Justin Tam from Qraft discusses the QRFT ETF and its A.I. guided investing strategies. “We're still fairly positive on the tech trade,” but the ETF is also diversifying into energy and other sectors in March. Top holdings now include META, GOOGL, TSLA, and AVGO. He also describes their AMOM ETF, which is focused on momentum and also uses A.I. technology. That fund's recent monthly rebalance increased energy holdings by around 5%, including in KMI. Its top holdings are similar to QRFT: NVDA, META, TSLA, and AVGO.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In 1984, Dr. Anna Fisher was part of the crew of the second flight of the orbiter Discovery. The STS-51A mission was to rendezvous with two satellites that had failed to make their designated orbits, capture them, and return them to Earth. It was the first space debris clean up mission. Now Dr. Fisher has joined the Board of Advisors for Kall Morris Inc. (KMI). She tells us what drew her to support their mission to clean up space junk. You can learn more about KMI on their website. Today we had the honor of hosting former Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana. Senator Landrieu served for three terms from 1997 to 2015 and chaired the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee and the Homeland Security Appropriations Committee. She also served on the Armed Forces Committee. During her time in Washington, Senator Landrieu gained a reputation for working across the aisle on important energy and other national priorities. Currently, Senator Landrieu is Co-Chair of Natural Allies, a coalition of stakeholders that recognize the vital role natural gas plays in the energy mix to meet carbon reduction goals. We were thrilled to visit with Senator Landrieu. In our conversation we discuss how Louisiana's industrial base relies heavily on energy production and consumption, the historical bipartisanship in the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, how geography influences people's understanding and views on energy issues, the role of natural gas in reducing emissions, and why nuclear energy has bipartisan support. Senator Landrieu shares background on her role at Natural Allies and the group's focus on supporting US natural gas, the need to educate the public on the economic benefit of open markets particularly for US exports, finding ways to help countries like China and India reduce their reliance on coal, why the Senator disagreed with the Biden Administration's LNG permitting pause, and broadly the need for pragmatic, bipartisan energy and climate solutions. We explore SPR usage and levels, the status of permitting reform with significant delays expected until after the Presidential Election, finding practical solutions to reduce emissions and grow the economy through building infrastructure faster, and much more. It was a fantastic conversation and we are very grateful to Senator Landrieu for sharing her time and valuable insights with us all. She calls it like she sees it and is a very refreshing centrist voice. Mike Bradley kicked us off by highlighting that 10-year bond yields continued their recent plunge after last week's cooler than expected CPI report and currently trade at ~4.15%. WTI price is trading at ~$81/bbl and has been stuck in a tight trading range ($80-$83/bbl) for the last several weeks. Crude oil traders are focused on global demand and are growing concerned with slowing global economic growth, especially China. U.S. natural gas continued its recent plunge and trades at ~$2.15/Mcf, despite Hurricane Beryl temporarily curtailing 1.7-1.8bcfd from Freeport LNG. He noted that U.S. natural gas production has rebounded back above 101bcfd and remains problematic given natural gas storage levels that are ~18% above normal. He discussed that the main word to describe broader equity market trading action this last week is “rotation.” Big 6 (AI & Tech equities) and broader equity indices like the S&P 500 & Nasdaq are significantly underperforming smaller-cap indices like the Russell 2000, which are perceived to be bigger beneficiaries of lower future inflation/interest rates. He ended by noting that Q2 Energy sector reporting begins this week with both pipelines (KMI) and oil services (LBRT, HAL & SLB) reporting. Arjun Murti shared his thoughts on the need for a diverse energy portfolio to meet global demands, the roles of the US and Canada as key players in both traditional and new energy markets, the unnecessary partisan divide over energy sources, and the importance of leveraging the US's leadership in technology and capital markets to lead in energy innovation. We hope you enjoy the discussion with Senator Landrieu as much as we did. Thanks to you all for your friendship and support!

Could the secrets to perpetual youthfulness lie within our very genes? Dr. Gail Humble, a visionary in the realm of non-surgical aesthetic medicine, joins us to reveal her pioneering work on the Klotho gene and its impact on aging. With her extensive background in genetics, Dr. Humble argues that the way we age can be radically changed. Her conviction is clear: our outward appearance should be a reflection of our inner vitality. During our enthralling discussion, Dr. Humble offers a glimpse into her innovative products, ones that I've personally experienced, that harness the power of genetics to help preserve that inner spark. This episode also delves deep into the transformative power of a novel skincare technology. A protein cloak paired with liposome delivery works to fend off oxidative stress and enhance cellular longevity. Dr. Humble helps us understand how this technology not only protects skin from the sun's harmful rays but also fosters gene expression to fortify telomeres. The results speak for themselves, with noticeable improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and pigmentation becoming apparent in just a matter of weeks. We discuss the ease of integrating this technology into daily life and the striking before-and-after photos that stand as testament to this revolutionary approach.Join us for this fascinating episode where Dr. Humble sheds light on the intersection of wellness, technology, and the artful management of aging.About our Guest: Dr. Humble brings a commitment to perform the art and science of aesthetic medicine to its highest degree concentrating exclusively on non surgical procedures to enhance, mold, shape, and improve the face and body.

