Those nudges inside of you that are telling you to go somewhere, say something or meet someone aren't random. I remember reading the book Big Magic where the author explains about the inspired ideas that come to us to be born through us. If you don't follow those intuitive nudges someone else will and you might be missing out on the sense of fulfillment. It really isn't about advocating Nike's slogan: Just Do it! That isn't a life strategy for everyone, actually, it is a life strategy for the very small percentage of our population who are human design manifestors. The rest of us are meant to wait to respond or to be invited. Yet, when your intuition keeps nudging you and you keep shutting it off you are not only not allowing yourself to live your life to its fullest and richest, you are also not supporting those who align with you. See, what I have learned along my journey is that you never know who is listening to you, who is inspired by your way of BEing. Allow yourself to BE guided by your intuition and let it help you to grow, expand and experience this world. That's why we came in here my love anyways.
You have probably heard this time and time again, to trust ourselves; however, how many of us can truly say we trust in ourselves to make the best choices, decisions, and actions for us? I know that we have been still working on this for ourselves. In this episode, we talk about the challenge being trusting ourselves as well as how to build that trust by sometimes take a little time to disconnect, step back a little. [1:58] Knowing Your Value. We believe that the foundation of building trust in yourself is knowing your value INTERNALLY versus any external validation. We both share our experiences of how difficult it was to know this value in our earlier years of our career. [5:00] Figuring Things Out. Oh, what a deceptively simple concept this is. As planners, we describe how figuring things out on the way has been such a challenge for us but how it has also been a key to unlocking that trust-building within ourselves. We also talk about how depression and anxiety have impacted this journey. [9:38] Your Vision Story. Sometimes to help see what decisions align best with you, it is beneficial to take a step back and figure out what vision you see yourself fulfilling. We break down what a vision story is and how sometimes disconnecting yourself to do this can help you build that trust in yourself to make decisions that best align with that story. [13:00] Getting Out Of Your Comfort Zone. What leads us to experiences, choices, and risk is also stepping out of your own little bubble. This, in itself, exposes you to so much more opportunity to determine what is right for you. Nina discusses how this has helped her finally leave her job. [17:05] Impactful Moments. Natassia shares a moment in her life when she chose to trust herself and how that changed her path moving forward and also how it impacted others. We also discuss the lovely "what-if" cycle that sometimes paralyzes us from moving forward boldly and defining what positive expectancy is. [23:00] Human Resilience. In tying in with the idea of positive expectancy, in the book, A Man's Search for Meaning, we discuss how the author did not allow the trauma he went through to paralyze his decisions and how he put into practice the idea of positive expectancy. [24:29] Takeaways. Some little nuggets of wisdom in building that trust in yourself include: Just Do the DAMN Thing - we like to stay in our comfort zones but most growth happens outside of this. Let's step out of our comfort zones and figure it out as we go. Find Your Vision Story - if you are stuck on developing this story for yourself, sometimes getting some outside perspective through a coach, workshop series or group can provide a perspective that highlights spots that we may be blind to Sit with yourself - think about what you REALLY want to do and why you may be scared of doing so and why have you been getting in your own way Take a little leap of faith and we will be right there with you! Pastor David Phelps will be joining us for a couple weeks while pastor Andrew enjoys a much needed vacation! This week he spoke on Nike - Just Do It... I mean he spoke on Prayer. But his theme was from Nike's famous slogan that we all need to Just Do It when it comes to prayer! It's a sermon about our personal prayer lives with the text being Mt 6:9-13, Jesus instruction to the disciples on how to pray (The Lord's prayer). The bottom line of the sermon is, whether you pray right or wrong, good or bad it doesn't matter as much as the fact that you should Just Do it - communicate with your Father!!! Matt 6:5 “And when you pray, ...

