It feels almost like a Christmas miracle—or perhaps a whole series of them—that Donald Trump has once again triumphed over the never-ending shenanigans of the Left. From Alvin Bragg's legal circus to Letitia James' wild goose chases, and from the media's collective meltdown to the implosion of Biden's administration, 2024 has been the gift that keeps on giving. So, let's unwrap this year's highlights and sprinkle in some holiday cheer.The Year Kicked Off With Indictment Mania Remember when Alvin Bragg thought he'd deliver the fatal blow to Trump's political career with his "stormy" case involving hush money? Bragg's legal theories were so bizarre they made Rube Goldberg machines look straightforward. While the Manhattan DA was busy turning legal gymnastics into performance art, Trump was busy rallying the nation. Even CNN's legal analysts had to sheepishly admit Bragg's case lacked the teeth they'd hoped for (source). And then there was Fani Willis down in Georgia, valiantly trying to turn a phone call into a criminal enterprise. Her case fizzled faster than a cheap sparkler on New Year's Eve, but not before exposing how desperate the Left had become to smear Trump.  [SEGMENT 1-2] A Very MAGA ChristmasThe DOJ's 91 Indictments: All Smoke, No Fire Special Counsel Jack Smith may have managed to stack 91 indictments against Trump, but let's be honest: it was like Geraldo Rivera opening Al Capone's vault. Nothing to see here, folks. Instead of taking Trump down, Smith inadvertently made him the political version of John Wick: the more they attacked, the stronger he became. Even MSNBC had to admit the indictments weren't landing as intended (source). Meanwhile, the DOJ itself unraveled under the weight of its hypocrisy. Hunter Biden's laptop? Ignored. Classified documents at Biden's Delaware home? Brushed under the rug. But try as they might, the American public saw through the double standards. Poll after poll revealed waning trust in the DOJ and FBI, culminating in Christopher Wray's resignation. A Christmas miracle indeed!Santa's New Elves: Trump's Appointments This year, Trump began assembling his administration-in-waiting, and oh, what a lineup it is! Each appointee is a present under the MAGA tree, guaranteed to send shivers down Leftist spines.Mike Davis (Attorney General): Known for his fierce takedowns of judicial overreach, Davis is set to bring the DOJ back in line. Leftists are already clutching their pearls at the thought of real accountability.Kash Patel (Director of National Intelligence): Patel's no-nonsense approach to exposing the Russia hoax makes him the perfect choice to clean house in the intelligence community.Ric Grenell (UN Ambassador): The Left loathes Grenell for his unapologetic America-first diplomacy. Expect him to give the UN a much-needed reality check.Each of these appointments signals a return to common sense and patriotism, and the Left's fear is palpable.The Media's Slow and Painful Demise Let's take a moment to appreciate the glorious collapse of mainstream media. CNN's ratings hit all-time lows, and even their golden girl Kaitlan Collins couldn't save the sinking ship. Joy Reid's MSNBC show? Barely hanging on. Meanwhile, The View's hosts spent more time screaming at each other than discussing coherent topics. The media's meltdown reached peak hilarity when they tried to spin Trump's victories as failures. When polls showed his approval climbing, they insisted the numbers were rigged. It was like watching someone try to argue that Santa doesn't exist while standing in a room full of presents.Holiday Ironies: Biden, Harris, and the “Ho Ho Ho” of Politics Biden's presidency has become the political equivalent of fruitcake—nobody wants it, but it just won't go away. His cognitive decline became impossible to ignore, even for the most loyal Democrats. And then there's Kamala Harris, the vice president who's been snubbed more times than a re-gifted sweater. The Bidens didn't even include her in their Christmas photo—a move so petty it deserves its own Hallmark movie.Kwanzaa and Kamala: A Tale of Two Fictions Speaking of Harris, her attempts to connect with African-American voters by celebrating Kwanzaa have been nothing short of cringe-inducing. Consider this: the national debt balloons yearly, no matter what legislation is passed—Balanced Budget Amendments, Pay-Go rules, you name it. The Democrats' new rallying cry? Save Christmas by saving government jobs. But let's be real. What happens when non-essential government employees are furloughed? Nothing. So, why do we have non-essential employees at all? Isn't “non-essential” just code for “we hired them because we can”? Trump sniffed out their treachery, because the stench of a Democrats can be smelled for miles by even the least sensitive nose. Trump had them rewrite the bill, shrinking it from 1500+ pages to 90ish. And Democrats declined to pass it. Who can blame them, as Trump's bill only contained the necessities and not all the pork Democrats are used to getting. But they do have a good reason to want the old bill: to save Christmas! The Budget Battle: Grinch Edition Now back to Hakeem Jeffries, who warns that without funding, Christmas will collapse. Flights will stop, chaos will ensue, and—wait for it—people will die in the streets. Someone hand this guy a script for It's a Wonderful Life. Funny thing is, every time we hit a budget crisis, the government