That's our new number now... Sydney at 6 covered someone getting locked up for hiding lizards in popcorn packets to smuggle them, then we discovered real estate agents are promoting properties by singing hilarious cover songs. We spun the Wheel for 'Can I Have the First Line?', heard brutal birthday stories including a woman whose Vegas 40th got COVID-cancelled and Luke Burgess who got burgled on his 16th, and New Music Friday delivered the goods. A New York woman hired a handyman off TaskRabbit for his cute profile pic and now they're engaged, Ring doorbell cameras caught a drunk UK mum locked out yelling "let me in" while her son replied "I'm in Spain," and we asked about celeb crushes after discovering women are rejecting men based on their hall pass choices. We crowned Caller of the Week and wrapped with our Week In Review.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

A great laugh and a warm spirit resonates throughout this passionate self-taught chef. Listen as this Urbana native talks growing up in the diversity of Urbana, the opposing demographics of the Broadlands, team sports, alternative schools, working in dozens of kitchens, the importance of culture and food, the misery of manual labor, the incomparable feeling when cooking for others, couch surfing, working 20-hours per day and finding a home at the VFW 630. There are so many lows in this story, Benny took a lot of hits. However, he kept finding himself returning to the kitchen to find direction and happiness. What if everything you've been told about menopause is wrong? In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Mary Claire Haver — board-certified OB/GYN and leading menopause expert — to unpack the science reshaping women's health. We break down the FDA's recent removal of the 22-year black box warning on hormone therapy, why only 4% of women use HRT today, and how fear and misinformation have shaped decades of care. Dr. Haver also dives into the rise of menopause “biohacks,” from NAD and PRP to the fundamentals that truly move the needle: sleep, strength training, and metabolic health. Her message is simple: Menopause isn't a disease — it's a transition, and you deserve informed, evidence-based support. Without marshals, we wouldn't be able to go racing. In their bright orange jumpsuits, they're hard to miss. Hundreds of them are dotted around the track to ensure the safety of all the drivers competing in every series during a Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend. So how do they keep drivers safe? What roles are different marshals performing at different parts of the circuit? How do they know which flags to wave? What's the process they go through when responding to incidents on track? And how do they work with Race Control? Ahead of the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Christian Hewgill and Katie Osborne have been speaking to Mike Vandament and Jennifer Kelly, both of whom volunteer as marshals at the Circuit of the Americas, to answer your questions about what they do during a race weekend. And if you're interested in becoming a marshal, Sydney Davis Yagel works for the Sports Car Club of America. It's her job to get people started with marshalling and other trackside jobs. Sydney tells Christian and Katie how she gives people those opportunities and what type of person she thinks makes a good marshal.
