In this podcast episode, we dive into the shift from summer to winter and its impact on our well-being. It's common for many to find the winter stretch challenging, eagerly counting the days until spring and summer return. This often leaves us feeling trapped, directionless, and in a mood slump. However, we want to give you a different perspective on how you can approach the next couple of months so that in time you will begin to favour the winter for a different reason. It's all about perspective and how we view our world, therefore, if we can adopt a world-view that allows us to challenge ourselves and take advantage of every season, we don't become as lost or feel stuck in that state of "limbo" while we wait for the winter to pass.   If you are dealing with back pain at the minute and want to return to exercise, check out spineinitiative.com for a holistic program that will guide you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
