Brandon hopes to empower people by showing them how entrepreneurship and financial literacy can be tools to create wealth within communities of color. Brandon studied Economics and Sociology at Marquette University. After graduating he went on to become a banker at PNC Bank. A few years later, he transition into Community Development Finance at Forward Community Investments and Community Reinvestment Fund. In this role, he specialized in small business lending primarily to minority, women, and veteran owned companies who were not bankable within traditional banking standards. Brandon went on to launch Rule Enterprises, an investment firm which uses commercial real estate as its primary tool of investment. She is a practitioner of and national thought leader in equitable development. Her work is focused on assuring equity in urban-core redevelopment involving low-moderate income residents, communities of color and cities. Milliones advocates for and utilizes intentional planning and development practices that honor people, place, culture and the market. She believes in win-win models. To this end, Milliones led negotiations of a community benefits agreement with the National Hockey League's Pittsburgh Penguins to assure equitable development for a historic tract of land in the heart of fast-growing Pittsburgh. The establishment of a city-wide affordable housing task force, and the largest tax financing district in the history of the City of Pittsburgh were sealed as a part of the negotiations.Milliones' policy advocacy over the years has resulted in a more equitable approach to development throughout the City. She has designed processes that assure that marginalized communities can be self-determinative in real estate development including community-level review and approval of projects requiring public subsidy. Her organization has pipelined and is preparing over 400 renters for homeownership; and recently launched a residential and commercial community land trust. Most notable is Milliones' work towards building a Black cultural and commercial neighborhood district anchored by the restoration of the historic New Granada Theater, new office space and storefronts, and 40 units of artist-preference affordable housing. The $55M+ mixed-use development effort will be an iconic example of how culture is a surefire economic development tool. Milliones is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and brings a strengths-based approach to organizational and community development. She has been recognized by the New Pittsburgh Courier, YMCA, Onyx Woman, Talk Magazine and others. In 2015, she was recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of Pittsburgh's 15 Future Powerbrokers. She launched a female- and minority-owned platform, Ambiculture Real Estate Advisors, focused on an urban ambiculture real estate investment strategy in the Western U.S. including Hawaii.Jennifer was recently partner at Archere Investment Management which targeted investments in markets with rapidly changing demographics. Prior to Archere, Jennifer launched Atalanta Realty Investments, an investment firm targeting office and retail assets. In 2014, her firm acquired two prominent office assets in downtown Honolulu. This is a re-acquisition for Jennifer as she owned the buildings prior and disposed of assets in a portfolio sale to institutional investors. Atalanta’s team also worked on development deals in 4 of the Hawaiian Islands.Prior to investment management, Jennifer spent a decade working in property/portfolio management.Jennifer is a licensed CA RE Salesperson and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designations. She is Board President and co-founder of industry organization Filipinos in Institution Real Estate (FIIRE). Jennifer co-founded the LA chapter of African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) where she sits on the Advisory Board. Jennifer is a board member of Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA). She was on executive council for the Institute of RE Management (IREM) LA Chapter. Prior to her role at Heitman, Lynn was a Strategic Advisor with UrbanAmerica Advisors, where she focused on investor relations, capital raising and deal sourcing. Previously, Lynn spent over seven years with MetLife Real Estate Investments, where she focused on portfolio management for a $10 billion domestic equity portfolio and had additional international responsibilities. She also served as a senior investment manager with Spieker Properties, sourcing deals and coordinating development opportunities across Southern California. Lynn began her career with Lincoln Property Company, holding various roles including acquisitions manager and senior asset manager.Lynn received a BA in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
