Sharing the challenges you have faced in your life with others, gives people the courage move past their own challenges.   You don’t get paid by the hour, you get paid by the value you add to the hour. When you can add value to other people, it is amazing what can happen. As you become more mature, the information you have picked up when facing challenging scenarios can serve others as lessons.   We are all far more fragile than we tend to think, but we are all far more powerful than we think to. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a major incident to make you realise that you are not bulletproof and you are not immune to things. If you truly want to live out your purpose and you want to do the things you want to do, you may need to examine your life and take different actions.   People think that we are all only given two immediate actions, and that is fight or flight, but we have actually been given three emotions, fight flight and freeze. Freeze is actually the most devastating because freeze basically says ‘I am going to stay put”. Without action there is no ability to gain feedback, and grow.   When the student is ready, the teacher appears. There will be a time when somebody will impart some wisdom and present a potential answer to a question of yours, if you are ready, you will hear it. It takes a critical mass within you to make things happen, you have to get to that point where you say ‘I am sick and tired, of being sick and tired’ and do something different.   Everybody is the most amazing person that they can be. If you want to be more amazing, go and do it. If you want help in it, you can get help, there is a lot of help available. There are people sitting there who would love to help you achieve your goals. While going to the University of Iowa on a football scholarship, I became a licensed life insurance agent at the age of eighteen. In his first month in business, I sold over a quarter million dollars worth of insurance. It’s not hard to understand that with the years of personal selling background I have embodied, armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in marketing and insurance, I possess the expertise necessary to educate, empower, and inspire others to achieve “their” success.
