Une inédite cartographie des enjeux et usages de l'IA pour le journalisme a été publiée en ligne jeudi 6 février. Elle est portée par 5 groupes audiovisuels publics : France Télévisions, Radio France, France Médias Monde, TV5MONDE et l'Institut national de l'audiovisuel, qui a piloté le projet. Pour la présenter, L'atelier des médias a reçu le directeur éditorial de l'INA, Antoine Bayet.Cette cartographie est le fruit d'une initiative conjointe des groupes de l'audiovisuel français, appelée Alliance for facts, avec l'appui de l'EBU (ou UER, Union européenne de radiotélévision). Elle prend en compte les outils utilisés durant l'ensemble de la chaîne de production de l'information, classée en 4 territoires : la collecte, la production, la vérification et la diffusion. Une grille d'évaluation des outils est proposée, avec des critères et des curseurs à placer. Ne sont pas non plus oubliés les enjeux transverses propres aux entreprises de médias : chartes et cadre d'usage, acculturation et formation, gouvernance et organisation, sécurité des systèmes d'information, utilisation des contenus par les systèmes d'IA.En deuxième partie d'émission, nous recevons Olivier Martinez, créateur de la newsletter IA-Pulse.news et fondateur de la société 255hex.ai, qui accompagne des entreprises dans l'intégration des outils d'IA générative. Les sujets et actualités abordés pendant l'épisode : # Le Festival International du Journalisme (Pérouse) est l'un des rares seuls où les médias européens et internationaux peuvent échanger. En 2022, deux outils d'intelligence artificielle de la société américaine OpenAI, Dall-E 2 et ChatGPT, ont été ouverts à tous. Alors quelle place l'IA peut-elle prendre dans la production de contenus éditoriaux sur internet ? L'Atelier des médias a reçu Olivier Martinez, qui en clôture d'un master en management des médias et du numérique à Sciences Po Paris a redigé un mémoire intitulé "Quelle place pour l'IA dans la production et la diffusion de contenus ?" Dans cet entretien d'une trentaine de minutes, il est question des origines de l'intelligence artificielle générative, de l'histoire d'OpenAI, des technologies GPT-3 et GPT-4, ... Olivier Martinez explique que « faire entrer l'intelligence artificielle dans une organisation n'est pas neutre ». Il dit aussi qu'introduire l'IA dans la création de contenus, ou développer la rédaction augmentée « ne veut pas dire éliminer ou même remplacer l'humain ». Selon lui, l'IA permet plutôt à l'humain d'augmenter ses capacités, de gagner en temps et en moyens. "Dark Tide" de John Stockwell en 2012, espère lui jouer dans une toute autre cour, celle du thriller psychologique naturaliste haut de gamme en emmenant Halle Berry et Olivier Martinez nager au milieu des grands requins blancs en Afrique du Sud. Hélas dans les deux cas le voyage risque de ne pas être bien enthousiasmant...

In an appearance on The Real, a regular panel discussion in the style of The View but with all women of color, Dolezal said she was “biologically born white.” It appears to be the first time Dolezal has conceded her race in public. “You weren't born black, so when you say you are black, it makes it hard for people to understand where you're coming from,” said panelist Jeannie Mai. “Right, and that's why I said, I acknowledge that I was biologically born white to white parents, but I identify as black,” said Dolezal.
