Natalie Miles is a Channeler for the Collective, Psychic Medium, Writer, Speaker and Host of the top spiritual podcast on iTunes, “So You Think You’re Intuitive?” It’s her mission to make intuition accessible and be the “door opener” for others to connect to their intuition. Intuition is for everyone. We all can connect to our inner truth and power. She believes that everyone is born intuitive, but through societal conditioning and ancestral shame most people have repressed how to use their natural gifts. Natalie guides people to reactivate the gifts that we were all born with. Natalie shares that by connecting to your intuition and experiencing a Spiritual Reactivation the focus isn’t on “love and light intuition”. It’s not to be used as a tool for Spiritual Bypassing. It’s about using your gifts to support you to heal your pain, shadow and limiting beliefs. A journey to become a conscious intuitive for the collective and the world we live in.

In her work with individuals and groups, she guides clients to use their intuition to look at what’s holding them back in the here and now, empowering them to take action on their inner truths. So, if you’ve been listening to the show for a while, you know how passionate I am about intuition. It is truly our greatest superpower as humans—and as entrepreneurs. Which is why I was so excited to have this conversation with Natalie. Not only is she a delight to talk to, but she’s brimming with incredible wisdom. In the episode, we chat about her journey to developing her intuitive gifts, being part of psychic circles since age 16, and why she kept it all under wraps for nearly 15 years, what it was like to meet her spirit guide, and why she’s always acted on the guidance she’s gotten, even if it required massive leaps of faith, what it was like to release her former career and identity, and step fully into being a psychic medium publicly, why she says being your true authentic self amplifies your energy and makes you naturally magnetic— and how so many things clicked into place when she showed the world who she really was, why she says we’re all intuitive and that the key to strengthening our connection to it lies in slowing down enough to notice the themes and patterns showing up in your life, and so much more! This week, Daddy and Helen speak to the fabulous Matt Richardson about his signs of early promise as a child. Matt is a comedian and presenter who, having started stand-up in 2009 at 18 years old, became one of the youngest comedians on the circuit and soon made it through to the finals of two national stand-up competitions – the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny and the Chortle Student Comedy Award. As a presenter you're most likely to have spotted him as the co-presenter of ITV2's The Xtra Factor or heard him hosting the drive time show on Virgin Radio!Helen Bauer and Rosie Jones will probe the guest on the pivotal moments in their early life; from childhood, to romance, and everywhere in between, we want the highs and lows that make it so obvious that this craving for attention ensured our guest was a born entertainer. You can follow our Instagram and like us on Facebook! And you can follow Rosie and Helen on Twitter! This is a Studio71 production. My guest this week is professional intuitive and psychic medium Natalie Miles. Natalie is best-known for her brilliant podcast, So You Think You’re Intuitive, and she and I have connected very deeply over the past year, as I helped her create and publish her debut book, You Are Intuitive, with my self-publishing imprint, Numinous Books.During this process, I came to realize that intuition – that is, our own innate knowing about the choices that are the right for us—is integral to being Sober Curious. Ultimately this path is about learning to trust and take actions based on our own lived experience with alcohol and other substances, versus going with the societal messaging and peer pressure about how we “should” be engaging with them, what is “normal” or safe consumption versus substance abuse, and what addictive behavior even looks like.I invited Natalie on the podcast to talk about all of this, as well as provide tips and guidance for accessing our intuition day-to-day. We also discuss why we’re so obsessed with trying to predict and control future outcomes, and how drinking can make us feel more “tapped in” even when it is actually robbing us of our agency and personal power. In this episode we discuss:-How to tell the difference between intuition, ego, and fear.-How past experiences—including past traumas—unconsciously influence both our choices in the now and our future outcomes.-Using alcohol and other substances to shut down the anxiety of our ego/fear voice.-Letting go of our need to control our emotional state and attach to future outcomes.-Using substances to connect to our intuition—and how alcohol and weed can trick you into feeling more connected.-Giving our power away to booze—and why often trust alcohol more than we trust ourselves.-Natalie’s journey getting sober curious and how this coincided with her becoming a professional intuitive.-The difference between “letting go” and “surrender.”-Different ways we can access ourselves on a daily basis—and what is means to practice “energetic self-sovereignty.” -Why it’s so hard to make “intuitive” choices when it comes to our drinking.-Natalie’s experiences of dating sober during the pandemic.Discover more about Natalie Miles and work and get your copy of You Are IntuItive HERE.Thanks to Damrak Virgin for partnering on this episode. Helen and Rosie welcome on to the show the exceptional Red Richardson to ask all about his attention shunning childhood habits, and how he narrowly missed out on the lead role of Harry Potter. For those of you who don't know him Red is a stand up comedian, comedy writer, actor, and So You Think You’re Funny finalist who made his Edinburgh debut in 2015 with the solo show Better Than Crap.It takes a certain type of person to work in showbiz, and often it was clear from the start that they were destined to end up on stage. Daddy Look At Me takes the time to explore these scenarios with a guest every week.Helen Bauer and Rosie Jones will probe the guest on the pivotal moments in their early life; from childhood, to romance, and everywhere in between, we want the highs and lows that make it so obvious that this craving for attention