Money in the Bank si avvicina sempre di più e nel frattempo la rivalità tra Drew McIntyre e CM Punk si tinge di rosso sangue. Tra famiglie che si allargano, triangoli amorosi e una nuova pericolosa setta, vediamo cosa sta succedendo nella puntata numero 262 di SideTalk Slam! After a 32 year run, Rupert Jee and May Chin have sold the Hello Deli. Their culturally relevant tiny restaurant was equipped with only a couple of tables, perfect for lucky customers to occupy and get a front row seat to Late Show staffers, Late Show guests, or Late Show fans showing up to visit Rupert. He dispensed wisdom , superior listening skills, and of course, sandwich's. Rupert entertained the world audience by just being himself, a perfect character for Late Show, holding the distinction of having the most total appearances on the program, at 455. David Letterman's production company, Worldwide Pants, threw Rupert and May a retirement party on October 6, 2023, in the lobby of the Ed Sullivan Theater. Mike and Candace were there. Mike spoke at the event, and even got a couple pity laughs. This episode of The Letterman Podcast is a breakdown of the Letterman-historic event, and a few extra stories, including a bit where Stephen Colbert personally enjoys this show. Gabe Abelson was David Letterman's head monologue writer from 1997 until the end of 2001. A veteran writer and performer, Gabe has given his life to comedy and entertainment for over 40 years. He also looks a little like Jeff Daniels. Gabe and Mike have a tremendous conversation that tells many entertaining stories about Gabe's time with Late Show, including a never before told story about a monologue joke that had Dave doubled over in laughter, and the deconstruction of said joke, how he got the gig and much more. durée : 00:04:26 - Le zoom de la rédaction - par : Sandy DAUPHIN - Le fleuve le plus puissant de France sert à la fois à produire de l'électricité verte, refroidir les centrales nucléaires, à l'irrigation, à la navigation ou encore à l'eau potable. Mais y aura-t-il assez d'eau pour servir tout le monde dans quelques décennies ? Un immense bâtiment en forme de domino posé en travers du Rhône sur 200 mètres. C'est le barrage hydroélectrique de Donzère-Mondragon, à Bollène, dans le Vaucluse, inauguré en 1952, symbole de reconstruction de la France après guerre. L'eau du Rhône alimente les six turbines de la centrale et fournit 800.000 foyers en électricité.  La Compagnie nationale du Rhône (CNR) qui produit cette électricité verte doit déjà s'adapter à un fleuve plus imprévisible, explique son directeur territorial Pascal Albagnac : "On commence à voir avec des productions qui sont fluctuantes d'une année sur l'autre. On a l'impression que cela s'accélère ces dix dernières années." Parmi les changements les plus notables, le pic du débit printanier du Rhône arrive avec 22 jours d'avance en raison de la neige qui fond plus tôt en montagne. Mais il faut s'attendre à des bouleversements encore plus importants, et surtout à ce qu'il y ait moins d'eau dans le lit du Rhône dans une vingtaine d'années. Prévenir les conflits d'usages de l'eau   Un enjeu stratégique pour les multiples "usagers" du fleuve. Le Rhône est utilisé non seulement pour l'hydroélectricité mais aussi par le monde agricole, la navigation, pour refroidir les centrales nucléaires ou l'eau potable. Il faut aussi garder assez d'eau pour la biodiversité insiste Elisabeth Ayrault à la tête de la Compagnie nationale du Rhône pendant huit ans, entreprise qui gère le fleuve depuis la frontière suisse jusqu'à la Méditerranée : "Si nous sacrifions l'environnement et la biodiversité , il n'y aura plus de fleuve." En raison de ces multiples utilisations, les conflits d'usage de l'eau vont augmenter prévient Elisabeth Ayrault, patronne à la fibre écologiste  : _"Quand on a moins d'eau, il faut qu'on travaille à dire, est-ce qu'il va y avoir des priorités, des arbitrages. Si chacun fait cet effort aujourd'hui on sera prêt lorsque ca arrivera." _Gérer le Rhône autrement Ce jour là, au sud de Lyon, le Rhône qui traverse la commune de Pierre-Bénite est puissant, calme et abondant. Jusqu'à présent son niveau n'a pas baissé explique Thomas Pelte, expert du fleuve à l'Agence de l'eau Rhône Méditerranée Corse, mais c'est un sursis. "Le Rhône profite entre guillemets encore de la fonte des glaciers. Pour l'instant il y a toujours de l'eau qui est fournie par la montagne. Il y a encore beaucoup d'eau et du coup, on le gère avec l'habitude qu'il est abondant", dit-il.  