In this week's episode I cover how do you transition from a purely one-to-one coaching model to more of a group focused online fitness model. I'll walk you through the difference between accountability (where the client takes full ownership) and being fully coached (where you give your soul every single day), and show you how automating your onboarding and using an efficient check-in system can set you free.

The biggest mistakes that make group coaching feel unmanageable (and how to fix them). How to design a group program that delivers 10X the results for your clients—yes, we're doing the math on this one! This is not a fluffy webinar where you leave with more questions than answers. Now, let's talk about pricing because I want to make this as accessible as possible. If you sign up during early registration, you can break it up into affordable payments: With PayPal Credit, qualified U.S. applicants can take advantage of 6 months interest-free payments—meaning you can pay just $199 a month. That's it for the entire group! Or, if you prefer to pay over 3 months, you can pay $399 a month with our payment plan. Payments are made via Zelle, with a backup card on file to keep it simple. And hey, if you miss the early registration deadline, you can still use PayPal Credit to pay over 6 months, and your monthly payment will only be $233. The early bird rate ends on Thursday, September 19th, so don't wait! Our fall sessions begin October 10th, and the final registration event is on September 26th. There is no finish line when you are constantly trying to improve; but it is the very nature of complacency to think that there is. It is easy to let off the gas the longer we are in our career because we feel we have “learned enough” and “experienced enough.” However, it must be an intentional pursuit to always be open to change, learning, and coaching. TJ has lived the life in the field and in the office to know these feelings and now uses that education to coach others towards greatness. In the field since 1994, he has served in most of the roles of an HVAC company. Now, as the owner behind Flywheel Coaching Group he aims to help everyone win together. On today's show, we focus on not settling and what it takes to decide to keep climbing higher.
