5:00 The lifestyle that you want, are you earning the type of income that you want to earn, but also you having the type of impact that you want to happen? For me, those are the three boxes that I feel like, you know, an ideal business has to check. And so, you know, I really said, okay, not only am I going to build my ideal business, but I'm going to focus on helping people do that for themselves. Because I mean, I know some of your backstory, and neither of us came from a business back, right. So most of the people that you are I would serve don't come from a business background, they come from an interest or a passion about fitness, or sport or helping people and, you know, so so we all had to kind of figure it out. 6:08 I think it's important, right? Because a lot of us and rightfully so, right? We're entrepreneurs, we're business owners. It's like, revenue is the lifeblood of creating a business because without it, but sometimes we get too focused on it. And like, I can remember, in my online business, we started to do really, really well in our online fitness business after transitioning from the gym. And like, I was making more money than I ever made in my life. And I realized, and I had a really good friend, her name is Alex. She's a mentor friend of mine. And she was like, Jason, like, you're doing really well. She's like, are you not fulfilled? And in that moment, I was just like, No, and she's like, what's gonna fulfill you? And like, I don't know, maybe once I get to the million dollar mark, and she's like, No, it won't. She's like, if you're not fulfilled, now, you know, doing what you're doing now. And it was like, I was like, man. And I immediately thought about what Rigsby I was like, ideal business, right? So with that being said, like, I know, there's a lot of fitness. There's a lot of gym owners, hybrid gym owners, that's the right word, online fitness, health, wellness coaches listening to all different stages. I'm curious, like what has been one of the biggest obstacles you personally had to overcome, to get where you are today, probably detaching vanity metrics. From my definition of success. That's probably because I come from a competitive sports background, I was a college baseball coach before I got into this. And so having a scoreboard was always something that came very naturally to me. But I think having a scoreboard is great. 10:00 So I've kind of seen a little bit of everything. I've seen so many people that had these wonderful businesses, that paid them, you know, a meaningful personal income, they were having fun, they, you know, felt like they're having an impact, they had a great culture. And then, you know, they get really motivated to just grow and, you know, a 5x their business, but they're not making any more profit than they were making before. And they've got, you know, maybe five times the stress, they've got a bunch more employees, they've got a bigger lease. So they've got a lot more risks and fixed overhead. They've got, you know, so many more people to come in the door that they have to have to just pay the bills. And, you know, again, growth is fine, but understand why we're growing, right? Like, let's make sure that we're growing to build something that we want to own, not just growing for growth's sake, yes, I love that. 15:28 You know, I think the simpler you make it, the faster you get a positive outcome. Yes. 100%. You know, I once read a quote where it said, there's a lot of people who overthink when it comes to this stuff, right? Because it's complex. And overthinking is the art of creating problems that don't exist. Yes, like what are really good at as entrepreneurs, you know, the other. It's amazing. And I think the and this is why when I saw the like, when I learned early on that you were coaching other business owners, I was really excited for you and for them, because I think a lot of people in the quote, unquote, coaching or Guru world, right, because if you make it complex, then you can put the blame on the other person, you can put the blame on the client say, Well, you didn't get it, done it. But if you make it simple, then you know, we get to be measured by how we help. “There's a lot of people who overthink when it comes to this stuff, right? Because it's complex. And overthinking is the art of creating problems that don't exist.” Keynotes: You need to LOVE doing your ideal business. Settling to doing simple things so that you have no excuse for not doing it. Can totally build your values and lifestyle by doing your ideal business.
