Human beings are more powerful than we could ever imagine. What might be a simple word or sentence coming from you could be a life-altering realization for someone else. If we don't understand how to effectively wield that power, we could cause some serious damage. But if we learn to harness it for good, we can change lives for the better. These are the kind of things that best-selling author Robert Greene is set on bringing to light. In this episode of The Game Changing Attorney Podcast, get a firsthand look at just how unbelievable humans really are — and what we're truly capable of when we put our mind to accomplishing our goals. Robert and Micahel sit down to discuss: Why his books are beloved by everyone from war historians to pop culture icons. How working with 50 Cent was a game changing experience. Why we actually have no grip on who we really are. Running Indie Film Hustle I hear story after story about predatory film distributors screwing over, taking advantage, and just plain stealing from filmmakers every day. I either get emails or read about them in our Facebook Group Community: Protect Yourself From Predatory Film Distributors/Aggregators.I'm so sick and tired of this. These parasites need a light shined on them. The only way we as filmmakers can stop these predators from continuing to hurt filmmakers and devastate lives is to make their actions known. Predatory film distributors continue to screw filmmakers because their actions are performed in the shadows. They bank on that filmmakers will not fight back, that they will keep quiet and just take it. Well, ladies and gentlemen that ends here.I broke the Distribber story around the same time last year. They were able to take advantage of filmmakers for a long time until someone finally brought their actions to the surface. That is the only weapon we as filmmakers have against predatory film distributors. Our Facebook group has helped thousands of filmmakers not get taken advantage of. I know that the podcasts and videos I put out have helped as well but it's not enough. I'm only one voice. We as a community need to stand up and demand change. The traditional film distribution system is BROKEN. I was just consulting with a filmmaker yesterday that told me that he too was screwed over by a film distributor. This distributor told him on the phone, once he confronted him about the theft of his film, and I quote,"I'll see you in the court of who gives a f**k."This distributor was in the UK and the filmmaker was in the US. The distributor knew that the chances of the filmmaker taking him to court in another country were slim to none. The filmmaker's lawyer advised him to let it go because the cost would be too much. THIS CRAP NEED TO STOP.Then I came across a video on YouTube of Michael Daniel, a filmmaker telling his story about how a film distributor screwed him over and never paid him the money he was owed. Oh by the way this filmmaker also has stage 4 cancer. This is the video I saw that moved me to reach out to Micahel. He told me that this film distributor was literally waiting around for him to DIE so he wouldn't have to pay him. Jesus Christ! I mean I thought I had heard it all but man this is a new low, even for predatory film distributors. Micahel has been fighting this fight by himself for over 18 months. He felt alone. No one would help him. If fighting terminal cancer is enough, he has had to deal with this situation as well. It's just not right.I knew I had to help and shine a light on this situation. So I invited him to the show and asked him to write, in his own words, his story and add proof in the show notes at http://www.indiefilmhustle.com/413 Both Michael and I are hoping this can help future filmmakers from making the same mistakes. I personally want to thank Michael for coming forward and sharing his story with the world. It takes a brave soul to do what he is doing. He's not only fighting cancer but he is also fighting to get his film back and receive the money he is legally owed. This episode is brutal and painful to listen to but I believe it will help countless filmmakers. Stay strong Michael, you are no longer alone. Enjoy my conversation with filmmaker and fighter Michael Daniel.#filmmaking #filmdistribution #filmmaking101

