This audio is Part 2 of the video. The Third Temple and the Abomination that Make Desolate. In order to understand what may soon come to pass on the Temple Mount we must look at various positions regarding the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple… i.e. the third temple. We all know that one of the main obstacles in the way of rebuilding a Jewish Temple on Temple Mount are the Islamic buildings which are currently occupying this space. One possibility is based upon a little publicized rabbinic writing from a Rabbi Architect named Moshe Komsky that is linked to or cited on both the Christian study bible site Blue Letter Bible and the Jewish templemount.org site if you know where to look. I will play part of a video in which I believe well known past Knesset member and temple mount activist Yehuda Glick espouses what I believe is the very idea expressed in this Jewish paper. This proposal suggests that because the Dome of the Rock was built by what the Jews consider to be the monotheistic religion of Islam it would be suitable to not only remain on temple mount next to a Jewish temple but could indeed be incorporated INTO the House of Prayer for all Nations… i.e. the end times Jewish Temple. The paper proposes that the Dome of the Rock would become a central altar or worship area and then wings would be added onto it as houses of worship for each of the 4monotheistic religions which according to this paper includes Hinduism. This would then make this Dome of the Rock which very well could have been built right over the place of the Holy of Holies into a house of prayer for all nations as the proponents of this idea call it (but we call it a house of prayer for all religions). Actually we'll go one step further and call it the Abomination that makes Desolate should this be the route that is taken and we will explain why. Once I show this to you and explain the symbolism you will not be able to UN-see it and it should cause anyone who loves and wants to honor YHWH and Y'shua His Salvation to sigh and cry over this Abominations being done there as in Ezekiel 8's account of the writer with the ink horn.

The Joy of His Salvation by Mike Hakanson, Colossians 2:8-10
Egyptians Sink Down into Sea, Revelation Beast Rises out of Sea, 12 Springs of Water, 12,000 from Each of the 12 Tribes, the Song of Moses & the Song of the Lamb. Incredible connections between Exodus chapters 14 and 15 and Revelation chapters 14 and 15 incredible when read back to back! Pharaoh and the Egyptian army is drowned in the sea in Exodus but then in Revelation the beast with 7 heads 10 horns and 10 crowns representing the culmination and ultimate end time manifestation of the enemy's beast system throughout history is being resurrected out of the sea! After their salvation through the red sea the children of Israel sang the song of Moses praising YHWH for His Salvation, His Y'shua which is our Savior's Hebrew Name and means YHWH's Salvation. YHWH promises the Children of Israel He will bless and heal them of all diseases if they will just obey His statutes and commandments the first of which they were tested on after crossing over was His 7th day Sabbath. We see that the book of Revelation is all about 7s, 7 seals, 7 trumps, and 7 bowls of judgements & wrath. Then the children of Israel camp where there are 12 springs watering 70 palm trees! Revelation 14:7 says, “Fear Elohim and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgement has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the SEA and SPRINGS OF WATER.” Read together with the Exodus account this verse in Revelation is obviously referring us back to the Egyptians being drowned in the sea and the Israelites camping by the 12 springs which water the 70 trees! The 144,000 (12,000 for each of 12 tribes) first fruits represent the 12 springs, second exodus and ultimate judgement of the world's end times Pharaoh and his beast system! Then in Revelation Babylon falls and the beast enacts his mark. Whomever his mark, name, his number or worships the beast also receives the wrath of YHWH that was intended for the beast and his followers. Those that choose Egypt and the world's kingdom if you will over YHWH and His Kingdom. The earth is then reaped and those that stood strong in the Lamb having victory over the beast, his image, his mark and the number of his name were delivered from the beast and sing the Song of Moses from the Exodus and the Song of the Lamb by whose salvation they were able to gain the victory over the beast and therefore were delivered out from the 7 bowls of wrath or ultimate plagues of YHWH intended for the beast and his kingdom! HalleluYah!

This is message 25 in the Isaiah series. Isaiah 25:1-12 God's people have always waited for Him, trusting His promises and hoping in His salvation. Isaiah 25 points to the day when that waiting is over—when the Lord reigns in glory, evil is defeated, death is conquered, and all nations gather to worship Him. This is our God; we have waited for Him, and He is faithful. Remembering in a world of constant change is hard to do. But we must. If we don't we are doomed to repeat the past. We remember for three reasons. We remember His Salvation. Remembering Stirs up Mercy. And remembering produces a specific atmosphere. We remember to honor the past but also to learn from it. The good and bad. God has done so much for us we must never forget all His works, blessings, love, attributes and so much more.

Thank you. There are many believers who are always trying to talk to their loved ones, friends and others about Jesus Christ and His Salvation. They are routinely met with scorn, mocking and anger, even demands to stop talking about Jesus. The striving to do so has been intensifying because of the knowledge of the serious shortness of time. I think of that verse in Proverbs 19:7:"All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth them with words, yet they are wanting to him." I have always looked at this verse as pertaining to those who are saved that go forth to pursue friends and family with "the words of eternal life," but they want nothing to do with them. They are always looked at as crazy, fanatical, an embarrassment, and the word of God as empty. If you have been pursuing those around you with the word of God and they are not interested, and ask you to leave them alone, do it. You will then have entered into another phase. Instead, now live among them in joy, in righteousness, in "well-doing as unto God, as unto the Faithful Creator." If they do not want to hear, then let them see Jesus Christ alive and living in you, which is many times much more powerful than any words. Remember there are many people who believe and receive Christ differently. Never surrender, never give up, always keep living for Christ and praying in secret places for them. Practice and enjoy your spiritual autonomy. Go majestically alone and when you do, a great unrealized power will then enter into you, and all your life will be Christ's life lived out before them. Which in many ways speaks more powerfully than "the man who speaketh constantly." And when you do, trust God to save them as your life abounds evermore as an "aroma of life unto life and unto others death unto death" for His namesake. "Be not cast down. If ye saw Him who is standing on the shore, holding out His arms to welcome you to land, ye would wade, not only through a sea of wrongs, but through hell itself to be with Him." ~ Samuel Rutherford --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/joanie-stahl/support
"Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint." Pr. 2:13 God tells the prophet Hosea, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Hos. 4:6 Isaiah continues the theme speaking for God, "Therefore , My people have gone into captivity because they have no knowledge." The loss of the knowledge of the revelation of Jesus Christ, God's ultimate Revelation of His Will and His Salvation, is bringing us into captivity. That captivity is manifesting all around us. We are bound with lies and surrounded with liars, counterfeit prophets, deception, disillusionment, despair and death. But, we still have time to repent and embrace the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Friends of the Rosary: As we read in the Gospel today (Mt 23:1-12), Jesus said to his disciples and the crowd: "The greatest among you must be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, but whoever humbles himself will be exalted." The Son of God was talking about the spiritual pride shown by the scribes and Pharisees: "Do and observe all things whatsoever they tell you, but do not follow their example. For they preach but they do not practice." Being themselves the authors of many precepts, the Pharisees believed themselves to be equally the authors of their own sanctity. In other words, they rejected the merciful love of Christ, putting themselves away from Him and His Salvation. Ave Maria!Jesus, I Trust In You! Apostle Peter through his epistle was asking believers to be mindful of the second coming of Jesus Christ and how God wants everyone to come into complete repentance & saving knowledge of His Salvation in Jesus Christ. He furthered that some made a joke and mockery of it but believers must not do such but their hearts and minds should be full of God's word and live the life of it on daily basis by stirring up their minds into pureness. Daily Psalm's Quote: My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. This is the first time God, Yahvay, in His TORAH ( תּוֹרָה - TORAH - instruction not law) through the words of Jacob where the Lord tells us to get rid of the pagan gods. This focus of the Lord is found again and again in His Word. For instance the Lord tells Moses and all Israel that He is not coming to destroy Egypt and its people and the Pharaoh. NO! He says ... "For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments--I am the LORD." (Exo 12:12) He will execute judgments against the gods of Egypt. Later the Lord says that the gods the Hebrews took on in Egypt were not gods but שׁדים SHEDEEM H7700, 7736- wicked & destructive spirits that are called "demons" in Greek. We find this in Deuteronomy 32. "They sacrificed to demons (שׁדים SHEDEEM H7700, 7736) who were not God, To gods whom they have not known, New gods who came lately, Whom your fathers did not dread." (Deu 32:17) As one studies the Ten Commandments we read ... Then God spoke all these words, saying, "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth." (Exo 20:1-4) Over and over again the Lord speaks against the pagan gods, idols, pagan practices, and idolatry. Just like in the Ten Commandments we are to remember who God really is and then not to have any other gods before Him. But, there are NO other gods. The Bible is very clear on this. "See now that I, I am He, And there is no god besides Me; It is I who put to death and give life. I have wounded and it is I who heal, And there is no one who can deliver from My hand." (Deu 32:39) "Do not tremble and do not be afraid; Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it? And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, Or is there any other Rock? I know of none." (Isa 44:8) "I am the LORD, and there is no other; Besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me; ... " (Isa 45:5) So all the pagan gods of Egypt, the Canaanites, Greece, and