To właśnie za jej panowania Tonga wypowiedziała wojnę Niemcom i Japonii, oddając swoje zasoby do dyspozycji Wielkiej Brytanii i wspierając aliantów. Występy mogą trwać nawet 30 minut i angażować setki wykonawców.Na wyspie Vavaʻu można natomiast pływać z humbakami – dorosłe osobniki osiągają 14–17 metrów długości i ważą do 45 ton. To jedno z najlepszych miejsc na świecie do obserwacji tych ssaków.

It is also his book release day, so he has a little extra energy. Not to mention that his son, Pro-Porn Chris, has been weaponized by the right. Amidst all of the madness, Greg tells us why the fans that interfered with Mookie Betts at the World Series game last night should be banned for life, why the Cotes are a pro-corn family, and how eggs are breathable. Kenyan-born entrepreneur Vava Angwenyi is a specialty coffee exporter, producer and roaster. She founded Vava Coffee Inc, which is B-Corp Certified entity and later co-founded Gente Del Futuro with a Tanzania-based Colombian partner, with the mission of having a meaningful impact on the monopolized coffee trade in East Africa. This episode takes us deep into the rich tapestry of the African coffee industry, as Vava recounts her personal journey and the transformative initiatives she's launched. Vava's passion for coffee is not just about savoring its taste. She's dedicated to educating local youth about the industry, empowering them with practical skills and opening doors of opportunity. Her story takes us through the rough terrains of global trade standards, shedding light on how they shape the continent's coffee sector. We also discuss  how colonial legacy lingers in  Africa's coffee consumption habits and highlight how the Gente del Futuro project is having a positive impact on this factor and unlocking other areas of  potential within the African coffee industry. Through education, Gente del Futuro is addressing unemployment, elevating women and girls' exposure to the coffee industry and serves as a career launchpad into the industry young people. We celebrate the opening of the first-ever coffee house in Lamu, a historic milestone in promoting agriculture and coffee. Wrapping up our discussion, we explore the role of ancestral wisdom in decision-making and the profound influence of authenticity in our lives. And don't miss out on hearing about Vava's book 'Coffee, Milk, Blood' - a celebration of African culture and Vava's journey in the coffee industry. ***Ready to spice up your sex life? Get my FREE guide “69 Ways to Spice Up Your Sex Life” by going to www.lovefilledlife.com/69ways.***Have you ever wondered why your "Va Va Voom" feels more like "Va Va... Meh"? You're not alone! I mean, it's no joke when your inner fire starts resembling a flickering birthday candle! Whether it's your crazy-busy life, your hormones having their own teen drama, or your relationship needing some extra spice, the struggle is so very real.Yes, Mars and Venus are different planets with different turn-ons. No, not all men dream in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues, and not all women need a 20-chapter romance novel. But understanding these key differences - that's what we're focusing on today! And who better to help me answer a listener question about sexual desire than my very own son, Cooper! That's right, today's episode is a family affair, diving into why you should treat your libido like a treasured heirloom: worth maintaining and sharing with your spouse! What is sexual desire?Sexual desire may have many different meanings depending on who you ask, but for the sake of this episode, we're defining it as how much you want to engage in sexual activity.Just like Mars and Venus, men and women have different experiences when it comes to sexual desire. Men generally have spontaneous sexual desire, and research shows that they think about sex an average of 19 times each day. For women, sexual desire can be less frequent and less spontaneous. Women experience desire most often as a response to some sort of stimulus. From a gendered perspective, women may not spend as much time actively thinking about sex as men do. Even as a sex therapist, I can attest that I personally don't constantly dwell on sexual thoughts. On a day-to-day basis, we don't often find ourselves preoccupied with thoughts of sex.Women have a responsive desire and crave the sense of being wantedWomen aren't just thinking about sex all day long - we're wired more for “responsive desire”. You might not start your day brimming with passion, but once you engage in some form of sexual activity—even just fantasizing—your desire gears up like a smoldering fire finally catching a flame. When it comes to long-term relationships, we often daydream that they're an endless buffet of desire. The reality check? Desire, especially for women, can be more like a limited-time offer. Emotional closeness doesn't always mean you're perpetually in the mood, contrary to what those fairytales told us.Here's another curveball: Mystery is to desire what seasoning is to a good meal. The more familiar you get with your partner's habits, the more the element of surprise evaporates. And let's face it, commitment in a monogamous relationship doesn't automatically mean you're top of the "desire" charts. It's different from the thrill of dating, when your partner was actively choosing you, not just sticking around out of obligation. This unique feeling of being the apple of someone's eye can fade as time marches on, giving way to less excitement and fewer spontaneous intimate moments. Many couples settle into a comfort zone, a repetitive pattern that could use some jazzing up. However, there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Open communication and new experiences can help you reignite that waning spark, keeping your love life far from mundane.Couples with higher desire do things differentlyWonder how your relationship may differ from those couples with really high sexual desire? There are 3 distinct things these couples do that other couples probably aren't doing on a consistent basis.1) High desire couples are more...