It's no secret that space is becoming increasingly cluttered with debris. Every day, more and more objects are added to the thousands of pieces of trash that already orbit our planet. This junk poses a serious threat to critical in-space infrastructure, and it's only going to get worse unless we take action. That's where Kall Morris Inc comes in. The KMI team has developed a system to allow our spacecraft to remain in orbit through multiple debris collections, tackling the orbital debris problem head-on. Listen to Troy Morris, co-founder and director of operations at KMI, about the innovative solutions that can protect our planet's precious resources and pave the way for sustainable space exploration. This week on the FourBlock Podcast, we welcome U.S. Navy Veteran Eric Quinn, the CEO of full-service construction consultancy KMI International. In conversation with FourBlock Founder Mike Abrams, Eric discusses his time in the Navy, sharing why he joined, how it changed the trajectory of his career, and the leadership skills he gained during his service. He takes us through his transition to the business world, his move to the Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, and how he worked his way to where he is today. Throughout the episode, Eric provides invaluable insights on leadership and building trust, sharing his personal experience from his time in service military and his successful career. To close out the episode, Mike asks Eric what advice he has for transitioning service members as well as any veterans looking to start a career in the AEC space. Eric Quinn leads KMI as the company's CEO. His leadership career began at an early age while he attended the U.S. Naval Academy and served his country as a Lieutenant in the Navy, learning quickly the importance of having the right team in place to accomplish the mission. His focus is on having the best people, processes, and organizational structure in place to deliver the highest quality of services for KMI's clients. Keeping Space Clear for All - Listen in as your hosts Just Nate and DK are on location at the Catalyst Campus in downtown Colorado Springs and speaking to a bunch of amazing start ups. The boys talk to Troy Kall, one of the co-founders and Director of Operations for Kall Morris Inc. KEEPING SPACE CLEAR FOR ALL Kall Morris Inc (KMI) is an orbital debris research and solution development company focused on Active Debris Removal (ADR) for keeping space clear for all. With proprietary software, exclusive hardware, and critical partnerships, KMI aims for a commercially viable system for ADR of legacy assets: significant debris objects that are often unprepared, uncontrolled, and potentially unrecognizable. Orbital debris is growing exponentially, threatening critical in-space infrastructure the world depends on. Debris can be basketball-sized objects capable of destroying a single satellite or massive rocket bodies that could set off cascading collisions of untrackable, lethal shards of debris. DISCOVER THE PROBLEM Debris cannot be overcome if every piece of debris requires a collection spacecraft to deorbit with it. KMI has developed a system to allow our spacecraft to remain in orbit through multiple debris collections, creating the potential for economic, environmental, and physical benefits in orbit utilizing the previously dangerous debris. KMI is dedicated to working with organizations, academics, governments, and all motivated people to eliminate orbital debris by delving deeper into the problem and innovating solutions to secure the safety of humankind in space and to better our way of life on Earth. Epost: Laernorsknaa@gmail.com Teksten til episoden: https://laernorsknaa.com/69-fedme Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/laernorsknaa Twitter: https://twitter.com/MariusStangela1 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxdRJ5lW2QlUNRfff-ZoE-A/videos Fedme tyder sjukeleg overvekt og er eit stadig aukande problem i verda. Stadig fleire i båe Noreg og verda blir sjukeleg overvektige. For eksempel visar studiar at kvar femte person i Noreg kjem under kategorien fedme dersom ein tek utgangspunkt i KMI, eit mål for overvekt. Først skal me definera fedme. Ofte brukar ein KMI, kroppsmasseindeks, for å måla overvekt. Då tek me 1,8*1,8 som blir 3,24. Dette kunne vera ein realitet for mange menneskje før i tida. I dag får likevel dei aller fleste meir enn nok mat kvar dag.