Earlier this week I went down a rabbit hole that we will call Something Doesn't Quite Line Up Here which lead me to a bunch of question-asking and research. And because that rabbit hole was so deep, Cinderella didn't get her work done to make that today's podcast episode topic. So today's episode is instead a recap of all the other stuff I wrote about during the week: those itty bitty daily thoughts that have been milling around in my brain and that I write about daily here on A Farmish Kind of Life. Today's episode includes itty bitty thoughts about: Decorate for You Here’s the thing I’ve learned: your life doesn’t have to sparkle for anyone else, it just has to sparkle for you. Just Do the Next Thing Maybe life is less about knowing what "needs" to get done and more about tackling the things that "come up"—and considering that maybe things don’t actually "come up." Beautiful Boring Someone recently told me she liked to talk to me because I had a boring life. Here's why I'm totally okay with that. The Way Things Were Deep thoughts about life back in the day and why it's okay to let go of things. In Tiny Houses on Little Farms I got to thinking about my great uncle, who lived through the Great Depression, and what'd he'd have to say about us getting all caught up in what's happening out there in the big wide world. He asks Calvin about the intentionality behind content creation for himself and his agency. [2:08] Calvin talks about creating time for self-promotion and agency promotion. He talks about the payoff for consistency in that effort, saying that although his content may not have the engagement or numbers that he’s looking for, he does have people off the streets who have heard of him and know that he’s the marketing dude. There is an increased awareness around who he is and what he does. He speaks about creating digital/ virtual portfolios of the work that his agency has done, and says that even with clients it’s more helpful sometimes to work on their content presentation and not as much the strategy, because people go to Instagram pages of businesses more often than websites these days. [5:00] Ken asks Calvin what sort of personality he’s established when creating his content, and what Calvin’s philosophy is regarding that personality. [5:15] Calvin talks about his agency Cmon Creative and how it was born from Calvin’s desire to live out loud- to be bold and true to himself. He wanted to be different and stand out from the rest, “I think just trying to be true to who we are creates a perception and people can like it or not like it as well.” [6:20] Brad: “When you start designing content, what’s the mindset that you think your customer or viewer is going to be in when they look at your designs?” [6:30] Calvin says the most important thing for him is not overthinking it. “I believe that just trying new things is a great place to start.” “I think that’s the biggest hindrance, we used to overthink… this is 2020, this is social media, just get it out there.” [8:14] Brad asks about utilizing content across as many platforms as possible. [8:37] Calvin responds that on filming days, he has someone who is there purely to capture behind the scenes footage. He shares that oftentimes, people are more interested in the process behind the filming than the actual content that is being shared. People relate to that reality really positively. [12:20] Calvin continues “I also try to practice what I preach. So if I tell client the importance of it, and I see that they’re not listening yet… I’ll show you better than I can tell you. This works and you need to create it, I created it for myself, I believe in it.” This gives credibility to advice he gives potential clients or partners. [12:44] Brad asks what projects Calvin has worked on for clients that have yielded results that surprised him. [13:11] Calvin shares a client who had fallen off the map for a while, were very big in 2005 and wanted to make a comeback. He advised that they invest in a new color palette for their instagram and other social platforms, so that anyone who came across their page could decided immediately whether they wanted to work with the company or not. [15:00] Brad refers to a quote Calvin says often “Perception determines reception” and talks about the validity of that. It’s important to be consistent, to not overthink your content and just keep putting it out there, because like Gary Vee, people will be drawn to your determination and tenacity, they will see you as a true thought leader who is sharing their passion. [16:45] Ken asks Calvin about his inspiration for content creation. [16:57] Calvin “I’m competitive. I follow a lot of organizations that I like. And I just kind of say, Okay this is what they’re doing, how can we do this better?” Quit overthinking it! Be true to yourself, be true to your brand and message, focus on helping people and creating. [18:52] Bob asks who Calvin might say is doing all these things really really well? [19:29] Brad says that he follows Red Pepper agency in Nashville does a great job, and Ken confirms. [21:00] Ken “I tend to like businesses where their marketing is something you’d really want to watch.” SmartMarketer is a brand that educates and shows how businesses work. Metacake has taken on part of that style, with teaching being a big part of the effort. [22:20] Ken says that staying true to yourself, and allowing someone with strong opinions to be the thought leader in content creation. [24:45] Ken continues that often we get stuck in the idea that our strengths and weaknesses are tied to