shuts down briefly, everyone panics, and then… employees get paid anyway. So here's my question: why don't we trim the fat permanently? From Kingmaker to Court Jester: Obama's Relevance Problem I feel like a prophet sometimes—not the fiery, staff-wielding kind, but the kind who just calls out the obvious while everyone else is distracted by shiny objects. Case in point: Barack Obama. People have spent years debating whether he's the puppeteer pulling Joe Biden's strings. Spoiler alert: Obama isn't even the puppeteer of his own Netflix queue. Here's what I wrote recently: [START]For years, many people have insisted that Barack Obama is the puppeteer behind Joe Biden's presidency, labeling it Obama's "third term." The idea has become a refrain among political commentators and average citizens alike. But let me be clear: Obama is no puppet master. In fact, he isn't even in control of his own home—let alone the White House. Imagine being the former leader of the free world and your wife can make you crap your pants when she yells or gives you "the look." That statement isn't meant to be an attack on Michelle Obama, nor am I suggesting she's an abuser. But everybody knows she could kick Barack's behind.[END] Let's unpack that. Obama was once hailed as the cool, collected rock star of politics—a sort of "Hope and Change" Mick Jagger with less hair and more teleprompters. But now? He's more like the aging pop star who insists on playing his new album while everyone's just waiting for the hits. Democrats still treat him like he's the political Elvis, but by 2012 his star power was dimmer than a flashlight with a dying battery. Sure, he's still out there, signing books and giving speeches, but does anyone care? His relevance is like a Blockbuster card in a Netflix world: quaint, nostalgic, and entirely unnecessary. Even his attempt to rewrite history falls flat. Obama once bragged that his administration was scandal-free. This is the same guy whose tenure included Fast and Furious, the IRS targeting conservatives, Benghazi, and let's not forget, his healthcare website worked about as well as a screen door on a submarine. Then there's his recent speech at the Obama Foundation's Democracy Forum, where he tried to drop some wisdom about pluralism and democracy: [START]"Pluralism is not about holding hands and singing ‘Kumbaya.' It is not about abandoning your convictions and folding when things get tough. It is about recognizing that, in a democracy, power comes from forging alliances and building coalitions and making room in those coalitions not only for the woke, but the waking."[END] Really? The woke and the waking? Sounds like a rejected tagline for a bad zombie movie. And let's talk about the gall it takes for Obama to accuse anyone else of weaponizing the judiciary or targeting political opponents. That's rich coming from the guy who turned the IRS into his personal attack dog. Miranda Devine nailed it when she said, "It's over for Obama. The spell is broken."[SEGMENT 1-2] Obama is done 2 If I prove you wrong on Obama, would you believe me on other matters?   Buck Sexton chimed in with "Ever since his last minute desperate smear of Trump with the ‘very fine people on both sides' lie, Barack Obama has been slowly realizing his status as false prophet of the Democrat party is no more." Obama's fall from grace isn't just poetic; it's downright Shakespearean. He's like King Lear, wandering the stormy heath of irrelevance, shouting about pluralism while the world moves on. The Democrats needed a star, a unifying figure to rally behind. Instead, they're stuck with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the ghost of Barack Obama, still trying to relive his 2008 glory days. But here's the punchline: Obama isn't the problem. He's the symptom of a party that's all style and no substance. They're the political equivalent of a fancy French pastry that looks amazing but collapses when you bite into it. And Obama? He's the powdered sugar on top—pretty, sweet, and entirely superfluous. So no, Obama isn't pulling the strings. He's not even in the room. At best, he's the guy in the nosebleeds, watching the game and occasionally yelling advice no one listens to. And honestly? Wild deserves to be brought up on charges, but don't hold your breath—it's D.C., where the only thing that gets punished is honesty."   Mitch McConnell's Fall "Mitch McConnell fell inside the Senate, aka 'Sunset Acres Senior Living'. Don't worry, though; the Senate comes equipped with stairlifts and pudding cups for emergencies. At this rate, they'll be holding votes in between bingo games. Mitch's next bill should be titled, ‘Help, I've Fallen, and I Can't Get Up Act.'"Daniel Penny Acquittal So, Daniel Penny gets acquitted for defending himself on a New York subway, and the NAACP declares it's open season on Black folks. Funny, because a Black man helped Penny subdue Jordan Neely, and a Black woman testified on Penny's behalf. But hey, why let facts get in the way of a good ‘burn-the-city' fundraiser? Meanwhile, Neely's dad—who abandoned him decades ago—suddenly shows up to play the grieving father. If hypocrisy were a sport, the Left would've won the gold decades ago!" Cue the ‘Burn Everything Down Tour 2024.'"  [SEGMENT 1-4] News of the Day 2   [X] SB – Daniel Penny [X] SB – AOC on Daniel Penny That tells us everything. If we don't want violence on our subways…justice system is supposed to remedy this. He didn't express remorse   Does he sound like some deranged white supremacists who was hunting Black people?   