My guest on this episode is Michael Harris “Igniting the power of stories to change the world.” Micahel is an author, coach, trainer, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Endless Stages. My first entrepreneurial gig was selling blackberry pies door to door when I was six. Over the years, I've dabbled (more like dived) into photography, real estate, options trading, coaching and yoga. One of my specialties is helping anyone move from fear of speaking in front of others to powerfully sharing their message in front of any size group or audience. I'm grateful that I've been able to take my personal challenges and help others find what inspires them. For years I struggled with health issues, addictions and low self-esteem. Then one day I had had enough and became willing to make a change. It wasn't easy. I had to stop dreaming about what I wanted - and begin to take massive action by applying the Law of GOYA. Many of my friends and colleagues urged me to use my metamorphosis to inspire others. At one point, Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul) reminded me that “your mess is your message.” He went on to join the book launch of my #1 bestselling book, "Falling Down Getting UP.” I'm blessed to have Rick Frishman and David Hancock (Morgan James Publishing) be my publishers. I've owned (or partnered) in several successful yoga studios - and coached other studio owners around the world on attracting and enrolling new students - while increasing revenue and profits (over $40 million in sales). In addition, I've helped train and certify about 7,000 yoga teachers to get untwisted and speak in small and large groups. As a result of coaching, podcasting, speaking and teaching yoga, I've realized how important (especially in today's world) it is to encourage, nudge and prod others to dive deep within and open up to talk about their experiences to anyone that is willing to listen. I have a saying, “one more open heart in the world is one more open heart in the world.” Contact Michael: https://www.michaelbharris.com/ If you enjoy the podcast, please subscribe and leave a short review on Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen? Ascension coach, guru, and expert on everything, David Wilcock, is now telling people they can obtain telekinetic powers by taking a bath in their own urine. He claims the archangel Micahel told him this. He also claims he was touched, abused, and eaten by aliens, but in a different timeline and parallel life. Other angry and lawsuit-happy ascension coaches like Corey Goode are using the 'love & light' doctrine for self-defense, claiming that he can teach you forgiveness while he proceeds to sue anyone who questions his science fiction stories. The entire fields of ufology, new age practices, etc., certainly have important properties, but too many are driven by greed, politics, delusion, and ego.

On this episode of the Talent Acquisition Leaders podcast, host Ryan Dull is joined by Michael McMillan, Vice President of Global Talent Acquisitions and Corporate HR at Stryker. Michael was drawn into talent acquisitions after seeing the impact that one of his first hires had on a client that his company was supporting. That customer-centric focus has stayed with him throughout his career, and he maintains a recruitment philosophy that sees customer experience as the defining mission. In order to be effective in his role, Michael believes that it's important to look beyond the walls of his job description and also gain experience in other tangential roles. Understanding the work of his colleagues makes Michael better equipped to find people who are not only good at their jobs, but that can also better support the broader mission of Stryker. According to Micahel, this holistic approach to talent acquisition is at the heart of his industry. Understanding the unspoken needs of his organization, and the needs of its customers, is essential to becoming an effective talent acquisition leader. That foundational understanding is only gained by seeking out diverse opportunities beyond what is typically expected of talent acquisitions specialists. Some believe that Russia's leader is facing imminent death from disease or possible assassination. This could mean cancer or perhaps syphilis like the infamous Führer of Germany reportedly suffered from. One theory is that Putin could be poisoned. Others are suggesting that his 'behavior' is a result of receiving mystical advice from a member of his own cabinet. All of these ideas are circling the drain of the IDES, as calls for Putin's assassination come daily from the west. Some may find it interesting that Rasputin, the infamous and mysterious Siberian mystic who had immense power in the court of Tsar Nicholas II, was also poisoned and then assassinated through gunshot when his power became too unbearable for other aristocrats. Is the discussion about Putin's health honest or just part of a western propaganda campaign? Is Vladamir Putin healthy, sick, sane, or following the stars on the advice of an occultist like so many leaders throughout history and the Bible? Either way, PUTIN has become a RAS-PUTIN. His power and motivation are a threat and mystery to the West and so calls for his assassination and or poisoning have crescendoed with the anniversary of Julius Caesar's death. Upon further glance, RAS-PUTIN translates to 'Ra's Putin' or the path of the Egyptian sun god. The archangel of the sun is also St. Micahel, patron of Kiev - therefore, St. Michael's Path. The sun also gives us Chlorophyll, a word that comes from khlōros which is the name of the Green Horse of the Kingdom of Death.