Rome are not gods by שׁדים SHEDEEM!! These are evil spiritual entities - not devils, not fallen angels, but SHEDEEM. God through Jacob is now telling us to put away the שׁדים SHEDEEM among us. But have we? It seems that the USA has turned against God in a big way. Our "house" was a Christian house but it has been "cleaned out" of God, His Word, His Salvation, our Jesus. Jesus warns against this. "Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. Then it says, 'I will return to my house from which I came'; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation." (Mat 12:43-45) The spiritual "house" of the USA is cleaned out. We've taken God out of our lives, our society, our government, our schools, and even many of our churches (few teach God's word our "bread of life") Thus, it seems clear that by THE VERY WORDS OF GOD that we should see THE RETURN OF THE GODS by Jesus' own words. And these "gods" seemingly have returned. They are not gods but the שׁדים SHEDEEM. Check out the interviews with the Messianic Rabbi Jonathan Cahn parts 1 and 2. In these interviews Jonathan talks about this idea that the pagan gods have returned to America and it explains so much of the chaos, evil, death, hate, and destruction around us. שׁדים SHEDEEM has a Hebrew root word that means "destruction." Here's the links to these videos ... Part 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NagR4QAyfQA Part 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_axTQ5Xquvg More than this however is his commentary on the most popular movie of all time worldwide, "Barbie." This is no "child's movie;" it is an evil adult attempt to indoctrinate young girls to the anti God culture. It is a teaching tool for girls to reject womanhood, motherhood, and having children in Godly marriage. It is as if an ancient evil destructive goddess has returned, a SHEDEEM, and is symbolized in this doll called Barbie. It is as if Barbie is an idol of Ishtar whose picture is below. The picture above is of the ancient goddess, Ishtar, and is royalty free and accessible at Wikimedia. Check out the awesome and disturbing commentary on the "Barbie" movie by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn. . The Mystery Of Barbie, Ishtar, and Smashed Babies! - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKp-A6BBg-E So in God's TORAH we see over and over again the Lord's focus against pagan gods, idols and idolatry. But, there are no other gods. Yes. That is true. But not the שׁדים SHEDEEM that were behind the worship of all the pagan gods. God knows this is REAL and this REALITY is of the utmost danger to us. For a Father's Day gift this year, Kathy gave me “Frameo Digital Photo Frame”! We already had one at home that I think our kids gave Kathy for Christmas, so now, I have one in my office! The awesome thing about this digital frame is my adult kids now email me photos of them and my grandkids directly to the frame. They just show up! I don't have to mess with transferring files using Thumb Drives or SD Cards, which I'm horrible at keeping up with. (Yes, I know that sounds lazy…1st world problem and all that!) I just think its super cool to walk in my office and have brand new pics of my family waiting on me. I don't have to touch it and still get to see the ever unfolding story of my family! While HE has never needed a “Frameo Frame”, GOD has always been watching over and guiding the unfolding story of HIS “Forever Family”. HE let's us see it on every page of the Bible. Just like all of us, GOD's Forever Family is sometimes a bit messy in this life; but unlike us, GOD always perfectly loves and guides HIS Family into HIS Great Story of Redemption, even when they are extremely messy! In this message, we'll explore one of the most shocking chapters in the Bible and see how our Great GOD of Grace can lovingly transform and use the most traumatized person to bring HIS Salvation to the whole world! You may just see how to take the first step to deal with past traumas in your own life. Pastor Joe Still

What happens when we stop praising God and giving Him gratitude? Things start going wrong. Things move from bad to worse and we can even end up in a place where God says to us, "I'm going to let you go your own way."One of the hardest things that we can experience in life is receiving the natural consequences of our bad decisions. God doesn't give up on us. But He gives us over to do what we want to do and then we reap the results. It's almost as if we're driving toward a cliff with our foot smashed into the gas peddle. But is this what God truly wants for us? Watch and listen today as Joel and Ryan discuss the great and awesome God who saved us by the sacrifice of His One and Only Son to save us from the disaster that we can bring on ourselves. We will discover that a Holy and Loving God has a righteous wrath against sin which He poured out on Jesus to save us from going our own sinful way. God is able to clearly show us our problem so that we will be be looking for His Salvation and ready to receive it.Email us at cornerstoneonourwayhome@gmail.com
Sunday 25th December 2022 Exploring topological typologies of Christ's Incarnation at Christmas! Rivers of Tears Flow from My Eyes Because They Will Not Keep Your Word Psalm 119:136 The Doctrine (or teaching) of Salvation is revealed clearly within the Bible but it is also legitimate to find revelation of it through the Creation, confirmed by the opening chapter of Romans verse 16 to 21: 16 I am not ashamed of the Good News. It is the power God uses to save everyone who believes—to save the Jews first, and then to save the non-Jews. 17 The Good News shows how God makes people right with himself. God's way of making people right with him begins and ends with faith. As the Scripture says, “The person who is made right with God by faith will live forever.” Faith means believing in something unseen, in the Bible it has the same word meaning as believe or trust. 18 God's anger is shown from heaven against all the evil and wrong things that people do. By their own evil lives they hide the truth. 19 God shows his anger because everything that may be known about God has been made clear. Yes, God has clearly shown them everything that may be known about him. 20 There are things about God that people cannot see—his eternal power and all the things that make him God. But since the beginning of the world those things have been easy to understand. They are made clear by what God has made. So people have no excuse for the bad things they do. 21 Thus the Word of God tells us that God has clearly shown us everything that may be known about him within the Word and without. There are things about God that people cannot see, but since the beginning of the world those things have been easy to understand. They are made clear by what God has made. The Bible teaches that God has made the world and everything in it, in such a way as to reveal things about Him. God has created the world and done so like an artist or sculpture would do, leaving his signature or fingerprints on it for us to clearly see. In this episode, we will look at how the mountains, rivers and seas in the Jordan Valley provide some fascinating pictures which glorify God and support teachings found throughout His Word. Many thanks to Charlie Garrett whose analysis was the spark to light this work and further insight provided by other contributors to the body of Christ at the Superior Word church whilst studying the book of Joshua. Thanks to Nikki Higgins for her fellowship and love including thoughtful discussion on the apologetic aspects of this presentation. Thanks to Elsa Higgins for her observation about the Pre Tribulation rapture pictured by clouds that form before falling as rain on the Mount of Olives. Thanks to Samuel Higgins for finding the Jordan River in Job 40. Thanks to Joel Higgins for drawing my attention to the brother who was dead but now is alive. Thanks to Grace Higgins for her love of the Rivers of Tears song we made up to soothe her when she was crying. Thanks most of all to the Lord Jesus for guiding me through this study and comforting me with the two passages from 2nd Kings on the 8th Dec 22 when I found out the news of my brother's passing. 2 Kings 5:14 Elisha sent a messenger to Naaman. The messenger said, “Go and wash in the Jordan River seven times. Then your skin will be healed, and you will be clean.” The Doctrine of the Incarnation of Jesus our Saviour The Christmas story. The virgin born Saviour who took on flesh in order to live a perfect life which qualified as sacrificial atonement to be made as payment for the sins of all mankind. “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son. God gave his Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life. 17 God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through him. 18 He who believes in God's Son is not judged guilty. He who does not believe has already been judged guilty, because he has not believed in God's only Son. (John 3:16-19) It is marvellous that this is illustrated through the Jordan River! From the origination at Mount Hermon to the termination at the Dead Sea, God has provided a stunning picture to support the Bible narrative of Jesus coming down from Heaven, setting aside his divine attribute to Earth, Dying on the Cross for our sins, being buried and Rising again according to the Scriptures (1 Cor 15:3-4). Please seek to glorify the Lord in your heart as you follow these ten steps and praise our Lord, the Creator God ! “One that descends”. The name "Jordan" means "descender." Its name comes from the root ‘YARAD,' to descend. Paul writes in Philippians 2: “Christ himself was like God in everything. He was equal with God. But he did not think that being equal with God was something to be held on to. He gave up his place with God and made himself nothing. He was born as a man and became like a servant. And when he was living as a man, he humbled himself and was fully obedient to God. He obeyed even when that caused his death—death on a cross. So God raised Christ to the highest place. God made the name of Christ greater than every other name. God wants every knee to bow to Jesus— everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Everyone will say, “Jesus Christ is Lord” and bring glory to God the Father. (Philippians 2:5-11) The name of the majestic mountain which is the source for the Jordan River is Mount Hermon . in the (Hebrew it is Chermon Phonetic Spelling: (kher-mone') "sacred (mountain)" In one place it is called Chermonim (Psalm 42:6) using the Hebrew plural ending as seen in the word Elohim which means God but has a plurality distinct from El. Mount Hermon has three roughly equal sized summits, situated like the angles of a triangle, and equidistant about a quarter of a mile from each other. Hopefully you can imagine how this symbolises the Holy Trinity - three equal persons of God sharing one essence. God The Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. It is on this mountain that the scholars at Bible.org believe the transfiguration event occurred. The transfiguration is a biblical event that appears in each of the Gospel books as an important moment in the life of Jesus and evidence of his divinity. After Jesus performs a series of miracles and foretells His own death, Jesus leads exactly three of his disciples, to Hermon and his appearance was radiantly transformed. In Mark Chapter 9 we read: While these followers watched, Jesus was changed. 