Harley Schlanger, a historian and national spokesman with expertise in the financial industry since the 1980s, offers insights through The LaRouche Organization, where followers can access his analyses on geopolitics and economics. In his recent discussion, Schlanger argues that the [DS], or Deep State, targeted Russia due to its threat to their envisioned new world order, actively preventing any U.S.-Russia alliance that could promote cooperation and undermine globalist control. This opposition mirrors their resistance to former President Trump's efforts to improve relations with Russia, using investigations and media campaigns to thwart his initiatives, while leveraging Ukraine as a proxy to escalate tensions and block partnerships. Schlanger highlights how Ukraine has served as a tool for sanctions, NATO expansion, and conflicts that distract from Western domestic issues and benefit elites. With Trump's renewed focus on peace negotiations and diplomatic resets, this agenda faces direct challenges, potentially leading to collaborative projects and reduced divisions. As the [DS] structure crumbles amid economic instability and public scrutiny, Schlanger predicts that dismantling the Federal Reserve—seen as a pillar of elite power—will mark the endgame, paving the way for sovereign policies and international equity.

David starts by talking about the apocalyptic headwinds facing Social Security and Medicare and what it means for your retirement plan. The Social Security and Medicare trust funds are projected to be insolvent by 2033, with the combined Social Security trust fund gone by 2034. David explains why this isn't just a distant problem: Without intervention, roughly 70 million Americans will face major benefit cuts—23% for Social Security, 11% for Medicare. How this impacts you personally: If you're 59 today, you'll reach full retirement age right as the trust fund runs dry. If you're already retired, you may be affected in the next 8 years. David outlines the government's dilemma: Once the trust funds are depleted, benefits must be paid from incoming payroll taxes alone—which won't be enough to cover promised amounts. David shares why printing money isn't a fix. Social Security and Medicare are tied to inflation, so printing more money only drives costs up. Why taxing the rich is not the answer. Even if the government confiscated 100% of billionaire wealth, it would only fund the federal government for 11 months—not solve the long-term problem. David reveals what you can do now. Start saving as much as you can today. Even a small increase—automated every 6 months—can plug the future gap in your benefits. How to use tax-free accounts strategically. Roth IRAs, Roth 401(k)s, and properly structured life insurance can help shield your retirement from rising taxes. David explains that Roth withdrawals don't count as provisional income—keeping your Social Security potentially 100% tax-free. How to soften the blow of benefit cuts: Keeping your Social Security tax-free preserves more of your income and helps offset reductions in government programs. With Trump's tax cuts possibly extended, you could have until 2033 to shift your retirement savings while tax rates remain historically low. How to avoid future tax pain: David recommends shifting to tax-free accounts slowly enough to avoid “tax bracket heartburn,” but fast enough to finish before tax rates rise. Why aiming for the 0% tax bracket matters: If tax rates double in the future, two times zero is still zero. The less taxable income you have, the more secure your retirement. The streets of Washington, DC will soon be patrolled by 800 National Guard troops, the city's police will be under federal control for the first time in their history, and homeless people will be forced to leave. According to President Trump, it's all necessary to tackle a purported wave of lawlessness. And while crime is certainly a problem in the capital, Trump's description of a public safety emergency told a slightly different story than the statistics. There's actually been a decrease in crime, with violent crime at a 30-year low. With Trump hinting that Washington is just the first city to face these measures, what does this say about his exertion of executive power? Andrew McCabe was the acting FBI Director in the first Trump administration, he joins the program to discuss. As Washington, D.C. faces soaring crime rates, President Trump prepares to address the crisis, backed by National Guard readiness and FBI patrols. Restaurant owner Noah Landini and former Assistant Attorney General Kully Stimson detail how failed leadership, a Marxist-style “oppressor vs. oppressed” justice system, and deliberate under-staffing of prosecutors have fueled lawlessness. With Trump pledging decisive action—including new judges and federal prosecutors—the fight to reclaim the capital is set to intensify.