Liz Cheney's Legal Warning "Liz Cheney warned that investigating the January 6th Committee will result in sanctions. Liz, honey, your career is already sanctioned—by the voters. Investigating you is like digging up a time capsule from the Bush era: full of bad decisions and forgotten relics. But sure, threaten lawyers. It's not like anyone takes you seriously anymore—except maybe MSNBC."WNBA and White Privilege "So, Caitlin Clark wins Time's ‘Athlete of the Year' and apologizes for being white. Girl, you play in the WNBA—there's already a limited audience, and now you're alienating the rest? She says the league was built on Black players. Sure, Caitlin, but you're the one putting up numbers while most folks are Googling, ‘Is the WNBA still a thing?' Next time, just take the award and smile. Nobody asked for the guilt monologue."  Syria's Dress Code "In Syria, Islamist rebels told a Christian woman she can't leave the house without a male guardian and must wear a hijab. Look, if your revolutionary government starts sounding like a bad sequel to The Handmaid's Tale, it's time to reevaluate your life choices. Next, they'll ban fun, freedom, and probably Wi-Fi—because tyranny loves a dead zone."Elon Musk on Homelessness "This is The Kevin Jackson Radio Show, where Elon Musk tweets what we're all thinking. Believe it or not, he's still president of the United States, though nobody cares. I've never seen a guy held in such high esteem by everybody (who backstabbed him) disappear into the woodwork. Sure, Biden is officially a lame-duck president ousted in an internal coup, but if they used the 25th Amendment to get the old fool to play ball, you can't just bench him. But Democrats didn't just bench Old Joe, they made him the water boy.  Let's not forget Joe Biden's swan song: his passive-aggressive undermining of Kamala Harris. By saddling her with every unsolvable problem—from border crises to economic messaging—Biden has effectively made Harris the scapegoat for his administration's failures. It's political sabotage at its finest, ensuring that even within his own party, Biden gets the last laugh. And yet, through all of this, Biden continues to escalate tensions with Russia using his Ukrainian surrogate, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It's the kind of geopolitical gambit that makes you wonder: is this Biden securing his legacy or simply creating a distraction large enough to drown out his scandals? Biden scandals are not new Remember when Trump casually dropped the hammer during the 2020 debates, accusing Biden of using his family as an ATM for international bribes? Biden shot back with a laughable claim that Trump was the one pocketing cash from China. The mainstream media, predictably, sprinted to Biden's defense like a linebacker protecting the quarterback. Meanwhile, every conservative blog, podcast, and telegram channel started sounding like a "Godfather" reunion, cataloging the deals Hunter Biden's laptop conveniently left behind. Fast forward, and we now have smoking guns from Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, revelations about Hunter's million-dollar consulting gigs (read: pay-to-play schemes), and allegations that Biden himself—the Big Guy—was getting a cut. But Republicans? They've spent two years stumbling around like Scooby-Doo characters, pointing at ghosts and never unmasking the villain. It's hard to take Republicans seriously anymore. For all the incriminating evidence they've unearthed—Hunter's emails, suspicious bank transactions, testimony from former business partners—it's amounted to nothing more than a fireworks show with no finale. Sure, they've held hearings, leaked documents, and issued stern press releases, but where's the accountability?  [SEGMENT 2-3] We want answers 2   [X] SB – KJP asked about Biden's tough talk on Trump post-election Will of the American people are very clear Peaceful transition of power.   I read recently that the anus of a blue whale can stretch over 3 feet. And while that is extremely impressive, Leftist still hold the record for being the biggest assholes on the planet. And I include Republicans in that group of Leftists. Because Republicans have controlled the House for two years, and we got nothing but tough talk. House Republicans, armed with subpoena power for two years, had a golden opportunity to take the Biden scandals to their logical conclusion. Instead, they've spent that time bloviating like professional wrestlers before a match—big talk, fake action. Here's the kicker: even Democrats are starting to throw Biden under the bus. Progressive media outlets are dropping not-so-subtle hints that maybe it's time for Biden to shuffle off into the sunset. Yet, Republicans, with their majority, still seem incapable of capitalizing on a moment handed to them on a silver platter. Why shouldn't Trump allow his new League of Super Heroes to take the Biden controversy to its inevitable conclusion? It could be argued that Republicans almost have to be intentionally trying not to expose Democrats with all we know on the surface. Imagine what the Biden criminal iceberg looks like under the water? Republicans have more information on the Bidens than 95 percent of criminals in prison, and yet no justice was actually