3 His clothes became shining white, whiter than any person could make them. 4 Then two men appeared, talking with Jesus. The men were Moses and Elijah (Mark 9:3-4) Then a cloud came and covered them. A voice came from the cloud. The voice said, “This is my Son, and I love him. Obey him!” (Mark 9:7) Jesus revealed his divine being. Some rivers begin in mountains or hills, where rain water or snowmelt collects and forms small channels. Some rivers begin where a natural spring releases water from underground. The Jordan River has three principal sources, all of which rise at the foot of Mount Hermon. As the water springs up having descended from the holy place, a picture of the virgin birth of Christ can be imagined. Isaiah 12:3 “With joy you will draw water from the springs of salvation.” As the river flows into Galilee the river path is quite ordinary picturing the humble early life of Jesus - Can anything good come from Nazareth? This changes once the river reaches the sea of Galilee - picturing the extraordinary life which is revealed during his ministry which begins with miracles and teaching around this very place. The change to a zigzag pattern after the Jordan leaves Galilee pictures Jesus' teaching and miracles across Israel. The Jordan river zigzags at least 153 miles, although if one is precise one can measure a river bed distance up to infinity - picturing the divine essence of Jesus. Jesus is God and Jesus is man. The God/Man Jesus Died for Our Sins - this is pictured by water entering the Salt Sea or Dead Sea which cannot support life - Fish carried in by the Jordan die quickly - the salt content is way too high for life, being ten times more than the average level of salt in the sea. Salt has a cleansing property. The sins of the believers are washed away by the shedding of Jesus' blood. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Jesus was Buried (The lowest point on Earth in terms of dry land is the shore of the Dead Sea) The days between Jesus death and resurrection where the lowest point in the lives of his friends. 39 Nicodemus went with Joseph. Nicodemus was the man who earlier had come to Jesus at night. He brought about 75 pounds of spices. This was a mixture of myrrh and aloes. 40 These two men took Jesus' body and wrapped it with the spices in pieces of linen cloth. (This is how the Jews bury people.) John 19:39-42 International Children's Bible Just as Jesus' body was encased in valuable minerals as it was buried so too the water arriving in the dead sea is sitting above a treasure trove of minerals. Most Valuable Piece of Land on Earth ( approx 5 trillion dollar ($5,000,000,000,000) chemical and mineral wealth is deposited at Dead Sea ). This vast value in some small way pictures the infinite price paid for the sins of potentially all people in the world. Interesting fact! The Dead Sea is known for its unique climate and the area has approx 330, (or 33 times 10) sunny days a year and Jesus' earthly life was 33 years! Jesus Rose again - Water in the Salt Sea evaporates and this pictures the resurrection. Evaporation is the process by which a liquid turns into a gas. It is also one of the three main steps in the water cycle. It can be easily visualised when rain puddles “disappear” on a hot day or when wet clothes dry in the sun. In these examples, the liquid water is not actually vanishing—it is evaporating into a gas, called water vapour. A river crosses two lands, picturing Heaven and Hell. The Children of Israel had to cross the Jordan River to enter the promised land (amazingly Charlie deduced that this was on the very same day of the first Passover (which in itself pictures Jesus' innocent personal sacrifice on the cross to pay for our sins and overcome death). This pictures our need to exercise faith in the Lord Jesus Christ's Sacrifice to escape the wilderness / Hell and enter The Promised Land / Heaven The very stones and rivers bear testimony, to that invisible yet wonderful reality. The water descends so profoundly, picturing an all encompassing sanctity. The Jordan River springs up at the foot of Hermon, continuing plainly until it reaches the Galilee. Until His teaching ministry has yet begun, Jesus' life appears to be quite ordinary. Now the river leaves Galilee, its journey zigzags much more. Spreading across Israel teaching about the Door, The Father is revealed for everyone to see! The Jordan River is where Jesus was baptised. A voice from Heaven cried out “this is my beloved!” Yes the Father spoke! “this is My Son in whom I am well pleased” The Holy Spirit descended on Jesus, His ministry was started. Now when he was at the age of thirty, Miracles abound around the Sea of Galilee. The lame walk, the blind see and the dead are no longer affected Jesus's offer to Israel of the Kingdom is rejected. Jesus's first advent and the Jordan River end unexpectedly. Instead of the river making its way to the ocean The water meanders into the Salt or Dead Sea. God has produced an amazing topography! Water in the sea evaporates under the 330 days of annual sun. Leaving behind the minerals and salt, which make swimming in it such fun! Salt has a cleansing property - a metaphor for the believers sins, washed away by the shedding of Jesus' blood, for the remission of our sins. Jesus left the Jordan River filled with the Holy Spirit. All believers now benefit from the full dwelling of His Holy Spirit. The water in the river symbolises the Spirit work which glorifies the Saviour, For the Spirit of God named this typological river, the Descender. Joshua and the Israelites had to cross the Descender In doing so the Promised Land they would enter, We must simply believe in the cross work of Jesus In doing so the Promised Land of Heaven we will surely enter! We face a choice, which is free and freely offered. Please make a one time profession Change your eternal destination! faith in the Lord Jesus! Change from death to life and be saved! Yes, just call upon Him and you WILL be saved! Overcome death Just as He did! Simply by faith in just what He did! Choose wisely. Choose life! Choose God's offer of forgiveness, Found in Christ! 2) How wonderful is the Word of God! Humanly speaking, the Bible was written by approximately 40 men and women of diverse backgrounds over the course of 1500 years. Isaiah was a prophet, Ezra was a priest, Matthew was a tax-collector, John was a fisherman, Paul was a tentmaker, Moses was a shepherd, Luke was a physician. Despite being penned by different authors over 15 centuries, the Bible does not contradict itself and does not contain any errors. The doctrine of the incarnation is referenced explicitly or implicitly by type or picture by all these writers. God declares that His Creation will also reveal his invisible attributes which are clearly seen. The metaphor of the Jordan River is astonishing yet is not alluded to by the writers, some of whom may not have even made the allegorical link. As well as the Incarnation the following doctrines are pictured in and around the Jordan River: The Doctrine of the Sealing of the Holy Spirit The Dead Sea is the only place on earth where you can sunbathe for long periods with little or no sunburn because harmful ultraviolet rays are filtered through an extra thick atmospheric layer which contains evaporated water particles from the Dead Sea. The Doctrine of Eternal Salvation - in Joshua 3, the Children of Israel cross the river on dry land, the waters then resume to their natural level and there is no way to cross back in the same way. The Doctrine of the Trinity - Hermon means Sacred - three equal height, equidistant mountain caps arranged in a triangle formation. The Doctrine of the Ministry of the Holy Spirit - in the way the water level falls at a place called Adam and is restored when the Ark picturing Christ's priestly work is pictured. The Doctrine of the 2nd Coming of Christ after the Rapture - God has provided a living breathing Bible Eschatological Map! Water enters dead sea 15.3 miles due East of Mount of Olives. Some water evaporates and forms clouds (picturing the saints rescued in the pre tribulation rapture), some water is left behind and remains in the Dead Sea signifying those heading into the tribulation period. The doctrine of the Kingdom Inauguration - The dead sea comes alive, signifying all Israel being saved Zech 12-14; Rom 11 (Israelogy - helps refutes Replacement Theology?) The doctrine of the first week of Creation - The river visits a place called Adam, and ends in death when Adam disobeys God leading to the Curse (Fish dying as they reach the Dead Sea) The Sovereignty of God over His Creation (implied from all the above). God created the water cycle in such a way that it serves as a continuous model which at the Jordan River pictures the death burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Either God has created the Geography of Israel to support key doctrines of the Bible or the writers of the Bible studied the geography and water cycle in and around the Jordan Valley in order to weave a story which was inspired by the Jordan River, yet did so without seeking barely any credit for their ingenuity! The only verse hinting at the powerful significance of the Jordan River compared to all over rivers was found by Samuel Higgins in Job 40. If the river floods, he will not be afraid. He is not afraid even if the Jordan River rushes to his mouth. Job 40:23 It is interesting that this is in the oldest book of the Bible, yet no other Bible authors make such a reference to the Jordan as far as I can find. The pictures found in the Jordan river are not lying on the surface but have been left just under it for us to discover.. It is incredible that we are being blessed to know this now! So the non believer has a choice to make. If the Bible was written without God the authors took this innocuous reference in the first book and then proceeded to weave the Jesus story ever more complex, without contradiction and yet consistent to the geography of the Jordan River OR the almighty God made this to glorify Himself OR the connection is just a coincidence. God graciously leaves the philosophical possibility of a coincidence open to us since it is not an understanding of evidence which pleases God it is faith alone. We all need to simply have faith or trust or belief in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. Have you put your trust in Christ for the forgiveness of sins? Nothing can compare to the water that Christ offers us. Let us close now by understanding how we can receive the forgiveness of God by believing the Gospel. Salvation by Grace alone through Faith alone. Grace is undeserved love. Faith or Belief is the act of trusting in something without seeing. Ephesians 2 8-9 8 … you have been saved by grace because you believe. You did not save yourselves. It was a gift from God. 9 You cannot brag that you are saved by the work you have done. We are saved only by believing in what Jesus did for us! Any person regardless of swimming ability can exercise faith that they would not drown in the Salt Sea and they would float without any effort. Undeserved floating instead of drowning as would occur in any other body of water on the planet. The Doctrine of Salvation by Grace through Believing is pictured at the Dead Sea where the Descender dies. The default position of man is one under condemnation (because of Adam's sin). We all deserve to die because of participation in a world of sin, but there is only one place we can be to avoid this penalty. The message of the Gospel is exclusive and non negotiable. Jesus is the way the truth, the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him. “. . . for whatsoever is not of faith is sin” (Romans 14:23) Closing Verse: 2 Kings 5:14 14 So Naaman went down and dipped in the Jordan seven times. He did just as Elisha had said. Then Naaman's skin became new again. It was like the skin of a little boy. And Naaman was clean! Thank you Uncle Charlie's for your excellent sermons at SuperiorWord.org. We learned that the water flow in and out of the Jordan river can be examined alongside the Bible record to highlight many important features of the Incarnation of the Second person of the Trinity, the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, the God/Man. RIVERS OF TEARS FLOW THROUGH MY EYES BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT KEEP YOU WORD! Ps 119 -- Praise the Lord for he has provided us with a teaching model within the very place in His created world in which the Bible story unfolds. This wonderfully reaffirms His Salvation plan through the Person of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah and Amen
