The U.S. government has released its 5th batch of UFO/UAP documents and evidence, and Wayne and Michelle dig into some of the most compelling cases contained in the newly released material.We begin with an extraordinary September 2021 encounter involving a U.S. Special Operations Forces AC-130 gunship over the Gulf of Oman.According to the accompanying government intelligence report, the AC-130 crew observed approximately 25 instances of unidentified anomalous phenomena during a nighttime live-fire training exercise. The objects were described as “cold orbs,” appeared in different formations, maneuvered in unusual ways and were reported at calculated speeds ranging from approximately 250 to 1,300 mph. The report also states that some of the objects appeared to react when the aircraft fired its main cannon.Although our livestream audience was able to watch three of the newly released videos, in this audio edition we break down what the footage shows and, more importantly, what the accompanying military report says the crew actually experienced.

In the latest episode in our series on polarization, Ken returns to the topic of triangling. "So when people get anxious," he says, "they move towards someone else...in hopes that the other person will be their advocate and will join their team and will think what they think, believe what they believe, and be against whatever they're against." This is how triangulationunfolds. But ultimately triangles destroy relational health, he explains. They lead to polarization — where somebody's left out or ostracized or they become the enemy. Ken takes the group to several scripture passages in which Jesus responds to relational triangles with clear boundaries, and he finishes by offering practical ideas for managingtriangulation in our lives. The challenge and goal as we grow in emotional maturity is this, he states: “Can I manage my anxiety in healthy ways within myself rather than going outside myself to manage my anxiety?"This episode was recorded on May 15th, 2026.

In this episode, Ken talked about the role of triangling in the polarization process. He explained the concept of triangles in the context of relationships and how we can get sucked into them, becoming part of the polarization problem. Ken shared examples of triangling in scripture and showed how Jesus refused to be sucked into triangles. Ken then explained how to respond when others attempt to pull us into a triangle, out of their own anxiety. He concluded by asking the group, "How will we be different?" and emphasizing, "It takes work."This episode was recorded on May 8th, 2026.

That morning I headed out for my Three Triangles run, planning easy hill repeats with a steady climb that grew progressively steeper before each downhill. I moved through Mount Douglas Park, tracking my pace and heart rate while greeting dog walkers and pausing occasionally for photos of my favourite trees. The second climb averaged about eight percent, pushing me into higher zones than usual, though I tried to stay controlled and focused on steady effort. As I ran, I reflected on my podcast episode, my training philosophy of longevity over extremes, and even shared a few thoughts about the Barkley Marathons.