our identity, and so we put ourselves inside of boxes that align with that, and before we know it, our identity isn’t our own but a collection of the things we’re good at. Learning to allow seemingly unrelated parts of yourself to be together in one place is truly letting your personality shine, and so being true to that is the only way that hitting that “authenticity” sweet spot will produce great, impactful content. [28:00] Calvin says that some agencies that he follows purely have what looks like a great culture, a great team that would be fun to work with. [28:23] Calvin: “They playing field is leveled and everybody needs content, and everybody needs digital marketing. Everybody needs something online.” In fact, the playing field is so level that you see big names and shows recording things on their iphones now, very much equipped with the same things. [30:00] Brad brings the content back around to the question of repurposing content. He talks about using one set of footage to the highest degree, chopping up a script used in video production and using that new wording for a blog post. He asks Ken to share. [33:00] Ken shares that he creates outlines and then reviews them with other people, who ask questions and help to flesh out the details and really massage it for the most that it’s worth. When shooting footage for videos, they chop up those version and use shorter, punchier takes for ads on multiple platforms. He set a goal a little less than 2 years ago that he wanted to get really good at video production, and although Metacake doesn’t offer it as a service, clients ask for input and help because of the work they’ve done internally. [38:13] Calvin: “I think you just need to stay competitive… churches have done better content recently than agencies have…” You have to learn to make your agency a client! [40:36] Bob asks about budget for agency marketing, and how much is allocated to this for the guys. [41:09] Ken: “At least half of your marketing budget should be spent on internal marketing… we spend anywhere from 10 to 20% of revenue on marketing and content creation.” He says that Metacake has 3 team members dedicated just to internal content (not full-time), and stresses the importance of having people on your team who care and are passionate about the agency, the business, the product, and the process. Just get it out there, whether it be video, blog writing, or other content production. [45:11] Calvin gives us his agency name- C’Mon Creative- where you can check him out for guidance and inspiration for your own content creation!
We are all Talking Heads.... What the Feck? ..What the Heck? George thinks Garvin is a Garden, probably an unkempt one. He thinks he is a clueless talking head, he doesn't know what the Hell is going on, he would rather it be that heaven is going on, ie all the Good Things and none of the bad but that's probably too much to expect. They are both looking in the mirror now shouting at it, What the Heck are you doing with your life, this is it, its your fault, wake up, Get on with it. The 18 year old are looking out from the mirrors in disbelief of what the old jokers have done with their body. The inner child wants back out and into the driving seat of the now run down body to re energise it to go disco dancing again without breaking a hip or indeed a sweat. The Proverbial Red Lamborghini is parked in the drive or more precisely wrapped around the bins. Its hard to change, its Hard to Ruffle your own feathers, but you have to if ya want to be a peacock again or for the first time even. Garvin's inner child says stuff your milk and pass me the red bull and car keys its time to take some chances before there isn't anytime left, move over and let me in the driving seat, you have had your turn and made a mess of it, we aren't where we are meant to be and that's the Royal We. The Chitter Chatter Box is still muttering away in the room in your mind, However there's a new sign on the door "Keep Out Reasons the Why Not!". There's now a Bouncer on the Door, if you are not positive "Feck Off". The Two Jokers are pushing their inner children forward with affirmations left right and center, telling them both with Gusto - "Keep Going!" ,"Keep Doing!", "Don't Look Back!", "For God's Sake Don't Look Down, Don't Think, Just Do it!", "It will all be alright on the night lads Just Turn Up and keep smiling, keep moving and most of all Remember to Breathe! George looks around to Garvin who seems to be shouting tirades at the mirror now, something along the lines of "What the Hell do I care if you want a Cream Bun, Just go get one!", he then swiftly turns around and heads for the shops with a confident and purposeful stride and smile on his face, George shouts out "Hang On a Second while I grab my Coat I fancy one too!!". The Lads seem to have their own theme tunes, Like a Bat Out of a Hell! These two nutters are Out of Here...To Do whatever needs doing..in the meantime they are going to grab a couple of donuts at crusty cremes. Talking Heads is Garvin's Theme Tune..Not so much Psycho Killer, he is on the Road to No Where or more to point Some Where, he doesn't care where but he wants to get a gang together be it Hells Angels or a Bunch of Jokers with or without Harley's. George wants to meet new people, There's an App for that according to Garvin, Just Swipe Left or Right...George ponders whether it is appropriate to download or not. Don't ask anyone in Garvin House if they would like some vegetables or fancy a trip to the shops, you have to just state the affirmative "Here You Are!" or "Come on We are off!" otherwise there will be a lot of Hmmms and No Not for me or wooo hoooo's!! Choice is not always a Good Thing for the indecisive pessimists among us. #SelfCoaching #BusinessCoaching #MediaCoaching