Our children both came to our family through arduous adoption journeys. The Sunday when we finally stood before our church family and dedicated them to the Lord was a most joyous day! Imagine how Joseph and Mary felt when they took baby Jesus to the Temple to dedicate him into the Lord’s service. In the Temple courts, they met Simeon who was “righteous and devout” (v. 25). Under the leading of the Holy Spirit, Simeon had been actively watching for the Christ. He believed that God would keep His promise to send a Savior, and it seems he recognized Jesus immediately. Holding the baby in his arms, Simeon delivered his own hymn of praise—the fourth psalm in the book of Luke. Simeon’s song is called the Nunc Dimittus (Latin for “now let depart”), and in his first stanza, he gave glory to the Sovereign Lord for fulfilling His promise. Having seen God’s salvation, Simeon declared his readiness to leave this life in peace. Simeon called Jesus a “light” for all nations—a theme used repeatedly in Luke. Simeon also called Jesus “a glory” to Israel and a “revelation to the Gentiles” (v. 32). His Salvation would come through God’s chosen people and would extend to all nations. But Simeon’s song also included somber notes. While Mary and Joseph marveled at the message, Simeon turned directly to Mary and prophesied the opposition Jesus would face that would cause personal pain for His mother. Also present in the Temple was an elderly prophetess, Anna (v. 36). Widowed when she was young, she had dedicated her life to the ministry of intercession. Luke does not record her exact words, but we know she thanked God for Jesus and testified about Him to all who would listen. >> Simeon and Anna were faithful servants who followed God into their old age. Thank God for any older disciples who have provided a model for you to follow.

Mercy triumphs over judgement. But not if we reject its call. Having obeyed God in building the ark, Noah obeys His call by faith. It's not Noah's ark after all. His Salvation and ours is a gift. The Lord invites us to enter and we must obey. When we do He shuts us in, giving full assurance of salvation.
Fear and sickening frustration have come upon the Psalmist at the hand of a close friend. Yet, the God of His Salvation strengthened and sustained him.
There are four laws that apply to every human being. For the non-believer, they bring an understanding of where you are and show you hope. For the Believer, it is important to learn these 4 laws so you can quickly and confidently lead others into the kingdom of God and His Salvation. Teaching by: Rev. God is the living Hope and the Sacrifices for the lives who will always have His Salvation and the everlasting love we receive from Christ
We must rest in what God has done, both His Creation and His Salvation. We look at Calvary and rest in the work of the Saviour by accepting Him with all our heart and our soul. This is a rest that exceeds or goes beyond just the sabbath, it is a rest that becomes a lifestyle, trusting and resting as Adam verily accepted what the Creator did in providing a perfect environment, so are we to accept what Jesus Christ did for us on that cross and also by His resurrection.
This doctrine that would teach that God’s not done with the Jews. Some would teach that there is a difference in God’s economy, and in His Salvation plans, in direct contrast to Paul’s words, that there is a special group who are the literal, bloodline descendants of Abraham and everyone else. That God did make promises to Israel that are forever binding, and despite this talk of divorce, God’s got more plans up His sleeves. The big issue is Jesus! The wrench in this theology is Jesus! Jesus is the ONLY way of salvation for Jew or Gentile! PDF to outline can be found at sermon.net upload of this!

1. His Identity-2. His Repentance-3. His Salvation
Just like King David in this lament psalm, many of us face valleys of deep darkness and fear. In overwhelming situations, we learn from David who recalls the faithfulness of God and confidently prays to the God of His Salvation. Passage: Psalm 3
How Great Thou Art-God is GREAT in His DIRECTION-God is GREAT in His SALVATION
“Advancing Through or In ADVERSITY” ~ Philippians 1:12-26 THEME of Chapter : Christ OUR Life…….Verse 21 “For To Me , to LIVE is CHRIST To DIE is Gain” Four Qualities of AUTHENTIC Christian Faith: Adversity means to ADVANCE Rivalry causes Rejoicing TESTING Produces Triumph DEATH Unveils Delight PHIL.1:12-14(NKJV) ADVERSITY MEANS TO ADVANCE: 12 But I want you to know, brethren, that the things which happened to me have actually turned out for the furtherance (ADVANCE)of the gospel, 13 so that it has become evident to the whole [a]palace guard, and to all the rest, that my chains are in Christ; 14 and most of the brethren in the Lord, having become confident by my chains, are much more bold to speak the word without fear. ITIM 4:12-15 12 Let no one [a]despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, [b]in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to [c]14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. 15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. II Chron. 20:20,21 20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: PROSPER = saleah (SAH…LAYACH)…To advance ,prosper, make progress, push forward breakout WENT out BEFORE =yasaw (YAT-Saw) …To Proceed, move forward in front 2:2 2 but having both suffered before, and having been injuriously treated (as ye have known) in Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the good news of God in much conflict, PROVERBS 28:1 The righteous ARE BOLD as a Lion PHIL. 1:15-18(NKJ) RIVALRY CAUSES REJOICING: 15 It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. 16 The latter do so out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. 17 The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains. 18 But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. I Cor. 3:1-7 Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. 2 I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. 3 You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans? 4 For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere human beings5 What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. 6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. 7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. Acts 8:12-17 Philip, James , & John work together in Samaria to further the Gospel ROMANS 12:10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. 5:15-26 Fruits of the FLESH devour…Fruits of The Spirit bring LIFE!! James 3:14-16 14 But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15 Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. I Peter 2:1 Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. “I Want The Biggest TENT!” 4:2 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Hebrews 10:24 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds Can you take the success of others? That's one of the hardest tests of Christian maturity, isn't it? I don't think there is a clearer mark of Christian maturity than to be able to genuinely rejoice -- not just say pious words -- but genuinely rejoice in the success of another(THE LADDERJ) PHIL. 1:19-20 Testing Produces TRIUMPH 19 For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance(salvation) through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, 20 according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. “THIS” Refers to the fact that Christ is being EVEN MORE WIDELY PROCLAIMED due to Paul's imprisonment “Deliverance/Salvation” (SO..TERIA) not referring here to phys. Salvation…but more of a connotation of health & well being( 9:21,22) …This WORD means deliverance, preservation, safety, salvation (Phys. Or spiritually)…the context decides meaning BEAUTIFUL TRUTH HERE = The know. That Paul's Imprisonment was actually advancing the Gospel Message was like a TONIC to Paul's soul = HIS SALVATION, brought well- being to Him!!,instead of discouragement PRAYER!! Not possible w/o Prayer! 20..”EARNEST EXPECTATION”—( apokaradokia…Apo…kara…dakia)literally ‘away the head to watch' = to look to watch…to crane & out stretch ones Head LOOKING for something in Eager expectation!:-)(see ROMANS 8:19)….AN INTENSE FOCUS…Not looking anywhere else RIVETED on something…in this context, next phrase defines what Paul is focused on…w/ His whole HEART/Being “In nothing I Shall Be ashamed…BUT w/ALL BOLDNESS”….This literally means ‘The TOTAL Freedom of Speech”…..as He was in House arrest He could have given in to Fear of Govt.( Roman Empire)in Retaliation for His Preaching …shrunk back & failed in His Mission as The Gentile Apostle …He wanted to Maintain His Bold Testimony as shown throughout His missionary career NOTE it was Paul's INTENSE DESIRE (Earnest Expectation) to Magnify God IN /W HIS WHOLE HEART/BEING, not just His words, even if He had to lay down his life as a martyr……….see…. Christ will be magnified in my body…MAGNIFY…Literally to MAKE GREAT, Conspicuous..to GET Glory & Praise! I Cor. 4:5-12 5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 8 We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. 11 For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death is working in us, but life in you. 23:10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. I Peter 1:6,7 6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been [a]grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, PHIL. 1:21-26 “Death Unveils Delight” 21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. 22 But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I [a]cannot tell. 23 [b]For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. 24 Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you. 25 And being confident of this, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith, 26 that your rejoicing for me may be more abundant in Jesus Christ by my coming to you again. with Christ, which is far better. = A Christians VIEW of DEATH HOWEVER…… For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain =Paul's VIEW…He was content even overjoyed either way!...he was not ‘pining' for heaven…what about us!?, are we living such a LIFE, fully content, fulfilled, walking out God's plan daily (In EXCITEMENT! )& yet READY & Desirous of HEAVEN!? 