ensured our guest was a born entertainer. You can follow our Instagram and like us on Facebook! And you can follow Rosie and Helen on Twitter! This is a Studio71 production. In a world of lots of noise and commotion, our intuition is here as our guiding voice towards energetic self sovereignty. While we're here navigating through the world of social media, mass consumerism and consumption, spiritual leaders like author Natalie Miles are answering the call to implement real change. With her first book You Are Intuitive, Natalie is on a mission to help people trust their Truth and take back their power. True leadership in times like these is about using your platform and voice to implement real change in the collective. While we're only getting started in this evolutionary process, radical self care, sovereign embodiment, and dismantling conditions, labels, and systems that are out of integrity are nonnegotiable. And while new systems are out there to keep liberty, justice, and radical expression alive during this art renaissance, it's time to dismantle what's out of alignment and illuminate the illusions once and for all. In this episode we talked about... ◆ Illuminating the illusion in the spiritual community and the world at large ◆ Energetic Self Sovereignty in the world of social media into 2021 and beyond ◆ Honoring your intuition amongst the noise of the collective ◆ Transcending human labels and what it means to be embodied during the ascension process from 3d to 5d ◆ Answering YOUR call to be the change ◆ Natalie's book writing process of transcending the big publishing house systems ◆ Free Speech + Censorship during the Golden Era art renaissance ...plus so much more ◆ Discover Natalie Miles ◆ Natalie Miles is an international Psychic Medium, Writer, Speaker, and Host of top spiritual podcast “So You Think You're Intuitive?” Known for her down-to-earth approach, it is her mission to make intuition accessible to everyone. Spring Day, an American comedian brushing up on her Japanese skills during the pandemic, interviews people from all walks of life about their experience living, working, traveling, studying and loving in a second language—often in adult language so this podcast may not always be appropriate for young ears. Today’s guest is Italian comedian and winner of the So You Think You’re Funny? competition Luca Cupani. A well-travelled linguist proficient in Latin and Ancient Greek, Luca details his experience studying English in Italy and then putting it to use in the UK. We also talk about when we want to “speak without an accent “ and why if he met his Italian wife in English, they probably never would have gotten married. Luca is hysterical. Follow him on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram @lucacupaniEnjoy!

This week multi award-winning writer/comic/actor Aisling Bea joins Jarlath to discuss her meteoric rise to the top of the comedy industry. Today she is known for her stand out performances on Live At The Apollo, QI, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Dead Boss, Trollied and The Delivery Man but in this candid conversation she tells Jar about the many failures that she believes paved the way. It's a hilarious and heartbreaking journey from the Curragh of Kildare to studying performing arts at LAMDA, the days spent broke handing out flyers on the streets of London to winning the So You Think You're Funny newcomer award that would send her career to a whole new level. Most people get into comedy to avoid work but Aisling discusses living a life of all work and no hobbies and the constant pressure of trying to grow her earliest creative work in the glare of the public eye. It's a gem of an episode about hard work, falling down, getting back up and missing Ireland on one of its most historic days. In this conversation I chat to stand up comedian and writer Kelly Convey (https://www.instagram.com/kelly_convey).Kelly was voted by The Metro as ‘1 of 9 Hilarious Women to Look Out for in 2017’. She was a finalist in the South Coast Comedian of the Year and So You Think You’re Funny competitions and has supported Russell Kane, Alan Carr and most recently Adam Hills on tour.Kelly explains why no one needs to know her opinion on anything unless it’s funny and why it's career suicide to give your opinion at an early stage of your stand up career. She opens up about the challenges she faced moving up from paid spots to higher profile gigs, and being compared to more established and experienced comedians by both herself and her peers. And the pressure that came with that. She describes how performing in market towns for older demographics, made her realise that if she wanted to be a mainstream comic, she needed to appeal to a wider audience. And how realising that, has changed her style of performance. She also explains why she purposely doesn’t wear anything to sexualise herself on stage to the audience and why she’s ok with that.We talk about her former careers as a TV exec and working in the travel industry and how getting fired from her job led her committing to stand up and gigging every night for the first 6 months, which resulted in her getting signed to Off The Kerb. Then how her rapid progression from doing open mic gigs to performing 30 minute sets led to a bout of acute anxiety. She describes why it's important as a creative to be professional and have a plan of how you’re going to progress your career and realising that you are your own commodity. We also talk about why Kelly doesn’t like performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, her approach to writing new material, finding her own rhythm and lots more!Happy listening :)Steve - @offkeysteve See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

