Hoja kubwa ni kwamba hadi sasa sababu ya hali hiyo kumpata mtoto  haijajulikana na ndipo taasisi hiyo inachagiza  Umoja wa Mataifa na wadau washikamane katika tafiti kujua chanjo kama njia mojawapo ya kudhibiti au kutibu ugonjwa huo. Basi kwa kina kufahamu harakati za taasisi hiyo nchini Tanzania, nampisha Assumpta Massoi wa Idhaa hii ya Kiswahili ya Umoja wa Mataifa.

Śledztwa przeciwko czołowym politykom PiS wchodzą w decydującą fazę. Człowiek nr 2 w partii, czyli Mariusz Błaszczak, usłyszał właśnie zarzuty za to, że w kampanii przed wyborami do parlamentu ujawnił tajne obrony Polski przed atakiem Rosji. Błaszczak nie zrobił tego przypadkiem — takie było oczekiwanie partii, która potrzebowała paliwa wyborczego. Błaszczak jako szef MON tak wyselekcjonował odtajniane dokumenty obronne, by PiS mógł sobie nakręcić kampanijne klipy. Wynikało z nich, że za swych rządów w latach 2007-2014 Donald Tusk nie zamierzał w ogóle bronić wschodniej Polski, tylko okopać się wzdłuż Wisły. Pisowcy pokazywali mapy Polski podzielone na pół, a charakterystyczny kontur królowej polskich rzek nazywali linią zdrady Tuska. Twórcy „Stanu Wyjątkowego” wchodzą za kulisy tej historii i tłumaczą, czemu stanowi ona takie niebezpieczeństwo dla pupilka Kaczyńskiego. Sam prezes jest także nerwowy, bo prokuratura bada jego biznesy deweloperskie. Chodzi o „aferę dwóch wież”, czyli próbę zbudowania w stolicy wieżowca na działce spółki Srebrna, nieformalnie kontrolowanej przez Kaczyńskiego. Przygotowując inwestycję, Kaczyński opierał się na mężu swej kuzynki — austriackim deweloperze Geraldzie Birgfellnerze. To właśnie Birgfellner doniósł do prokuratury, twierdząc, że został przez Kaczyńskiego oszukany na kasie. Sprawę prowadzi znana z niechęci do PiS prokurator Ewa Wrzosek. Kaczyński próbuje ją wyeliminować — twierdzi, że przyczyniła się do śmierci jego wieloletniej współpracowniczki Barbary Skrzypek, która zmarła trzy dni po przesłuchaniu w sprawie „dwóch wież”. Adwokat Birgfellnera, poseł KO Roman Giertych idzie na całość — zarzuca Kaczyńskiemu, że to on odpowiada za śmierć pani Basi. I sugeruje, jakimi zarzutami dla Kaczyńskiego może się skończyć to śledztwo.

Polską dzisiaj rządzą bardzo źli ludzie i ona padła ich ofiarą” — stwierdził. Pani Basia była powszechnie lubiana w PiS, znacznie bardziej niż sam Kaczyński. Dlatego też emocje towarzyszące jej śmierci są w partii powszechne. Nawet najmłodsi stażem posłowie, którzy nie zdążyli dobrze poznać pani Basi, zioną nienawiścią do prokurator Ewy Wrzosek. To ona trzy dni przed śmiercią przesłuchiwała Barbarę Skrzypek w śledztwie dotyczącym „dwóch wież”. Chodzi o dochodzenie w sprawie deweloperskich działań Kaczyńskiego, który za rządów PiS próbował wybudować w centrum Warszawy wieżowiec, by zarobić na wynajmie i zbudować potęgę finansową, której żadna inna partia nie mogłaby się równać. Składający się z dwóch wież drapacz chmur miał dać Kaczyńskiemu finansową gwarancję, że będzie rządzić dożywotnio. Twórcy „Stanu Wyjątkowego” ujawniają, czemu pani Basia była kluczową postacią w tych planach — bo była w samym środku tej inwestycji. I analizują, czemu Kaczyński ma interes w politycznym rozgrywaniu jej śmierci — bo będzie to wykorzystywał do próby odsunięcia od tego śledztwa prokurator Wrzosek, znanej z niechęci do PiS.
