Currently he is a co-founder of Skema, Inc.    Richard has experienced most of the highs and lows of bringing disruptive technology to developers, designers and contractors. He was an early hire at the start-up, Revit Technology Corp, and then after Revit was acquired by Autodesk, spent nine years helping to bring it and a ‘new' concept of BIM to the U.S. market.    At the same time, he also led global marketing for AutoCAD and all Autodesk AEC products. We don't get to circularity without solving waste. It's just at the end of the day, as we used to say in community development, ‘God has required and the poor deserve better than amateurs with their hearts in the right place.' The planet we all share deserves better than a complete absence of circularity, when it's completely possible, and it's becoming more possible every day.” -Brian Bollinger    “The biggest [recycling] tip I would [give] to commercial buildings in general: really clear signage. At the end of the day, when we find something that's way off [in waste audits], you can usually trace it back to a floor that isn't clearly communicating what belongs where. Kali ini, saya akan membahas dua CEO dalam satu perusahaan. Apakah sebuah perusahaan bisa punya dua CEO? Iya, skema ini dinamakan Co-CEO atau dual CEO. Skema ini memang tidak umum ditemui di perusahaan besar. Tapi, ada juga perusahaan besar yang punya co-CEO seperti Netlfix, Research in Motions yang memproduksi Blackberry, Atlassian, dan sebagainya. Kedua CEO itu punya tanggung jawab yang terpisah dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Mereka berdua juga bisa bergantian hadir dan memutuskan sesuatu dalam kapasitas mereka sebagai CEO. Model ini juga sering ditemui dalam perusahaan yang lebih kecil. Tidak jarang kamu menemui bisnis kecil yang punya pemilik bisnis lebih dari satu. Tapi perlu digarisbawahi, hal ini tidak mudah. Banyak faktor yang perlu dipenuhi sebelum skema ini berjalan. Yang paling penting, apakah mereka berdua bersedia untuk berbagi kekuasaan? Apakah mereka punya tanggung jawab dan keputusan yang jelas? Bagaimana bila mereka tidak setuju? Bagaimana solusinya? Model organisasi dengan dua CEO memang tidak untuk semua perusahaan. The compliance and the voluntary global carbon markets amount to almost US$1 trillion or so. They are set to grow dramatically. The smaller of the two, the voluntary one, will grow five-fold by 2030 from US$2 billion in 2022, Shell and BCG expect. China will be a key player in the growth given it has the world's largest carbon market. Julien Hage from CICC Asset Management first shares his thoughts on the basics of the carbon markets and trading, especially the EU Emissions Trading System.