Mais ça ne va durer car d'après les données du Giec, avec le changement climatique, "les ordres de grandeur donnés par les scientifiques pour 2050 c'est une baisse du débit moyen annuel du fleuve de l'ordre de - 10?% à - 40?%". Il poursuit : "Le chiffre réel sera sans doute différent mais c'est suffisant pour nous alerter et interroger la question du partage de l'eau." Protéger le Rhône grâce à des solutions fondées sur la nature Pour partager et préserver la ressource en eau, il existe des solutions : réparer les fuites sur le réseau d'eau potable, rendre l'irrigation de l'agriculture moins gourmande. Mais pour donner au fleuve toutes les chances de résister au changement climatique il faut aussi laisser la nature reprendre ses droits. "A la fin du 19ème siècle, début 20ème, l'Homme, pour développer la navigation sur l'ensemble du cours d'eau a concentré les écoulements au milieu du Rhône, par la pose d'enrochements sur les berges, le Rhône a été corseté. Donc des centaines de bras qui existaient naturellement ont été fermés et asséchés", détaille Christophe Moiroud, responsable du pôle environnement de la Compagnie nationale du Rhône qui mène un vaste programme de restauration écologique du fleuve.  Aujourd'hui, le but est au contraire de faire revenir l'eau dans les anciens bras du fle

Bénédict Bernas musikalische Reise reflektiert die Kapitel seines Lebens. Jedes musikalische Genre ist mit seinen Arbeitsprojekten verwoben, die musikalischen Fragmente wurden zur Melodie seines Lebens. Als Musikproduzent in Frankreich war es der Beat und die politische Message des Raps, die ihn ins Studio getrieben haben. Das und die Tatsache, dass es als Teenager für ihn keinen Ort gab, wo er ausgehen konnte, hat ihn mit 16 dazu bewegt, eigene Events zu organisieren. Er wollte in Bands spielen und so hat er sich bei seinen eigenen Parties und Konzerten einfach selber zum Line Up hinzugefügt - und an die Drum Machine platziert. Es hat ihn sofort gepackt. Die Energie, die bei diesen Events entstanden ist, hat ihn fasziniert. Einen Ort, eine Zeitspanne zu kreieren, in der Menschen einfach nur glücklich sind, sollte zu seiner Berufung und seinem Beruf werden. Geboren in Valence, aufgewachsen in Donzère, einer nicht allzu aufregenden Stadt im Rhonetal zwischen Lyon, Montpellier und Marseille, hat sich Béné daran gewöhnt, immer mobil zu sein, zu netzwerken und Konzerte zu organisieren, wo auch immer die hungrige Party Crowd danach verlangt hat. Sein eigener Appetit ist dabei genauso gewachsen, doch hat er immer mehr die kreativen Grenzen der Provinz zu spüren bekommen. Paris war für ihn keine Option - zu snob und starr, alle Plätze wurden schon vor langer Zeit besetzt. Aber Berlin war das genaue Gegenteil davon. 2003 war alles noch recht wild in der Hauptstadt, besonders in der Party Welt. Als Béné also angekommen ist, hat es nicht allzu lange gedauert, bis er seinen Weg in die Clubs gefunden hat. Er sollte sich bald um Setlisten, Bands und DJs bei Clubs wie Maria und Chez Jacki kümmern. Die Clubs und Bars waren das pulsierende Herz der Stadt, für sie gab es weder Grenzen noch Regeln. Absolute Freiheit - und Unschuld - zumindest für kurze Zeit. Doch auch Berlin musste irgendwann erwachsen werden, wenigstens ein bisschen, aber Veränderung muss ja nicht grundsätzlich schlecht sein. Béné lies die Clubs hinter sich und wurde Manager einer Weinbar, dem Brut, auf der Torstraße. Es war einer der früheren Orte, wo Wein, Käse und Brot endlich mal fantastisch geschmeckt haben. All diese Jahre und Erfahrungen haben an der Formel für Bénés eigene Bar, die er 2017 zusammen mit seiner Frau Martina eröffnet hat, gefeilt und geschliffen. Es ist also keine Überraschung, dass Rhinoçéros eine Bar ist, die alles richtig macht. Französischer Wein und Käse, japanischer Whiskey, die Atmosphäre immer warm und intim. Es fühlt sich ein bisschen wie zuhause an, nur halt besonders. Auch wenn das schon ausreichen würde, so hat Bénés Liebe für Jazz, Schallplatten und Vintage HiFi Systeme die Türen zu einem japanischen Phänomen geöffnet: die Jazz Kissa Tokyos. Das ist eine Bar, in der Menschen Schallplatten anhören während sie Tee, Whiskey oder Wein trinken. Im Rhinoçéros gibt es daher besondere Abende, kuratierte Listening Sessions, bei denen die Gäste vor 1976er Bowers & Wilkins Lautsprechern sitzen, um legendäre Jazz Alben anzuhören.
