The uncultivated heart is destined for difficulty, even despair.-And so, for love's sake, God warns His people to cultivate their relationship with Him- to neglect to do so is to sow seeds of correction.--Sow for yourselves righteousness- reap in mercy- break up your fallow ground---Ancient Israel neglected to cultivate her love for the LORD. Instead, she presumed upon His grace and -spent- His material blessing on her own selfish desires- for centuries.-We don't have to look far back to historic Israel to see what an uncultivated heart looks like.-We can simply gaze into the mirror of Scripture and allow God to examine our hearts. Are there thorns and thistles that need to be plucked from that soil--Here is our hope---- it is time to seek the LORD, till He comes and rains righteousness on you.- -Hosea 10-12 NKJV--I hope to see you here this Sunday as we continue our study of Hosea, -God's Loyal Love.-

On this very special episode of Blurred Laws & Life with Richard Busch we begin with special guest Al Bell (Former Stax Owner & CEO, Producer & Songwriter) to discuss: Standing up for Stax Records, if he's intimidated by Jan Gaye & responding to her from Chapter 5, Shouting at what she said, if there had not been Berry Gordy & him doing the impossible, Berry Gordy coming up with an artistic concept for Top 40 Radio stations to play African American Music & his great hook lines, white artists covering their music & getting paid more for their performances thanks to MoTown Records, Marvin vs. Isaac, Smokey vs. Otis, who were the more talented writers or performers & more. Then Richard brings it back to the Blurred Laws & Life microphone to discuss: Wondering why lawsuits can never be determined at the outset & it depending on many variables, the perfect example: 3 independent but related cases that Richard was involved with that were decided by the court of appeals, 2 of the 3 with the court of appeals reaching very different verdicts than the district court judges, Truth is Stranger Than Fiction: May 4th, 2001, the district judge staying all of the cases except the first 10, 1) Bridgeport Music vs Dimension Films: 3 or 4 seconds of a cord from a George Clinton song, the district court dismissing the case on Summary Judgement, Dismissing the case on Deminimus Grounds, if one takes/lifts a sample & if it should be copyright infringement, The Copyright Act of 1976 & Congress giving others the right to cover other songs, The argument & statute they used to win the court ruling, Shep Pettibone & a horn hit in "Love Break" & "Vogue", Acquiring The Sowl Soul Catalog & suing Madonna & Warner Brothers, the ruling, Warner coming after Shep for legal fees, filing in New York District Court, the Breach of Warranties provision, the ruling of the case & so much more. Back on my MFSB - Three Degrees - Salsol Orchestra - Love Break is The message - MFSB v Salsoul Orchestra Philly-Mash.. So 2 versions have come out of the lab and i'm going to plug them both.. Both are 8 mins plus but the time just flies when you listening to them.. I suspect there will be the usual critics and i'm always happy with criticism as long as its not rude and negative like one individual saying i was trying to rewrite history.. So for the record this is my own version and my own mix of 5 different elements of MFSB / SalSol / Three Degrees Love is the message.. Elements of the Larry Levan Mix of Love is the Message - Love Break Salsol Orchestra - Dimitri From Paris - Love Break and me bringing them together these are my Final Edits so hope you enjoy them.. I got massive hits from the Original mix i did in 2012 well big for me and about a year ago i started to tinker again and finally i've finished the tweaks i originally wanted as the last one was a live mix , this one i did in the home studio on logic.. It's not perfect but it brings together all the elements i wanted using all the old school clips.. Enjoy.. Peace .. Marky P The Paradise Sessions xx

Introspection 3.0 (Happy Easter ! ! ) Dim the light, grab a book and prepare to chill. Also suitable for work, children, pets, lovers etc… Third and last iteration of the Introspection series. Not only because it may be time to stop looking at my navel and change vibe but also because I think this set wraps it up nicely. Deep, Progressive, Indie House with a distinct lounge and ambient feel. I should have called it “Xtian goes Chill” for it is very rare for me to stay between 120/122 bpm. Except for some dubious mixing towards the end, I am overall satisfied to have kept one single vibe, atmosphere and direction from the first to the last track. I was chatting on FB with a friend of mine, who very eloquently described our sounds as “pop with a deep house feel and beat”.. Well, Tim, let’s hope it sticks. Not quite sure where I will go next. I am still longing for a blast in the past to vocal Trance but need to make sure I have enough decent current tracks before I invest time into it. In the recent past every time I tried, I wasted hours only to leave the set unfinished. If not, we will tend to a Frankie Knuckles and Soulful House Live set, which I am preparing for a party in May. If any good, I will definitively post it. We shall see! Playlist: 2012 Unobtainable Intro (German Mix). World of Intros 2013 Savanna (Jelly for the Babies Remix) [Xtian Taki Edit]. Jericho Ismael 2014 Your Softness (Original Mix). Third Chapter 2013 Open My (Ben Remember Remix). Jam Xpress feat. Charlie (AUS) 2014 Lovebreak (Indeed Remix). Tube & Berger feat. Milan Euringer 2014 Be Mine (Original Mix Edit). Lane 8 2014 UR My Sunshine (Original Mix). Betoko 2013 The Place I Know (Original Mix). Andrea Fissore 2014 You Said (Original Mix). Nightriders 2013 In my Stride (Original Mix). Soul Button feat Stee Downes 2013 Silk Frames (Original Mix). Sons of Maria 2014 Turn Around (Original mix). LeisureGroove 2013 The Time Has Come (Original Mix). DAVI 2013 Lead Me Home (Original Mix). Dan Caster 2014 Rock The Night. U-Ness & JedSet Highlights: “Savanna” from Jericho Ismael Jelly for the babies on remix duties. Another European act from Zagreb (Croatia). Track gave the perfect setting for the chill ambient atmosphere I wanted to create. A bit of dubious mixing later, “Your Softness” from Third Chapter. Big bass, clever synth and a male voice I like.. “Open my Eyes” from Jam Xpress feat Charlie (AUS). Local talent from Melbourne (Andy Murphy is in the back of all that).. Great track, exactly what my current vibe is.. Production is impeccable! “Lovebreak” from Tube & Berger, track I had been told about by lars, which I actually had already on my HD.. Try Indie, Progressive, Deep with a dash of funk.. Not bad and all in one.. Former Beatport number 1 with a charity album.. “Be Mine” from Lane 8, haunting track I may have used recently ( did not feel like checking), felt right to drop, listen to the build up, the production.. Big BIG bass line again.. from America part of the Anjuna Deep crew.. Betoko “UR my Sunshine”… Betoko would be in my current top five creators.. Beto Cohen is originally Mexican, living in the UK. I would hate to put a genre on his talent.. It is just great, amazing music.. The Chicane of this decade.. “The Place I Know” from Andréa Fissore. Possibly my favourite track of the set.. I had my children dancing to this very Balearic modern track. Listen to that guitar and try telling me you are not on the Mediterranean. Andrea is Italian living in Vienna.. Latin flair and Viennese sense of perfection.. Can’t be much better. “You Said” from the Nightriders. A pearl amongst pearls. DO NOT MISS THIS GEM! I can’t find who the vocalist is but her voice is one of the purest I have heard lately. Talking about voices, when I first recorded the set and dropped it on a CD, I had my wife and kids “proofing” it, which is something I do when I actually really like the set, just to make sure I am not just .. spinning. After “You Said” I had a cookie strange indie number called “Makes Ends Meet” from Lancelot.. The reaction was unanimous, awful, not tolerable, what is that sh..!! I had noticed that the lead singer vocalist was off key but I thought it would give the set a bit of edgy spice.. Well producers, artists out there, be warned.. Mums and kids alike do notice when you haven’t done your job.. I had to super-imposed (very sloppy post set mixing sorry but could not be helped..) “In My Stride” from Soul Button with Stee Downes on vocals.. I first heard the track on a C&M TrueHouse set (check www.truehouse.net), had bought it but somehow left it untouched.. Immense track, which I feel bad to have buried in the middle of a set but it really could not be helped. Check it it will be an anthem.. From Germany everything they have released has been magical, delicate and perfectly produced.. So much work has been put there, please give it go! “Silk & Frames” by Sons of Maria. Same as Soul Button, every little inpyt is well thought, the beats are original.. Again from Croatia.. G sisters if you are reading, you have a lot of home-grown talent!! “Turn Around”.. such an easy drop considering my current vibe of big bass line, big synths tracks. From LeisureGroove who started as a garage act in the UK.. Well if this is garage I am all for it.. But the bass line and filtered drop in the back are indeed unmistakably Garage.. “Time Has Come” from DAVI, helping me to bring the set home. I love the little journey, ailed as “LA's best kept secret”, David “DAVI” Khanjian grew up surrounded by the sounds of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. Part of the 16 bits Lolitas, let’s follow him.. Clever music.. Penultimate track “Lead Me Home”… The title made the drop but the little guitar is the real reason for my love of it.. I feel he is European but could not find much about him.. Very elaborate production and a fitting end to what I believe is a good set once of a few bumps are forgotten. Last but not least “Rock the Night” from my very talented Belgian friend “U-Ness & JedSet”.. Balearic Deep house, soft as silk, there to ensure you have sweet dreams. U-Ness & JedSet are putting the finishing touches to their Ibiza 2014 Compilation to be released on the 7th of July.. Put this one in your calendar, there is REALLY no other compilation to buy except theirs.. Not quite sure what will come next.. Working on a FK personal project, a soulful dancing set for a party but quite possibly I will continue on Podomatic my current vibe albeit picking up the tempo. A bientôt Xtian
