我们会在北京举办工作坊，5.1长假期间，会在重庆举办工作坊，这两者的名额都非常少，大家如果需要的话可以去戳今天图文链接第二条、第三条来了解详情。顺便有很多同学不了解工作坊是什么形式，其实就是小型的以实践为主的一种学习。全过程需要同学们和我一起来创作一组自己的稍微有点深度的摄影的作品。同学们能获得的收获大体上就是突破自己的瓶颈，解决一些切实的问题，提升自己的审美的能力，获取更多的有关艺术的思考素材。一般来说学生们都会非常有收获，所以感兴趣的同学一定要尽早抢占名额，现在名额所剩不多，特别是北京的工作坊，因为4月份很近了，现在只有3个名额剩余。关于上课有更多的问题的都可以在帖子里面找到我们的课程顾问，向她详细咨询。今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第1583天，我是叶梓，每天早上6:30，微信公众号“摄影早自习”，不见不散。
