The Thought Closet: Discovering the Power of Intentional Thinking Just like a wardrobe, we have a "thought wardrobe" filled with thoughts we wear daily. It's essential to evaluate whether these thoughts serve us well or need to be replaced. We choose outfits that reflect our style and personality, we also curate thoughts that impact how we perceive ourselves. These thoughts can be seen as the mental attire we don each day; some may fit us perfectly, while others may feel outdated or ill-fitting. Host Tonya Leigh encourages listeners to evaluate these thoughts and ask themselves if they truly resonate with the life they desire and their personal values. By consciously selecting our thoughts, much like we choose our outfits, we can cultivate a self-image that aligns with our true selves. Tune in to discover how to shop for the most beautiful and empowering thoughts to enhance your life! Talking Points: 01:03 - Evaluating Your Thought Wardrobe 03:42 - Thoughts That Align with Your Vision 05:59 - Health and Business Thoughts 10:03 - Visibility and Authenticity 12:41 - Shopping for Thoughts Intentionally 16:41 - Goodwill Thoughts and Inherited Beliefs 20:15 - Choosing Thoughts on Purpose 28:38 - Morning Thoughts 34:34 - Thoughts About Money 40:06 - Upgrading Money Thoughts 45:07 - Thoughts About Time 48:42 - Thoughts About Life 50:00 Embracing Failure for Success 52:06 Journey to the Dream 56:58 Love is Always the Answer Quotes: "Girl, that thought looks terrible on you." The Most Important Relationship: Loving Yourself First The most crucial relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself. Following the recent loss of her father, who embodied love and encouraged her to love others, Tonya shares her realization that she often withheld love from herself. She discusses the common tendency to place conditions on self-love, such as needing to lose weight or achieve perfection before feeling worthy of love. It's been a pretty unsettling first half of 2025 on a geopolitical level, and the regional outcomes are creeping but still uncertain. Against this backdrop, South East Asian airports have remained busy - but structural and cyclical challenges for travel economies are emerging. So, what do the events of January-June tell us about the rest of 2025 and into 2026? This week, Gary and Hannah assess the 10 top takeaways in the year so far. The regional rewind looks at Singapore's capacity to do things differently, Thailand's China-shaped hole in its visitor arrivals, mixed outcomes in Malaysia, a domestic travel downturn in Indonesia and the undisputed ASEAN success story of Vietnam. Plus, we travel to China, the Middle East and Central Asia, look at shifting geographies for LCCs, regulatory scrutiny for OTAs and nominee travel businesses - and examine the outlook over the coming years of a much closer conjunction of the Lunar New Year and Eid-al-Fitr travel periods (especially in 2028).
