VOV1 - Bắt đầu từ ngày 20/06, hành khách quốc tế khởi hành từ các cửa ngõ hàng không trọng điểm của Thái Lan sẽ phải chi trả mức phí dịch vụ tăng vọt. Đây là một phần trong chiến lược tái cấu trúc tài chính và nâng cấp hạ tầng quy mô lớn của Tổng công ty Sân bay Thái Lan (AOT).Theo thông báo mới nhất, mức phí dịch vụ hành khách quốc tế sẽ được điều chỉnh từ 730 Baht lên 1.120 Baht/người (39 USD/người), tương ứng mức tăng 53%. Quyết định này được áp dụng đồng bộ tại 6 sân bay chủ chốt thuộc quyền quản lý của AOT bao gồm: Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Hat Yai, Chiang Mai và Chiang Rai. Trong khi đó, phí dành cho hành khách nội địa vẫn được giữ nguyên ở mức 130 Baht (4,2 USD).Đại diện AOT, bà Paweena Jariyathitipong, cho biết lộ trình tăng phí này đã được Hội đồng Hàng không Dân dụng phê duyệt từ cuối năm 2025. Dự kiến, việc điều chỉnh sẽ mang về thêm khoảng 13 tỷ Baht doanh thu trong năm tài chính 2027. Nguồn vốn này được ấn định làm vốn đầu tư cho các dự án hạ tầng chiến lược, tiêu biểu là Nhà ga phía Nam tại sân bay Suvarnabhumi với tổng giá trị hơn 200 tỷ Baht (6,5 triệu USD), nhằm hiện đại hóa cấu trúc chi phí và giảm sự phụ thuộc vào các khoản vay nợ.Mặc dù AOT khẳng định việc tăng phí là cần thiết để củng cố khả năng tài chính, nhưng quyết định này đang vấp phải nhiều hoài nghi về tính tương quan giữa giá thành và chất lượng dịch vụ. Sau khi điều chỉnh, mức phí tại sân bay Suvarnabhumi sẽ cao hơn đáng kể so với các "hub" hàng không hàng đầu thế giới như Tokyo Haneda (600 Baht), Hong Kong (800 Baht) hay Seoul Incheon (370 Baht). Điều đáng nói là sân bay Suvarnabhumi hiện chỉ xếp thứ 39 trên bảng xếp hạng sân bay toàn cầu của Skytrax, thấp hơn so với các sân bay lớn nêu trên.Bên cạnh đó, các chuyên gia phân tích cảnh báo mức tăng phí dịch vụ hành khách (Passenger Service Charge – PSC) sẽ trực tiếp đẩy giá vé của các chặng bay giá rẻ lên thêm 7-10%. Lançada há 25 anos como um inovador projeto de enciclopédia colaborativa e acessível a todos, a Wikipédia hoje é uma consolidada fonte de informação e conhecimento. Mas, assim como grande parte da internet que conhecemos, a enciclopédia se vê diante dos problemas e das soluções introduzidas pela mais disruptiva novidade dos últimos anos: a presença massiva e permanente da inteligência artificial.  Edison Veiga, correspondente da RFI em Bled, Eslovênia A versão em português da Wikipédia, chamada pelos wikipedistas de Wikipédia Lusófona, é um gigantesco manancial de conhecimento. Ela foi inaugurada em maio de 2001, cinco meses depois da fundação do projeto global, em inglês, e tem hoje quase 1,2 milhão de verbetes. O administrador e editor da Wikipédia Lusófona, Rodrigo Padula, é um dos mais experientes membros atuantes do projeto. Formado em Ciências da Computação, com mestrado pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, ele analisa os gargalos do atual cenário e fala com a autoridade de quem está no projeto há 20 anos.  “Chega aos 25 anos com um sucesso colaborativo que nenhum projeto similar alcançou. É um dos maiores projetos colaborativos já criados pela humanidade”, avalia em entrevista à RFI. IA afeta uso da Wikipédia A inteligência artificial, cada vez mais presente nos ecossistemas digitais, também está afetando diretamente a maneira como a Wikipédia vem sendo utilizada. Para os wikipedistas, é um momento de encruzilhada histórica. E muita reflexão para que o modelo colaborativo não só resista, como saia ainda mais fortalecido. Padula acredita que a Wikipédia enfrenta um momento “turbulento” e de “grandes desafios”: “O maior desafio hoje é essa transição do modelo de busca de conteúdo na internet para um modelo de respostas mais sintéticas com o surgimento desses vários mecanismos de busca usando inteligência artificial”, explica.  O usuário comum de internet já notou. Cada vez mais, o resultado de uma busca é resolvido com as informações resumidas trazidas pelo próprio motor de busca, fazendo com que não seja mais necessário clicar nos links para obter a informação desejada. Se, por um lado, isso parece facilitar a vida do internauta, por outro, tem minado o acesso a sites tanto de jornalismo quanto de informação de referência, como no caso da Wikipédia.  Por conta do volume de informações e da credibilidade construída ao longo dos últimos 25 anos, a Wikipédia se tornou uma das principais fontes de conteúdo que alimenta as plataformas de inteligência artificial. Os textos acumulados em mais de 61 milhões de artigos disponíveis em 321 idiomas servem não só para munir as gigantescas bases de inteligência artificial com informações e dados, como também para sedimentar a linguagem desses sistemas, que cada vez mais se assemelham a uma comunicação humana natural.  “Esse problema do extrativismo de dados a gente vem enfrentando e vamos enfrentar, mas a gente não pode ser a fonte de conteúdo para alimentar esses algoritmos hoje, tornando-os úteis e funcionais, e isso matar o projeto a médio e longo prazo”, argumenta Padula.  