Has your family visited any of America's phenomenal national parks or historical sites this summer? What treasures they are! Also, visits to these jewels are enriched by the deeply-knowledgeable Park Service staff. And, of course, there's the extra-special bonus that the Trump regime has added to our public parks this year: Political censorship. With Trump issuing his dizzying blizzard of right-wing executive orders, you might've missed the one in March commanding the Park Service to scrutinize all of its public exhibits, signs, websites, videos, and other materials. Why? To flag and delete any scrap of information that Trump's right-wing cultural cops consider to be “negative” historical content about America.Sure enough, the Interior Department's political overseers promptly compelled staffs at the Park Service's 433 locations to go on a witch hunt for ideological impurity. In particular, any suggestion that racism, oppression, autocracy, and violence have been common features of the American experience have been decreed verboten. And, to assure a thorough cleansing of history, MAGA posses have been invited to go to historic sites and tag items they don't like. Trump operatives say that by mid-September, they will have removed, deleted, or – get this – physically covered-up the inconvenient truths of our people's history. They're like one-year-olds who think if they cover their eyes, we can't see them. Well, peek-a-boo! A rebellious coalition called “Save Our Signs,” is asking grassroots people to take photos and videos of Park Service exhibits before they're hidden away. Then, SOS will display samples of the banned material online so We the People can see the inanity of Trump's 1984ish Newspeak censorship. Today's podcast is a discussion with Socialist Students national Organiser Adam Gillman, about the Youth Walkout against Trump campaign. Go to www.socialiststudents.org.uk to get involved Socialist Students press release Buckingham Palace has booked in Donald Trump's state visit to the UK for 17-19 September. Already hundreds of students have signed up to walk out of their schools, colleges and universities on Wednesday 17 September – the day that Trump arrives in the UK – as part of the Youth Walkout Against Trump campaign. The youth walkouts, initiated by Socialist Students, will be a protest against the chaos that Trump's presidency represents for young people's futures globally. Students will be walking out to instead demand a future to look forward to – for free education, a decent job, and the guarantee of a high-quality and affordable home for all; for an end to climate crisis; and for a world free from war, oppression and exploitation. With Trump's visit taking place while Parliament is in recess, Keir Starmer and his Labour government will be hoping to escape the firing line of mass protests like those which Trump provoked during his first state visit to the UK in 2018. But the Youth Walkout Against Trump campaign will not let Labour off the hook. Adam Gillman, Socialist Students national organiser, said: “By building the youth walkouts, we can send a powerful message to young people and workers in America that we stand with them against Trump – not with Starmer, who issued the invite for this state visit.” TJ, a 19-year-old student in Leeds, said: “Labour has made cut after cut to young people's futures while bosses make record profits. now they roll out the red carpet for oppressive leaders abroad. I am building for these walkouts to give young people a way to show Starmer's Labour that this is not what the public voted for.” Lauren from Wrexham said: “Trump's visit to the UK is an opportunity to fight back; not just against him but the capitalist system he upholds, which puts the interests of big business above the lives of working-class people. These walkouts are a chance to stand up to Trump, as well as our government who welcome him with open arms, and all other leaders who uphold this corrupt system! That's why I'm building the youth walkouts against Trump.” Penelope, a college student from Preston, highlighted the common attacks facing students either side of the Atlantic: “Trump has cut funding to US universities, and has attacked students and staff standing up on issues like Palestine. Meanwhile Starmer's government here raises universities tuition fees and continues the rampant underfunding of all levels of education. By walking out when Trump visits we are showing that young people everywhere have to fight for a decent education, in a capitalist world where none of our hard-won rights can be taken for granted”. While the university term has come to a close, and schools and sixth forms break up next week, Socialist Students will be continuing to build the walkout campaign over the summer – including calling public youth meetings in towns and cities throughout the UK to discuss how young people can build the walkouts and get organised to win a decent future under this Labour government.
This explosive segment exposes the hidden power struggle inside the Republican Party, revealing that it's not Democrats blocking Donald Trump's nominees—it's GOP leadership itself, specifically Senate Republican leader John Thune. While Fox News and others pin the blame on Democrats, the real story is that establishment Republicans are leveraging procedural Senate rules and holding Trump's agenda hostage unless he agrees to restore billions in slush fund spending—most notably for USAID, a fund allegedly tied to globalist agendas, CIA operations, censorship programs, and shady foreign aid. The commentary traces the roots of this sabotage to Bush-era uniparty politics, calling out the quiet alliance between globalist Republicans and Democrats who seek to stop Trump's proposed budget cuts (nicknamed the “Doge Cuts”). With Trump forced to play along publicly or risk total legislative gridlock, the segment paints a chilling picture of internal betrayal, corruption, and a party leadership more aligned with the deep state than with its own president.