Becoming Legendary #78is a conversation with two business owners. Jesse and Micahel of Optimyze who run a bio-hacking business in Phoenix. The conversation itself stays pretty surface level, but its a good window into the world of business owners working on the front edge of health and wellness ideology. Jesse Moreng has made Phoenix his home but was born and raised in New Jersey. He is a proud father of two children and loves spending time with them and learning from them. Jesse is passionate about helping people utilize natural and powerful modalities to achieve health and happiness and connection to their true source through nature's answers and the breath. Founding the business "Optimyze" in 2017 with business partner Michael Roviello has been instrumental in aligning with his purpose. My passion for health and healing stemmed from witnessing the mental and physical suffering which members of my family, friends and community members were going through. One of his greatest joys is witnessing others step into their own power realizing that they hold immense control to influence their own inner strength, health and happiness. Jesse was a competitive high school and collegiate wrestler (Boston University). He also was an amateur boxer and then successful mixed martial artists competing professionally for over 7 years record of 9-1. Jesse is a martial artist, a yogi, a breathwork coach (and student) and a health coach. Jesse has an associates degree from Boston University and Bachelors from Arizona State University. Jesse has been practicing yoga since 2001 and found it as a tool to get out of his mind and connect with the body and breath. Jesse became A certified Wim Hof Method instructor in 2017 which utilizes powerful breathing techniques, gradual cold exposure and mindset training to gain a new influence and control over our human systems that enable an overall strengthening and resiliency. Jesse has studied a variety of other breath practices and continues his journey as both a student and a teacher. Jesse has also owned and operated a local Phoenix based commercial landscape business for over a decade which has employed hundreds of individuals from the community and is Arizona's first commercial landscape business to eliminate the use of the harmful chemical glyphosate. Jesse enjoys nature, gardening and is most proud of being a father to two incredible children. Michael, cofounder of Optimyze, a Human Optimization Center with multiple locations in AZ is a New York City native, who chose to leave his hometown of Queens to join the U.S Navy in 1999. With years of conducting helicopter search and rescue missions deployed around the globe as a helicopter rescue swimmer, combat search and rescue crewman and anti-submarine warfare operator deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2001 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. After many bouts with cervical spine issues, neurological pain and degradation surgery, Michael turned to natural /alternative methods after fully exploring western science medical practices, spine surgery, pain management, pharmaceutical intervention and advice. Using lessons learned and research from his journey into natural and alternative methods learning from some of the best in their fields, Michael became a Wim Hof Method certified instructor teaching across the U.S and Mexico. Michael, a teacher by nature with a master's degree in adult education and training, considers himself a student for life in the area of self-exploration, biohacking, wellness and ancient practices that have stood the test of time.

For example, if the market is positive, they say it's a strong risk-on day. For Michael, RORO isn't about direction at all. Instead, it's about conditions that favor an “accident” in the market. Michael believes there are certain relationships which have commonality, in terms of interest rate sensitivity, that tend to get ahead of major black swan events. There are three indicators that Michael looks for ahead of crashes, corrections, and bear markets. First, utilities relative to the stock market. If utilities outperform the stock market, on a short-term basis, generally you see a rise in volatility. Next, lumber relative to gold. When lumber is weak relative to gold, you tend to see higher volatility. And third, long-duration treasuries relative to intermediate. Ultimately, these three indicators are all about interest rates. If you know anything about economics, it has to be the concept of scarcity. This is the gap between a limited resource and unlimited wants. Scarcity means making decisions on how to best allocate these resources efficiently so that as many people benefit as possible. That's what scarcity means. It's econ 101. But when I got to seminary and afterwards, I head pastors say over and over again that scarcity was bad. God is a God of abundance, they would say. Scarcity was about greed and not sharing resources with others. I never understood where pastors were getting this. I knew about this basic fact of economics, why were they having problems figuring this out? Over time I realized this sort of thinking was pretty standard throughout mainline Protestantism. Today, Micahel and I talk about economics, business and the mainline Protestant church. We also talk about how evangelicals have such a hard time understanding structural racism.