3:4when the Christ -- our life -- may be manifested, then also we with him shall be manifested in glory. ACTS 17:28 For In HIM we LIVE & Move & Have our Being! “To Die” more literally, to Have died… this is showing that the state of death will usher in The Glorious heavenly realm I COR.5:1-8 For we know that if our earthly [a]house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our [b]habitation which is from heaven, 3 if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. 4 For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life. 5 Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as [c]a guarantee. 6 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. CONCLUSION: What do you think is really living? What kind of circumstance do you have to have before you can say "Oh, now I'm really living"? What do you substitute for "Christ" in these words of Paul? "To me to live is money"? Then to die is to lose it all, isn't it? "To me to live is fame"? To die is a name in the obituary in the paper and never have it there again. "To me to live is pleasure"? To die is to go out into an unknown. "To me to live is health"? To die is to lose my health. You see the only thing that makes sense in life is to say with the Apostle, "for me to live is Christ," because then you can say "to die is gain." The truth about the Christian faith is that heaven begins down here. 1:3 Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who did bless us in every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 2:6; For he raised us from the dead along with Christ, and we are seated with him in the heavenly realms—all because we are one with Christ Jesus. Adversity First, let's look at the meaning of ADVERSITY, and allow that to saturate our minds and hearts. In Hebrew, the word is “ra,” and has these following connotations: affliction, calamity, distress, hurt, evil, sorrow, trouble, being mistreated. Adversity is not only physical duress, but is often accompanied by a heavy mental and ---------------------------------------------------------emotional state of being as well. The word “ra” comes from a root word meaning to spoil harm, break, or grind into pieces that are good for nothing--worthless!...........see Job 1& 2 Ecclesiastes 7:13-14 Consider the work of God; for who can make straight what He hath made crooked? In the day of prosperity enjoy the good, and in the day of adversity consider: God hath also set the one beside the other, to the end that man should find out nothing {of what shall be} after him. (Darby trs.) Psalm 51:17 DAVID pleaded with God to have a BROKEN Spirit, and a BROKEN and CONTRITE Heart. In the Hebrew language, both BROKEN and CONTRITE in their root forms mean to be shattered and ground up into pieces beyond recognition. This shows then that David had accepted the “Gift of Adversity” that God had set before him. Amazingly this takes us back to the basic root meaning of ADVERSITY, which also means to be broken and ground up into nothing. Adversity, then, is all about leading us to fully humble ourselves in repentance, submission, and trust in our Heavenly Father, realizing that only by trusting in Him can we have the life he desires for us. I PETER 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Scripture For Today:Matthew 5:44“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Merry Christmas!Today, I simply want to talk to you a few minutes about the importance of this day. Whether Jesus was born on December 25th really does not matter. Whether He was born in the winter of the fall or the spring, really does not matter. Whether the celebration of Christmas has taken on a totally secular meaning for the world does not matter. Because of the celebration of believers everywhere, Christians coming together and celebrating the birth of the Savior into this fallen world – it does not matter what religion anybody is claiming to be (or none at all). Because even the most devout atheist, Muslim or Hindu must admit that today, December 25th, the rest of the world is celebrating the BIRTH OF JESUS. Whether or not they believe in Him does not matter to you. Whether or not they want to recognize today as the celebration of His birth into this world does not matter to you. Whether they die in their sins and go straight to hell for all eternity, as tragic and as heartless as this sounds – does not matter to you. You see, THEY have made their decision. You can be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ in the celebration of His birth. It really does not matter what day of the year, what season of the year or whatever you want to dispute. It really does not matter… All that really matters is the fact that TODAY, December 25th – the believers in this world ARE CELEBRATING. That is all that truly matters. I believe Jesus is happy that we are celebrating today. Whether or not it is truly the day He was born is irrelevant to Him. He has been since the beginning. One day a year – whatever day – really does not matter. As long as we are recognizing HIM as the Christ… THE MESSIAH… THE SAVIOR of the world! That is all He cares about! Amen! So go sing your Christmas carols. Go sing your Christmas songs. Go and open your presents and gifts. Go eat your huge banquet dinner. Go and watch your football or whatever it is you are going to do… But, as you go, please do ONE THING… Stop a moment, pray and just THANK JESUS for creating this day where the whole entire world, regardless if they believe in Him and His Salvation or not – the entire world, must recognize that TODAY – belongs to Jesus! Amen! Let's Pray! Until next time, this is Pastor Bob Thibodeau reminding you from 1 Thessalonians 5:17 in the Living Bible to “Always Keep on Praying!” AND MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!! Surrender. The word conjures up images of an army surrendering to a more powerful opponent. It's when you know, deep in your soul, that you can't win no matter how hard you try. It's when you give up. There's no more fight in you. That's exactly how God needs us to be if we want His Salvation, His Assurance of a 1-way, non-stop ticket to Heaven. He needs us to give up our pride, self-esteem, self-reliance and submit to Him ONLY. That means giving up our lifestyles that we've grown accustomed to and comfortable in. In today's chapters we find a frustrated prophet, who's given his all to tell the people of Judah, that they'd better give up their idolatrous lifestyles or they will face the consequences. It's a message for us today, also. Let's dig in… Keep reading in my blog where there are links to dig deeper and watch the special videos at the bottom…. If you want to reap all the benefits of salvation including the 1-way, non-stop ticket to Heaven then… Believe. Repent. Be Baptized. Receive the Holy Spirit. Pray this prayer humbly and wholeheartedly… “Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. Please forgive me. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and my life to you. I confess You as my personal Lord and Savior. I surrender my whole life to you and I will follow you for the rest of my life. Thank You, Jesus, for saving me. 12/02/2021 Romans 15 and Isaiah 11 Pastor Dave again reminds us that God's Word is true and that all it says will come to pass. One day "...every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess to God" Rom 14:11 (KJV) Do we really understand and know how great His Salvation is? Are we Sunday morning believers only or is Christ your life? Many people think that they can decide for themselves what is true with no regard or even caring about what God says is True. May we consider today and examine ourselves to know beyond a doubt that we have trusted in the only one that can save us Jesus Christ. Jesus said, " I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me" John 14:6 (KJV) May God Bless you as you listen today.
God has made and made known His Salvation, therefore we will Rejoice
God's eternal Judgment will determine each person's eternal destiny. This Judgment, which happens when we cross over the threshold from this life to the next, will be solely a judgment of that individual, and the decisions he has made in his life (Ezekiel 18:20). The Bible teaches that mankind generally goes through 3 Phases of Existence: (1) This Life. (2) The Intermediate State - after our spirit lays aside our body at death, we continue to exist, but as a disembodied spirit - this is just a temporary state between our death and resurrection. (3) The Eternal State, which starts at our physical resurrection, when our spirit puts on an immortal resurrection body. After death the invisible part of man (his spirit-soul), lives on independently from his body (the Immortality of the Soul). Although the body is mortal (subject to death), man's spirit is immortal, because its origin is the breath of God (Gen 2:7, Matt 10:28, 2Cor 4:16, Jn 6:47, 11:26, Rom 8:38-39). Our present body is a tent, a temporary dwelling place, that we'll lay aside one day, and then later in the resurrection we'll receive a permanent everlasting house from God. God will ultimately divide all mankind into 2 groups with 2 very different eternal destinies, decided at death, when a permanent separation takes place between the righteous and unrighteous. The condition of each soul at death will determine its destiny for eternity (Ecc 11:3, Rev 22:11). He either dies 'in their sins' (John 8:24) or 'in the Lord' (Rev 14:13). As with our court-system, Eternal Judgment takes place in 2 Stages: *(1) Stage 1 determines a man's guilt or innocence. This happens immediately after death (Heb 9:27, Ecc 12:7). If he dies ‘in the Lord' (in a state of righteousness), he goes UP to be with the Lord in Heaven. If he dies ‘in his sins' (in a state of unrighteousness), then he goes DOWN into Hades, to a place of punishment. *(2) Stage 2 happens at his resurrection, when he will appear before the Judge for sentencing. Believers will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to be judged according to their works to determine their eternal rewards. Unbelievers will stand before the Great White Throne for their final sentencing. They are judged according to their works to determine the degree of their eternal punishment. They are then dismissed to their final place of punishment, the Lake of Fire (Rev 20:11-15). From the true story of the rich man and Lazarus (Luke 16:19-26), we see what took place at death, for those who died before Christ's Resurrection. They remained conscious and went down to Hades into one of 2 different compartments. The righteous went into Paradise and the unrighteous into Torments, and these 2 groups were forever separated from each other by a great Gulf, so that it was impossible to go from one compartment to another. Thus their eternal destiny was fixed at death. Then we reveal how Christ made the New Birth possible through His death and resurrection, so that now, in Christ, our born again spirits are perfect. So now, when believers die, they go straight up into Heaven. However, unbelievers (who reject Christ and His Salvation) still go down to Torments in Hades when they die, just as they did before Christ's Resurrection.