The Way Out Podcast is on right now. Along with the cohost with the mostess, Jason I'm Charlie and we've got a stellar rendition of The Way Out on a topic not oft discussed in and out of recovery. Many of us are quite familiar with the Recovery mantra “Do the next right thing” when faced with uncertainty in how to act in a given moment or situation, and for good reason – this saying embodies the idea that we need to act our way into right thinking, rather than think our way into right living. We have new spiritual principles that we're now aiming toward, principles that are rooted in love and guided by a power greater than ourselves. What happens wayoutcasters, when it's hard to do the next right thing? How do we move through decisions and situations where doing the right thing is also seemingly the most difficult thing? It's times like these where the ol' platitudes of Just Do It and Don't think Just Do, frankly fall short and rather flat. While these suggestions might be well intended, they're not all that practical or helpful when we're faced with a daunting decision that has us deeply conflicted. We're going to fill in the gaps for you on what and how to do, when it's hard to do, the next right thing. Plus we'll share feedback from the sober and serious community and take your calls so Listen Up. Learn How to Lead Your Career When is the best time to find an alternative career? Dr. Mike talks about the things that we can do amidst these lockdowns. That we can still earn online and all we have to do is just take the LEAD. In this episode: 00:50 – This is the best time to find that alternative career. 01:00 – Things you can do online to still continue earning despite the lockdown. 04:10 – LEAD. 04:35 – Identify where you are and your goals. 05:05 – Keep LOOKING. 05:30 – ENGAGE and ENCOURAGE. 06:15 – Take ACTION. 07:45 – Just DO it.
Did you start the year, this quarter, or even this month off with the best intentions only to find yourself smack dab in a lull? Broad goals are easy to create, mapping out milestones and hitting them along the way can be a challenge, but sticking to a plan with the same intensity as the day you started can be a brutal fight. You still want it right? Then what happened? Where did you lose focus? We are going to delve into that, dissect some scenarios and come up with some strategies to get back on track. I know you can do it! Just like we would research places to go, create an itinerary, and pack all the necessary tools for our journey, creating reachable goals takes a well thought out plan. Did you forget to investigate all the options, leave out a step along the way, or did you over or under pack for the trip? First, let’s walk through the steps for successful goal planning to make sure we haven’t missed anything. Then let’s explore where motivation comes from and how you can get more and sustain it longer. A time-release solution for motivation sounds perfect! We also need to discuss the obvious snags to any good plan. Preparing for how you are going to handle the unforeseen is a critical strategy needed for success. Ready to party and celebrate? It’s a necessary element to motivation so we are going to talk about its benefits and how you can make sure you build in reward to keep you mentally hydrated along the way. Where did this goal come from? Is this a long-term goal to get you further along in life or is it a short-term goal helping you obtain something you want or getting you over the hump? It’s important to remember where you started and why. You should always have a goal. Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guides your focus and helps you sustain that momentum in life. Communicating your goal to an accountability partner helps keep you accountable. I recently did just that. At the end of the brainstorming session my accountability partner said, is there anything I can do to help you and I said, “Now you know my plan, the reasons why, and my overall mission. Help me stay laser-focused on that. If you see me wavering or going in a different direction, gently remind me to look to my vantage point.” It’s easy to get into weeds and go off on a tangent. I love to paint the picture of digging a ditch. If you are too tactical you will spend all your time in the ditch, digging and digging. Without a strategic approach, you can’t stay focused on where you’re going. Imagine the aerial view of that! So how do you know if you set the right goal? Like picking the perfect destination for your journey, you might want to clarify a few things. Do you have a burning desire to uncover and execute your life’s purpose? Or is it more of getting to the next level in life, work, or health? Here are a few questions I came up with to flush out before you put pen to paper. 1 - Why is this my goal? It’s important to soul-search this question a bit. If you are going to spend the time, do the research, and set up the plan, you might want to make sure this is what YOU truly want. It’s a great time to make sure the goal and the outcome associated with it are of importance to you and not something you’re doing to please someone else. The motivation to please will only take you so far. 2- Is the timing right? Laser-focus takes time and a serious commitment. Is this the right time for you to dedicate yourself to this goal? Is it something you want to do or have to do? What will you be giving up to make it happen? Are you willing to give it up? Be strategic, timing is everything and missing the mark won’t set yourself up for success. 