Voluntários Outro problema trazido por Padula é a carência de voluntários. A Wikipédia Lusófona conta hoje com quase 5 mil editores wikipedistas ativos. Há cinco anos, eram mais de 10 mil. Conforme explica o administrador Padula, são considerados ativos todos os voluntários que trabalharam em pelo menos cinco artigos nos últimos 30 dias. “Estamos entre o prestígio da credibilidade construída e a fragilidade de nossa comunidade que não vem se renovando muito ao longo dos últimos anos”, diz o administrador. “A gente tem um volume muito pequeno de colaboradores para um volume crescente de conteúdo que foi criado, precisa ser mantido e atualizado.” No meio de tantas transformações, não faltam perguntas sobre o futuro da Wikipédia. Mas as respostas para que a plataforma continue se renovando, se atualizando e permanecendo relevante para uma sociedade que, cada vez mais, precisa de conteúdos informativos isentos, responsáveis e comprometidos com a verdade parecem apontar para um elemento essencial: a humanidade por trás da tecnologia. A Wikipédia, afinal, nasceu das contribuições de pessoas. E, a julgar pelo que conta o administrador brasileiro Padula, pretende continuar assim. “Mesmo com todas as transformações de inteligência artificial, a base humana da Wikipédia continua sendo relevante. “E temos de trabalhar cada vez mais fortes e focados para que a Wikipédia continue sendo relevante”, diz Padula.

Cut from various projects and produced between Berlin and Melbourne over the last fifteen years, LAN label head and hardware specialist Willis Anne digs through his archives to deliver mix made up of 100% unreleased and forthcoming material. @willis-anne Q. Being a mix comprised solely of your own music – a housier than usual deep dive into the unreleased archives of your wide ranging back catalogue, how did you come up with the concept for the mix, and how would you say your sound has evolved over the years? A. My first love is hip-hop and house music, that's how I started making music. Over time I moved into more abstract and experimental territories, before eventually bringing all those elements together into something more hybrid. I still make house music, but today I'm mostly known for hybrid music, and playing wide-ranging, dynamic sets across genres, which is also what I explore with my alias FOREIGNER. I've known Melbourne Deepcast for a long time, even before moving to Australia, so I was honoured to be invited! There are so many strong mixes on the platform, and I wanted to do something special. I thought - why not record a mix made entirely of my own productions! I properly dig into my archives, and as a result it includes unreleased material from different periods, as well as a few upcoming tracks. In that sense, the housier focus makes this mix a bit of a rare snapshot. Q. Looking back, where were you looking to gather inspiration when producing these tracks? I know you were living in Berlin for quite a few years, who or what was inspiring your creative process back then? A. Beyond Berlin's DJ culture, I was especially inspired by artists performing live in clubs. That period aligned with my hardware-only approach, and I went deeper into that way of working. I was strongly influenced by the left-field hardware house scene at the time, particularly artists from L.I.E.S. Records like Steve Summers and Bookworms. Spending time with them, jamming, and being close to that environment had a big impact on my process. Many labels and artists working in that space emerged and flourished during the 2010s, and that era shaped a good part of the music in this mix. Q. I know you've been a driving force behind hardware based electronic music production here in Melbourne over the past couple of years with JAM, your open invitation electronic jam sessions.. Tell us about your idea for these community jam sessions, and what has been the most rewarding part of the whole process? A. JAM takes effort to run, but it's a very special project. People are genuinely grateful for the space, and it's rewarding to see how much they enjoy connecting and making music together. The idea is to make access easy and remove intimidation, and that approach really works. What I find most rewarding is seeing beginners gain confidence and have fun. People who don't know each other come together, start jamming, and create something on the spot. That sense of openness and shared experience is what makes JAM meaningful for me.

Hoy hablaré de Carlos Ángel Roa, exportero argentino co-nocido por su destacada carrera en el fútbol profesional, especialmente por su participación en la selección argentina durante la Copa del Mundo de 1998 en Francia.Comenzó su carrera en el Racing Club y luego en el Lanús, en Argentina, donde jugó durante varios años antes de ser transferido al RCD Mallorca en España. Más tarde, pasó por clubes como Albacete Balompié, Real Madrid y Real Mallorca antes de regresar a Argentina para jugar en San Lorenzo.Su mayor logro en el fútbol profesional fue su participación en la Copa del Mundo de 1998, donde fue el portero titular de la selección argentina. Roa tuvo un desempeño destacado durante el torneo, ayudando a su equipo a llegar a los cuartos de final. Fue precisamente en la selección nacional que fue apodado «Lechuga» Roa, debido a su estricto vegetarianismo. Se rumoraba que Roa era pretendido por el Manchester United, mas, con todo, salió para dedicarse por completo a su fe.Más adelante, volvió al fútbol profesional, pero con la condición de no jugar los sábados en ninguna circunstancia. Luego vendría otro revés para Roa: un cáncer testicular lo sacó de la cancha por un año completo, si bien siguió jugando después en equipos de segunda y tercera división en España. A los 37, dejó de jugar y se convirtió en entrenador de porteros mientras mantenía su fe. Es cierto, el héroe puede caer, pero vuelve a levantarse. Nosotros también podemos hacerlo.
