Jamison Gibson-Park is set to become the tenth Leinster player on a central contract, and we'll hear from one of the provinces with just one of those - Ulster, and their winger Jacob Stockdale - on the thorny issue of financial parity for the provinces. We discuss his countries secret 2 day party in Paris after the world cup, how he fell in love with Archie, find out what captain Peter O'Mahony's like on the bum funnels, why Stephen Ferris' is a bit creepy in his 'old age', why you should never try and take on Bundee Aki in a fight, find out what Belfast is like for a night out, why Jacob Stockdale is the most boring roommate in history and also why Ex-Irish Head Coach Joe Schmidt never trusted Stuart plus much more..... --------- Next week we're touring around the UK for our live Rig Biz shows, please round up your mates and come along, for one of the messiest and weirdest nights you could ever imagine! Tonight, it's just the Panda and I as we discuss Jacob Stockdale, a young man featured on ABC's "Wife Swap" and who struggled with the strictness of his upbringing. A young man who later in life killed his mother and his brother.
For all our listeners, Bryce sincerely apologizes for her shotty audio. She fixed it. You're all welcome to judge her for the reason for her audio. This week Amanda covers the case of Jacob Stockdale. Also, a case known for its association with Wife Swap. Bryce decides to cover the Pod fathers "favorite" things. A spooky game! More specifically the Picture Game. Both Bryce and Amanda maintain that they do not want pictures, just describe them to us.LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/hellonheelspodcastInsta: @hellonheelspodcastX (Formerly Twitter): @hellonheelspodEmail: hellonheelspodcast@gmail.comPatreon: https://www.patreon.com/hellonheelspodcastFor pictures from this episode visit us on Instagram or X

If you didn't see the game at the weekend, Ulster beat Edinburgh 28-14 to secure home advantage in URC play-offs. Ulster got the job done but, as some have commented, maybe not in the style that some fans would have wanted. Tries from Jacob Stockdale, Nick Timoney and John Cooney and 13 points from Cooney's boot secured the win. It's an interesting time for Ulster. There is talk of trouble in the camp, but the team continue to win on the pitch. A few big names have announced they are leaving and we await news on the status of others. The subject of ulster's performances is dividing fans – are we playing at our potential? Is the atmosphere at the Kingspan flat? Are we good enough to potentially win something this year or is this another year of transition and building? To discuss all these things and more, I'm joined by Nathan Johns, Jonny McCormick, Ross Barnett and Edinburgh fan, Craig Manson from the Scottish Rugby Podcast.

On August 12, 1997, 20-year-old Ricky Cowles, was found lying on the floor of his home barely alive. A local drug dealer was arrested for his murder, but the case didn't sit right with his family who believed the murderer was still at large. Then we cover the story of Jacob Stockdale. He showed disturbing behaviors on the early-thousands reality show "Wife Swap" only to commit murder a decade later. Ulster's youthful back line come of age, Jared Payne departs and Jacob Stockdale's lengthy absence by Belfast Telegraph Sport
You all remember the tv show Wife Swap, right? It was super popular when I was growing up. The premise of the show was that two very different family dynamics would swap the matriarch in the family for a week. They would follow the host family's rules for the first half of the swap, and then the new wife would implement new rules the second half of the show. It basically allowed the families to see how other American families operated, and maybe find new rules they could adapt into their own household. I always found it to be pretty interesting to watch play out because they always picked two families who could not possibly be any more different from each other. Tonight, we're going to talk about one family in particular that was featured on Wife Swap, the Stockdale family, who lived a very restrictive lifestyle. Jacob Stockdale would go on to kill his mother and younger brother in cold blood, and after seeing how the Stockdale's parented their children, you're probably going to wonder if maybe this could have been avoided. Was this a case of nurture or was Jacob destined to kill? Let's talk about it. It's Round 5 in the Guinness Six Nations and this Saturday we've got a triple header on what should be the final day of the championship! Scotland v Italy open the day before England arrive to the Aviva to take on Ireland. The attention then turns to Paris for a massive game! A Wales win would see a clean sweep for Wayne Pivac's side, but should France win however, the tournament stays open ahead of their rescheduled game vs Scotland to take place!Dave McIntyre, Alan Quinlan & Matt Williams preview the weekend action here, discuss Andy Farrell's team selection which sees James Lowe replaced by Jacob Stockdale & Conor Murray return. There's been breaking news today for both Ulster and Ireland with Adam McBurney and CJ Standers' departures confirmed. While the former is off to pastures new in Edinburgh, the latter is calling time on a fruitful career, bowing out at the top. Joining Adam McKendry to discuss those and plenty other issues are Jonathan Bradley and Michel Sadlier. Jacob Stockdale's performance for Ulster is on the agenda along with his potential Ireland recall in the team to take on England this weekend. Nick Timoney also gets a more than honourable mention for his display in the win over Dragons and there's more to mull over besides.
Ulster's PRO14 hopes may be over but rallying along at the perfect time to bring fresh hope of silverware is the Challenge Cup. Joining Gareth Hanna to discuss the double away draw - to Harlequins and then either Northampton or Dragons - are Jonathan Bradley and Adam McKendry. Also on the agenda is the end of Ulster's PRO14 hopes via the defeat to Leinster and, more prominently, the positive performance of winger Robert Baloucoune, making his first start of the season and marking it with a try. We also look ahead to the trip to Dragons this weekend and Ireland's game against Scotland, including what role Jacob Stockdale might play.
The Six Nations squad has been announced and with it, the usual, inevitable controversy. Host Gareth Hanna is this week joined by rugby reporting duo Jonathan Bradley and Michael Sadlier to discuss, first up, John Cooney's omission from the panel and what it means for his future on both an international and provincial level. Also not in the squad, of course, was Jacob Stockdale, whose injury is worse than first hopes. As well as that, there are the five players who made the cut to discuss - Rob Herring, Stuart McCloskey, Billy Burns, the uncapped Tom O'Toole and Iain Henderson, returning from injury. Back at Kingspan, there's a whole spate of contract renewals coming out but what of those yet to be announced?

Johnny Sexton's shake of the head as he left the field is also discussed, as is his captaincy and the guys look at whether now is the time to pick a new skipper with a view to the 2023 World Cup. Sexton's successor at out-half, the benefit of a quick-tap penalty and the players to watch this November are all up for discussion too.

All four Irish provinces won in Europe, and the lads start off by talking about Ulster's big win over Racing 92. Ireland haven't had three provinces in the quarter-finals of the European Cup since 2014, but they're looking good to get it sorted this year, judging by the form shown by Leinster, Munster and Ulster this weekend. There were three fantastic victories, and pinpoint precision kicking was the theme - with Joey Carbery, Ross Byrne and Jacob Stockdale all using the boot to devastating effect. Matt Williams tells us what Irish proficiency with the boot does to opposition defences, and why Munster's win might have been the most impressive, and most significant, of them all.
