Liam has been playing Destiny 2: The Final Shape, reminding him once again that he actually really likes Destiny 2 sorry-not-sorry. Rebecca has been very busy but nevertheless the announcement of Life is Strange: Double Exposure is giving her life. (Note: We had to record this episode further in advance than usual, which is why you won't hear anyone getting excited about the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection — don't be alarmed, normal service will undoubtedly resume in the next episode.) Cub Kuker Supernatural Podcast EP368 ĕlôhîym: The word “elohim" has its origins in Hebrew and is used in the Bible, particularly in the Old Testament. It is a plural noun that is often translated as "God" in English however this isn't a good usage. While the term "Elohim" is grammatically plural, it is widely understood within monotheistic frameworks as a singular, supreme deity. In the opening chapters of Genesis, “elohim" is used in the creation narrative: "In the beginning, gods (elohim) created the heavens and the earth." Proponents of the theory that suggests a polytheistic background argue that the use of a plural noun for God might reflect an earlier stage of Israelite religion where a divine council or assembly of gods was acknowledged. In English translations of the Bible, when the term "Elohim" is capitalized, it is an editorial decision made by translators to convey reverence and specificity to a particular chosen cultural deity. This convention aligns with the broader practice of capitalizing pronouns and titles for the God of monotheistic religions as a sign of respect and recognition of the singular, supreme nature of that deity. Today we will examine the secrets of the Elohim's power and how we can become “gods” and ascend in consciousness just like them (our creators). And I placed for myself a throne, and I sat down on it. And then to the light I spoke: ‘You go up higher than the throne, and be solidified much higher than the throne|, and become the foundation for the highest things. - Second Book Of Enoch And I wrote 366 books about the great secrets of God, which God revealed and related to Enoch; and he spoke with him face to face. - Second Book Of Enoch In his arrogance, Yaldabaoth boasted to the other archons that: “I am God and there is no other God beside me!” - The Apocryphon of John In a state of high delight Enki, the king of the Abzu, again justly praises himself in his majesty: "I am the lord, I am one whose word is reliable, I am one who excels in everything. - Enki And The World Order × I Explore Supernatural Mythōs. Cub Kuker Supernatural Podcast EP365 Today, I am unveiling my perspective on why I posit that Jesus did not intend for individuals to merely attain a state of being 'right' with the God portrayed in the Bible. Instead, I propose that his underlying message was for people to transcend conventional notions and ascend to a level where they embody a divine essence, acting as conduits for what I term the 'Christ-light Code.' In this paradigm, I am firmly convinced that Jesus imparted a concealed message encouraging individuals to recognize themselves as divine entities and channels for a higher source, denoted as Father-Energy, Mother-Wave, and Son-Light. I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify these things to you for the assemblies. I am the root and the offspring of David, the Bright λαμπρός (lampros) and Morning πρωϊνός (prōinos) Star ἀστὴρ (astēr). - Revelation 22:16 How you have fallen from heaven, O Morning Star (shining one) הֵילֵ֣ל (hê·lêl), son of the dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, who laid the nations low! You said in your heart, “I will ascend into heaven! - Isaiah 14:12-13 While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become children of light φωτὸς (phōtos).” Jesus said these things, and he departed and hid himself from them. - John 12:36 Jesus answered them, “Isn't it written in your law, ‘I said, you are gods Θεοί (Theoi)?' - John 10:34 As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son Υἱὸν (Huion) of Man ἀνθρώπου (anthrōpou) be lifted up ὕψωσεν (hypsōsen), that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. - John 3:14-15 Jesus said, "It is I who am the light which is above them all. It is I who am the all. From me did the all come forth, and unto me did the all extend. Split a piece of wood, and I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there." - Gospel Of Thomas L77 “Son of man, tell the prince of Tyre, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, ‘I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the middle of the seas;' yet you are man, and not God, though you set your heart as the heart of God. - Ezekiel 28:2 Enki, the king of the Abzu (Sea), justly praises himself in his majesty: "My father, the king of heaven and earth, made me famous in heaven and earth. My elder brother, the king of all the lands, gathered up all the divine powers and placed them in my hand. I brought the arts and crafts from the E-kur, the house of Enlil, to my Abzu in Eridu. - Enki And The World Order You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a slayer from the beginning, and doesn't stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of lies. - John 8:44 Atraḥasis made ready to speak, and said to the Elders: "My god does not agree with your god, Enki and Enlil are constantly angry with each other. They have expelled me from the land. Since I have always reverenced Enki, he told me this. - Epic Of Atraḥasis (Noah) However, I Jesus, caused them to eat (of the fruit). - The Secret Book of John No one has seen God at any time. The only born μονογενὴς (monogenēs) Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, has declared him. - John 1:18 Jesus said to them, “Most certainly, I tell you, before Abraham came into existence, I AM.” - John 8:58 In essence, I assert that Jesus' teachings were not solely about establishing a connection with a distant God but rather about recognizing and harnessing the divine potential within oneself. NOTE: My interpretations are purely my creative and theoretical opinion. Always do your own research in regard to any theory. × I Explore Supernatural Mythōs. Unlock More As A Member! ↘️
Statt der neusten Folge gibt es diesen Monat die älteste Folge ReGen. Die Folge über “Abzu” haben wir als Test Ende 2021 aufgenommen. Eine wirklich neue Folge gibt es dafür Anfang Jänner!