3- Do I have support through the process? Clearing a path in your life to focus on your, your wants, needs, and desires may mean others have to take a back seat or pitch in with a little extra help. Do you have a good support system? Are you willing to ask for the help you need? Have you identified an accountability partner or two? Creating a successful plan means you do the homework to modify your current routine and remove any known obstacles ahead of time. 4 -What’s your timeframe? You need to be willing to push yourself. It’s ok to be realistic but not setting parameters around time means you aren’t taking the process very seriously. Losing weight, getting better at something, or making more money is way too broad. You need to be specific and time-bound to stay on track. What do you want, when do you want to complete it by, and what happens in between. 5- What happens if you don’t succeed? Failure is a part of life and even though you don’t want to start your journey with a negative spirit, you do need to be prepared with a Plan B. If you aren’t willing to accept that failure is an option then you could be caught with a devastating, dream-crushing blow that you can’t recover from. Having an alternate route means you don’t have to start over if things don’t go as planned. You can simply make the necessary adjustments and be on your way! Sounds motivating and easy to do but is it? Failure can be a game-changer for some. If given the opportunity, it can solidify what you already knew; you aren’t good enough, you aren’t smart enough, you can’t win. Left untreated and failure can not only stop you in your tracks but it can prevent you from trying anything, you see risky, again. If you aren’t evolving and pushing yourself, then you are stuck; your growth stunted. How can you objectively learn from your failures without taking them so personally? Personal yes, they are happening to you, but objectively so you can step outside of the situation and learn from the lesson that is being presented. Where does your motivation come from? It might be easy to say money or success but let’s dig a little deeper. Could it be a sense of accomplishment, praise, or validation? Has anyone told you that you could do it? That you matter and that your goals are important? Before goals and the motivation to reach them comes encouragement. The inspiration that all of this is even possible. Encouragement is needed to connect and visualize something better. Its instilling courage, confidence, and hope. It’s essential for reaching any goal. “Those who are lifting the world upward and onward are those who encourage more than criticize.” - Elizabeth Harrison Just being told that someone believes in your ability to do something is motivating. I know YOU can do it! I believe in you! Your goals are important and you have the ability to reach them! I think NIKE puts it best, Just DO it! Waiting around for motivation to come is like staying up to catch Santa, it will never happen. You can’t meditate motivation, you can’t wait it out, or touch your nose and watch it appear. You have to pick a goal that is important to you, specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound and then just go for it! The climate is never going to be perfect and someone isn’t going to knock on your door and hand it to you. You have to go out and get it. Ready to party? Waiting until you reach your overall goal will mean you miss out on all the intrinsic benefits of hitting and celebrating milestones along the way. Want to party more often, then make your milestones closer together. It’s important to throw in a few easy to obtain ones to give yourself a nice boost with a few challenging ones to keep you accountable. One of the main reasons celebrating is so important is because it reflects an overall attitude of gratitude and enjoying what we have, instead of focusing on what we don’t have or only on what we want in the future. Goal setting is great and keeps you focused on shaping what’s to come but too much time in the future means you can’t enjoy the present. As with everything, it’s about creating a healthy balance. Creating celebrations around mini-milestones means you get to commemorate the now. Life moves at such a rapid speed that these built-in speed bumps can help you slow down and find gratitude. While you are there, you might have a chance to engage in other joyful activities that you would have missed on the Audobon of life. Grab dinner with your accountability partner to share your good news. Schedule a day of luxury and pampering for yourself. Make a marker showing a successful win you can display in your office or your home. Mark it off the to-do list and doodle a happy face. Journal your excitement so when life’s moving fast and the road is bumpy, you can come back and visit your success for extra motivation. You are in charge and you have the power to make it happen! Hopefully, these ideas will help you evaluate your plan to see where you need some additional attention or focus or maybe even a re-engineer of ideas. Either way, you are worth it and getting to your next milestone is just around the corner. CHALLENGE: Pull in for a pit-stop to make sure your goals reflect your dreams, put in the work to engineer a successful plan, and enlist encouragement and accountability from those you trust to help push you through the lulls. You deserve it! I Know YOU Can Do It!