Joanne Avison is a teacher of applied structural anatomy for movement and manual practitioners. She's a structural Integration practitioner and a certified teacher in the KMI school of structural Integration (a school created by Tom Myers, author of the now classic fascia anatomy book: “Anatomy Trains”). Joanne is a certified Yoga Therapist and the Director of the Art of Contemporary Yoga Teacher Training. She has Master's Degree in Spiritual Sciences which has helped deepen her understanding of yoga and the philosophy behind it, that relates closely to how the physical body integrates and animates form. For Joanne, who appreciates the art, craft and science of yoga and body architecture, the study of philosophy and anatomy are not separate, and this makes up her unique approach to an integrated practice. She is the author of the already seminal book “YOGA.. Fascia Anatomy and Movement” and she is a lovely human being who I am blessed to have on the faculty for my S&F teaching certification course. Global trends toward reducing pollution have natural gas demand poised to spike in the coming years. At the same time, fracking has opened up massive surpluses of natural gas in the United States, pushing domestic natural gas prices well below those around the globe. Together, these developments create a massive opportunity to export natural gas from the U.S. to the rest of the world. To do that, requires turning natural gas into a liquid, also known as liquefied natural gas (LNG). Motley Fool contributor Jason Hall joins the show to break down the opportunity and discuss ways to invest in LNG, from pure-plays, to picks and shovels, to lower risk integrated producers, midstream players, and utilities. With oil and gas production exploding in the U.S., takeaway capacity is running low, leading to oversupply and even flaring of unwanted natural gas that producers can’t get to market. That creates opportunities for midstream companies, businesses that build and operate the pipelines that take oil and gas to market. Motley Fool Contributor Matt DiLallo joins the show to share what he looks for in a midstream company and to discuss two of the biggest midstream companies, Kinder Morgan and Enterprise Products Partners. Our first podcast on Kinder Morgan (KMI) two weeks ago was not super well-received, so we brought on one of our critics, Seeking Alpha author and current KMI bull Kirk Spano, to discuss the company further. We get into some of the criticisms we had of the company - its use of non-GAAP metrics and the underrating of its commodity pricing exposure - as well as some of the criticisms readers had of us. Kirk also lays out his bull case for the company. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Marie Kondo (@MarieKondo, also known as "KonMari") is a Japanese organizing consultant, author, and entrepreneur. She developed a revolutionary method of organizing known as the KonMari Method, which consists of gathering together everything you own, one category at a time, and then keeping only those things that "spark joy" -- as well as choosing a dedicated place to store them. Going far beyond a typical tidying how-to, her method is a way of life and a state of mind. Marie captured the findings in her mega-best-selling books, including The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing and its follow-up, Spark Joy: An Illustrated Master Class on the Art of Organizing and Tidying Up. Her books have sold more than seven million copies and have been published in more than forty countries. Kondo's methods have become so famous that her last name has become a verb, 'Kondo-ing,' and people who share her specific values are referred to as 'Konverts.' She has been named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people. Marie is also the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of KonMari Media Inc. ("KMI"), a US-based startup with a mission to "Organize the World" by combining the power of technology and a network of Konverts and partner organizations. KMI also recently launched a KonMari Consultant Training Program and certification process. We dig into Shintoism, Marie's upbringing, specific details of her method, and much more. Welcome back to another episode of Frankly Speaking! Keep the questions coming! Last week, the Consumer Price Index (CPI), otherwise known as the inflation rate, posted its largest gain in nearly four years - crushing expectations. And as Fed Chairman, Janet Yellen, has already promised, an interest rate hike is just around the corner. Investors everywhere are ramping up for this massive macroeconomic change. But what does this mean for gold? With mild inflationary trends and expected growth in the dollar… almost everyone is expecting the price of the yellow metal to drop. But I can’t say I agree… Then, taking my focus overseas, I talk about China’s massive real estate bubble. And highlight the best ways for investors to position themselves around the crisis. Get your pens ready as I give listeners a list of ETF’s to pay close attention to. Today’s show also covers one of the biggest topics addressed in this past election (republican or democrat) - American Infrastructure. As you’ll hear, the infrastructure trend is for real. And as far as President Trump’s lengthy promised to-do-list, I expect infrastructure changes to lead the way. Good new for investors - there are a ton of stocks still in the sector that are relatively cheap in comparison to the S&P500. Tune in as I explain why it’s time to start placing your bets… And finally, to end the episode, I bring a few stocks under the microscope. This includes some of the top companies in the US that paying the highest tax rates. The stocks are CVS Pharmacy, KMI, and General Electric. As always, thanks for tuning in and good investing, Frank Curzio PS - For those not familiar... I host my Frankly Speaking podcast every Friday. And unlike my Wall Street Unplugged podcast (I host every Wednesday), I use this show to answer my favorite subscriber questions I receive on my email. NOTE: This podcast is the fifth and final interview in our collaboration with Synthtopia.com on expressive MIDI controllers developments. You can listen to the podcast here, on the Synthtopia website (in an embedded player) or on iTunes. But you can also read the interview as well as search for information by viewing the transcription on at the following location: http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2016/12/25/keith-mcmillen-interview-modern-instruments-should-combine-traditional-expressiveness-with-new-power/ Back in podcast episode #54, I talked to Keith McMillen about his background, his experiences in developing new musical tools, and the development of his 'smart fabric' technology that is at the heart of KMI's controllers. This time - and on the success of the Kickstarter funding of the K-Board Pro 4 - we talk with him about his experiences working on expressive controllers, and his long term goal of making every instrument able to interact with the computer. I like talking to people with large visions, and Keith is right there: he'd like to change the world by making instruments more expressive and responsive, reduce latency to nothing - and also change the way that composers document their work so that it is available across technologies and implementations. These visions are the 'hard work' of what we need to do in electronic music, and Keith is simple not scared off by the difficulty of the task. I hope you enjoy this discussion - we are pretty wide-ranging in the discussion, but in the end get to see the grand unifying vision of Keith's view of the future, and even what steps he may take to see them through. Enjoy!