served. When is the last time anybody has even mentioned Hunter Biden in the media? President Trump, meanwhile, could learn a lesson here. When he took office, he famously declined to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton, despite chants of “Lock her up!” at every rally. He thought magnanimity would win him favor. Instead, it handed his enemies a get-out-of-jail-free card. If Trump's reelection doesn't come with a vow to clean house—including reining in the FBI, DOJ, and other alphabet agencies—he risks repeating the same mistake. Democrats rallied behind the Bidens despite mountains of evidence suggesting corruption. Meanwhile, Republicans promised justice but delivered mediocrity. And now, as the Biden saga enters its final act, one can't help but wonder if the GOP's inaction will come back to haunt them. Because nothing says failure (or collusion) like having all the ammunition in the world and refusing to pull the trigger. The list of egregious acts by Democrats is longer than a bull elephant's penis, and yet Republicans confront little.    [SEGMENT 2-4] We want answers 3   How many more things do you need to see to say that you want Leftism stomp into the ground?   The proliferation of the LGBTQ+ agenda astounds me. That a small fraction of a group made up mainly of mentally ill freaks and social deviants caused Americans to allow the mutilation of children. Gender dysphoria is a mental illness, and not a reason to destroy the lives of children. Yet Republicans have done NOTHING. It's taken President-elect Trump to actually address the barbaric butchering our nation's children; children not old enough to make rational life-long choices being told they can alter their body and sex like models change runway outfits. And what about our most vulnerable children? We found out recently that Planned Parenthood is again selling baby parts…no secret, btw. We've known this, and it's a scandal…again. They allowed a border invasion while public opinion was almost 70 percent for stopping the flow of illegals. How many citizens must die before Republicans act on anything. How many more people must be traumatized, robbed, beaten, or sexually assaulted before Republicans stop talking and start acting? How many more proxy wars must we fight, because a Vice President's son got himself embroiled in controversy. How many more elections should Republicans allow Democrats to steal before they act. And how many more citizens should be arrested and have their constitutional rights violated by a Democrat cover-up? How have we not sold our message? I truly don't understand it, and I'm a strategist.   The Biden administration is limping toward the finish line of its tenure, leaving behind a trail of questions that even Inspector Clouseau could solve. Conservatives, Independents, and yes, even disillusioned Democrats, are owed answers. After all, this is the party that claimed to be saving democracy. Because these people have no intention of shutting down the border ever—this is part of the big plan to overwhelm the world's sole super power and drag her to her knees—and turn the once great nation we live in—into a third world cesspool just like Donald Trump predicted—but then again—so did I—but the former President is on the mark with this one, once again—   The state of Texas tried to stem the flow by rolling out razor wire to deter people invading the nation—the Biden Administration sent agents to take it out—   And no matter how obvious it is to everyone that this is America committing suicide—they just keep right on going— Yesterday an all time one day high was reached with more than 10,000 illegal aliens streaming into the country in a single day—more than 45,000 over 4 days—we cannot sustain this—this is an emergency—and will sink our country if it isn't stopped and stopped now!   And while we are being overrun we are shipping billions of dollars to Ukraine—in fact their shyster President is back in Washington looking for another $24 billion dollars—to be dumped into his country to secure its border—   Who the hell does this make sense to anyway? How can anyone defend this abdication of national security? Well it bought exactly what you would think—access to then Vice President Biden—or has Devon Archer called it in closed door hearings last week—The Brand—and the Brand was always Joe Biden—who could wield influence inside the Obama White House—   But when asked point blank Wednesday—Joe Biden bristled—    Well I certainly believe him now, don't you? I mean if Joe says there is nothing to see—well by gosh we should just take that to the bank—just like Hunter took tens of millions of dollars in bribes to the bank on behalf of dad and the rest of the family—   And trust me this scandal is going to continue to grow and expand—BUT it is by no means the only thing that has this President fighting not for his political future and a second term come next year—this has him in a fight just to remain in office until next November and the Presidential Election—   In fact it just seems to be one misstep after another anymore with this President—who looks older and less competent by the day—and everyone is taking notice of the decline, the anger and the inability to find his way off any stage after giving incoherent remarks—or delivering comments with the ultimate creepy whispering voice—   So lets continue—   That of course never happened—BUT it