Firing upon him in ways that you wouldn't even shoot a rabid animal.  For what started as a minor equipment and traffic violation ended in the brutal killing of yet another unarmed black man. Then, in Pittsburgh, government-funded scientists sought out aborted minority babies for research. Some of these babies are born alive and begs the question of whether this is even legal. A FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request has revealed that Anthony Fauci funded millions of dollars for research on beagles that infected the dogs and then euthanized them. According to the White Coat Waste Project, the dogs suffered painfully when injected with an experimental agent. Later, Rhode Island teachers unions are suing a parent for trying to stop gender theory and critical race theory from being taught in her child's school. The parent responded, "Game on!" Afterward, some American generals like Mark Milley are focused on spreading wokiesm more than they are in ending insurgencies.

On this edition of Parallax Views, former Washington Post journalist Jefferson Morley took on the Central Intelligence Agency in federal court for a daunting 16 years. Morley struggles related to the release of files around the JFK assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald, an enigmatic figure known as George Joannides, and the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. He details all this in his new book Morley V CIA: My Unfinished JFK Investigation. But this isn't simply a book about the JFK assassination. It's not about who pulled the trigger. It's not claiming LBJ was the culprit, rhat the CIA set up the whole thing, or anything like that. Instead, it's really a book about state secrecy vs. state transparency. You may have no interest in the Kennedy assassination, BUT it has become the symbol of the public's ever-escalating distrust in various institutions. As such, figures who were firmly in the "Lee Harvey Oswald was the Lone Nut Assassin of JFK" offered their support to Morley's lawsuit. Among them are Gerald Posner and, perhaps most famously, Vincent Bugliosi. JFK researchers like David Talbot and Anthony Summers also lent their support. Why? Well, the argument goes that the national security state making these decades old documents public would restore trust in their institutions. For years, Jefferson Morley, with the help of his lawyer Jim Lesar, fought against the CIA for the declassification. They won many cases. But eventually a figure came into the picture that would change all of that. He was initially supportive, but open being on the cusp of a Supreme Court nomination changed his tune. That figure was Brett Kavanaugh. Yes, folks, this episode is going to be a rather interesting foray into issues related to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) documents, state secrecy, and the tax-paying public's right to transparency from their government. Altered Population is an investigation into filicide in South Carolina hosted by Jennifer Wells. In today’s episode of Altered Population, Jennifer travels to Lexington County for the Jones’ trial only to find out that it has been delayed. She corresponds with Harrison Cahill throughout the week to eventually paint him into a corner so that she can get the public documents she requested. Jennifer uses the quiet time in Lexington to dig back into the Smith case, where Harrison Cahill makes another appearance, and she discusses the importance of searching for nuance and letting people’s true stories be known. Jennifer analyzes Susan’s handwriting as one of those nuances to describe her mental state. Before heading out to Lexington County, Jennifer describes how she learned about the Public Index that would have allowed her to search the court records of pending and closed cases. Instead she used the standard form on the county website, which wasn’t very detailed and resulted in her not receiving any of the official documents she requested. She confirmed the court date on the phone with Harrison Cahill and set out to Lexington County, which was a four-hour drive from home. Upon arrival, Jennifer realized she’d been played and that the court date she was given was incorrect. On top of that she had been denied the press credentials she had requested. Instead of marching into Cahill’s office, furious that he’d lied to her, she sat through four hours of jury selection to calm her nerves. Jennifer explains how she finds the whole process fascinating, and how she witnessed it by being mistaken for a law student. The process started with roll call, each person giving his or her juror number, name, occupation, and marital status. Afterwards Jennifer talked to the bailiff and explained how she was actually waiting for the Jones trial, and he told her he wasn’t surprised it was delayed again. So Jennifer emailed Cahill back, who informed her that there was no steadfast date set for the trial. She proceeded to email him about the gag order and to find out who asked for it, so that she wouldn’t violate it. After backing Cahill into a corner, Jennifer got the public records she asked for less than 24 hours later from Frick. It didn’t make up for the incorrect court date, but she made the best of the down time and dug into her other cases. She started with Susan Smith’s old mug shot, which wasn’t what she imagined. She had dark sleek hair, looking quite normal. Jennifer found a letter from Smith to Cahill. Cahill had spoken about Susan Smith’s case and how he wrote her a letter to ask why she did it in order to understand her better, in the hopes of preventing these things in the future. Susan wrote back to Cahill to tell him that she didn’t receive his request for information. She explained that she was not the monster society that society believes her to be. She said she was a good mother and something just went horribly wrong on that night. Susan also expressed that she’d be interested in speaking to Cahill at a later date. Jennifer explains how she analyzes handwriting, in reference to Susan’s letter to Cahill, and how the way a person dots their i’s says a lot about them. If the dots are right above, the person might be very organized and detail-oriented. If the dots are to the left, then they’re likely a procrastinator. If the i’s are dotted with oversized circles the person could be childlike. Susan had dotless i’s, which could be a sign of confusion or lack of attention. Cameron Pack gained his earliest first-hand experience with the subject of UFOs in 2003 when he had a Close Encounter of the First Kind in his current hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cameron was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1983 and has always kept an open mind about the paranormal. After his 2003 sighting, Cameron began to research UFOs in earnest and in 2004 obtained a collection of UFO sighting reports from the Virginia Beach City Police Department, dating back to 1976. He has made numerous FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests to other police departments, the FBI and to every US Air Force base in the world seeking UFO sighting reports found within the base security forces police blotters. Most recently he was able to observe the east coast’s spectacular falling meteorite of March 29, 2009. Cameron will speak on all of these topics during his lecture. Cameron is currently taking a science based curriculum of college courses and intends to become a MUFON Field Investigator within a few months.

An article on the America Patriot Friends Network site has some interesting things to say about taxation. Googling "How to STOP the IRS" cd will turn up some interesting research that a fellow named Eugene Kernan has compiled on exactly what to send the government to get them off of your trail as far as taxes. He wants $400 for the CD of materials, research, and instructions. While I understand he has gone to some effort to make this information available, $400 is expensive for a CD. I'll try to see if I can turn it up for less than that; I'll keep you posted. Furthermore, as you can see by searching the Internet, there have been many individual victories over the IRS as well as Supreme Court decisions recognizing the illegality of the federal income tax. The problem is that the lower courts do not recognize this. The more people that help make their others, the media, and their elected officials aware of this sham, the closer we will come to turning the tide of coercion foisted upon the American people.Some people say two things are inevitable: death, and taxes.