In the heart of ancient Mesopotamia, nestled between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, a tale unfolded that blurred the lines between myth and reality. The city of Eridu, dedicated to the god Enki, held a secret known only to a select few - the Urim Stone. #anunnaki #enki #mesopotamia Enki, the god of wisdom and water, was said to have crafted the Urim Stone in the depths of the Abzu, a mystical subterranean realm. The stone was said to possess the power to maintain balance among the Anunnaki, the divine beings who shaped the destinies of mortals. The protagonist, Naram, a young and ambitious scribe in Eridu, discovered a cryptic tablet hidden deep within the temple archives. The tablet spoke of the Urim Stone and its role in preserving harmony among the Anunnaki. Intrigued, Naram delved into forbidden texts, seeking to unravel the truth behind the legends. As Naram's knowledge grew, so did the shadows that lurked in the corners of Eridu. The city's high priest, Ekur, aware of Naram's pursuits, approached him with a warning. The Urim Stone, he explained, was not just a tale; it was a relic safeguarding the delicate balance between the Anunnaki, ensuring order in both divine and mortal realms. As Naram dug deeper, he uncovered a web of intrigue and political maneuvering among the gods. The Urim Stone, it seemed, held not just power but also secrets that could sway the course of history. Whispers of discontent among the Anunnaki hinted at a struggle for control, and the Urim Stone became the coveted key to dominance. In a twist of fate, Naram found himself caught in the crossfire of divine ambitions. The gods, unaware of his mortal presence, continued their clandestine power struggles. Naram's quest for knowledge became a race against time as he sought to understand the Urim Stone's true purpose and protect Eridu from the impending divine discord. The climax unfolded within the sacred precincts of Eridu as Naram confronted the high priest Ekur, who revealed his own designs for the Urim Stone. In a dramatic turn of events, Naram, armed with newfound wisdom, faced the gods themselves, demanding they reconcile their differences for the sake of humanity. In the end, the Urim Stone, once a symbol of potential chaos, became a beacon of unity. The gods, recognizing the wisdom of a mortal, agreed to uphold the delicate balance without interference. Naram returned the Urim Stone to its hidden chamber, and Eridu flourished as a city of prosperity and enlightenment. As time passed, the tale of Naram and the Urim Stone faded into the annals of history, leaving behind a city that stood as a testament to the power of knowledge and the potential for harmony between the mortal and divine realms.
Cub Kuker Supernatural Podcast EP343 Praise be to Enki, the much-praised lord who controls all the arts and crafts, who takes decisions!" - Enki and the World Order In the Sumerian myth of Enki, particularly in the verse from "Enki and the World Order," there is a clear expression of self-praise and acknowledgment of personal power. Enki, as the king of the Abzu (the underground freshwater realm), asserts his greatness and attributes his fame to his father, the king of heaven and earth, and his elder brother, the king of all lands. The concept of the power of self-positivity in this context can be understood as Enki recognizing and celebrating his divine attributes and accomplishments. By praising himself, Enki is not only expressing confidence but also emphasizing the divine authority and abilities bestowed upon him by higher powers, symbolized by his father and elder brother. The use of the ego as a tool of channeling a higher power suggests that Enki sees his individuality and self-awareness as a means to connect with and manifest the divine powers entrusted to him. In other words, Enki views his ego not as a source of arrogance but as a vessel through which the divine energies and capabilities flow. The ego, in this context, becomes a channel for expressing and utilizing the bestowed divine powers to bring about positive developments and advancements. Enki's role in bringing the arts and crafts from the E-kur, the house of Enlil, to his Abzu in Eridug, further underscores his significance as a conduit for divine wisdom and creativity. The transfer of divine powers to Enki suggests a harmonious relationship between individual agency and higher, transcendent forces. In summary, the Sumerian myth of Enki portrays the concept of self-positivity as a recognition of one's divine attributes and achievements, with the ego serving as a channel for higher powers. Enki's self-praise is not an expression of arrogance but a celebration of the divine authority bestowed upon him, and his actions symbolize the harmonious integration of individuality and divine influence. × Reality-Bending Supernatural Content. I have gotten quite a few comments on this short essay and reading from 2020. It has been floating in the Abzu of the starnightdwell channel for a year or so now, but in the spirit of the time (Mercury Rx) I thought it would be nice to bring it back. In summary, it is a meditation on the nature of the imagination through the lens of two waters intermingling (or not?).