gives you the clear indication that the idea of Climate Lockdowns that I have been brilliantly warning you about for a very long time now—seem to be under discussion—why else would he blurt out that he already declared a Climate Emergency? The best answer is because it has been discussed—and discussed in detail several times—   Joey was making these comments after granting an interview to the world renowned news outlet at the Weather Channel—because that is where you go for hard hitting journalism—BUT even in this friendly venue—Old Joe continued to struggle—   I mean what do you tell the young people that you promised you'd end all modern advancements and take America back to the Dark Ages if elected—that you would destroy fossil fuel and American energy independence—if only they would vote for you—you could ensure disaster for the nation—and they all bought into the socialist stupidity—BUT Joey—what happened? But hey—everyone can afford it right? I mean with Bidenomics every single American can afford to replace all their major appliances in the name of saving the planet—and putting on tens of thousands of dollars of solar panels—all made in China in the name of the Green New Deal should be a no brainer right Joey?   So now you know why Joe Biden is the least popular President in modern history—and why his numbers continue to collapse and the Democrat Party is in full on panic—because if Joe fails that's bad—BUT is Kamala Harris is ever sworn in as President—it is a nightmare scenario for the party—because they cannot go after her—I mean they can primary her—at the substantial risk of alienating every single black voter they have—and that danger is very real—   But I digress-- While Joey is still here eating Ice Cream and floundering around trying to read the prompter—there are many other concerns—that are destroying any support he still has in this country—   Yeah, sorry but Bidenomics is a terrible failure because it is a terrible set of policies and everyone damn well knows it—   And again—these are all just adding up—how about we look at 7 million illegals coming in since he began having cookes and milk in the White House—   And the border in some once reliable Democrat precints is really taking a toll—   These people are not impressed one little bit by the flood of people forcing their kids to take a back seat— But don't you worry—because when its all said and done—Joey has a plan for America—and really big plan—

  Biden, as I mentioned remains defiant—and yes arrogant—to the point that you have to wonder if he will do as he is told—if that means being told to step aside—   My guess is he will not—at least not for awhile yet—and then drums up memories of 1968 when LBJ—in March told the world he was not going to continue—even if they wanted him too—   And that stunning announcement left the Democrats scrambling to pick up the pieces—which ultimately failed in epic fashion—and Richard Nixon capturing the White House that year—   Ironically, 1968 was also the last year the Democrats assembled in Chicago for their convention just like they will do in 2024—and 1968 was not a time any of them would like to remember—with violence—rioting—and police dragging away protestors in the streets for days on end—   The situation in Chicago today—is also a reflection of the Democrat Party—just like it was in 1968—   Violence is out of control—in fact its worse today than it was then—the number of murders in the windy city has already exceeded last years record numbers—   Chicago has gone so far left—the city even tossed out its mayor in a recent election—but didn't do any better in the replacement they selected—in fact many might say worse—   Today political activists screaming about climate change, transgender issues, capitalism and a host of other far-left issues could easily turn the 2024 into something far worse than August of 1968—after all, the city like so many others has lost thousands of police officers and the city's ability to respond to rioting and violence is greatly diminished—   So, what is the plan?   The plan is to push President Biden out the door in the next 6 to 12 weeks—allowing plenty of time for preferred candidates to get into a primary run—and trust me—Kamala Harris is not the answer the left is looking for either—as she has proven time and time again that she is not ready for the big stage—or even the kids table on most days—   And strangely about the only way to extricate her from the race to replace Biden without alienating an already skittish black voter base—is to have her fail in a primary contest against other candidates—otherwise black voters may rebel more than they already have in recent weeks—   Which brings me to the preferred ticket for the Democrats—which I believe is Governor Gavin Newsome of California with Governor Gretchen Whitmer as his running mate—however it could just as easily be reversed—either way it would give the Democrats a far stronger ticket than the soon to be 81 year old gaffe machine—and his clown Veep— who have been given the green light to be broomed into the trash heap of history—   I believe the end of Biden as a candidate will happen in the next 6 to 12 weeks—BUT who knows—it could happen tomorrow—   I mean careful on that bike ride Mr. President—and don't get sand bagged trying to look vigorous—and be really careful climbing onto Air Force One—I mean a lot can happen in just one day—
