We wrap up aniMAYtion with a roundtable debate about the best theme song from an animated show that's based on a comic. Laramy Wells, Bethany Wells, Tim Williams, Blake Fowler, and Nicholas Pepin went decade by decade through a list of 159 shows (which you can find here) to determine their favorites, the most nostalgic, the surprises, and the ones that just didn't work. Not all 159 get discussed but the discussion gets detailed. So what do you think they will decide is the best theme song? Follow us on social media... Some actors and actresses are so good at a role they make it their own, while still managing to honor the source material that came before. This Top 5 respects and represents these performances throughout the comic book movie genre. Will there be crossover amongst the Geek's choices, or will each list stand alone? Is each choice a superhero, or do some non-superhero portrayals make the cut? Are they all actors taking on lead characters, or is there a side character or two? I'll never tell, I prefer leaving you all in suspense. And...cut! (1:52:16)

Charlie here... For a little over a decade, I ran a comic book news website called Comic Related. That site first debuted on October 1st, 2004 at 12:01 AM. It would formally cease daily operations on June 29th, 2015, but during those years there was also a podcast. That show was my first podcast, The Related Recap, and it ran for over 300 episodes. Primarily focused on interviewing young up and coming comic book creators there were also a lot of stories, some cool news reporting, convention coverage, road show podcasts and no shortage of fun. Ever since the Comic Related site faded from the internet, I've wanted those early recordings and interviews to still have a home on the web. With that goal in mind, I started putting the seeds in place for a preservation project here at Charlie Tonic and today we began adding these episodes, one-by-one, to an archive where they will live on within our site. These WILL NOT be released through the standard Charlie Tonic RSS feed, but WILL be available for download through our site. JUMP BACK TO THE BEGINNING!Originally released at ComicRelated.com on 3/28/08