This week is a special episode about how to “Heal Your Ancestor Story.” During Natalie’s one on one client sessions channeling Spirit it kept coming up that the themes, blocks and patterns they were experiencing were connected to their ancestors and family. These don’t have to just be from our ancestors hundreds of years ago but our family story from our parents, grandparents and great parents. We carry the trauma, emotions and pain from those who came before us. And these themes can be passed on from generation to generation without us even realising. This episode talks about what an Ancestor story is, what we might be carrying from them and how we can begin the healing process. In the episode Natalie shares what led her to go and look at her own ancestor story, what her ancestor story is and the practices led by Spirit she used to start the healing. In this episode Natalie shares Acknowledging the crimes of our ancestral lineage as a white privileged woman The importance of knowing the indigenous land where you live/were born What is an Ancestor Story? Students, how do you define your own path? How do you differentiate yourself? How do you create impact and effect change when you’re only just a student? In this episode with special guests, Blessing Adogame, Michael Amoako, and Sevri Sovian, we answer all these questions and more. The reality is that “being just a student” is a social construct and mindset that constrains your potential. And though being a student may be an integral part of who your identity and associated with your innate curiosity, it does not fully encompass who you are. Cognizant of this, Blessing, Michael, and Sevri share how they break down this barrier, and in fact, leverage their position as students to thrive as young professionals and beyond. This episode is part 1 to a Rise Regardless series called, “So You Think You’re Just a Student? Think Again.” The full episodes with each of these brilliant individuals will be released separately soon, so make sure to follow and subscribe to get notified when they’re out. She aspires to create a space, not only where she can continue to help other students around the world, but also where students can help students, ultimately creating a synergistic movement and mindset. Michael Amoako is a recent graduate from MIT with a major in Business Management and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. I have been thinking a lot about this year and what I would like to claim for myself this year. The intuitive answer that keeps coming is – the ability to receive. It is easy as a healer and coach to have giving be ever present, and to have a lot of energy flowing out and less flowing in. This year I am really focusing a lot of thought and energy on receiving, and how I can be more balanced in this area. As I talk about in The Soul Frequency book, we have the ability to create our lives. We do this through the Creation Equation by way of our thoughts, feelings and actions. So, looking at the way we think and feel in our lives is important. Those are causing us to take certain actions. This year I am challenging myself, and you too, to allow in goodness and receive more of what wants to come into your life. DOWNLOAD THE MIRACLE MEDITATION NOW! One of the ways I am bringing this energy into this show is to receive the work of my guests this year as much as possible. That is exactly what we did with this episode and my guest was a total gem to say, "Yes!". My guest today shares about her work with helping others connect to their intuition. She also uses her psychic gift to dial into my life and bring forward seeds of wisdom that are universally helpful. We talk about receiving more, the energy of this year, why I need to eat tropical fruit (for real...lol), and we even had the spirit of a young man come forward with a powerful message. IN THIS PODCAST EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT BEING INTUITUVE: How to be your most intuitive self Why intuition is so important Following the spiritual breadcrumbs Why receiving is important How our physical environment can effect our lives And the importance of authority in your life Spiritual Mentor and Psychic Medium, Natalie Miles, joined me on the podcast today. It is her mission to support your spiritual journey by sharing with you, The Spirit Upgrade. This Upgrade connects you with your Guides – your cheerleaders in the spiritual realm. It guides you, helps you find the answers you seek, and clears any blocks in your way. You will heal the past, and feel a sense of empowerment you once thought was only for others. Do you consider yourself intuitive?I sure didn't. I believed intuition was for other lucky people and was never something that I could hone and practice. Boy was I wrong! I have since learned that our intuition is within us all, we just need to learn how to access it and trust it. And this is what my guest Natalie Miles and I speak about in today's episode.Natalie Miles is a Spiritual Mentor, Psychic Medium & host of the So You Think You’re Intuitive podcast. However, Natalie is not the typical psychic medium. It is her life’s mission and soul calling to inspire people across the globe to connect with their own intuition, so they can feel more connected and help themselves, each and every day. She believes that everyone is born intuitive, but most people have forgotten how to use their natural gifts. Natalie has been guided by Spirit to be “the door opener” and reactivate people with their intuition so they can live their most authentic life.IN THIS EPISODE YOU'LL HEAR:Why she calls awakening a reactivation Why some of us are naturally more intuitive than othersWhy some children are exceptionally gifted and talentedThe first time she met her spirit guide as a childWhat it was like to be a highly intuitive childHow her childhood dog helped her family to awakenHer big life boulders that forced her to listen to SpiritWhy perceived disastrous things are actually signs to redirect youWhat shadow work is and why it’s importantWhy universal energy affects usHow we had similar dreams and we dream as a collectiveHow I need to open up to receiving messages via the dream stateUsing your imagination to connect to your intuition and really practicing and trusting what is comingWhat it’s like to be clairvoyant and how one see’s with the third eyeWhat our spirit guides are all about LINKS:Instagram @iamnataliemilesSo You Think You're Intuitive podcastA Guided Online workshop to learn how to connect with with your guides - Your's for 50% off, just use the code - PODCAST See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Eleanor Tiernan makes tremendously articulate comedy, often out of morally murky ideas and subjects. She talks here about the comedy scene in her native Ireland, how to find the bits of your act that are genuinely “alive”, and how she escaped material she felt trapped by. We also go into depth on her experiences with therapy, how her artistic purpose helps her emotionally, and how we share the underlying fear of getting kicked out of the gang...