He has spent more than 25+ years as a Pastor, Evangelist, Conference Speaker and International Guest Lecturer and Author. As well as spending 17 years as an Entrepreneur and Life Coach. Kelso has shared the stage with such notables as Ambassador Alan Keyes and former Texas State Legislature Rick Green founder of the “The Torch of Freedom Foundation. He was a leader in the ProFamily Coalition of NE Florida. Worked on an Advisory Council for President George Bush which led to his appointment to the Business Commission headed by the US House Majority Whip Tom Delay of Texas. His new released Book, “I WILL NOT BE DEFINED™”, is a true story of Transformation, Inspiration, Suspense, and Hope. Dr. Richard Ruhling is a retired physician who taught Health Science at Loma Linda University where he was also responsible for Executive Health. While there he attended a cardiology convention and heard Pritikin tell how his diet got 85% of patients of blood pressure medicine. This opened his mind to how God could tell Israel, if they obeyed His law, He would put "none of these diseases of the Egyptians" on them, Exod 15:26. Just as obedience to physical laws brings health, Obedience to moral laws (10 Commandments) brings happiness. This is what God meant when He said, If you will keep my laws, you will be to Me a kingdom. It means dominion of a king by His laws which are wise and good. And He promises to put His laws in our hearts so we want to do the right thing, Amen!

Question from Anglo Jim - We saw a trending bull market for most of 2014. Is it simplistic to say that you could have just bought out-of-the-money calls and done fairly well? What about that decay that you are always talking about? Does that become a factor in that strategy, or does the bull market overcome it? Question from Orlando - I am thinking of using weeklys to initiate debit vertical call spreads. Is that a good use case for them? Comment from Mark Brant - @Options Great Option Block episode! I got even smarter about options again! The gift that keeps on giving: OIR. Thx! Around the Block: Earnings: Apple & other earnings expected to dominate the week of April 27. Friday - Chevron, Weyerhaeuser

In this episode I interview Myofascial Specialist, David Lesondak about the mysterious organ of structure called fascia and its relation to human performance. This is a must listen to interview for athletes: David talks about integrating fourth pillar into any, three pillar, sports science training program, for any type of sport. The current three pillars are cardiovascular training, strength training, neuromuscular training, and the fourth pillar- fascial fitness training- for greater resiliency, and greater movement economy with less effort by way of improving the elastic rebounding capability of the fascial system. Resource links below the bio. A brief bio: David Lesondak, KMI,CSI, LMT, David is the CIO (Chief Instigation Officer) of fascialconnections.com. He is a member of the Allied Health Professional Staff in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. At the beginning of this podcast, I talk about "KMI" as if everyone already knows who they are. And I suspect they do: Keith McMillen Instruments is the home for some of the most interesting portable keyboard and control systems in the industry. But Keith has come through a long line of inventions (and companies), starting with Zeta Systems, through some software iterations, and now with KMI. In this chat, we talk about his history, how he got to the point of playing with unique materials for hardware creation, and what he sees in his (and the industry's) future. We also get a chance to talk about the future of musical instruments, and learn why Keith feels like we might not see any more instruments in the future. Fascinating stuff. Thanks for listening, and enjoy the podcast!
In this podcast Dr John McGurk, CIPD Adviser on Learning, and Talent Development, Peter Butler, Director of Learning at BT, Nicky Taylor, Learning and Development at Ginsters and Alan Fletcher, Business Development Manager for KMI, discuss the latest trends in learning and development.