Ephesians 5:20; I Thessalonians 5:16-18 | A sermon for Thanksgiving. During the Thanksgiving season we all look forward to spending time with family, eating delicious food, and sharing about what we are most thankful for. Though we pray to God giving thanks to Him for everything He has given us, how often do we stop and thank Him for giving us His Salvation? As Christians we all have something to be thankful for; God sending His Son to die for our sins so that we may live eternally with Him! www.warrencommunitychurch.org

Text: Mark 4:30-32 Series: “Jesus' Parables and the Mystery of the Kingdom” Do you remember the Mother Goose nursery rhyme you learned as a child, the one that went like this? Mary, Mary, quite contrary, How does your garden grow? With silver bells, and cockle shells, And pretty maids all in a row. Now, I'm not much of a gardener, but that seems to me to be a strange sort of garden; don't you think? Yes, silver bells and cockle shells are types of flowers. But pretty maids? What's that about? Suffice it to say that many see the rhyme as having a dark meaning, one that goes back to 16th century Scotland and Mary, Queen of Scots. The origins of the rhyme are not fully known, but from what the rhyme tells us, one thing is crystal clear. This “Mary” is a different kind of gardener, she is a contrary gardener; and by that I don't think that description of Mary refers just to her countenance. I believe it refers more to the contrary way in which this Mary goes about her gardening. But even then, the rhyme poses the question, “Does her contrary approach to gardening lead to any results? Does her garden grow?” because that's what gardens are supposed to do. Gardens are supposed to grow. So, how does your garden grow? I'm not talking so much about your garden at home or at your farm or on your back porch. I'm talking about what you do for the Kingdom of God and how your faith has been planted in such a way that it yields the results our God is looking for. According to Jesus, this result is what matters most to God; and if we have nothing to show for our efforts, more than likely that's the case because of how we have been following too much the prevailing view of life and have not fully adopted the contrarian ways of the Kingdom of God. So spoke Jesus in this Parable of the Mustard Seed. It's a parable found only in Mark's Gospel, though there are parables in Matthew and Luke that make a similar point. Nonetheless, the Gospel of Mark was originally intended for believers in the Imperial City of Rome, the seat of the Emperor Caesar, a ruler who would not tolerate contrarian views of any type to his authority. But of course, Christians could not accept the authority of Caesar; Jesus was their Lord. Therefore, their faith in Christ was a contrarian one in their first century world, and this parable Jesus told helped them to see that as small as their witness must have seemed to be in comparison to the greatness of Caesar and the Roman Empire, their witness to Jesus would in fact win the day. This parable is the last of three “seed parables” in the fourth chapter of Mark's Gospel, the emphasis on which is the mustard seed. Now, as most of you know, in Jesus' day, the mustard seed was the smallest of all seeds. A mustard seed was no more than one or two millimeters in diameter, which is about the thickness of your driver's license. So, unless you had lots of mustard seeds in your hand, you'd likely not be able to see one with your naked eye. Therefore, what Jesus tells us is that something as grand and glorious as the Kingdom of God stems from such a small and humble beginning as a mustard seed. Should that truth really come as a surprise to us? Think about how God has always worked in ways most have always missed, because they were looking in other directions. In the Old Testament we read of how God chose a people for Himself not from a mighty nation like Egypt or Assyria, Babylon or Persia, but from a band of nomads who had descended from Abraham, a nation called Israel, “they who strive with God.” We see how when God chose to send His Messiah, the Agent of His Salvation into the world, he did, as the prophet Micah prophesied, in Bethlehem Ephrathah, which though “little among the tribes of Judah,” would the one from which would come “the ruler of all Israel” (Micah 5:2). We see it in the prophet Zechariah, as he prophesied about the good future God had for His people, offered them this warning: “Who despises the day of small things?” (Zechariah 4:10). And in the New Testament, we see these same contrarian tendencies played out in Jesus, who was born to a virgin, raised in a small village Nazareth, and crucified in a seemingly barren outcropping outside the gates of Jerusalem called Calvary, Golgotha in the Hebrew, the Place of the Skull. Evidently, it's not just in our day that people have automatically assumed that bigger is always better. People in Bible days did as well, which explains why so many then and so many today miss out on so much of what God is about in our midst. They're looking for growth in all the wrong ways and in all the wrong places. This is not how it will be with the Kingdom of God, says Jesus. “The Kingdom is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest seed you plant in the ground. Yet when you plant it (not if, but when you plant it), it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds of the air can perch in its shade.” What's interesting about this parable is that Jesus chooses the garden plant as the image of how and to what end God's Kingdom would grow. He didn't choose a magnificent oak as did Ezekiel or a majestic cedar as did Isaiah. Jesus chose a garden plant, a big shrub. Yes, the shrub Jesus spoke of was one that could grow as high as 8 to 10 feet. But it wasn't the height that was the important thing; it was the fact that the birds of the air, which in the Bible always refers to the nations, will be able to come and perch in its shade. If there's a principle for us to take from this parable, it's the principle that bigger is not always better; better is better, with better being our ability to live into the purpose to which God has called us – that purpose being the winsomeness of our witness that might attract those looking for a place to perch to consider the peace that perching with a people who belong to Jesus can bring. We live in a day when there seems to be a lot of handwringing going on around the future of the church. The prevailing wisdom is that things, which were bleak prior to COVID, will be even bleaker after it, as people continue in the habit of staying away from church to the point that, as some experts are predicting, one in three churches will close their doors in the next year. And so many churches have begun doing their best to emulate the prevailing culture so that their church won't seem irrelevant and out of touch with the masses. But is that the best way to grow the Kingdom? I don't think we should ever forget the words of William Inge, Dean of St. Paul's Cathedral in London, England, who back at the turn of the last century, in 1911, uttered these immortal words of warning to the church: “It is not certain that religious bodies ought to cooperate with secular movements at all,” said Inge. (For) if you marry the spirit of your generation, you may well become a widow in the next.” (“Christian Ministers and Politics,” The Wells Journal, December 14, 1911, p. 6) I don't know what the future for Mountain Brook Baptist Church will look like post-COVID, and I don't believe anyone does. But what I do know is that there are plenty of birds looking for a place to perch and if we at this church would be willing to employ whatever measure of faith we might have at our disposal, small as it may seem to us to be, then the God who is the Lord of all creation and who has granted to us the possibility of eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ, that same God will work through this church in the most remarkable ways as we trust our future fully to Him. Are you willing to do that in your life, and just as importantly, are you willing to do it in concert with others God's Spirit has brought our way? It is, after all, the only way this garden will grow. And while we may not grow to be the biggest church, we will certainly grow to be the most faithful one, which in the end will be what to God matters most of all. Mark 4:30-32

If Jesus was all-powerful why didn't he come down from the cross. If Jesus was all knowing how come he didn't find another way besides the cross. the truth of the matter is the cross was God's idea from eternity past. The Bible describes Jesus as the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. In the cross and all holy God became himself a sacrifice for his sin shattered creation. On the Cross the Greatest transaction in human history took place, I gave him my sin and guilt and He gave me His Salvation and Grace.

Psalm 65-67 New King James Version Praise to God for His Salvation and Providence To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. 65 Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the [a]vow shall be performed.2 O You who hear prayer,To You all flesh will come.3 Iniquities prevail against me;As for our transgressions,You will provide atonement for them. 4 Blessed is the man You choose,And cause to approach You,That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house,Of Your holy temple. 5 By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us,O God of our salvation,You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth,And of the far-off seas;6 Who established the mountains by His strength,Being clothed with power;7 You who still the noise of the seas,The noise of their waves,And the tumult of the peoples.8 They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening [b]rejoice. 9 You [c]visit the earth and water it,You greatly enrich it;The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain,For so You have prepared it.10 You water its ridges abundantly,You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers,You bless its growth. 11 You crown the year with Your goodness,And Your paths drip with abundance.12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness,And the little hills rejoice on every side.13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing. Praise to God for His Awesome Works To the Chief Musician. A Song. A Psalm. 66 Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!2 Sing out the honor of His name;Make His praise glorious.3 Say to God,“How awesome are Your works!Through the greatness of Your powerYour enemies shall submit themselves to You.4 All the earth shall worship YouAnd sing praises to You;They shall sing praises to Your name.” Selah 5 Come and see the works of God;He is awesome in His doing toward the sons of men.6 He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot. There we will rejoice in Him.7 He rules by His power forever; His eyes observe the nations;Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah 8 Oh, bless our God, you peoples! And make the voice of His praise to be heard,9 Who keeps our soul among the living,And does not allow our feet to [d]be moved.10 For You, O God, have tested us;You have refined us as silver is refined.11 You brought us into the net;You laid affliction on our backs.12 You have caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But You brought us out to [e]rich fulfillment. 13 I will go into Your house with burnt offerings;I will pay You my [f]vows,14 Which my lips have utteredAnd my mouth has spoken when I was in trouble.15 I will offer You burnt sacrifices of fat animals,With the sweet aroma of rams;I will offer bulls with goats. Selah 16 Come and hear, all you who fear God,And I will declare what He has done for my soul.17 I cried to Him with my mouth,And He was [g]extolled with my tongue.18 If I regard iniquity in my heart,The Lord will not hear.19 But certainly God has heard me;He has attended to the voice of my prayer. 20 Blessed be God,Who has not turned away my prayer,Nor His mercy from me! An Invocation and a Doxology To the Chief Musician. On [h]stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. 67 God be merciful to us and bless us,And cause His face to shine upon us, Selah2 That Your way may be known on earth,Your salvation among all nations. 3 Let the peoples praise You, O God;Let all the peoples praise You.4 Oh, let the nations be glad and sing for joy!For You shall judge the people righteously,And govern the nations on earth. Selah 5 Let the peoples praise You, O God;Let all the peoples praise You.6 Then the earth shall [i]yield her increase;God, our own God, shall bless us.7 God shall bless us,And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.

