This was exacerbated when her second child was born, bringing about it's own unique set of difficulties. Since then, Christi has transitioned into coaching where she uses what she learned through personal experience and her work as a therapist to help other stressed out moms with demanding careers to overcome burnout so they can feel more connected to their spouse and kids without guilt and resentment Christi currently resides in Syracuse, NY with her husband and two children. Alysia's desire to be a surrogate started before she even knew the word for surrogacy. The opportunity to become a surrogate presented itself to her a little over a year after her son was born. She knew she didn't want to have anymore children of her own, but she loved the feeling of being pregnant. After her last surrogacy journey of carrying twins, Alysia is shifting her focus to helping other women decide if being a surrogate is right for them. Her book, Creating Little Miracles is set to be released in 2023. For updates on her book as well as her work as the Mom Support Coach, go to www.alysialyons.com

However, these women had a secret...they still felt mentally chained down by their toxic partner or parent. Most women think talk therapy is the only way to heal! Unfortunately, these women waste years trying to figure out how codependency works or rehashing their past in an office week after week trying to pick apart their childhoods. But, Sarah's clients aren't “most people.” They know overachievers aren't just looking to talk about their problem, they are looking for an action plan to SOLVE their problems!
