Crédits de l'épisode :- "Crie hie" (Eugene Fredy / Jérôme Rastello)- "Shake it off" (Mariah Carey, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, Johnta Austin)- "Get your number" feat. On today's podcast, I have ‘Sandra Sully,' who has just had her massive reveal on ‘The Masked Singer' this week. If you missed the performance you can check it out on 'Ten Play' because it was fantastic to see Australia's most recognisable female newsreader dressed as a singing fawn. As an Australian news presenter and journalist, Sandra Sully is mostly known for her work on Network 10 where she presents Australia's top stories nationally. 'Sandra' stepped out of her comfort zone and showed a heart warming new side to her personality on 'The masked Singer' which would have been a breath of fresh air for a serious journalist known for being the first Australian television journalist to cover the 9/11 terrorist attacks. ‘Sandra' is a bright personality, with a vast knowledge and a quick thinker. It is a joy to chat with her today. I will ask ‘Sandra' what she thinks of the rumours the masks have actors in the suits and are simply miming. ‘Sandra' will reveal the person who convinced her to take on the popular reality show and what she really thinks of her singing voice. We will talk about the songs ‘Sandra' was learning which we didn't get to see and how she covered up her absence from the news desk to take part in the singing competition. Plus we will get plenty of exclusives from behind the scenes of ‘The Masked.' Which returns next Monday night on Network Ten and if you have fallen behind you can catch up on - on ‘Ten Play.' Time. It's seems to be moving quicker every year, it's something we wish we had more of, and we are intrigued by those who you use it wisely. In this episode we're going to dive into strategies and tools used by some of the worlds most successful people. Dr Amantha Imber is an organisational psychologist and founder of behavioural science consultancy Inventium. Amantha's thoughts have appeared in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Entrepreneur and Fast Company, and in 2021, she won the Thinkers50 Innovation Award, which recognises the thinker who has contributed the most to the understanding of innovation globally over the last two years and was the first Australian to do so. Amantha is also the host of the number one ranking business podcast How I Work, where she interviews some of the world's most successful people about their habits, rituals and strategies for optimising their day. Over three years later, with over 3 million podcast downloads, she has interviewed more than 150 bestselling authors, musicians, entertainers, entrepreneurs and business leaders, to get inside their heads and understand the routines and rituals that enable them to achieve their purpose. In Time Wise, Amantha brings together all the gems she's learned from her conversations with guests, including Adam Grant, Dan Pink, Cal Newport, Mia Freedman, Turia Pitt, B.J. Fogg, Sandra Sully, Kochie, Gary Mehigan and Gretchen Rubin, to name just some. She is also the author of the bestselling books The Creativity Formula and The Innovation Formula. In this episode we unpack how ways of working has changed, especially across the last few years. Why having an experiment mindset changes how we look at our habits, and how this approach has guided Amantha and her team to have a 4-day work week. This conversation will open up your thinking on how you use your time - it certainly did for me - and provides practical strategies you can put into place today. Soak up the intrigue, insights and inventive approach to living a big life from Dr Amantha Imber.

What a powerhouse! To be honest with you I was really nervous to interview this iconic TV queen. Sandra Sully has been at ch.10 for 31 years. In this episode we chat about how she accidentally fell into this career. We talk about some of the highs like interviewing the great Oprah and Olympic moments with some of her sports hero’s, but we also explore some of the confronting moments like being live on air as the September 11 terrorist attacks happened and being in the group covering the Thredbo landslide and Stuart Divers rescue. Sandra clearly has an awesome work ethic and we talk about our mutual love for putting everything in our diaries. She’s incredible, I hope her drive and passion inspires you.Ps. She’s got an unreal poddy too “short black” she also interviewed me on her pod. It was equally intimidating being interviewed by such a talented journo! Anything I’m rambling, I hope you enjoy this pod!Links: You can listen to Sandra’s pod herehttps://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/lola-berry/id1477960587?i=1000517793956Big love,Lola Follow Lola Berry on Instagram: @yummololaberrywww.lolaberry.comwww.lolacoffee.co See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

This veteran broadcaster is one of the great journo survivors. Sandra Sully's face and honeyed dulcet tones are familiar throughout Australia in her role as Network Ten journalist, presenter and Consulting News Editor for 10 Daily. She's delivered the biggest news around the world ever since she was the first Australian television journalist to cover news of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Sandra tells me on The Journo Project podcast how she continues to be a story leader, as the first woman to co-host the Melbourne Cup, travelling to East Timor to make a documentary on the nation post-liberation, and editing the special edition book "Agenda" celebrating great Australian women for International Women's Day.

Sandra Sully is Australian Journalism Royalty. She’s the Senior News Editor for Network Ten News and has been the Anchor of their afternoon bulletin for more than a decade. She's on Twitter @sandra_sully (https://twitter.com/Sandra_Sully). Sandra is an astonishingly focused person, her dedication and drive to do great work is undeniable as you’ll hear in this conversation. In a time when news of varying reliability is coming at us from every angle ten times a minute through our phones, the role of a legitimate and well-resourced news anchor is in my opinion has never more important. And that’s where Sandra comes in. De-legitimzing news sources is a tool that politics has used for decades - and in these times of Fake News being thrown about any time there’s a critique of policy, it’s never been more important to have staunch and solid news sources. That means - not Facebook. So - without any delay, come to the boardroom at Network Ten in Sydney across from the fish markets to have a chat with the incredibly powerful person that is Sandra Sully. Today’s show was an all joke, all tennis laugh-fest.Browny’s mate Coota tried out the longest joke you’ve ever heard on Sam, and he lost us when he mixed up all the accents; Deano spoke to tennis legend Andre Agassi; we talked to Jim Courier about the Australian Open finals, and; Sandra Sully dropped by!Also, Jokes Aren’t Funny is back, and it was a really rough start. Safe to say the $10k didn’t go off.You should follow us on Instagram, don’t you think? See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