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Masters of VGM Season 2 starts June 1st, and is slated to kick off with Nerd Noise Radio C1E76: "The Big Sound of the Little Guy - vol. 2". To prime the pump of excitement for MoVGM in general, as well as to offer a "compare and contrast" between the incoming, much more polished and measured and matured (and much more well-produced) sequel, and this much more enthusiastic, revolutionary, optimistic, and "heart-ful" example of early, clunky-but-exuberant NNR magic, we are re-running the original ahead of time. I am eager to receive feedback on what everyone things of vol 1 vs vol 2. I think vol 2 is "better", but vol 1 is "more important". I also think vol 1 is more "joyful", even if more "awkward". But tell me what YOU think!! They also each contain exactly one track composed by......ME - in fact, in this original episode, it's even the opening track! Masters of VGM can be found at www.mastersofvgm.com as well as on Twitter and Discord, and perhaps also other places. NNR will be just one of some 20 or 30 different VGM podcasts. Since our last deep dive was hacking, slashing, and murdering anything in our way with God of War Ragnarok, we decided to slow things down a bit and pick a game that was a little more relaxing. For this episode we take a look at Abzu - an underwater adventure game released in 2016. Did the calming nature of this game soothe our hearts and win us over? Or did the more laid back gameplay not resonate with our bloodthirsty instincts? Listen to find out! There are spoilers ahead, but since Abzu clocks in at just around 2 hours (and was given for free at one point by Sony) we'd recommend you give it a playthrough before you listen. Or go ahead and just get spoiled - we don't really care that much either way... As always, we've got some trivia at the end to test your knowledge of water based games. And one more thing! As this game has connections with the game Journey, we mention that title quite a bit as well. We don't spoil anything much from Journey, but if you haven't played that, several of our crew strongly recommend that you do!

Modern AI in particular, so-called deep learning is everywhere. Alone in the last few months, a new generation of image generation based on text prompts emerged that is arguably on par with human artists. However, in many crucial applications, the black-box nature of such models is a problem. If you want to let the AI drive a car, no regulator or decision maker will allow it. The same is true for any applications that deal with scientific understanding. You want to understand why the AI comes to its prediction and which parts of your dataset are essential. But there is a different approach to AI that would be able to solve this black box problem. So-called symbolic regression, instead of obtaining several million or billions of parameters, which make up your model, you would get an equation that the person can understand just by looking at it.The problem is symbolic regression is insanely hard to do. In fact, it is so tricky that no one has managed to use it for anything than the most basic toy models. No one but a small Danish startup called Abzu, which just received a 2.5 million Euro grant from the European Union to apply their symbolic regression algorithm to drug discovery.Abzu's CEO Casper Willstrup an avid Coder, ever since his childhood, initially came up with the idea for Abzu, the QLattice, during his physics studies in the mid-90s. Ever since he came up with the idea to solve symbolic regression, his career took many twists and turns, all leading back to him studying physics and getting his first computer when he was nine years old.If you enjoyed this episode, why not recommend it to a friend?Homepage: https://www.deeptechstories.ioPodcast Twitter: https://twitter.com/deeptechpodMy Twitter: https://twitter.com/sturmerphLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/deeptechstories Music by Nathaniel Drew x Tom Fox:https://www.nathanieldrew.com/https://tfbeats.com/Design by Amadeus Schwed:https://elementsofpuremotion.com/This podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Chartable - https://chartable.com/privacy

These days, I need to chill. Relax. Contemplate. What I didn't think I needed was a swim in a virtual fish tank with all manner of manta rays, swordfish, and sharks. But that's exactly what Abu offers. A wonderful, frictionless aquatic experience that hides a rich lore and story beneath it's seemingly simple waves. But I didn't get any of that. I had fun playing with the fishies. We're joined by Sharon Hill to look into the vital 1970s question: Was Noah's Ark Real? (And does it disprove Darwin's theory of evolution through natural selection?) spoilers: No and No. The episode opens with "footage" (re-creations, repurposed footage) of the famous 1889 Flood. The footage in the movie appears to be from a short film called The World that Perished (1977) but we couldn't find a version of that to share. The 1976 film In Search of Noah's Ark is available (in poor quality) on YouTube. Nimoy reminds of us the other Ark with this library fashion-alert moment. The episode re-creates the famous "undressing in excitement" story of George Smith discovering the Utnapishtim version of the flood myth. (Later in the episode we get a better shot of Nimoy in the Library.) We discussed the "Ararat Anomaly" briefly. The many searches for Noah's Ark. Physicist Rainer Berger (1930 - 2003) puts a lot of fake evidence to rest with his radiocarbon dating skills. Creationist Henry Morris "an expert in the flow of water??" Jeb discusses Abzu briefly. The "Creation Research Society" is behind a lot of the content in this episode. The episode calls him "Dr. Clifford Burdick" but he doesn't appear to have actually been a PhD. Burdick reminded some of us of Reverend Kane from Poltergeist 2. There is some mention of the Younger Dryas - a favorite of Hancockian enthusiasts. Many cultures around the world have flood myths. Many cultures around the world have floods. There may be some connection? Discussion of the site called Doggerland. Warm Mineral Springs in Florida. The Black Sea Deluge hypothesis. Burdick did look a little lost in the desert at one point...