“This is how you do it: you sit down at the keyboard and you put one word after another until it's done. It's that easy, and that hard.” - Neil Gaiman @neilhimself This week Nicole’s mind is on action — the power of it, and the conflicting nature of its simplicity and impossibility. “Just DO it!” Nike tells us and it IS, in fact that simple, except when it isn’t. Welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited to speak about our rebranding and give you some insight into why I decided to rebrand. This journey has been beautiful. The podcast is the same just even better! I have so much more clarity on the brand and how I want to do things. With experience comes wisdom. Sometimes you truly don't know until you do it. When I first started this podcast, I literally knew nothing about podcasting. I had done some research and knew legit ONLY the basics. Finding Anchor was amazing. I just knew that I was no longer allowing anything or anyone to hold me back, I was now an example for my daughter as well so yeahhhh, no way! My mantra this year was " Just DO it", it helped me get comfortable with knowing that the beginning is messy. You sort of just suck in a way until you find your flow. I knew this would be a community but what I didn't know was that we would be a growing community-so fast and people all over the world would support. As I welcomed more guests in, I realized I needed a better system for guest episodes. I had to work on so many different moving pieces for this podcast and the more I did and do, the more I learn. Breathe gives a clearer view for you and for me. Just remember to BREATHE. Enjoy this episode and go visit our new Instagram @breathepodcast and find our Page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/breathepodcast1/?modal=admin_todo_tour . The whole point of rebranding is to improve and I must say I love how everything was made new. Watch social media to see new additions to the store and how beautiful the Breathe store looks. Our email list will begin in January so make sure you submit your email before then. There will be an episode about store items and the email list coming soon. Thank you for being apart of this community. Sending you love and light. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/breathe/support

For the 30th Anniversary of “Just Do it,” Nike celebrated athletes and their crazy dreams with a campaign led by Colin Kaepernick, the controversial NFL quarterback, and created by Weiden + Kennedy. The campaign was celebrated and hated, but cemented on the right side of history. W+K's Managing Director, Karrelle Dixon, joins us after their ADCOLOR AD OF THE YEAR win.
Saw an artist development company put something out on social media that read, "Don't Think, Just Do". I'm not sure that's the best advice and in this episode, I'll tell you why! Make Sure To Rate, Review & Subscribe and Follow Steve on Social Media @thestevefreeman
Keep it SimpleCary Kolat and Matt Dernlan introduce a new book they will be discussing, Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...And Maybe the World by Admiral William H. McRaven. This episode they will discuss Ch. 1 "Start Your Day with a Task Completed". McRaven gave a commencement speech at his alma mater The University of Texas at Austin and Dernlan explains this is where the genesis of this book originated. The clip of this speech went viral of McRaven summarizing his military career and everything he learned from his 37 years of service in 10 simple points. Kolat and Dernlan agree when people are searching for solutions they often over complicate matters when in reality a simple approach is probably the best. Wake Up, Get BetterThis chapter talks about the best way to start your day is with a completed task. This way you begin your day with a positive frame of reference and know you're doing something productive right from the beginning. It's a reminder that at the end of the day you've done something well and to be proud of no matter how small the task. It kicks off the mentality you start your day with, doing something right and perfect. Kolat says every athlete should start their day with something similar. For example, if you start your day with a run you feel like you're starting off being productive, doing what others aren't, getting ahead of the competition, etc. Kolat breaks down the importance of trust and comfortability between coach and athlete. Kolat and his coaching staff start the day now that it's not wrestling season by getting in contact with their wrestlers. If you're not getting to know your athletes on a personal level then you can only build so much trust. It also helps you understand how to help them improve. Don't Just Do the Work. Do it Right.Dernlan talks about how most people working towards a goal are seemingly doing all the major things right. The difference is not just going through the motions but really being intentional and holding accountability to yourself even during the most mundane things. The attention to detail is everything. When you can condition yourself to do the little things right the bigger ones fall into place. Above and Beyond Expectations.Kolat dives into discussing that you shouldn't expect to get a pat on the back for doing what's expected. The way you train and the way you work is what motivates everyone around you. That's when you get a pat on the back. Dernlan talks about how well informed and misinformed this day in age everyone is with the spread of information on the internet. He urges to be dialed in and disciplined on what's beneficial for your end game. If it's a distraction, distractor or takes away from your primary focus you need the discipline to stop. Pay attention to the small things and they won't steer you wrong.