And I waited patiently for the Lord and He heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. Psalms 40. David goes on to share the testimony of the Lord's doing and to give glory to His name, declaring that a man whose trust in the Lord is blessed. Verse 10, David proclaims the righteousness of the Lord, declaring HIs salvation to all men and revealing His loving kindness for all to see. The Lord's doings in your life is a powerful testimony that we cannot afford to conceal. We proclaim the righteousness of the Lord, we declare His Salvation and reveal His loving-kindness towards us through the sharing of our testimonies. The testimony of Christ is the word of prophecy for others to hold on and put their trust upon the Lord. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/lifeeternalministry/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/lifeeternalministry/support
Joshua & Jericho, A Type Of Jesus, His Salvation & His Second Coming
A Lamb for a House II Many Christians want to know how to live right, or how to have a greater relationship with Jesus Christ. If I could tell any Christians what they should do, I would tell them to go in, close the door and eat the Lamb. This picture was painted in Israel. On the first Passover Israel was commanded to slay a Lamb, put the blood of the Lamb on the door post and eat it all, save nothing until the morning. They were to burn any remainder. All the Lamb had to be consumed and Israel would come out of the door in the light of the New Day. This picture should be a reality in Christ. We enter the DOOR, who is Christ. “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” We come out of this DOOR in the Light of the New Day. We come out in the reality of Christ. This is the picture painted in Israel. A people coming out of the Door, leaving their old things behind, and pressing toward the prize, which was Canaan land for them. The prize we press toward is the fullness of God in Christ, our Canaan land. Jesus says in John’s Gospel unless you eat His flesh and drink His Blood you have no life in you. He later says that the words He is speaking, are Spirit and Life. Much like the Israelites, we have to eat the fullness of the Lamb. We go through the Door and inside the Door we eat the Lamb, until we see the Light of the New Day. I believe this is said another way in the Book of Corinthians. In Corinthians 11, Paul makes a statement referring back to the Last Passover Jesus ate with His Disciples. Here Jesus told his disciples He was giving His Body and Blood for the New Covenant. He told them the cup of Blessing they bless is New Covenant in His Blood. Paul says we are to eat this bread and drink this cup and show the Lord’s death until He come. 1Corinthians 11:23-26 “For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. 25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. 26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.” Does this mean we are to take communion, eat bread and drink wine or grape juice until the Lord literally comes? I do not believe this is what is being said. We eat His flesh and drink His Blood until He comes forth in us. We actually do this over and over again in the views of Christ given by the Holy Spirit. We eat the word until the Lord appears. He appears where He is at. He is in the Church who is His Body. This is what Jesus meant in John 6:54 “Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” We eat His flesh and drink His blood and He raises us up. We come from the reality of Adam, the old man, TO the reality of Christ. This is the resurrection, being raised up into the Newness of Life. Jesus said to Martha, “I am the resurrection and the Life.” We are made alive with Him, raised with Him and seated with Him, Paul writes to the Ephesians. The LIGHT of the eternal Day of God is how we see this. We see this Day the Lord has made through the Light, who is Christ. We walk in the Light as He is in the Light. Men and women have walked in the Light of this Day since the resurrection of Jesus Christ. “This is the Day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.” We walk in the Day of His Salvation. The Day that He is the Light of. Glory to God!
Feb. 23, 2020 - Today we are given the Parable of the Sower from the Gospel of St. Luke chapter 8. Jesus describes the different soils onto which the seed falls. One type of soil is the hard ground of the path and represents seed falling on hard hearts. Another type is the seed that falls on rocky ground and the seed cannot go deep in the soul. The third type of ground is filled with thorns and when the seed falls and begins to grow it is choked do death by the worries and distractions of life. The final soil is the good soil onto which the seed falls and bears a tremendous crop. Which of these is the soil of our soul. Perhaps it is a bit of each type of soil. Today we talk about the need to take the seed which is the grace of God unto salvation and cultivate by that grace the soil of our soul in order that all of the benefits of the Kingdom of God and His Salvation may blossom in our lives and for the life of all those around us.

Are you walking around with a sense of hopelessness? Listen to this and you'll learn about the confident hope that only God, through Jesus can give you as a benefit of His Salvation. Matthew 7:24-27 Tyler Willis In this parable, Jesus gives us a clear picture of what it looks like to build our lives on either rock or sand. Our lives constantly get battered with waves of trials and the foundation on which we build will be revealed. Building on our Rock, the Word of God made flesh, Jesus Christ, is a foundation that will never be shaken. When we build our lives on the redeeming work of Christ, we can stand on the Rock of His Salvation. That is secure.

Our first message in the Luke3andMe series helps us discover our connection through Christ to God by way of those in the Genealogy of Jesus. The common problem all people have is we are disconnected from our Creator God because of sin. The story of humankind illustrated by the family of Jesus covers the first 4000 years of human history and how God over and again kept alive a line of faithful believers to preserve the lineage of Christ. Better understanding their stories provides the context we need to preserve our connection to Christ and His Salvation in our time. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/michael-simmons5/support

Ivan talked about the importance to evangelize because Jesus has commanded us to do so. We have the unlimited amount of cure for this dying world and Jesus is the answer. Sermon Notes: Mark 16:15-20 - Sad to say but this has become the reality of many in the American Church ,(God's Church). - They feel like this scripture doesn't apply to them. Like it only applies to special people, u know the ones born with a halo over their head. Think about it: If the early disciples did that, then the book of Acts would not be called the book of Acts but it would be called the book of Sitting. - The message of Jesus Christ would never have reached me or you. But the early disciples did go, they preached everywhere, the Lord did work with them and confirmed his word by signs following. Look at all the action words in Jesus's command. - "We owe the world an encounter with God" Bill Johnson Question burning in my Heart: - "Lord, why are not more of your disciples, believers, your children, your people, your messengers, not doing what you called and commanded them to do? 1. because we became comfortable, with their own lives. - we have houses, friends, families, friends, cars, clothes, jobs and all the necessities of life. - we love comfort. Felt like the Lord Say, " Sometimes it takes Pain to reach the Lost" John 3:16 When I gave my only begotten Son, It was painful. He had to leave the beauty of Heaven, streets of Gold, a place where there is not even a shadow of darkness. To step into a place filled with darkness. To be laughed at, rejected, mocked and whipped. Finally to die on a cross just to reach them. That took a lot of Pain. - Comfort has taken more believers out of God's will then drugs or alcohol. 2. Laziness, Busyness and the Pleasures of Life - because of being Lazy or Busy, we do not read or pray. Because we don't read and pray, we are not filled with Faith. Because we are not filled with faith, we are not going to step out on something that we don't believe in. Pleasures of Life Dull our spiritual senses if we are not careful to be watchful. 3. More concerned about Self, Image, Reputation - Become concerned with what people will think of us. - If self is on the throne, you will be more concerned about how you feel or what people think of you. If Jesus is on your throne you will be more concerned about what he feels and what He thinks of you. - you will be able to handle rejection because its not about you. - you will be able to do God's will whether your recognized or not, cause its not about you. self is the ultimate enemy. 4. Jesus became too familiar/common - Do you remember your first fire?, how zealous you were about and for Him. - we have gotten over our own salvation. can you remember the time before you gave your life to Christ, how lost you were and how you felt? - If Jesus and His Salvation is not alive in us, how can we share that with others. 5. Lost sight of Eternity - heaven and hell Video According to 2011 world birth and death estimated rates: 4 people are born every second, about 2 die every second. 250 births each minute, 105 people die each minute. 15,000 births each hour, 6,316 die each hour. 360,000 births per day, 151,600 die each day. 131.4 million births per year, 55.3 million die each year. Parable Desire, Vision, and Goal Desire: Is a force that motivates the heart. Most of the time we are lead by our Desires. It can dictate the course of your life. When you really, really want something. Vision: When you see it in your heart, especially you doing it. Allow/permit your Heart to see what is possible. (John G. Lake) Goal: Practical steps that you are going to take to get there. Stepping out once a week (like it or don’t like it, feel it or you don’t feel it) Many Ways to Evangelize Healing (pain) Prophetic (Jesus at the well) Your Testimony Good Deeds/Works
Here is confidence for the believer. The Triune God has brought to you His Salvation and in that Salvation He has put you in His last will and testament. And you cannot be robbed of your inheritance.