Leif sits down at the table with a bevy of video games to talk about. M. Joshua Cauller is always searching for that new highest level of tension. Joshua crafts trailers for Devolver Digital. You can see his work at the Devolver YouTube channel. Here's some stuff we talked about: Our Feelings Sifu makes Joshua feel plugged in, jacked in, hyped up, and frustrated. The back of a Super Mario 3 box. It was all about the screen grabs. Contra actually got the cover right. Did I make a huge mistake buying Dying Light 2? Kert Gartner was who Joshua wanted to be when he grew up That Dragon, Cancer is not actually about cancer. Talking about Inscription ruins the game. I was really hard on Abzu back in the day. :-( Control has a pretty badass moment called the Ash Tray Maze.

Greg, Beppe and Intern Nick examine the 2012 masterpiece, Journey, and its spiritual successor, Abzu. They discuss ThatGameCompany and Giant Squid, and how their contributions to games helped prove to the general public that video games are works of art.

Baby's first podcast! On the inaugural episode of the best (video)gaming show I think ever, Tev chats Pokémon Trading Card Game, Guacamelee, and shouts out Monster Sanctuary, Keat sucks at rhythm games, laughs at Enter the Gungeon puns, and talks Abzu, and Johnny cringes at Tell Me Why, then calls Creaks the only 10/10 game ever made. What did Banjo-Kazooie get right that every other game gets wrong? Can good but unknown games get attention when there are thousands of shite games released every single day? Are companies responsible for preserving the games they make, and if not, who is? Also, Mario Galaxy and Fuller House are basically the same thing. All that and a fuwuck ton more, here on the Happy Midnight Podcast! Every episode is an evergreen, so they never spoil. Come worship games with us like it's a cult. Novým špeciálnym prokurátorom, teda človekom, ktorý dozerá aj na politicky najvýbušnejšie kauzy, sa stal Daniel Lipšic. Bývalý politik, neskôr advokát a nikdy prokurátor. We return to the Book of Revelation this week and the locust-like creatures that fly out of the bottomless pit in Revelation 9. What is this place? We discuss the abyss from its Sumerian concept as the dwelling place of the god Enki and his assistants, the apkallu, the name the Mesopotamians used for the Hebrew Watchers, to the Greek and Jewish understanding of the abyss, or Tartarus, as a place of punishment for supernatural rebels and threats to the divine order—the angels referred to in 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 6-7. In other words, the “sons of God” from Genesis 6:1-4 are the entities who emerge to torment those not sealed by God for five months during the Great Tribulation. Also: Farewell to Irvin Baxter of Endtime Ministries who was called home last week at the age of 75.
On Sound of Gaming we celebrate the greatest music from the best video games, but what about the almost hits? The should've-beens? The has-beens? What happens to the music when a game gets cancelled, a character is changed or a game is taken off the shelves? Today Sound of Gaming is dedicated to Lost Masterpieces - music that could have been heard by millions of players but instead has been lost to the whims of history and the creative process, with never before heard gems from composers like Joris de Man, The Flight and Jim Guthrie. The BAFTA winning composer Austin Wintory - well known for his work on games like Journey, Abzu and the Banner Saga - talks to Jessica today not about his hits, but about the 'ones that got away', music he's written for pitches that didn't make it and games that didn't see the light of day. Plus music from games such as Alien: Isolation, Chrono Trigger and Borderlands 3 that didn't find its way into the game, plus a lost gem of a game score by composer Michael Nyman and other treats you just don't hear enough.
