Close your eyes, take a minimum of six slow deep breaths, and begin focusing on relaxing every inch of your body.- Start by focusing on your toes and wiggle and relax your toes- Relax your feet, rotate your ankles and relax your feet- Work up to your calves, Relax your muscles- Continue working your way up your body, one body part at a time. Within minutes as you work your way up to your head continue to take deep breaths. You will begin to feel relaxed as if you were floating. Your body and brain will be massaged into a deep sleep. Welcome back to the podcast! In this episode I'm kicking off a new series, where I'll be sharing some videos I created a couple of years ago for a YouTube channel I started back then called Here with Hannah (little did I know I would end up renaming my podcast this!) I am so proud of these videos I created back then. I really poured my heart into creating these, and while I have grown so much since, I truly believe these messages and the stories I share still ring true today, which is why I wanted to share them here on the podcast.