President Donald Trump has proposed a nearly 90 percent cut to the two funds that are the primary source of federal support for drinking water and sewer systems. The state revolving funds, which loan money at below market or zero-interest rates, have traditionally attracted bipartisan support, and Congress has objected to previous administrations that suggested trimming the program. With Trump in the White House, how will the Republican-led Congress respond this time? To address that question, Circle of Blue's Brett Walton spoke with Mae Stevens, partner and water practice lead at Banner Public Affairs, a lobbying firm. A veteran of D.C. water policy, Stevens said that lawmakers could follow their accustomed path and buck the president's recommendation to gut the funds. Returning the funds to their current level of more than $2.7 billion would be the goal. But with such a large proposed cut the negotiations will not be easy. “If you're of the same party, you're looking at your president's budget saying ‘I don't want to stray too much from the leader of my party,'” she said. “But at the same time, we do need more water infrastructure funding.”
Today's poll question dives into a surprisingly nostalgic and controversial topic: Should we reinstate the Presidential Fitness Test in U.S. schools? Michael takes a trip down memory lane—from pizza days and posture checks at Doyle Elementary to the shower policies of junior high PE classes—and unpacks how the fitness test became a cultural milestone. With Trump advocating for its return ahead of America's semi quincentennial, and critics arguing it promotes outdated standards, Michael explores both sides of the debate. In this explosive broadcast, Tara uncovers newly released emails proving the FBI not only destroyed evidence of massive Chinese election interference—fake licenses smuggled in to produce fraudulent absentee ballots for Joe Biden—but then lied to Congress to cover it up. FBI Director Christopher Wray's own testimony under oath is exposed as felony perjury, as he denied any widespread fraud while deflecting to the debunked Russia collusion hoax. Tara walks listeners through how this corruption enabled the 2020 election cover-up, censorship of Americans, and ongoing battles over illegal immigration. She praises Ron DeSantis' bold actions building “Alligator Alcatraz,” a secure deportation facility removing illegals within 48 hours—contrasting it with Republican governors like Henry McMaster, who do nothing but golf. With Trump fighting mostly alone to save the country, Tara warns this is the defining struggle of our time: whether the United States survives the onslaught of foreign influence, mass illegal voting, and cowardly leaders who refuse to act.

Ghost calls for radical discernment and bold faith in a time when even truth-tellers are being tempted to doubt. It's not just a battle of politics, it's a war for the soul of nations. With poetic cadence and piercing clarity, this chapter reminds listeners that God's plan is unfolding, the lies are being burned away, and the true King is coming.
In this explosive exposé, Tara connects the dots between Iran's nuclear ambitions, street-level chaos in America, and the Democratic Party's increasingly radical alignment. Highlighting bombshell comments from John Kirby, Marco Rubio, and Tulsi Gabbard, she reveals how Iran is actively funding anti-Israel protests in the U.S., while the Biden administration releases known terrorists and violent criminals into sanctuary cities. Tara digs deep into Democrats' decades-long backdoor support for Iran's nuclear program, starting with Obama's $1.7 billion cash delivery and continuing under Biden, who has allowed over 1,200 Iranians and 99 terror-watchlisted individuals into the country. She slams the mainstream narrative downplaying Iran's nuclear intent and exposes Iran's alliance with progressive movements that display rainbow flags but ignore the regime's brutal oppression. Plus, a shocking ICE case from Denver: left-wing activists helped a child rapist evade federal capture, underscoring the depth of Democrat protection for violent illegal immigrants. Tara argues this isn't incompetence—it's a calculated strategy to reshape the electorate, using mass illegal immigration, crime tolerance, and foreign influence to cement power. With Trump as the last bulwark, she warns: the threat isn't just abroad—it's already inside the gates.