VaVa Virtual Assistants Lauren Gall and Melanie Ammerman, VaVa Virtual Assistants   – The Sharkpreneur podcast with Seth Greene Episode 882 Lauren Gall and Melanie Ammerman Lauren Gall and Melanie Ammerman founded VaVa Virtual Assistants over 10 years ago with the goal of helping small business owners achieve work/life balance and focus on the work they love. Like many entrepreneurs, when they first started out, they did everything on their own. Before they could build a 7-figure business leading a team of Virtual Assistants and serving clients with an array of diverse needs, they needed to master how to deliver a superior Virtual Assistant experience. They handled sales, winning new clients, andovereeing client management. They even took the role of Virtual Assistants for their clients.  Melanie and Lauren are experts in developing as Virtual Assistants and creating a valuable experience for clients because they've seen it all. Gaining more satisfied clients and growing a team, VaVa Virtual experienced a 97% growth from 2016 to 2017 that was triggered by delegation and has been growing substantially year after year. Through their mission, they have stood side-by-side with entrepreneurs as they accomplish many of their goals and watch their businesses reach new growth targets. Sharing in those experiences—not only the wins but the challenges as well—has offered them a unique perspective of how to succeed no matter the client or circumstances. They are here today to share how they stumbled on (and then ironed out) their proven process!   Listen to this illuminating Sharkpreneur episode with Lauren Gall and Melanie Ammerman about VaVa Virtual Assistants. Here are some of the beneficial topics covered on this week's show: - How VaVa Virtual Assistants provides administrative and social media support to small businesses. - How virtual assistants are real people, not an AI powered bot. - Why not every company needs a full time assistant, and why a virtual assistant might be a better fit. - How business owners get the best results from a virtual assistant when they are fully ready to bring one on. - How hiring a VaVa Virtual Assistant is like making an investment in your small business.   Connect with Laruen and Melanie: Guest Contact Info Instagram @vavavirtual Facebook facebook.com/vavavirtualassistants LinkedIn linkedin.com/company/va-va-virtual-assistants Links Mentioned: VaVaVirtual.com   Learn more about your ad choices. Toki Ukamea: The story of William Mariner

What does a post-'Ulukālala look like? For one thing, his son, Moengāngonga, the new Finau, proves to be a much different ruler than his father. He's kinder and gentler, with a mind focused on revitalizing agriculture and cultivating the happiness of his people. And then here's the issue of Tupouto'a in Ha'apai. Is he a threat or an ally? And what will they do with the annual 'inasi now that the Tu'i Tonga is residing in Vava'u but Finau has cut off all contact with Ha'apai and Tongatapu. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tokiukameapodcast/message

The company ensures sustainable livelihoods for the people and communities in which it works. Vava is also the co-founder and director of business development & fundraising at GENTE DEL FUTURO (People of the Future). GDF formed in 2017 is an organization born out of a partnership between African Plantations Kilimanjaro, Vava Coffee and Oro Molido three private sector players within the coffee sector to tackle two of the main problems we face as an industry - Producer profitability and Next generation involvement. Gente Del Futuro's focus is to amplify the voices of youth by creating economic empowerment, choices and sustainability for the coffee industry. The organization offers young people a unique and one of a kind learning opportunity by fusing coffee cultures and knowledge from three different growing origins : Tanzania, Kenya and Colombia.Vava holds a Masters degree-Msc in International Finance and Management from University of Groningen as well as Certificate in Global Asset Management from Warrington College of Business, UF and a BSC in Statistics & Actuarial Science from University of Western Ontario- Canada. Vava's vision is to challenge the status quo and promote positive social disruption within the Coffee industry. This vision comes from an inborn passion for transformative change and a drive to promote the sustainable production of coffee at various origins by tracing the production of high quality coffee beans to the independent smallholder coffee farmer, who works day in and day out, against major obstacles and with meager resources to produce some of the world's best tasting coffees, often without an understanding or appreciation of the final fruits of their labor.Vava is also a Q grader and was part of the 2015 IVLP program a prestigious State Department sponsored program. Vava Coffee has also been recognized over the years for its grassroots initiatives and contribution to smallholder farming communities and Youth in agriculture. In 2019 Vava Coffee was recognized as a Best for the world community Honoree - B Corp.Vava recently authored the book “Coffee Milk Blood”. Coffee Milk Blood is a project and book inspired by her own experience as an African woman in the industry and the theme of the book touches on appropriate storytelling/depiction of producers - how producers want to be seen beyond the coffee and as Women , the African woman, the culture of the place as well as underpinnings of Colonialism that are the structures we still operate within in our indust
