Bei «Sundowner» (2020) war das Kansas City, für «City Music» (2017) Los Angeles – und für sein siebtes Studioalbum «This Is a Photograph» war nun Memphis Taufpate. Die Stadt im US-Bundesstaat Tennessee blick auf eine reichhaltige Musikgeschichte zurück, die Morby auf seinen neuen Tracks immer wieder streift. Comenzamos este nuevo programa de Podcast Equilateral comentando la actualidad que nos interesa: la que tiene que ver con lo indie. En primer lugar hablamos sobre gamedev.world, el evento digital sobre desarrollo de videojuegos organizado por Rami Ismail y Sarah Elmaleh (entre otros) que pretende eliminar las principales barreras de este tipo de actos: el precio (será gratuito), el idioma (estará localizado a ocho idiomas) y el desplazamiento (será online). Cerramos la actualidad repasando los juegos presentados en el Indie Highlights que Nintendo publicó el pasado 23 de enero, un streaming que nos dejó nombres tan interesantes como Double Kick Heroes, When Ski Lifts Go Wrong, Forager, CrossCode o SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech. Ya en el apartado de críticas nos centramos en tres títulos que han salido hace muy poquito: The Eternal Castle [REMASTERED], la remasterización que no es una remasterización reseñada por Iván lerner, Pikuniku, el indie más adorable del momento cuya crítica nos trae el presentador, Jonathan León, y YIIK: A Postmodern RPG, un extraño título cuya supuestamente transgresora propuesta se queda a medio camino, según Manu Delgado.