With Trump at the helm, U.S. foreign policy is in a perilous position. This week, Preet is joined by Iran expert Karim Sadjadpour to talk about the escalating war between Israel and Iran, and whether the U.S. will get directly involved. Then, Financial Times columnist and policy expert Ed Luce joins Preet to discuss his new book Zbig: The Life of Zbigniew Brzezinski, America's Great Power Prophet. They talk about Brzezinski's role in American history, Trump's “real estate developer" foreign policy, and the current state of the U.S. on the world stage. As tensions with Iran reach a boiling point, Israel signals it's ready to act decisively—Defense officials openly say the Ayatollah “can no longer continue to exist.” Tara unpacks Israel's bold warnings following devastating attacks and what it means for U.S. policy. With Trump vowing Iran “will not have nuclear weapons,” and Netanyahu hinting Israel may strike with or without U.S. backing, the countdown to a possible attack on Iran's Fordow nuclear facility is underway. Meanwhile, Trump's war powers are challenged by congressional Democrats—but legally, he holds the authority for limited military action. As these high-stakes decisions play out, Tara exposes how America's political landscape is shifting. The DNC is broke and reeling from donor exodus, while the GOP's fortunes rebound post-Ronna McDaniel. Plus: A look at the “Democrat sleeper cell” at the Fed, and how Jerome Powell's refusal to lower rates could trigger a financial crisis just in time to sabotage a Trump presidency. Bold moves, broken systems, and brinkmanship—this episode covers it all.
In this explosive two-part episode, Tara dives into the absurd and the alarming. First, it's a mix of comedy and caution with the viral phenomenon “Office Chair Butt”—how sedentary lifestyles are reshaping more than just our routines. Tara and Producer Tim share laughs and fitness hacks, including a shocking Washington Post test that claims to predict your odds of dying within a decade. Spoiler: it's harder than it sounds! Then, things get serious fast. Tara unpacks the jaw-dropping arrest of NYC Comptroller Brad Lander after he tried to detain ICE agents, exposing the double standard of justice for Democrats. She slams the left's delusional view of immigration and defends the legal immigrant officers Lander tried to confront. The second half zeroes in on the dangerous game with Iran. With Trump now saying “I was the hunted, now I'm the hunter,” Tara argues the Ayatollah's assassination plots and nuclear ambitions leave no room for compromise. Is regime change the only way forward? From gym gossip to global threats, this episode is a wild, unfiltered ride through the cultural and political battlegrounds shaping America's future.
As co-hosts on The View suggest life in the U.S. may be worse than in Iran, a fiery broadcast pushes back hard—detailing the brutal repression under Iran's regime and highlighting the absurdity of such comparisons. The segment contrasts real-world oppression in Iran—where citizens are executed for dissent and the internet is shut down to hide mass killings—with the performative politics of U.S. Democrats seeking staged arrests to boost campaign optics. Tara and Lee tear into the chaos in cities like Portland, where Antifa radicals attack ICE facilities unchecked, and expose the dangerous partnership between the Iranian regime, the American Left, and even media figures like Tucker Carlson—who, shockingly, was unaware that multiple Iranian assassins were arrested for plotting to kill Trump on U.S. soil. The hosts argue this isn't about Israel—it's about Iran targeting American leaders, and Democrats turning a blind eye. With Trump shifting from economic pressure to potentially decisive military action, the conversation gets to the heart of what's at stake: national security, free speech, and the alarming ignorance of key U.S. leaders on the Iran threat.
Caitlin Clark torches the WNBA's best, Kevin Durant looks for another exit, and NFL front offices implode before training camp. Plus, the Department of Homeland Security is amplifying Stephen A. Smith to attack Senator Alex Padilla, and ICE is already showing up at Club World Cup matches. But in our deep dive: what happens when the U.S. government treats the World Cup like a threat? With Trump reviving travel bans and militarizing cities ahead of 2026, we unpack how isolationist policies could turn the world's biggest sporting event into a high-security farce—and what that means for the future of global sports on American soil. Today on Mea Culpa, I welcome back fellow Meidas Mighty member Michael Popok, host of MeidasTouch's Legal AF podcast and YouTube channel, and founder of The Popok Firm. Together, we do a deep dive into Trump's authoritarian power grab as he falsely brands peaceful protesters in California as “insurrectionists.” With Trump mobilizing the National Guard, deploying Marines, and pushing the limits of executive authority, Popok explains how Trump is testing constitutional boundaries and using manufactured crises to silence dissent. From violations of the Posse Comitatus Act to plans for military parades on Trump's birthday, Cohen and Popok expose how MAGA is hijacking patriotism, crushing civil liberties, and laying the legal groundwork for a dictatorship in plain sight.