We are presently in the hour of the Lord Jesus Christs 2nd appearance. Before Jesus God had used the Nation of Israel to display His Salvation by their Physical Redemption only. After Jesus Resurrection God has displayed His Salvation in the Church by their Spiritual Redemption Only. But now it is soon time for God to display both the Spiritual and the Physical Redemption. And He will do this once again in and through the Nation of Israel for the world to see and Glorify God their Creator.
Paul who began his life persecuting Christians and later was persecuted for being a Christian wrote the Book of Romans in 58 AD. His Salvation was between 33-36 AD. Paul suffered for being a slave to Christ while establishing Churches where God desired them to be planted.
Have you ever been to a high Mountain in the desert? When you reach the summit you can see miles and miles around you; because you have reached the You.On the mountaintops spiritually, reading His word you experience God in His Presence in life-changing ways. It is unlike anything you've ever experienced before. It may have been in a worship service, a quiet time, a prayer Time, a quiet time, or just a normal day, driving in the car or walking down the sidewalk. The Holy Spirit reveals to you things you never seen before. Those verses of Scripture that you've known all your life, they have new meaning. What you thought they meant, you find that they have a deeper meaning and even a deeper meaning than that each time that you read the you discover that God reveals Himself in his work in a personal way, so that you can experience God in a personal way.Mountains throughout the Bible are reported places for powerful, personal encounters with God.God said to Abraham, Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love and go to the region of Moriah; and offering there is a burnt offering upon the one of the mountains I will tell you. (Genesis 22:2) And Abraham stretched forth his hand and took hold of the knife to slay his son. (Heb. 11:17-19) But the Angel of the Lord called to him from heaven and said, Abraham, Abraham! He answered, Here I am. And He said, Do not lay your hand on the lad or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear and revere God, since you have not held back from Me or begrudged giving Me your son, your only son. so, Abraham called the name of that place The Lord Will Provide. And it is said to this day, On the mount of the Lord it will be provided. (Genesis 22:9-14)In Exodus 20 Moses received the 10 Commandments on Mount Sinai. Moses went up to God, and the Lord called to him out of the mountain, Say this to the house of Jacob and tell the Israelites:(Exodus 19:2-3)Elijah met God on Mount Carmel, with the 450 prophets of Baal and the 400 prophets of the goddess Asherah, who ate at Queen Jezebel's table. Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice and the wood and the stones and the dust, and also licked up the water that was in the trench. When all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and they said, The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God! (1 Kings 18:19-21, 36-39)God designed mountaintop experiences to bring a flow of joy and peace that eclipses any other human experience. They are designed by God to give you a personal encounter with him that is meant to give you a fresh awareness of His Presence And His Protection And His Guidance And His Love And His Grace.Just as God moved in particular way in times past, so he also does today. However after you experienced His presence in a new way. What did you do when it was over? You may wish you could stay experiencing his exhilarating presence, fellow shipping with the Lord. Because you love to feel your spirit soar. But that wasn't God's plan. You have to come down from that mountaintop to the people in the valley below; or they'll never know that they can go to the mountain of the Lord. And experience His Life-Changing Personal Relationship with Them. When you're on the mountaintop, God sends you down. Because it's not about the mountaintop… But about leaving the mountaintop, and what you do with the experience, message and illumination or revelation God gave you.God directs you down from the mountaintop, because His Blessings Cannot Stay on the Mountain Tops. You have to take his word and blessings and grace to the people. For the mountaintop is where God ministers to you, but He directs you down to the Valley where you Mr. others. God in you working through you causes you to share with others your mountaintop experience whom He brings across your path. You bring His Love to the unloved. You bring His Blessings to the cursed. You bring His Riches to the poor. You bring His Presence to the godless. You bring His Faith to the Fretful. You Bring His Peace to the anxious. You bring His Joy to the poor in spirit. You bring His Strength to the week. You bring His Grace to the undeserved. And you bring His Salvation to lost.
David said it this way: As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? (Psalm 42:1–2)Only God can quenchx your thirst for himself. Be joyful in every situation and circumstance of life by trusting God to manifest is fruit of joy and peace in your life.To Thirst is to painfully feel your want of, and to eagerly long for, those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, strengthened: by Christ Himself.Let's look at the Scriptures which speak of developing this hunger and thirst for God:“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled” (Matthew 5:6).•“. . . whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life” (John 4:14).•Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in Me will never be thirsty” (John 6:35).•If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.•“O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water” (Psalm 63:1).Jesus Christ is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. Who gives you of the Fountain of the Water of Life Freely to you who Thirsts for Him. For His Grace is with you Who Trust in Him. Amen.-Revelations 21:6, Romans 16:24The Lord Jesus Christ himself speaks to you saying: The Holy Spirit and the bride, the church, the true Christians say, Come! You Come who is thirsty, who is painfully conscious that yiur soul needs to be refreshed, supported, and strengthened; for you earnestly desire to come drink the water of Life without cost. (Revelation 22:17)Yes, Come Now you who is thirsty! Come to the waters; you who has no money, come, buy and eat! Yes, come, buy priceless, spiritual wine and milk without money and without price simply for the self-surrender that accepts the blessing. (Isaiah 55:1)The Lord Gives Living Waters to you Who Thirst for Him. Drink Deeply from His Spring of Life to Refresh and Renew your Every Longing. Let the Water of Life soak into the very depths of your being.Drink Freely as much of it is you want – as much of Christ Jesus as you Want With Joy Drawing His Living Water from His Wells of Salvation. Happy are you Who's God is the LORD!-Isaiah 12:3, Psalms 144:15Come Immedately When you Thirst, Come to Jesus Christ Who Satisfies All your Needs. Simply Trust in and Depend on Him as the Scripture Says and uiu will find: From your Innermost Being shall Flow Continuously Springs and Rivers of Living Water to Satisfy your Every Need.-John 7:3-38, Philippians 4:19Your Inner Self Thirsts for God, He is your Source of Hope Who Fills you Completely with All Joy and Peace in Believing in Him, and Causes you to Overflow with Confident Hope through the Power of the Holy Spirit.-Psalms 63:1, Romans 15:13God Created in you with a Thrist for Him, Who Created you. A Divine Thrist for His Word, His Truth, His Spirit, His Love and His Acceptance. A Thrist ONLY Satisfied in a Personal Relationship with Christ Jesus. Who Satisfies you and Fills the Hungry Soul with Good.-Psalms 107:9Only God can satisfy the thirst which only he can quench. Thirsting for him and being filled with Him is crucial for your spiritual health. He longs for you to first for him more and more, because he knows living in this world can be like a desert. So rejoice that he gives you what you need most free of charge. And joyfully draw water from the spring of His Salvation. Now thanks be to God for His Gift, Precious Beyond Telling, His Indescribable, Inexpressible, Free Gift! Rejoice and be Glad in the LORD of your Salvation. (2 Corinthians 9:15, Isaiah 25:9)
There are four distinct scenes that play out when Jesus meets Levi, the tax collector, in Luke 5:27-32. And each one plays a vital role in our understanding of the magnitude of Jesus' calling of Levi to be his disciple. Adam Barnett walks us through this engaging encounter. Levi Disqualified | Week 2 August 28, 2016 | Adam Barnett Luke 5 Red Bible: Page 1,599 God meets our rebellion with His RESCUE… our sin with His SALVATION… our guilt with His GRACE. The overwhelming focus of the Bible is not the work of the redeemed, but the work of the Redeemer. Luke 5:27-28 (NIV) 27 After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector by the name of Levi sitting at his tax booth. “Follow me,” Jesus said to him, 28 and Levi got up, left everything and followed him. Luke 5:29-30 (NIV) 29 Then Levi held a great banquet for Jesus at his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and others were eating with them. 30 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law who belonged to their sect complained to his disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?” Luke 5:31-32 (NIV) 31 Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
God brought His Salvation to the World through Jesus. Even Jesus was recognized among the Gentiles early on.
Unless you are perfect, you are in need of God’s grace to change you so that the world can see His Salvation in your life.
What are Living stones? Precious and Semi-precious crystals, emeralds, rubies, diamonds, tourmalines. These are often equated with believers as a unified yet diversified grouping, seen 1st in the breastplate of the High Priest in Exodus as they & last as the Foundation stones of the New Jerusalem which represents the Bride of Christ. The reason they are called living stones, is because crystals grow through various processes of vaporization and depositing of various minerals. One very interesting aspect of Crystals are their colors, many reds, greens, blues, purples, yellows, even multicolored....this gives them their splendor, beauty and appeal. Minerals or other impurities are infused into the crystal molecules. This speaks to me of how our different our situations, good bad and ugly have played into our understanding of God’s mercy and forgiveness. His Salvation is colored differently for each of us...That diversity helps us to better understand the manifold, multi-faceted splendor of our God - showing that all our impurities once redeemed give us opportunity to see & display His Redeeming power in our lives.
